–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!

Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).

Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My physical body during the daily meditations is sometimes not even there. I continue my morning and evening and now middle of the day meditations connecting with light and sound.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with Pollyanna a few times. I did connect with the wood tick that bit me in the woods after I said I like the fall because I don’t have to worry about wood ticks. She said I was hungry and wanted you to know you do have to be observant. No new clients this week so had fewer communications.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am very excited about the new way I have for listening during my daily meditations thanks to the Saturday call.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes! Posted on Pollyanna’s page.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I sent and received messages from my husband.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Still less than I want to.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Saturday Zoe, a young cat I found d a few months ago abandoned in a field, vanished from sight. I knew she was in the kennel somewhere but was not able to find her. Finally, Sunday noon I found her in a wooden box, curled up in the hind corner. She was obviously very sick. So I picked her up and brought her into the kitchen. I cleaned her nose and made her inhale a mixture of hot water with a few drops of eucalyptus and menthol oil. That helped her breathing, but I was still afraid she might not make it through the night. She had not eaten since Friday night and still was not interested in food.
I sat down with her and told her I have to bring her to the vet for treatment. At that time she did not care very much, but I nevertheless asked her to co-operate. Then I left her to sleep. Monday morning I brought her in for treatment and then back home before leaving for work. Since then she got much better, but we have to see the vet every morning for a couple more days. So I keep explaining to her that she needs to continue the treatment even though she feels better. And I am astonished how good she behaves. Every morning when I open the door of the big cage, where I keep her right now, she comes out and climbs into the carrier by herself. This little girl is really I credible.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

Making good progress with Zoe and also with the new kittens.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Severe lack of time. I have a lot of problems with the house with workmen coming and going and on top the daily vet visits.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No. Even during the call I could not focus, apart from the fact that the conference system kept kicking me out.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      No.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I did meditate 2 times with 10 minute morning meditations and 2 of Val’s grounding meditations.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes, I did. I connected with a very large bird that has been showing up in my yard every day this past week. He is a very unusual bird who was very tall and has a really long curved beak . When I connected with him , he said he was curious and liked to explore. He wanted to try and fit in with the other birds in the yard but that didn’t seem to work. I told him just how unique and special he was just as he is…and he replied, “I know”.
He then started to turn in circles and dance. When I asked what he was doing, he just said that he was being silly to make me laugh. He was successful as I could not stop laughing.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

This week I celebrate that there are so many birds who are very special that have chosen to spend time in my yard and connect with me.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

The challenge I had this week was that there were so many distractions. It was challenging to stay focused in my quiet space while there was so much going on around me.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results.

Yes, I did and posted my results. When I went back to the forum, for some reason, I could not find my post. I will check again and repost if I can’t find it.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I used mini colored tennis balls. I closed my eyes, picked a tennis ball twice and guessed the color correctly both times.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      5-30 guided meditation every morning.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with a puppy, dog and two cats to explain the new puppies home and explaining that a new puppy will join the family.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Celebrating to be able to help a puppy’s transition from the separation from it’s parents and sibling to new home with another dog and cats. I have received the confirmation from the new owner no crying. Everything is went easy. I also connected to all the fur members. All did great. Little one seems happy.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      none
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I will connect later with the FAT.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? forgot

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Same answer every week – yes I meditate every day. Time varies but hovers around about 30-45 minutes each day, often more. The meditations Val provides are EXCELLENT and I replay them frequently. I also love the app “brain.fm” and HIGHLY recommend it. You can try it for free for Work, Relaxation, Sleep, and Meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Of course – I just had a conversation with a doggie named Bex who is in the UK while her Daddy is in Canada, and he’s headed to get her, but the Vet has just discovered a lump, so that’s going to be a happy reunion, and trip, and then more Vet work once the Daddy is back in Canada.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I’m happy to be telling my horse, Hattie, that we are MOVING and I cannot wait. She seems happy about that, also, and is in especially good frame of mind these days. I think the Osphos the Vet prescribed is working as planned, and she is even more active now thanks to that anti-inflammatory.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

If you can find another 24 hours in each day, then that challenge would be overcome! Time is always an issue, in terms of “extra” connections beyond what my clients request.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Pollyanna loves to chat and she pops up from time to time. I put a lot of info on the FAT page for Mommie Sally. Polly Wolly, as I call her, is a wealth of information and wisdom and seems to be very alert to what Sally can absorb as well, and Polly tries not to overwhelm Sally, it seems.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I make up my games as I go about the day – like “seeing” the time on the digital clock before I verify it by actually looking at the clock; one of my favorites used to be imagining and sketching the front page of the local newspaper (which is also an international newspaper) and then checking the next morning to see how accurate I am/was. It’s harder to do that with digital “papers” so I’ve switched to “lead stories” on certain sites. With the state of the world, it’s not as much fun as it used to be, I must say.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes I did some energy work, yoga, and breathwork.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes I have communicated with some of my “regulars” 🙂 and met some new animals. I am going to talk with a pig in spirit tomorrow morning as requested by a friend of a friend in town once she heard I talk with animals.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? More time and mental space due to change in work schedule. = more animal communication and body healing.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Just deciphering my own mental garbage from actual animal communicating information. It’s a journey! Some challenges focusing with particular animals but I am giving a little space and then going back so I don’t feel pressured. Seems to be working!

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes and posted to her page. What a beautiful animal teacher and healer.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Just intuitive games using oracle decks. Will do that more this coming week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I did meditations everyday for 10-30 minutes, in the morning and evening, I did Reiki meditations everyday and some EFT meditations.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. I connected with a new kitten in the neighborhood near my house.
I explain to him that if he wants a home my neighbor is willing to adopt him, we tried to catch him by letting him come to us and he didn’t want to and we honor his will. I offer him Reiki to keep him safe and also explain to him to be aware of the dangers of cars and the road I also asked from other cats around here to be gentle with him. So far it seems he is doing well and I saw him eat and drink. He is a little warrior 🙂
I also connect with Pollyanna our teacher of the month
And with another sweet cat at work.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I want to celebrate this week my love for animals and willing and openness to learn more and understand them more.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
how can I get more details, I think it’s related to ask the right questions also and I’m learning it and practicing
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I communicated and also offer Reiki, I post it in the FAT forum
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did – every day between 10 minutes and an hour. Chanting and some silent meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I did the Q&A call with Pollyanna, and was able to connect with her beforehand too. I do get some precise images and emotions – I need to sit with these and develop, practice more. I think the key is the questions! (As Val keeps saying…) I felt her warmth and felt so grateful for her.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That animals exist, that they still put up with us, at the extent of their emotions, at the incredible variety of bodies for souls.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I need to practice and own my way and solidify what I have developed so far.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes. Twice. I have put my replies in the forum. I feel gratitude to Sally for responding to us all – it feels lke a privilege to communicate with Pollyanna.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I did not. I think I need to spend some concerted time doing them and then they might become more autoatic to do during spare moments.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditated about an hour this week doing two guided meditations.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I did with my cats who understood at least some. I also did with a bird who Jo Blankenship said is injured. I also did with Pollyanna during the call last Saturday.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That my cats help me see when I’m getting too caught up in worry stuff and they help me see I don’t have to worry so much.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I said what happened during the call last week. I also have a message that I will write to Sally from Pollyanna.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?I played the cards game and got 6 right out of 10 or colors. For suit I got 3 right out of 10.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did meditate every day but not as much as I usually do. With my husband sick and coming to bed earlier, it has cut down on my meditating at bedtime.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I work at communicating every day at least with my horse Pollyanna. I sometimes work on communicating with the barn cats and wild birds. I am not getting more than a “knowing” so far.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I celebrate that Pollyanna is being helped so much by being the FAT. Her demeanor has been softening and I am getting nice behaviors directed to me like giving me her muzzle for a kiss or walking up to me in the pasture where she would be aloof in the past.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? My challenges are that I want to “hear” or get pictures from the animals I communicate with but just am not getting them.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I work at communication every day with Pollyanna but just don’t get messages yet. Only a “knowing” here and there.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Ha ha, yes! Pam and I played with cards over the phone. It was very interesting, she would have me guess and quite often I guess the suit but only close to the number or face card. We had lots of laughs and it felt like a very helpful and playful way to practice intuition. I did play with the cards other days by myself too.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, during the Q&A call with Val and the Unity church service on Sunday and a few other times.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? As always i intend to communicate with my own animals. I know they get my communication but I rely mainly on body language to get their communication.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I was able to connect with the FAT a little during the call.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Just the challenge of making time to practice.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I tuned into her during the call. I sensed that she is a gentle and somewhat shy horse.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No – I never think of them except during this post.

3 days I did over an hour of meditation, other days were just a few minutes of chakra meditations and grounding.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
More attempts at communication with my cats and their bickering; still working on things.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am doing more inner healing with emphasis on my chakras.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
my heart is calling me to get out of massage because my wrist is hurting worse than it ever has. I am working on finding a balance.

Yes, I had a long and good talk with Pollyanna which I posted on forum. Also, began another one with her the other day but had to cut short so I told her I would come back another day; hopefully this evening or tomorrow morning before Master Class

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? As I posted on Facebook page, Sally and I had a ball playing with a deck of cards.

Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

      MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES

Chakra, listening, breathing meditations of a few minutes each scattered through the days and nights. Mostly while lying in bed because I’m tired and scared that it’s taking so long to walk unassisted again. Would welcome the ability to do the loathsome housework and yardwork. And to put away the dozens of audio Great Courses I’ve been playing on the boombox.

      INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE

Trying to connect with Rosalie the Lorelei, the feral cat who calls for food in the morning and afternoon/evening. I figure if I give her two three-ounce cans of food in the morning, which she immediately devours, she can take care of herself until the next morning. But she keeps trekking over later in the day, and I inadvertently do intermittent reinforcement by going to the car, garage, or trash bucket, which means I have to feed her if we see each other outside.

I set the intention to get an image of where she lives or to learn if she gets food elsewhere or if she thinks she’ll get inside my house. Though she stays out of my arm’s reach, she also tries to get close to a door as if she could run in. She stares in the front picture window and the some back windows off the patio.

      CELEBRATE

After Val said in last Friday’s laser session that two beings greeted Lily-Grace after she passed out of the tunnel, I wondered if they might be Miranda Faye (my second cat and best-loved person ever) and Shannon Shoshana (my formerly feral kitten who died unexpectedly in May). Maybe it was just my imagination, but we sat in a circle holding hands/paws one night.

Whatever the vet did, Raven-Raffaele has been free of diarrhea since the visit.

      CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS

Same old being blocked from receiving communication. Don’t know whether Rosalie and Yossie-Yael don’t receive my messages or choose to ignore them.

      FAT COMMUNICATION

It seemed that Pollyanna let me run my fingers through her mane during the QA call last Saturday. Feelings of peace and warmth.

      INTUITIVE GAMES

Only guesses about time of day or night, whether USPS or another service will deliver packages. Maybe 50% correct.
