One of the most important things to stay on track with your animal communication goals is to be accountable to your journey on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below. Answer them 12 weeks in a row and you’ll have earned your Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val (regularly $125). (game rules below)
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared.
Do your best. You cannot copy and paste each week’s answers. They must be unique each week. If we feel you are trying to hack the system and not putting any real effort into this, then you will be asked to try again and if you miss the weekly deadline, you will have to start over with your weekly count.
Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress every week.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session Awards.
While only posts answering the 6 Posting Questions (below) count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN YOUR COACHING SESSIONS:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on your efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening.
Post each week between Saturday and Friday noon (12:00 pm). All posts are automatically time stamped based on Greenwich Mean (GMT) Time so the weekly system time stamp deadline is Friday 5:00 pm GMT. We suggest you don’t wait till the last minute.
Note: The system uses Greenwich Mean Time to keep us harmonized across time zones around the world in all seasons. Remember you can post any day of the week as long as it’s within the designated week. You can check your local time against Greenwich Mean Time using: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your Breakthrough Laser Coaching with Val. You can use your time for animal communication coaching, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Beware: You cannot do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
POSTING INSTRUCTIONS
Copy these 6 questions into your comment post below and answer them. Then click the SUBMIT button at the bottom.
TIP: To copy the questions, highlight the text and on a PC use ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) OR on a Mac use ⌘Command-C (hold down the ⌘Command key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V (OR ⌘Command-V) to paste. We recommend you write them somewhere else, like in word, google docs, or pages, and then copy and paste them into the appropriate Forum discussion thread when you’re done. 1. Meditate! Meditating is important to your progress because it helps you center, making it easier to connect and communicate with animals as well as release the mind chatter and increase your overall calm.
Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. Visit our Animal Teachers page to find a willing partner and post what you get so their person can give you feedback.
What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
5. Featured Animal Teacher! Communicating with our FAT provides the opportunity for fast feedback to enhance your learning and grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Intuition Development Games! To find Club Membership resources click on the menu My Course > Platinum/Gold/Silver Membership > Intuitive Development Games
This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, meditation calms me before I ‘start’ my day2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Shooks my dog, she had a lovely discussion with Barb Grout which had a secondary effect on her so we discussed this (Shooks and I) and I told her how pleased and proud I was of her.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am a VERY solitary person, and I like it like this but this journey of learning how to communicate has bought me into this community, where I can ‘lurk’ and be quiet or I can join in, no one minds, no one forces me out of my comfort zone, I can just go at my own speed and I feel my confidence to join in is growing. I shall be on the Q&A call this week…my first time….exciting. I might even speak but hey, I don’t want to jump the gun, I’ll wait and see how things go.4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My question would be ‘How can I help my Mookie with her fear of things that move?’
My discovery is a strange but subtle sense of growing confidence within me about what I ‘get’ when I am communicating with an animal. I am starting to feel the difference in the energy of what I get and what is my imagination.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I connected with Poppy who was VERY exuberant, full of joy, love and abounding energy. It was a very pleasant experience. I didn’t even get to introduce myself because as soon as he felt my energy field I got ‘WANNA PLAY?’Although this was lovely, it was a little bit unsettling, I almost felt swept away on a mini tsunami and had to bring myself and Poppy down a bit….calm and centered6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No, and I really must. I am going to make a conscious effort to find time to play one. -

I’m celebrating meditating better and getting deeper. If I can do this then I can start working communication better!4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I feel that once I connect I have so much coming thru, my brain goes crazy. How can I keep my connection and slow down info coming thru.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so?

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I agree that meditating is so important. I have noticed a big difference in my ability to connect/results when I do not meditate. I try to meditate on a daily basis.Lately with reading all the material available as a member I come across so many new meditations so I am trying to absorb them all..2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). I communicated with JC-In spirit..
He is such a kind soul. He said he had already come back and was living with the same family as a kitten. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn His name is JC-in spirit. He told me he had returned in a new body to be with his family. He showed me that he came back for love.

Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. The one thing i want to celebrate about this journey this week, is that I am finally following my heart towards the place I have always meant to be. communicating with animals..
so am celebrating the beginning of this journey.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? I wonder…Does it confuse them if many people try to communicate with them?
I discovered that it is harder to communicate with your own pets than with others5. Featured Animal Teacher! I did have a conversation with Poppy. Such a sweet heart..
It was brief and I originally sensed either excitement or anxiety/nervousness. she said she was happy and excited…. also a bit nervous…and jumpy..I did not find out why..6. 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I did deep breathing a couple of times and prayed to the Universe a couple of times. I also did with Pam on Friday night before connecting with Serenity and sending her Healing from her injury.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience? Serenity: I found out about what happened when she got injured. I also said the Ho Oponopono Prayer to her. Hawkeye: I tried to explain to him to please not bother Serenity. I talked with them other times, too.
Poppy: I talked with Poppy during the Q & A Call. I am not aware of any feedback from Stacey-I didn’t get a chance to say what I got during the Q & A Call on Saturday so I posted it in the Forum.
I talked with Poppy again a little bit ago and posted the communication I got for Stacey to see it.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week. Nothing new.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did, and I posted the communication for Stacey to see it.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals? I am right now. The deck of cards game: color: 7 right out of 10. Suit: 1 right (first one) out of 9. There were one or two times when I guessed a particular suit and then it was wrong but the next card was that suit. Face or no face: 8 right out of 8 (and two had faces which is a lot less likely that having no face in a deck of cards). I’m clearly psychic and intuitive! 🙂 🙂 🙂

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes although there was one or two days I missed. I did however continue to listen to the wind and take a moment in the sun when outside or in my office by the window with the intention of self care. I also continued doing the Kryon morning meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with a sweet kitty who had lots of wisdom to share to her mom. Most of her messages were a mirror of her mom and to help her mom with her growth and healing. I also communicated with dog who is getting ready for heaven. She asked for 7 days to try on her own because her mom’s wishes are that she passes while she sleeps. She (the dog) said that if she cannot do this on her own, that she would like help with euthanasia. It is euthanasia that he prefers as it is hard to leave her mom. We worked through the feelings around that and also shared comfort in knowing that she and her mom will always be together, even after death.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I would like to celebrate Blessing, Darwin and Nemo, the 3 beautiful beings disguised as animals and reptiles but are my teachers and soul friends. They are amazing and are helping me greatly. Darwin told me he wanted to be with me with love as I talked to the dog who is getting ready for transition. I was very grateful to him for that.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I do not have any questions at this time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I did. Poppy is a real sweetheart. She shared with me about how she feels it’s important for her to have an avenue in which she can expel her energy. She feels like a puppy and with puppy energy, she says she sleeps really deep when she can let that energy loose and release it. She also shared that she feels anxiety from mom and others when she’s too excited and wants to work on that. I wrote this and our conversation in the FAT forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I did not play an intuition game this week but really like the one I am on with asking an animals what life means to them. What makes for a great life. I look forward to doing this again before the next month’s intuition lesson opens for me.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
This week I started slowly back to do some maditation from Gaia channel and quiet maditation in the garden.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with a cat name Panko. He is an outside cat that travel between to familyis.
He is lately seems thin and wick so one of the familyis decide to check him and it was hard for him so I talked to him to hear what he wants and explain him what they want and why.
It was unique talk, he is very special cat. He talked with me on the human need to fix very thing and how much noise we make in our minds… He is a great teacher3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Very little. The workload in my day job is steadily increasing and I work around 10-12 hours per day.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Little Wind (the feral kitten) got better and I sent him back outside to his mother and siblings. For about an hour he played happily with his sister, but then he decided he wants to come back inside. Now, living in my kitchen with rare excursins to the kennel, he develops a mild cold, but I don’t have time to take him to the vet.
Mowgli starts going 1-2 steps into the utility room, which is connected to the kennel. But he stays and explores there only as long as I keep the door to the kitchen open. When I close the door, he panics, while the other 2 living with him already go out into the kennel and every now and then stay there over night.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
Mowgli did another baby step forward by meeting some of the other cats.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Nothing new

Only during our Q&A call. I posted what I got.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No time for games.12/12

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I recited the Ho’Oponopono prayer and mantra morning and night. I did Val’s Energy Ball Clearing and Rainbow Tornado and Shower exercises every day this week.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I talked with Poppy the FAT this afternoon. Stacey wanted to know what Poppy did prior to our group discussion with her. I got that she growled at another dog while going for a walk. She was protecting Stacey.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I listened to the Hay House Follow Your Flow summit and enjoyed a number of speakers. I really enjoyed Dr. Bradley Nelson who developed and teaches Emotion Code and Body Code to clear away emotional blocks from the body and heart. Right up my alley!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
When I am communicating with an animal, my mind gets all jumbled up and I can’t think of what questions to ask.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I did speak with Poppy and I put my findings in the Forum.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes. I played the card game. Didn’t do very well though, I got 27 correct and 27 wrong, 50/50.

I have just started the courses and this is my first time in this session. When i connected with Poppy I felt her joy with a new person and she welcomed me! She is full of spunk and love. I then felt a dull pain in my neck as if she had a headache…I asked if I could send her some healing energy and she told me yes..definitely. I gave her some Reiki healing and she thanked me..I hope that she is feeling good now. thank you for connecting with me Poppy.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My usual 15-30 minutes before bed to relax. All but one night with the Soul Mala Healing Meditation Music. One night I tried some other guided meditation and music, but I keep going back to the Soul Mala. I also did the homework that Val gave me, listened to the recording of the Chakra 3 class and did the tornado clearing. I need to continue to do more of this as I did feel better after I did that, and I know it’s important. I will just have to find some time in each day for this.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
After my lazer session with Val talking with Scooter and Shakti (Little Purr) kitties, I have followed her advice keeping them separated. She wants out of her room so bad, but until after Halloween, Scooter reluctantly agreed to stay in the house, so that’s the best place for her for now. I have noticed that Scooter hasn’t been quite as insistent on going outside after talking with Val. I’ve been watch for any indication that he might want to get to know her and be nice, as Val suggested, but haven’t really seen any sign of that from him.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.

I just get the overall impression that Poppy is one spunky puppy!

Yes – I’ve been doing rainbow tornado 15 minutes and 1 hour chanting every day.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
Apart from the FAT, and trying to stay connected with Elsa, I haven’t. Work is dominating. But I’m trying to apply heart direction to that so that I can manage everythign differently. Not sure how yet – it’s all in a process of becoming. A happy place, a growing place but not a clear place! Yet. I’m also avoiding communicating because of confidence. A bit of a battle that one.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
As I continue to do the rainbow heart meditation, I continue to feel healing in unexpected times and places. The only think I’m doing differently is the rainbow heart meditation so it must be this. I never thought I could or would. Very grateful. I’m going to keep doing this.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Discovery: that if you direct your life with your heart, you can do things more deeply and in less time. Early days of this but I’m sensing that your heart can change the way time happens – ie. To direct your life energy with your heart. Still experimenting with this so I’m not sure how to describe it.
5Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes on the Q&A call – I posted what I got.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No – Ive been dedicating time to the rainbow tornado to help me stay in my heart centre more easily. -

I still am not meditating first thing every morning as I keep intending to. I have meditated at other times: during out online church service for example. Last night I began a 3 week intensive with Susann. Her calls always include a lot of meditation and the opening call last night was not exception. I also listened to Val’s call that I missed on Saturday and did the meditation there. So lots of meditation yesterday.

What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
As I listened to the replay of Saturday’s call, I once again tuned into Poppy. It was not a very good connection in my opinion. I asked her about her experience on the call and she seemed to enjoy it and find it a little confusing. I assured her she would not have that experience again, that for now on it was one on one like then. I need to communicate with her further.
3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.

4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Tuning into the FAT while listening to the reply is not as easy as doing it with the group.
Yes, see above answer.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes 5 meditations that were really visual with my crystals, listening to shamanic music.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
My 6 animals are who I communicate with mostly. Tina and Star have visited me at night in my energy which I love and Angel communicates more about her concerns about the cat coming who is another reincarnation of Chica. Angel is also a fractal of Chica. Pam is going to be helping me with negotiating the arrival of the new kitty.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I am receiving intuitive images and information in meditation which has never happened before
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
None
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes on the class call
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
The intuition games are not listed. I am getting intuitive information in my meditation as I listed above. -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated 4 times this week for a total of 40 min. My meditations were each 10-min silent meditations where I focused inward on my breathing and body sensations. I also set the intention to ground into the earth with each one. After each meditation I used my Angel cards to receive messages.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Poppy and learned that part of the information I received was accurate, and part of it was a story my own mind made up. I also learned that with her I received strong physical sensations in my body.
I also communicated with my friend’s cat who had not been acting right after being missing for 3 days. I asked him about why he ran away and about his physical health. I shared the messages with my friend and will wait to see if any of them are able to be validated.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
My friend reached out to me for help with her family’s cat and this was really the first time someone sought me out for help with animal communication specifically. It was nerve-racking to share the messages I received and I’m proud of myself that I did it anyway. She is aware that I am still a beginner in animal communication and my messages may or may not be completely accurate.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
If I struggle with the intuition games, does that also mean that my intuition in animal communication may not be as accurate?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I communicated with Poppy and felt some strong body sensations during the session. I interpreted these sensations to mean that Poppy did not feel grounded and would benefit from work to ground her energy and bring it down from her head and neck.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I played the deck of cards game and did not have great results. I will keep trying.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I managed 3 days of my long meditation this week in the morning, with every other day just a few minutes along with my rainbow chakra meditation.
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I had a conversation with Puffy a 17yr old cat staying temporarily with a woman who lives in an apartment in Austin with 7 cats and a male roommate with mental health issues (the woman as physical and emotional issues)….. So, yes, as you can imagine, Puffy was one freaked out cat. I felt her belly as a jumble of nerves. I spoke to her about how sorry I was that no one communicated to her what would be happening and why her mom was going away. I told her everything and also did some healing work on her. She did feel lighter after the session and was grateful for now understanding that this place was just a temporary visit. I spoke with Shadow, one of the cats that came to my awareness to ask if he would keep a special eye out for Puffy and take him under his wing (paw) while he was there. The client told me Shadow has indeed been keeping close to Puffy.
I had a wonderful interlude with Beaver down at the Boise River on Tuesday night. I was with my X having dinner at a restaurant right on the river and listening to a band play oldies music (we know a couple of the band members whom we met years ago). So, after dinner I wanted to go sit on the rocky bank and soak up the energy of the river. We spotted a Beaver on a log. Of course, Pammie started sweet talking to him out loud and then I pulled out my camera to video him. He did not approve and dove under. He came back and damn if I didn’t do it again and off he went under water. Ok, so I told John to be quiet and not speak….I myself got quiet and stepped into my heart and called to Beaver offering my apologies for the intrusion (it was dark dusk and the camera automatically lit up to adjust to the dark) and asked if he would please forgive me and if he would gift me with his presence one more time. I felt my heart open to the waters, to Beaver and about 5 min later here he comes swimming across the river and as he approached he popped up his head so I could see he darling face. He slowly and ever so smoothly swam really close to the shore showing me his entire left side. I could see him from head to tail. He was slightly turning here and there gingerly picking up little yellow leaves floating on the calm surface. Then he circled back, again real close to shore and showed me his right side in full view. All the while I am silent in voice but speaking with such gratitude in my mind telling him how beautiful he was and how thankful I was that he forgave me and came back to show himself to me in all his greatness. He told me “See how effortlessly you can flow through life? All will be given to you”. Thank you Beaver!3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I celebrate myself and my own special God Light within. This week has been huge for me with regard to my inner healing and spiritual work. I have, with the help of beloved Alicia, made great strides in deepening my understanding of the power of shielding myself from outer world influences that drain my life force, as well, the need for sacred boundaries!!!!!! I am taking my power light back from all the corners of the Universe. I celebrate myself….not just today but ALWAYS!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
My discovery, which really is not a new one, rather, it is a clearer recognition of the power within our hearts and how staying ever so vigilant in honoring and revering our own inner light; for without it we are never truly going to be able to connect, communicate, understand fully the animals we so desire to help. We all know the Heart is Where It’s At….but I have a more profound awareness at the quantum cellular level that I have had before.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No, just on Saturday at the Gold call; I hope to get to Poppy again this week-end because I KNOW she has wisdom to share.6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Well, not with the games Val has told us about…..but I did play in the realm of the Divine this week and in a Big Big Big Big way.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate this week – about 1-5 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening nearly every day. I find evening meditations easier, as there are no interruptions. I followed the Awaken Your Inner Guide Bonus training from the beginner course, which has 2 quick groundings at the beginning of Val’s recording. I like the StressBusting RX Meditation. I meditated freestyle mostly listening to a Youtube audio on Brainwave Music Channel, The Great Awakening 3D – 5D Consciousness 432 Hz + 963 Hz, and I practice golden energy. There are so many wonderful meditation grounding tips out there that it’s a fun challenge trying to organize the options!
2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with the Featured Animal of the Month, Poppy, which I shared in the Forum. I haven’t gotten to that conversation place yet, but I sense things and pick up images, like her running after butterflies, so I saw that she loves running. From the pic, I could tell she was a young pup. A new wonderful to me is to feel the ages of the animals, and I’m finding that I could usually tell between young and old, which is pretty neat. I got a sense she loved being in a young body, but that she had a sage soul, so I think she’s very aware of her vibrant youth and loving it. I also saw a vision of her doing tricks for treats, like sitting, so I mentioned that to Stacey.
I just read Stacey’s response to my post, and she confirmed a few wonderful things, yay! When I leaned in to pet Poppy, I felt that her white fur was softer, which Stacey did confirm was less course. She also confirmed that she loves to run inside and out the house, lol. The last great zinger was that Stacey mentioned she had to call the breeder to discover that Poppy had been trained to sit and wait to eat, which the group reading mentioned she wanted direction. I was tickled to read that Stacey discovered one thing that Poppy was trained to control!
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate having received Bunny’s voice validated by Val on the Saturday Q & A call. I was on the correct track regarding Bunny’s golden time when I heard her voice say, “It’s my time”. It was shocking to hear and trust. Did I hear right? Phew, yes! Even though I estimated her kidneys & liver were failing, Val confirmed that and much more – in fact, whole body shut down. However, she also gave my husband and me the gift of knowing what our girl wanted, like staying home and avoiding euthanization. What a gift of a relief to know!
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I was hoping we would have had time to hear the answer to Rheta’s question about the animals in the food system. I had added a comment supporting that curiosity, as I am interested about the collective consciousness of the animals caught in the big factory farms. How do we tap into their energies so far away? I have an assumption/imagination of their state of being, which is hopeless, forlorn, inescapable, yet I believe that they’re aware of their short lives. Can I comfort them and send love for them to feel? I do in my prayers, and I hope there’s an energetic message that they’re not forgotten.
The discoveries I had were about my self-process & doubts, validation of my cognizance & awakening, and that truth IS relative! Where I once believed that seeing is believing, I also accept that believing is seeing! The exercises with the critic, protector and image consultant all goes back to judgment. It has a place, of course, but it can also be reasoned with taken out of the way.
I connected that I’ve already been doing this work with my inner guides with the grounding & writing exercises, and I’m glad that I was able to actually name my higher self, so I’m calling her “Lady J” now. Even after I’m done with the automatic writing, I still receive instant downloads, as I’m constantly processing. I got a lightning flash statement that my entire process these past few months was MY journey, that nothing was ‘wrong’ with how I was doing things, and that I’ve actually been learning how to receive my guides better and better as I’ve been going. What’s nice is that I’ve unloaded feeling guilty for being so slow, while also receiving confirmation that my intentions are being manifested, and that being ‘wrong’ is part of getting better, which I can start embracing.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I did. I spoke to Poppy. I listened to all the recordings since June. I’m still adjusting to how everyone else communicates, while acclimating to my personal process. I’d love to get to that back-and-forth dialogue level someday, but it’s all still images and sensing. Using my imagination has been a healthy tip, nonetheless.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I dived into 5 Simple Steps to Developing your Intuitive Abilities.
According to the article, what is the first simple step to developing your intuition? GROUNDING
What are you already doing? I realized that I was already doing the automatic writing, which I call “Transmuting”. As I write, I often answer my own questions just as quickly on paper, but now I can identify between my ego and my guides. I will enjoy doing these writings more often in a calm state, rather than when I’m emotional. And I will identify which guide I’m connecting with now that I have 3 sources instead of a universal collective.
What will you do now that you know all 5 Steps? I will commit more time to meditating, which I feel an affinity towards more and more into these lessons. It used to be a challenge, even a chore to sit still, but my exploration with my sittings is growing into refreshing experiences making me look forward to the next session.
Which appeals the most to you and why? Connecting with the gut is something I’ve been doing unconsciously for a long time, so it’s benefitting to give attention and credit where I’ve been used to focusing my heart and imagination.
What seems easiest to do, and what seems harder to you from where you are in your journey right now? What seems easiest is starting from the beginning and following the steps between breathing and reaching into my heart and gut. What seems harder is learning to trust what I’m picking up. It’s what has stopped me before. Hoping my breakthroughs this week will allow me to keep up the momentum, as I felt so charged after Saturday’s cal-

1. Did you meditate this week?
I still do my own form of meditation daily. I take short breaks to just “listen” while focusing on my breath so that I’m not as distracted by the thinking mind.
What I’ve decided to add to my daily practices is the wonderful, beautiful, simple yet profound golden meditation that Val did at the beginning of the Q&A.
I also do the Wim Hof 3 sets of deep breathing and then holding breath for 1 to 2 minutes. So extremely relaxing and cleansing.2. What is the name (or species) of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
This is the first week I concentrated more on my own furry family of 8 cats and one super soul dog. Also, my neighbor dogs that I walk daily.
My mother’s cat, to my surprise, continues to go on and on after my mother’s passing 4 years ago. Shima is now about 24 years around the sun and getting ready to transition. So, I’ve been asking her what she needs, etc. I feel she’d much rather go when she’s ready rather than euthanasia. Bout all I’ve gotten, to my dismay. But I’m grateful for that much.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
That I’m finally becoming at peace with the “knowing” that Zorro is truly happy in the 5th dimension (with his physical body) and if he chooses to not return I’m sad at times but happy for him.
4. What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
I feel certain that most communication happens with the Higher Self of animals.
I would ask, is this accurate?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
I felt nothing more than I did the first time with Poppy. Durn.
6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I just practice on my own with my pets and people until I can find new Intuition Games.
Judy Cook mentioned something in her answers to this weeks questions. I plan to write her on the Forum and ask her about it.

1- Meditate: yes, i do meditate every day. I also do the heart meditation and rainbow clearing. I also scan my body before meeting with the horses I work with. I learn how to be the sentinelle with the horses as well and practice it when i can.
2- practice: I had a great session with a new young friend, Elaine’s cat, Jane Way, we are exchanging services, she is a shaman starting in her journey. Her cat is having a hard time dealing with the energy in the apartment they live in and right now she cannot go outside until they move. I was able to help her, I knew what to do and explain to her what to do and she felt understood and Elaine said she was now calmed and playful. I cannot write everything here, too long. I felt so good and it helped me see my healing gift. I am connecting with the horses I work with when I am there to let them know what is going on and practicing calmness and respect. My cats are so sensitive to my request so amazing how they read me, I was not feeling so good this morning and asked them to be with me so they did their little excursion outside and spent the morning with me inside. I just explain to Vayu that I have to go soon and that he has to stay inside some more, he got it and he is sitting looking out the window and stopped his meowing request.
3- Celebrate: Helping this cat, Jane Way, was great and I knew what to do with the help of the archangel, I had a great connection, this cat is very evolved, it does help.
4- Questions/ discovery: When I saw Jane Way, she was a mat yellow solid golden color. it was not an aura but her body. I don’t know what it met exactly?
5- FAT: not yet this week but I intent to connect with Poppy to see if I can help her heal and ground.
6- no game -

I just realized I MISSED my Thursday night Friday morning post as I just spent the day with a friend in the hospital and am TOTALLY unaware of physical time. I don’t mind restarting next week though, but posted in this week anyway.
I continue my daily meditation practice but realize this week it became part of each animal communication instead of a separate practice. I grounded, created the rainbow tornado to cleanse chakras, let the rainbow shower rain down, used a rose to remove anything that stuck, sent emotions, thoughts and body aches up in balloons and let golden cosmic energy, then said my mantra to center, heart hug and gave the session to divine guidance.
2. Practice! You are required to practice communicating with at least one animal each week (if you don’t remember the animal’s name, indicate its species). Practicing every week will strengthen and grow your communication skills. It is often easier to communicate with animals other than those in our own family, so start outside your family animals. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
1. JoJo Browne: 2 1/2 year old border collie. I helped him integrate into his new family and he asked that they let him take his time.
2. Bailey Bleu: 11 month old miniature border collie. Worked with him to accept JoJo and figure out his place in the family and grieve the loss of his friend Charley.
3. LuLu: shared her thoughts on transitioning with her human. She is missing ReRe, her daughter who passed in July. She is healthy but feels her mission in the physical is complete but there may be a new mission for her as she is only ten. She is very happy and hopes her person can be happy with what happens next.
4. Argo: His mission is complete here and shared his loving thoughts to his human and celebrated the many adventures they have had. He wishes to transition on his own.
5. Bunny: Confirmed Val’s reading that she is leaving soon but is so enjoying all the attention she is receiving that she wants to bask in the love a little longer!3. Celebrate! We want to celebrate you and your progress, whether you experienced outstanding success or not. A positive mindset is important so even if you had a rough week or don’t feel like you made much progress, there is always something to appreciate and be grateful for.
