      –> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!

      Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:

      One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.

      This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

      NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).

      Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

      MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

      Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

      Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

      While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      Yes, I did meditate. I did few five minute gratitude sessions this week. I tried to do longer meditations but had difficulty trying to quiet my mind.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      Yes, I did. It was early morning and there was a dog left in a car at a gas station. It was cool out and the window was half open. He kept watching for his person to come back to the car. I communicated with the dog and he told me that he was excited because he was going out for the day instead of being left alone at home. Then his person returned to the car and the dog was excited and no longer wanted to talk. They went off on their way.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      This week I celebrate that I I know the best is yet to come on this journey.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Somehow I let some self doubt creep into my mind this week but addressed it right away.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results.

      When I did try to connect with Knight, I didn’t get any response.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No I did not. I did not have a chance to do so yet.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      Some very short sessions, mainly grounding

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      Trying to gain the trust of 2 feral kittens in my yard. Their mother took 2 year to reach the point that she does not run away when I approach her with food, but I can still not touch her. And it seems these 2 have inherited their mom’s fear of humans.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      That I slowly conquer my fear and start offering my help to people and their pets (mainly cats).

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Strolch, my diabetic boy, is getting difficult. He is always hungry and starts stealing the food I prepared for the kittens after he ate a bowl full of chicken and another with wet food.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      No time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No games, but on my job, my intuition is working very well.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Continued my daily meditations on light and sound. Mostly sleepy though this week. I am finally back to Colorado after months of being away and am getting ready to settle into a routine.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      1. Mercury: addressed pooping issues and found out that his person is not sure about keeping him and it’s really unsettling for him. He wants to know what’s going on.
      2. Coco: He is possibly going to be re-homed so we flew to God’s healing vault so he could feel deep love and that someone cared about him no matter what happens in the physical world.
      3. Charlie is a very shy cat and after conversing with him and going back in time to let go of two very unsettling experiences (in line to be drowned and his job as a rat killer on a ship) and clearing 1st and 6th chakras he was feeling much happier.
      4. While feeding Priscilla she turned up her nose at the food I put down. I “heard” she wanted it warmed up and coconut oil added and when I did that (spoiled princess) she ate the whole thing!

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I actually “heard” Priscilla and received confirmation. Grateful.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? My skepticism.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Cards: 65% correct

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      I did meditations everyday for 10-30 minutes, in the morning and evening, I did Reiki, breathing and EFT meditations.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      I connected with TipTip the cat at work. Something in his hind and tail area didn’t seem right. I offered him Reiki and a day later I sense he is coming to me in my imagination while I was meditating and ask for more Reiki, so I told him he can be with me during my meditation and after it I’ll send him Reiki. I also asked him what had happened? and I got some kind of dog picture, I think maybe it’s my brother’s dog, I didn’t get clearly which dog. I also told him that whenever he feels he needs more Reiki, to connect with me telepathically and I will be happy to help.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      I want to celebrate the possibility that my Knight is the Fat of the month. I feel It is an amazing and healing time for me and Knight. Thank you all!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      I wonder about Knight’s reincarnation. Some students get he may reincarnate as a human and I did get it too a while after his death.
      And after a while I got that he may reincarnate as a dog and he is looking for the right body and timing.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      This week, I was giving feedback to my fellow members of the club on their connection and communication with my Knight.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      No. I didn’t have much time for it this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? During the call last weekend I meditated. I’m not sure how long. At the moment I don’t remember what meditation it was.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did with my cats who understood at least some I think. I also did during the call last weekend with Knight who told me things about himself as Yaarit’s dog, his plans to reincarnate, and about him lying on Yaarit’s bed at night. I will post about this for Yaarit to see it. I also did with two Great Danes I saw in an SUV in the parking lot for the store where I get my cats’ food. I also did with a dog with red colored fur (not a Golden Retriever or an Irish Setter though). I’m not sure of the breed. The dog might have been a mutt. This dog was also in a cat in the parking lot of the store where get my cats’ food. The two Great Danes wanted their mommy to come back (she had gone inside the store). One was a bit scared or sad I think because he was whimpering. The red colored dog didn’t have much to say. He/she was enjoying being in the car and out for a ride.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? This is actually something that is true all the time as it’s part of my soul and is constant all the time: I’d like to celebrate my love and appreciation for my cats and how they’re always there for me and are empathic and comforting when I’m worried or something of the sort about something.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did during the Q & A Call. I will post about the communication for Yaarit to see it. I will also connect with Knight over the weekend and post about that communication for Yaarit to see, too.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No games, but I was talking to my mom and my intuition was really accurate about something recently and has been other times, too. Often times I will have intuitive moments about things.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      I did meditate each day, depending on the needs of the day, including the “Diamond” meditation from last Saturday’s Q&A call with Val, and my most recent favorite meditations on the app brain.fm, and my own tried and true methods of meditation drawn mostly from Eastern methodology. Total time? probably no less than 30-45 minutes a day.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      Yes. Just did a reading on two kitties, Maine Coons (brothers) named Khal and Klahootsi. The largest energy field I ever saw around Khal – all heart and presence. And I continued my work for an elderly weakening doggie named Ginger who is experiencing some arthritic problems as the weather cools but is strongly attaching to her family and hardly ready to leave. Ava, the cat I take care of on weekends, is an amazingly receptive sweet lady. Val suggested she come home before dark each day, and I further asked her to be “home by 5 PM”. And now that the clocks have “fallen back”, that little bundle of goodness is coming home at 4 PM, which would be 5 PM on daylight time. She’s so smart!
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      One of my racehorses had her first showing on Sunday, and did a very respectable job, coming in 3rd and showing her talents very handily and continues to be pampered and cared for and assessed for her best life. She is a strong competitor, eager, and has everything she needs to continue her growth into her best. She’s a lady of few “words” but did let me know she wants “more” which I interpret to mean “longer distances” and that’s what her trainer is carving out for her.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      My greatest challenge is in dealing with PEOPLE in the horse world who do not “do right” by my prize mare. My mare is happy and grateful, and has no complaints, but I do have complaints because she is not getting Vet orders applied properly – an ongoing ignominious and odorous tendency with this particular barn, so I’ve engaged additional services from the Vet which I am hoping sets things straight. In the horse world, it’s constant vigilance.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      Yes, I touched into the “strong like bull” energy of “Knight”. He lets me know he has an “important purpose” and a meaningful one. I can see him trotting along a grassy/leafy area deep in thought and he gives me the impression he is strengthening his respiratory system, as if he were compromised when on Earth, and I feel a less than balanced gait, as if he had some arthritic developments in leg joints in his later life. His feelings are deep and “love and duty” driven, leaving me the feeling his stoicism and attachment to his owner carried him through the last portion of his life beyond what a medical evaluation would have predicted.
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      I weave ways to strengthen and test my own development into the day in various ways – anticipating what’s around the corner, what the next client needs, how the day/week will progress (I keep a notebook of “what I expect” vs. “what actually happens” – it’s a wonderful way to gain guidance but also to evaluate where I’m “off”).
      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      I continue to maintain my morning routine of 1hr meditation. Staying accountable to my partner Sally is indeed helping me keep on track.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      Only with my cats. Charlie has been notorious for meowing loud in the wee hours of the morning to go outside, which really pisses me off. I had a talk with him early this week about it asking if he would refrain from meowing to go out until after I am actually out of bed. It has been working. I thank him every morning now before I let him out.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      I received a lovely letter from a woman I assisted by talking with her 2 elderly cats about their dying wishes. She was in fear and angst about making the decision to put one of them down. The messages I received from her cat said he did not want assistance by the Vet’s help. I helped counsel her based on the wisdom from her cat and she cancelled the Vet appointment, did her big inner work and now she is stronger and her relationship with her cats has transformed; both cats are alive and content. I was truly moved by the whole process.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      Not letting outside distractions of the job, the cats, the world events, my fears to distract me from my mission to do this work as a business.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Just on the Saturday call.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      I play my intuition games in a light hearted way, who’s calling? how many emails are awaiting me when I open up mail box? Thinking about a person and within a day or two I get a call from them. I still do my quick talk check-in’s with animals I see as I am out and about.
      Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.
      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      Yes, I meditated morning and night usually about 30 minutes am and 15 minutes pm. I mostly do chakra clearing and healing, grounding, confidence and healing as I have been getting over pneumonia. I enjoy using a meditation app on my phone called “Insight Timer”.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      Due to being sick, I didn’t try to communicate much. I have been home much of the time getting over sickness. I have no animals at home but worked on connecting with Pollyanna. I tried to connect with some wild song birds but didn’t hear anything back.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      There were days when meditation just wasn’t working. I would stop my meditation app and look for another one, usually a short one about 5 minutes till I could feel connected with one. I want my meditation to be fruitful.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      I wanted to work on connecting with Knight this week but just didn’t yet. I wanted to connect today but time ran out and I wanted to get my accountability posted.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      Knight came to me in a dream! I woke up and realized the dog I was seeing in the dream was Knight and he told me he knows I tried to connect with him on the Coaching call but that I just couldn’t get through. He said we will connect another time. Will post this in the Forum.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      Yes, I played with the playing cards. Not very good at it this week, maybe about 30/70 correct/wrong. I also tested my intuition when talking with my husband. I would intuit what he was going to tell me and in a few instances, I was correct. Ha ha, he went for a haircut and I always ask how Neil was (the barber) my husband always gives me a descriptive word. I intuited “debonair” and I was Correct!!! Just something fun.
      OOps – I pressed post before I had finished. Sorry.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I may not be great at communicating with animals yet, but I am discovering so much about myself on this journey!
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I had a lot of vague impressions from Knight but couldn’t get anything specific. I’m not sure that I can feel when I’m connected or not, so I think I’m not.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes – and my vague imperssions did seem to fit with other people’s – but I’m wondering why I don’t feel the connection. Maybe that’s just the way it is.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? NO because I’m worried I have no connectionto my intuition and this way ( avoidance) I don’t have to confirm it! 🙂
      MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
      Still rather helter-skelter. Because there were several events this week, I did visualizations (if those count as meditations) that I’d be safe with the car and walker. Then I’d be tired and hurting when I got home, so I’d just try to get comfortable enough in bed and distract myself listening to The Great Courses’ Robert Greenberg about music and history, and the thirty best orchestral works.
      INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE
      Lots of messages to the fleas embedded in my right forearm to drop dead. No messages received from them. This morning I woke up with only eight new bites/mounds of flea dirt/scabs instead of dozens of them. But I attribute that progress to a supermarket’s triple anti-bacterial cream.
      When I noticed that my male cat’s tail area was getting bare again, I immediately ordered a new Seresto collar. The eight-month collar would have expired in mid-December, but rereading the description, I saw that it lasts up to eight months. Twice, Raven bolted when I opened the can with the collar near him. I tried to communicate it’s a “have to,” and he cooperated by letting me scissor off the old collar and fasten the new one.
      CELEBRATE
      Because I haven’t gotten still and centered, nothing in AC.
      CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS
      One of my garage doors is stuck open and I see the feral cat, Rosalie, going inside. I want to put soft coverings on the lidded tubs stored there, but I don’t want to attract other wildlife. Compromise maybe by putting out cardboard boxes with a sideways opening? The local shelter suggests styrofoam chests.
      FAT COMMUNICATION
      Posted about Yaarit Y’s Knight from the 11/16 QA.
      INTUITIVE GAMES
      Not much of even casual guesses.
