Hi Val,
This is a re post, related to Lucia’s question, but a very different scenario. My dilemma is, even if the animals have been spoken to (as you advised) and are willing, should one take decisions on their behalf, since there is scope for human error.I brought 9 rescued strays from Delhi when we moved to a rural homestead in the Himalayas. They were living in a toxic/unsafe public place, so when asked were very happy to come. However, though they’re physically safe and comfortable here, it’s not the better life that I had dreamt of. There are issues like wild animals (so they have to be confined after sunset) extreme cold, lack of good vets etc. Some have also developed territorial issues.
I feel guilty for not realizing these limitations and failing them. So perhaps it’s wrong to decide their future, however well intentioned, especially if it’s irreversible?
Thanks very much. -

Hello Val, I wanted to know if you could please ask Layla why she does not want to go into buildings or our basement. She seems very afraid even after I explain that she will be safe with us. Thank you.

How do you know when you are maintaining your connection during a session, versus drifting off into conversation and solutions to a problem that the AC is leading and the animal has been dropped out of the connection?

Hi Val,
My question is about connecting to the animal during the communication. You teach us to use pictures for connecting to the animals. But for me, this is very difficult. I’m almost completely blind and cannot see pictures. It I would zoom them in very much, I can see it a tiny bit, but this is not enough to really see what’s on the picture. Because of this, visualizing is also not possible for me.So, my question is: how would you teach a blind person to establish a connection to an animal? It’s my biggest freak to learn how to talk to animals.
Thanks in advance for helping me out!
Regards,
Damien -

Lily, my 2 year old Havanese does not want to chew the dental bones. I have tried many different kinds but they are all over the house. I am wondering if her mouth is sore or her teeth are sore. The vet says that her mouth looks ok. Why does she not chew the bones that are hard?

I’ve been trying to communicate with my cats, Katie, Maui and Kona, but there is no apparent improvement.
Please tell them it is VERY important not to wake up their Dad (my husband) at night! Four nights in a row he’s gotten less than 4 hours of sleep because one of them walks across him, decides to chase another cat around, bangs the metal panel beside the litter box, etc.. He never sleeps well, and this has pushed him over the edge.
It is our preference that they play anytime after he GETS UP in the morning – often he will wake up a little then go back to sleep, that’s a good thing. If they must run around and be noisy at night they can do that upstairs, in my room (I sleep much better than he does).
Maybe they are fired up because they are reacting to his stress level: unfortunately he is more stressed because he is very short on sleep, and because this is happening Every Night. When they leave him alone so he can get a full nights sleep he will feel much better and won’t yell as much. (He is not a believer in animal communication, positive expectation, or stress management — unfortunately for all of us!)
It is fine to sleep with him (he likes that too) as long as they tiptoe and don’t disturb him, they are very good at that! Also sitting in his lap is a good thing, as long as they don’t surprise him by jumping up: standing on the arm of the sofa to see if it is OK is a great thing they already do, they can also try meowing or patting his leg to ask if it is OK.
Can you share some tips for having a conversation with an animal when words aren’t possible? I just don’t hear/sense any. I am curious to know if they have understood what I’ve tried to show them, and are just ignoring me.
Thanks,
Greta -

Hello Val,
I have a dog Jerry, and he is turning 5 in this June. I am training him to use potty pad recently, as you see in the picture, but he is refusing to pee or poop on it. Since we are fertilizing our lawn and harmful chemicals will cause damage to him, I think potty training on fake grass potty pad is the best option for him. Unfortunately he just stands there or lies on the pad, I try to communicate with him and let him know why I’m doing this, I think he can understand me, but he’s just afraid to do it. Or maybe this potty pad is so small to him, so he can’t release himself. I don’t know, I’m so frustrated and confused. Could you let him know that it is ok to go bathroom on the pad, I’m so desperate to need some help from anyone. Thank you so much!
Anna

Hi Val!
I don’t know if it’s too late or not to post this but, you will see how you will manage to take it into consideration or not.
One of my friends Likurichu is second week in hospital.
2 weeks ago, I noticed him coughing, and we took him to the vet.
He was put under antibiotic treatment as it was thought to be a bronchopneumonia. After 3 days on antibiotic, one of the nurses observed that he is breathing heavily, and than it has been decided to be sedated, for an ultrasound. The vet discovered that the thoracic cavity was filled with liquid, pressing on heart and lungs. They did the emergency procedure to drain the liquid and they almost lost him.
They extracted close to 300 ml from his small body.He seemed better, but kept under observation and treatment, with 3 types of antibiotics. Today he had to be drained again, operation that lasted 3 hours…
No one can imagine how he might have got into this situation.
It’s unusual for thoracic cavity to fill with pus, if there is no shock, puncture or any other source to seed the bad bacteria in that place. His lungs are clear, with no infection.
According with the vet, the books don’t mention anything about this situation so it’s a strange case…I am wondering what happened.
I don’t think that he wants to go away as he ate normally, he behaved normally, he kissed us and loved us as usually everyday, before being admitted to hospital, and each time we went to visit him… even though his chest has been compressed with that pus.
Is there anything I can do more to help him?
Can he give us clues about treatment? Can you help me regarding the treatment?
What does he see as best for him? What do you think I can do for him?
Whatever advice is more than welcomed.
Thank you!

I am sending more love to the sick kitty. Thank you Val for all you do for us.
I was aware that Layla was afraid but did not know why until last night. I was in the basement to do something and saw a flash go by me. There are entities in different areas of the house. I will be smudging the house with a sage bundle as it was suggested to me to get rid of the bad energies. I hope it works. I also have crystals for negative energies to place in the rooms. I will wait for Layla to show me if she wants to go or not. She does not like going into the groomers either so I am grooming her at home.
My golden nugget from today is to try and understand what our animals are telling us. Ask permission first before doing something. Also that we do not need a picture to communicate. I did not understand the bandana concept but she has a necklace on to ward off ticks. At first I had trouble connecting to the call but kept trying until I got through. I look forward to each and every one. Thank you for all your love and light. A million times thank you from all our hearts for you and Barb. She is an awesome helper.-

Thank you, Mary!
Here’s a tip on the bandana, well maybe 2 so you and Layla could have matching bandanas. Layla told us she like the protective bandana idea, so the way I pictured it is that you get a bandana for her similar to the way groomers often do and you, after clearing it such as with the sage smudge, you infuse it with protective energy, then put it on Layla to wear. Her own superdog cape concept. And one for you as well or an alternative for you that you explain to Layla so she knows you are taking the protection she’s been trying to get you to understand thinned for. That flash in the basement was confirmation.
Glad you kept trying to ge in and that it finally worked. Tech can be challenging.

Hi Val, thank you yet again for the gold mountain, not nuggets, to echo Lucia! Firstly, thank you for the warm and comforting words of condolence, as well as the support, wisdom and help before, during and after the transition of my Rani. At that time I’d posted a doubt regarding how soon one can connect to a departed soul, and you had encouraged me to do it straightaway. This I’m sure is a golden nugget for others like me when you reiterated it yesterday. After my Brownie passed 18 months ago, no communicator was willing to connect till after weeks….I’ve seen parents not being allowed to post on some FB groups, saying it was too early.
The other golden nugget was that one can connect even without a photo, just with the name and the name of the parent, who is connected. I think the latter part is important, as at one time, I reviewed with an Indian communicator who said to practice with only the name, but not always with the owner’s name. I did find it a bit difficult!
Among others, hearing your detailed communication/analysis and healing with Lucia’s cat was an eye opener, as was the information given by Layla….a reaffirmation that animals do indeed see energy/elementals.
On a different note, a confession, since this is a safe group……I fell asleep during the meditation (the second time this has happened!) and I’d like to believe that it was not due to tiredness or the late hour (in India) but because healing happens at a deeper level…..since I woke up in time for the communication practice!
Once again, much gratitude and blessings. -

Dear All,
I want to thank you all for your kind support!
I am coming back with an update.
Likurichu has went through an amazing healing journey!
On Monday after the call I have taken the energized water to Likurichu, but he didn’t jump (sort to say) to drink, so I have put some drops around mouth, and on gums, as best as I could.
In my tiredness, I have forgotten to mention that his sister Emerald was admitted on Friday to be neutered, and they were neighbors over the weekend as the doc was afraid that she would jump, or harm him in some way.
She is the feral one between the 2, but I have insisted that they should stay together.
She preferred her brother’s bedding, and she ate and happily purred continuously.I have personally taken care to replace the drinking water with the energized one, and she lapped immediately happily, but Likurichu didn’t. So I had to put some drops as best as I could in his mouth. The hospital personnel are amazed how the yelling stopped just by putting them together.
On Tuesday he was so and so, but the magic appeared on Wednesday.
when I was doing the energy healing for each of them, Val’s name ringed in my head! And a picture of her looking at them stayed in my mind.Their behavior suddenly changed, as they started to eat happily and explore the room… as Likurichu was never interested in doing before…
They must have informed me that Val did something in order to help them or that she has worked through me, and I felt a strong positive energy all over that room. Like a switch that has been turned on towards healing and high positive vibration 😊Also during another visit Barb’s name appeared.
I learned when Rumery was FAT that she is a Reiki Master and I have a hunch that she must have sent them healing energy too, and on other visit both Val and Barb names’ appeared! 😊
Thank you so much and lots of love to you too, Barb! With every visit they showed improvement, and if Likurichu wasn’t having a good appetite on Monday and Tuesday, starting with Wednesday everything changed… I know sometimes healing takes time, and patience is a virtue… but for this time I have witnessed especially his healing in a pretty fast way.
Now, he is very well, and they both will be released tomorrow on Saturday from hospital! 🤗
I think Val must be an Angel in disguise!
Also, Nita has contributed to help me when I was feeling exhausted and lost, and she texted me insisting to create the post, and ask Val’s support. Thank you Nita!
Also after the call, Rosemary has written a very comforting message to me. Thank you Rosemary!
Thank you Mary Hill!So many dots connect now… and Val and all of YOU were there when I called for help!
My eyes are watery now, and my heart is full of gratitude.Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I have learned and evolved so much thanks to Val’s patient and warm guidance, that I can’t find the exact words to express my gratitude!
💖💖💖

Hi Lucia,
Good to hear all the updates…. ensured you could have a happy Easter! Hope both continue to do well.
Thanks, but all I did was to give you a much needed push, when you were too stressed and tired to feel like doing anything!! I was sure Val would help…and see how well it worked out! Glad you had so much support…you are one yourself so the good you do will come back many times!
Much love and blessings to you and yours..
