Please post your questions and re-post questions you previously posted for our next Gold & Platinum Member Live Q&A Monthly Call on Saturday, December 14, 2019 @ 8:30 am Pacific / 10:30 am Central / 11:30 am Eastern Time.
NOTE: The Live Q&A Monthly Coaching Call is an opportunity reserved for Gold & Platinum Members Only who are in good standing in the Club (membership dues are paid up). If you’re not a Gold or Platinum Member and want to participate, email ContactVal@ValHeart.com and ask to be upgraded now.
Calling All Questions! If you’d like a chance to get a hot “love” seat in the next call to interact personally with me, then post your question here no later than 24 hours ahead of the class time to assure that they are included on the call. Questions are normally answered in the sequence in which they are posted, so it is best not to wait until the last minute. Be sure to post before the deadline of 12 noon Eastern on Friday, the day before our QA call.
Remember to let us know if there are specific topics on which you would like more teaching.
Prior to the Call, I’ll review the questions posted and will choose how to best answer them in the time we have. Some questions may be combined or adjusted, answers combined to be of great interest to the group. Typically questions are answered in the order in which they are received and we may not have time to answer all questions during the call. Come prepared with your questions as this is your time to get the answers you need to move forward in deepening your animal communication skills. If you have a deep, personal or urgent question, you may be better served by signing up for a personal session.
There will be a recording of the call available after the call within 48 hours. However, student interaction can be the catalyst that produces remarkable insights, and your participation is vitally important. Please plan to be on the live call.
Thank you for being a member of the Coaching Club and for sharing your love of animals with all of your fellow students. I’m looking forward to hearing what’s on your mind and discovering how I can best guide you on your journey!
Love, Val

Hi Everybody. Elsa, my 7year old Standard Schnauzer dog has been very unwell. At this point she is refusing to eat and is whimpering and crying. I have faith that she will have recovered by the time of the Q&A call, but I was wondering if you could ask her what is behind this, and what does she need to convalesce beautifully. Thank you!

Hi Val. I wanted to ask if you could please check in with my cat, Tiki. Over the past 2 weeks he is like a different cat. He is usually an outdoor cat most of the time (by his own choice). He has suddenly been coming inside more and is acting very curious wandering from room to room. My husband and I both agree that he is is acting very unusual. When I asked Tiki, he just said he is “representing Chino” (Our dog in spirit) but would tell me nothing more. Thank you so much.

Hi Val,
Could you pls check DeeDee? She has been having problems since Oct. I don’t know what happened. I suspect that Georgia jumped on her,
not aggressively but more in play and that it was too much for Dee. Georgia is bigger and heavier. At any rate, ever ine her last heat
season she has been having difficulty getting up and then one day she could no longer get into the car. I immediately got her a ramp, which
she loves, and took her the chiropractor. Dr. says both her neck and lower back is messed up. She has been going weekly, then recently dr
said she could come every two weeks, but while she did appear to initially appear to be getting better, once she went to 2 weeks I think she went downhill. Although dr says she is better than she was when we first began. I went away for 2 days at Christmas and when I returned the first
thing I noticed was the way she walked. Before she did not walk differently, just had trouble getting up and down. Now she walks like a
person with hemorrhoids. I’ve cleaned her back there and trimmed some hair and did some reiki and she is a little better but still could not even get into the walk tub at the dog wash and after getting blow dried and groomed, when I had her stand she was holding up her front leg and it was trembling. She does appear better today after a long reiki session last nite. BTW, my regular vet is out of town till next week or I
would have her in for exrays. But before I go that route I wondered if you could check her, at least tell me what I should ask the dr to look
for.
Thanks so much.
P.S. HOpe everyone had a Happy Christmas and New Year. -

Hi Val, I really need your help communicating with my dogs Oak and Ivy. Oak seems very timid inside the house and I’d like to know why so that I can make changes accordingly. Oak also seems nauseous sometimes and it would be great to know what is causing him to feel unwell or stressed. Ivy is a new addition to our family and I would like to know more about her history so that I can help her overcome her fears and express our love to her. I really appreciate your help with this. I am so grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hi val and Barb,
Elsa is so much better, thank you to everyone who helped. While it would be great if you could check in with her, I don’t want to take time from animals who need the help more, so please only fit me in if you have time. Thank you, Rosemary -

Hi Val. I am new to your group and am just starting the beginner’s course. I have 2 cats and one of them, Benny, has been having some serious health issues–my vet and I have been treating him for Irritable Bowel syndrome. He has had a very rough year. My husband and I relocated across the country last year and for a period of time, I lived in our new home and left my husband and cats behind. Then there was the stress of the move, which was not easy on any of us. However, we are all together again and trying to get settled. Benny had some issues with IBS before we moved, but it has worsened over the last couple of months. Also, I started a new job this past summer which requires me to travel every week for 3-4 days, so I am away alot. Our new vet is great and she seems to have helped him tremendously. He is doing well at the moment, however, I would love to know what is the underlying cause of the IBS, how he is feeling, if he is happy in our new home, if there is any thing he needs from me. As I start my journey on this path, I hope that I can someday be able to obtain this information myself, but given I am so new at it, I need your help. Thank you!!!!!

Hi Val, I just weaned Star today. Lucy is fine but Star is upset. I have her with Katey so she is with someone. Can you tune into her and see how she is doing?

Val, surprise turn of events. Katey was being really mean to Star and I had to separate them. I had no choice but to try her with Tina her sister who has been jealous of her. Tina has been kind
to her and so far it’s ok. I still hope you can tune into little star and see how she feels. -

Hi Val, Can you get Hawkeye to improve his behavior? He bothers/upsets Serenity with his lock prey stare resulting in Serenity growling and hissing and getting off the couch. Hawkeye also has bothered Serenity doing something while she was resting/sleeping. Also a little bit ago I was sitting on the floor next to Serenity while she was lounging in her carrier that I have out all the time on the floor. Hawkeye came over and put his mouth around her neck with what looked like a little pressure. It looked like I saw a bit of fear in Serenity’s eyes.
Serenity also swats at Hawkeye sometimes when he walks by her and he seems a bit nervous to walk by right before the times when she swats. I think she senses his nervousness.
Can you help with the feelings and behaviors whether it be involving either of them or myself or anything I do or don’t do or something they need?I don’t want to ask this because I don’t want to put that energy out there. That being said, was Hawkeye the right cat to get not long after the passing on of the other cat I got with Serenity? Would it be best for Serenity and Hawkeye to have another person or animal to play with Hawkeye more? Sometimes Hawkeye wants to play, but Serenity doesn’t want to play with Hawkeye because he plays fast and rough and she plays slowly and gently. Hawkeye also sometimes gets bored of playing with me or doesn’t even want to play with me in the first place.
About 20 minutes after original post (this is an add on): Serenity was sitting on the floor and Hawkeye came over and got on the kitty condo next to her. Serenity I think sensed he was perhaps wanting to play and wound up and she didn’t want him trying to play or whatever he was going to try to do. So, in order for that not to happen she got up and walked away. I don’t want her feeling uncomfortable. I also want him to be fulfilled with his play and energy.
Do they need me to be more present and not thinking over an over about things? I’m sure that would be great for them, but I’m not sure it would fix everything going on.
I want both my babies to be happy, content, peaceful, and for Serenity to be able to be calm.

Hi Val,
Can you talk a bit about the crisis in Australia?
It’s so sad and overwhelming 🙁 so many animals died so far, it’s unbelievable!
I wonder if animals who died need help to cross over, to help them go to the light?
Can we do group praying and send loving energy together?
Thank you,
Yaarit -

Val, both Roxy and Missy keep looking at the ceiling especially over my computer that is in the living room. What are they looking at? Bug control – I don’t see any bug. Sometimes my TV remote causes a white dot to show up on the ceiling and I can move it to the walls, but this only happens during a short time in the morning when sunrise is causing the sun to shine in in just the right way.
I wonder if someone or something they see but I don’t is hanging out there. I see a little cobweb I need to get down as I don’t see a spider there at all – just a dead bug. Maybe they are watching that but it does not change.
Mystery – hope you can get to it. Lots of questions this week.

Hi! Holly Fisher here, I’ve had a burning question for 2 years & you nailed it in class 1 for beginners, thank you. You described and experience where you shared your eyesight with a Peregrine Falcon, who was in your backseat. I have a vision in my mind & I was hoping you might touch on the subject.
For many years now, I have been inspired by the Guide Horse Foundation whose mission is to train miniature horses to provide a safe & reliable mobility alternative for visually impaired people. Basically the same work as a guide dog. No one ever mentions the possibility, with proper training, that a blind person could experience vision again through the love & help of their guide horse. I get lost in “Awe” when I fantasize about a visually impaired person being able to watch a sunset, squirrels playing in the trees or a Val Heart Animal Talk on Youtube 😉
Is this idea “too far out there” or is it within reach?Thank you for the loving atmosphere & opportunity to share my vision.

We recently started Taffy on eye drops for dry eyes (another issue with her eyes). We first used a liquid drop, but Taffy would rub her eyes after the drop was instilled. Please ask Taffy whether the drop was stinging her eyes?
We then changed to a gel form, and she no longer rubs her eyes afterward instilling it.
Please ask Taffy:
Do her eyes feel better with the new drops?
How is her vision now? Has it gotten any better or worse over the last couple of months?
What does she want me to know about her vision?
She is still limping a lot. How does her body feel?
Thanks. -

thank you Val and everyone for today. This was my first forum and I was not sure what to expect. I was so overwhelmed with emotions but also gratitude to be able to be here.
My golden nugget to day was the prayer–how something so simple can have such a major impact on EVERYTHING. I will begin to do this every day. Such a powerful thing!!!

Hi Everyone, The call ended a short time ago. It is past 2:30am where I live in Australia but I just wanted to take a moment to thank Val and everyone for being a part of the very special Ho’oponopono Meditation. It was so beautiful and emotional. Yaarit, I thank you so much for your request. Martha, I thank you for your kind words and everyone for opening your hearts. What a wonderful group this is.
My intention I set for this call was to somehow get a sense of peace and comfort that we did something together for the animals (and people) suffering and also for those who now are in spirit due to the raging fires in Australia. This call was amazing. I also appreciate that Val checked in with Tiki. I really am so moved by the love and support here. I will add more of my thoughts here later. -

Thank you Val and everyone participate the call, It was an amazing one.
I was so excited we did the group meditation, It was brilliant! I cried through it and my heart opened more and more. I continued to cry when I listened to Martha, Patricia and Bernice, Thank you so much for your sharing.
I also felt more calm and relaxed than I was before the meditation.
I was familiar a bit with Ho’oponopono before and I felt it was a good and transformation experience for me.
This is for now.
Gratitude and Love everyone -

Golden Nugget:
As always, there are so many golden nuggets from each and every call. Here is one I would like to share. Although it is very hard to put into words, I will try to do so:
While going through such a difficult situation such as the raging fires here in Australia, it is understandable and normal to get caught up in the pain, loss, and heartache. Through the beautiful Ho’oponopono prayer Val led us through as a group, we were able to reach out with love in our hearts to be able to send peaceful energy, healing, forgiveness, and understanding of what these animals and humans have been through. This felt like a blanket of love and healing embracing all who have suffered and those who are still suffering.
The love and healing is more powerful than the pain.Thank you so much Val and everyone for sharing and experiencing these moments.

Hi Val, Thank you so much for checking in with Tiki. It didn’t surprise me that Tiki didn’t have anything more to say to me. He does seem to want a lot of “physical” attention for comfort which he has been getting lots of. I did connect with Chino (In Spirit) and he was troubled by the thought that I might feel like he was being left behind when we move from our house in a few months. I let him know that I did not feel that way at all and that I know wherever I go, he will be with me.

Hi Yarit
THANK YOU SO MUCH for raising this question. I so appreciate your doing so.
I live in Australia and whilst my town is not in immediate danger some of the major fires are relatively close to us, and it’s having a profound affect on our daily lives on so many levels. So my thanks again xxxx Averil

Hi Val, Yaarit and all others who took part in the live call.
I’m so appreciative of the group meditation and intention for Australia.
I live relatively close to some of the major fires.
Trying to keep myself on track throughout the past few weeks has been challenging. These fires affect our lives on so many levels and at times it’s very overwhelming, especially when the air is filled with smoke most days and everyone you have contact with is on edge and struggling to deal with some facet of what is happening. And there have been many calls on my time and energy to help and support, as well as attempting to direct social media towards more constructive directions. It’s not feasible for me to be present on these calls as they are at 3.30am on a morning preceding a full working day.
But much as I would love to have joined you I’m so appreciative of the replay and the beautiful group meditation with the hoponopono procedure. I feel a little more at peace and centred
So again thank you. I will practice this some more.
Lots of love, Averil xx

Hello everyone,
My Golden Nugget:
I knew about the Ho’oponopono prayer and have briefly practiced it before, but I was enormously overwhelmed with feelings during this group call. Every time I would see a news feed about the wildfires in Australia – my thoughts instantly went to the exquisite animals and I felt so hopeless. I’ve shed many tears for the animals that lost their lives and the ones that were recovering.
During our meditation I knew that there would be a lot of love, compassion and healing sent to the animals so I wanted to focus my prayer on the people who started the fire. I thought it was a natural cause, so when I found out that it was human caused I knew I wanted to focus on them bcs I know that people who do things like this are very much hurting themselves and might not realize the consequences of their actions until the damage is done.
The most interesting part for me was when Val was leading us to send the Ho’oponopono prayer specifically to different groups – the trees, the animals, the ground, firefighters… and that’s where all my emotions, tears and all came pouring out – with the firefighters! How they are selflessly risking their lives to help save our planet, our homes, the trees and the animals. I saw images come into my third eye about what the firefighters have witnessed, the tragedy, suffering and pain they’ve seen. I felt the feelings of the firefighters – the anger, the grief, the pain, and the love and compassion when they saw an animal in need. I could see everything from their perspective – the firefighters point of view. I could even feel the intense heat and lack of visibility, and with all that I had an immense amount of love, compassion and respect come over me for the firefighters. My heart felt like it burst open with a bright light of love and it was so intense that I felt exhausted the rest of the day. It was a good calm relaxed exhaustion and I felt much better afterwards. Thank you for reminding me of the Ho’oponopono prayer Val. I will continue using it more frequently with all situations. Thank you! -

The hoopopono prayer was really powerful, I cried the whole time but so thankful for this request. I was not able or willing to look to closely at the situation in Australia as I knew I will get too emotional about it but my golden nutget is that when I am willing to feel and face the challenge and the pain and the grief, it brings me peace inside and somehow I can find the strength within to heal. Not easy. So glad we did this group meditation and thank you for the reminder about this prayer.
Blessing to all.
