On Sunday November 7, 2021 at 2:00 AM most of the USA left Daylight Savings Time to return to Standard Time a change of back one hour. Please check TimeandDate.com/worldclock for the equivalent time in your area so you don’t miss your calls with Val such as for the Gold & Platinum Members Monthly call coming up on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 10:30am Central/11:30 am Eastern or the Platinum Masterclass on Saturday, November 20,2021 at 10:30am Central/11:30 am Eastern.
The phone numbers have also changed for private calls with Val as well as the group calls such as for the Gold & Platinum Members Monthly call coming up on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 10:30am Central/11:30 am Eastern or the Platinum Masterclass on Saturday, November 20,2021 at 10:30am Central/11:30 am Eastern. Please read the reminder emails sent to you prior to each call for the correct phone number and password.

I never received an e-mail. I used the old call-in number and it stated that the new numbers were not starting until November 16. Berniece I think was on the line with me. She had another number which we both tried. We were both on the call and then she came up,with a third number which finally worked….I guess third times the charm! Whew! Of all the times for the number not to work or for me not to get the e-mail! Glad I made it too! It doesn’t look like I receoved the Q&A reminder e-mails since September as that was the e-mail I finally found with the original number. Hopefully I will get the one for the next Masterclass next Saturday since it sounds like the number has changed for that as well. Thank you!

I have searched all my emails so I would have the number for next months call, thinking that I had missed it, but cannot find any email giving a new number. I did get a few saying to check your email for the new number but that is all.
Also I hope that the recording just has not been posted yet as I have not received that either.-

PLATINUM members: an email went out today with the new call in number for our Platinum Masterclass on Saturday, November 20. Please check your email to be sure you have the new number. Please email us at support@valheart.com or moderator@valheart.com if you have not received your reminder email with new phone number information.

Turns out that some of the email systems are no longer able to communicate with each other especially when specific email addresses are used.
Those of you with AOL and YAHOO accounts may have noticed a drop off in the number of emails you receive, including from us but not just us.
YAHOO users: About a month ago YAHOO changed the their system and are now working to recover from indicating that all email sent to any YAHOO addressees from Infusionsoft (the emailer system we use) were Blocked. They expect this effort to take at least a month of work.
Similarly, AOL emails as have also been impacted and Blocked emails have occurred.
Once an email address is marked as BLOCKED, it is blocked forever and takes individual manual effort between the mailer (us) and the mailing system (in our case Infusionsoft)
We suggest that you get an email address that is neither AOL nor YAHOO, then tell us your different email address so we can keep sending you notices of classes, recordings and other useful items. While we are not explicitly recommending any particular email address format, some options for you may include in alphabetical order comcast.net (from Comcast/Infiniy), gmail.com (free from Google), icloud.com (Apple), msn.com (Microsoft). You get the idea. There are other options out there as well.
And for those of you want the gory bits: Once YAHOO (and likely AOL) have corrected things on their side, then Infusionsoft for ALL of their customers for their thousands of customers will have to manually change each email address to remove it from off of a Blocked Forever list. This could take a while. While we aren’t sure what is happening with competitors to Infusionsoft, we suspect some challenges there too with the older, ah classic, addresses. (For the record, yes, I do still remember my AOL address tho I haven’t checked nor used it lately.)

We’ll look into instructions to make them better.
To find the instructions, log into this account, from the top menu bar go to COURSES and find your membership level. Under the Monthly Q&A (Question and Answer Calls for Gold and Platinum membership levels), there is a separate sub-lesson describing the call in information.
New technology takes time to understand and learn; we are still learning this system too.

Thanks for being of service with sharing, Julie, but the access numbers have been removed as these calls are for active members only.
With this change in conference line call connections, we’ve had challenges including not providing easy to find information in emails to active members as well as in the member Course information. We are working to improve that.
Thank you for your patience and willingness to help each other. This is a wonderful community.

The numbers including access codes will be included within the reminder emails, as well as within the Courses sections for Platinum (and Gold for QA calls) so that ctive memebers can get to them.
We do not post call information in the Forum nor Facebook where all levels of memberships and students can see the information that is exclusive to the specific member levels.
We truly do appreciate how you all work together and help each other out. We just want to keep proprietary call information for those who are active at that level.
On today’s call you all shined! Very helpful to Rumery kitty and me. Thank you!
