–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!

Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).

Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

Once again it is my intention to post earlier in the week to avoid posting at the last minute and risking missing it. So this post is for a short week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes for varying times. I attended the meditation before the church service as well as having a meditation during the service and at the candle lighting afterward. I have tried meditating before going to bed but unfortunately I sometimes fall asleep in my chair and wake up in the wee small hours to toddle off to bed – where I cannot get back to sleep. I’m working on making meditation a daily part of my live. I am also remembering that I first opened to AC before meeting Val when I offered Animal Reiki to animals, so am doing that again. Reiki is a meditation. As my energy returns after months of below normal heart rate, it is easier to do it.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I continue to try and connect with my cats especially when they just sit and stare at me like vultures. I feel they want to tell me something but I’m missing it. I really need to receive communication from them – I am good at communicating to them.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? My efforts to get back my skill at AC.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing, thanks.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. I have not communicated with the FAT since class. I plan to do it again.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, have not checked those games in years. Never was good at them.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, I did Val’s pebble meditation/exercise (which was wonderful) from the masterclass when I listened to the recording later. Unfortunately, I was unable to be on the live call. I also took a few moments of stillness and conscious breathing a few times this week.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I was up very early morning ( late night) and saw a spider in a huge web outside my back door. When I turned the light on he started to retreat and was rolling up his web. I said hello and told him he didn’t have to be afraid of me. He stopped in his tracks and seemed to look at me sort of confused and surprised that I was talking to him. I tried to continue a conversation with him but he didn’t want the same. He asked me if I knew that I woke him up so I told him that I was sorry and he could go back to sleep. I closed the outside light and told him good night.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

This week I celebrate that I was able to listen to the recording of the Masterclass call the following day (since I was working at the time of the call).

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

The challenge I had this week was being really “present” during holiday celebrations. Although it was challenging, I did manage to spend some quality time with family (even though I just finished an 11 hour shift at work).

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results.

I did try and although I tried to center myself, my mind was busy. I finally did manage to get my mind centered and then I got interrupted.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I did play a quick numbers game where I guessed a 4 digit number twice. I was really very close but not exact.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Short sessions of centering and grounding. Trying to stay present throughout the day.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Christmas eve I forgot again to lock the back door when I went to clean the kennel. And sure enough Micky opened the door and 12 cats escaped. I asked all the others to go into the kennel and closed windows and cat door. Then I opened the door and sent the message to the runaways that the door is open and they can come in when they had enough of the bad weather. Then I went to feed the kittens. On my way back to the kitchen I sat at my desk to quickly check my email. The next time I opened my eyes, it was nearly 9am. So I went to the kitchen and found that 8 of the cats were back, complaining with the rest of them that there was no food nor water all night. Yesterday night one of the 4 remaining escapists was crying under my car, staring at the closed kennel door. So I went to open the door and told him, if he wants to get back in, he has to run as soon as open the door to make sure there wouldn’t be another one slipping out. As soon as I opened the door he came shooting across the path straight into the kennel. Now there are still 3 outside, but they have no intention to come back in.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

Thanks to my journey in a/c I learnt to be more quiet and more patient. An event like Christmas eve doesn’t send me any more into a panick attack. I simply talk to them, tell them the options, explain the risks and accept whatever they decide to do.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

A lot of unplanned chaos made it difficult to focus. So I had to postpone a session with someone I had promised to talk with his cat for after the holidays.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

I was looking at his picture, but could not connect.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Some colleagues from the Phillippines sent a photo of their department with Christmas wishes. There were 9 people in the photo and I knew 2 ladies. So I was guessing who of the remaining 3 ladies is the one who is always corresponding with us. After I decided, I sent an email back asking who is who and my guess was confirmed.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
********* Yes I did meditate most days. Walking meditation, heart centred meditations, Vals meditations in lessons I’m listening to. Some days only a few minutes and a couple of days for around 40 minutes

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
********* Yes. Several times. Connected with Star who’s not well. Intense discomfort in her bladder which I experienced in mine. Daily connections with my Jasper. Sometimes just to share our love. I also had a discussion with him about his fear of fireworks which has recently appeared. He said “The man threw the bomb” and I had an image of a man throwing a hand grenade or similar in my general direction. The street looked already damaged in this image. So clearly past life experience for him. This would explain why he’s also recently become fearful around lone men on our walks, especially if they’re a bit ‘edgy’. I’d been putting it down to him picking up on my anxiety issues alone but clearly it’s more than just that.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
********* The above discussion with Jasper. There’s still more to do there but I’m so happy he feels safe enough to tell me this. This week his displays of physical affection have changed to much more heart centred. The slight nipping when I withdraw my hand has diminished markedly!! This is something which has bothered me for a long time. So things are really continuing to change and blossom in our communication.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
*********** Self doubt at times. Frustration when attempting to communicate with a lone mallard duck. She’s been perching in an area which just isn’t safe for her. I was attempting to suggest a couple of safer places. She waddled away from us softly quacking. She wasn’t there this evening so I’m hoping she got my communication.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
******** No not this week. Too much else happening with Christmas period.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
********* No I haven’t done these yet. Though I do compare intuitive notes with my friend on an almost daily basis.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, shielding and grounding. 3 meditations this week.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Daily with the horses and dogs. Today it was sunny even with snow on the ground. Metallic had his blanket on across the pasture. I said his name to get his attention and telepathically asked him if he wanted his blanket off. I told him to meet me at the gate. I was looking at something else and he surprised me by being at the gate waiting.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That Daisy is so much better and I have a new avenue to help people and their animals at the same time.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No. Limited internet. I will try this weekend.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No time

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Just returned from a meditation retreat so I am really being the rock in the stream during my morning and evening meditation on light and sound. Really listening.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      1. Maggie and Grace: Did Ho’oponopono prayer with Grace as she wasn’t in the planning of Maggie arriving at their home. Also had their people write out the hierarchy of the family so everybody felt they had a place and knew what it was. This has really calmed Maggie as she is only 6 months old but this is her fourth home. Her people assured her this was her forever home. She is way more grounded andcGrace is not angry anymore.
      2. Talked to Buddy about whether he wants to fly on airplanes with his owner. (No). Also worked with his fear of thunder. Cleared two chakras: root and throat. Went back in time to when he had been killed by lightning as a field mouse and healed that memory. Talked about how he can stay and feel safe. Sent TTouches that will help.
      3. Talked to Sky about her fear of thunder and sent TTOUCHES that will help. Talked about a safe sanctuary where she can go when the noises come.
      4. Talked to Lady and Buddy about helping out with a new puppy and they get to approve the puppy. Assured them that their status in the family will stay the same.
      5. Checked in with Snickers and sent a quick healing for her eyes and teeth.
      6. Checked in with Lilly ie the entities that were looking for a portal out of the physical—whether she has seen anymore.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I did several on the spot communications this week and they helped the families and the animals.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Sky is on my list but I haven’t had time with clients inline ahead of her and traveling four days plus Christmas. She has more to teach me so I will make an effort to reconnect.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Grocery shopping telepathy!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditations everyday for 10-30 minutes, some days I did guided meditations and some days I did by myself breathing and Reiki meditations.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected again with the neighbor’s cat, I explained to him why it’s important that he will stay at his home as much as he can because he is still recovering and not yet in his best to be outside alone. I got from him he understands and will do his best.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I want to celebrate my love and compassion to animals and their people and also to myself.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
My challenge this week was to find the time and energy to practice communication but I also figure it out I rested and meditated and succeed and did my best.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did and I posted it in the forum.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? A tiny bit for a very short time. I was trying to just simply be. I kept getting off track and thinking things. I would try to be myself back to simply being. I ended up dozing off. I noticed though a couple of times that when I was simply being that my thoughts felt lighter and would move on by.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, with my cats who understood at least some. I also sometime told Serenity I didn’t want her absorbing my emotions/worrying and that I wanted her to be happy. I think sometime after that she was playing.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing new.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did and I posted for Patricia to see the communication.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. I’m playing the deck of cards game. I got 10 right out of 19 for the red or black. What suit: I got 4 right out of 13. For face or no face: I got 9 right out of 20. Four of the ones I got wrong were face ones and if I had paid more attention to my intuition I might have guess they were face cards.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditate every am & pm using “Insight Timer” app on my phone. This week I did meditations for anxiety and peacefulness. I meditate anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I communicated with my pony and barn cats at the horse barn. I talked with them but I did not get any messages from them.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing to report.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Due to family drama this week, I felt a lot of anxiety, and stress. I am sure this contributed to not getting any messages from the animals.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No, I knew I was not in a good place and would not be successful.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, I practice little things throughout the day though to intuit information.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

yes, everyday, though this last week I only did my long morning meditation 2 or 3 times. All others I did short 10-20 min sessions. I have been working on some artwork and so I have been in a real meditative space while doing this.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Only my kitties, working through the whole Christmas craziness in my household. They have done remarkably well with all the commotion.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

Sally and I are sharing insights, awareness’s, and staying accountable to one another for our meditation practices. Having a buddy is a big help on staying focused and on track.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

my challenge this week is that there is not enough time….not that the holidays are over, except for me needing to make Pizzelles for out of town friends, time should open up for me to get back on track. Sally and I want to do what Barb Grout did and commit to communicating with an animal on the forum at least one time per day; this will be our New Year start.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

No, but my heart is calling me to make time for our beloved FAT

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

just fun email, and phone games….how many emails will show up when I turn my computer on? Who is ringing me on the phone or texting me. When I get it correct I cheer myself.

Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

Thank you, Val, and members for what I’ve learned or relearned the two years I’ve participated in ATCC. This has been a difficult year for me, so I’m not renewing my membership (expiration 1/2/20). There’s much to process and practice.

Thank you to whomever may have sent energy to Shoshana, my darling feline companion, and me. For a week now, I have been free of sciatic pain and am beginning to rebuild leg strength.

Best to each of you talking with and caring for animals! ~Carol

Many thanks, Sally. I enjoyed your carefully considered, delicate responses, and learning about and sharing a little in your developing relationship with Pollyanna. Blessings as you continue! ~Carol

Hello Posting late: when i was trying to log in for this purpose last week i was unable to login due to website issues.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes breath awareness day to day and in nature time

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes I have been connecting with Sky everyday and posting. still posting on that thread. I am dog sitting for a dog named Murphy. Things are going very well and she is feeling relaxed. She is very young and wild. I notice that in her interactions with the few people I have been in contact with out here in this remote area where i (and my neighbor Murphy) live, her wild anxious hyper behavior is soothed more quickly with the approach that I have taken (as well as my friend Linus who met her on Christmas). Her anxious hyper meet and greet is toned down and soothed by our calming, clear, direct, firm and stern approach. Working with her is a journey in receiving her sweet ample love and gentleness while being able/willing to take a firm and simultaneously very calm approach with her when she is “acting out” with behaviors like jumping up into the face and chewing on sleeves. My cats are kinda getting the short end of the stick, but they trust me. I am staying at the neighbors house while dogsitting since Murphy gets massive separation anxiety. And the house has million dollar views of the Ocean, plus other perks, which i have discussed with my cats. They have gotten to be near Murphy’s energy everyday when I go walk over to hang out with them a few times a day. relaxing with them and soothing their tension is my goal. Feeling the joyful energy of tiny flocks of birds this week.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

success in my approach with Murphy. And getting to be with her for two weeks.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

a litter issue with kitties, but I think we understand eachother, and I know what I need to do.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.

      YES

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

just day to day random intuitive games with myself like seeing what time it is etc; also tarot card intuitive readings
