Platinum MemberThese are reposted from last month.
I think it was Gina who asked Cooper how old he was, and he responded to her with his age (11), which is about right. Do they really know how “old” they are? Do they have a concept of linear time like we do? If they do, how are they so successful at living in the moment?
As of today, 1-27, it has now been over 2 weeks since Fargo left home. He never returned.

I have a question that just came up yesterday/today. My very dear friend lost her husband back in August of last year. One of their kitties, Fargo, took on all of the negative energy that existed in the house for at least 10 years prior to his passing. He became very sick, to the point where my friend wondered if it was time for him to leave or not. She had an animal communicator speak with him and he told her that he was not ready to leave, that he could turn things around. More to that conversation, but that was the jist of it. So she gave him the opportunity to heal himself, but that wasn’t happening. He pretty much stopped eating recently, and yesterday he asked to go outside. He had been going out and coming back in when he was ready. Yesterday he didn’t come back. She called me, very upset when she couldn’t find him. As of when I’m writing this, he still hasn’t come home. I told her he may have made the decision that it was time to go. We would both really like to know if he has made his transition or not. It would really put her mind at ease to know one way or the other. I’m sorry, I don’t have a picture of him. He is gray, long hair, doesn’t look very good because he’s been so sick for a long time. Thank you so much, Val.-

Platinum MemberVal, after I posted the question about Fargo, I realize that even though my friend and I are so very close and even though she has always asked me for help with her fur-children and I take care of them when she’s gone, etc., this question maybe crossing an ethical boundary for you to answer. If it does, I completely understand. I just thought I could gain some insight for my friend with your help and put her mind at ease regarding Fargo.
Thank you, whatever your decision. <3

Inactive MemberIs there a difference when communicating with a very young creature versus one that is an adult?

Inactive MemberI use the the law of attraction to get where i want to go next. It would help me to imagine it even better if you could offer a description as best as you can as to what it’s like in a typical day in what you do with some emphasis on the sensations of getting connected and what is may sound, look and feel like. I m able to use all 5 senses to imagine and I know there’s more senses but the basic ones will suffice for now. Then i can take that info and begin creating it from the other end.

Platinum MemberMy cat Knubbel is sick since a few weeks. He started off with breathing problems, rattling and whistling. Then (already under antibiotics) his nose started running and a few days later he got a severe eye infection. After one visit to the vet he refused to go there again. So I mixed antibiotic tablets in his food which went well for a while. Now he won’t eat his food anymore. He was 4 weeks on antibiotics and for about one week I managed to clean his eye and put some ointment in. In the meantime he won’t come close to me.
I am under the impression that the antibiotics don’t help and I wonder what is really causing his symptoms. The vet thinks it could be fungal and suggests to give him a few days rest and then try some anti-fungal medication.
What is his view on the story? Does he have suggestions how we can best help him?Attachments:

Inactive MemberCan you give insight as to why there can be such a significant difference in the personalities of cats? Ex one cat hisses and swats if you try to touch them and another might jump in your lap and can t get enough attention. Dogs seem to have a less extreme difference and it happens far less than it does with cats.

Inactive MemberHi Val, I’m posting this question to see if you can validate what I was feeling–or not. This morning (February 2nd) when I awoke, Buddy, who sleeps at the foot of our bed, let out a loud sneeze! As usual, I put his collars on and let him out. As I watched him through the glass of the front door, I saw that he was unsteady on his feet, as though his hind legs wouldn’t support him. I scooped him up and brought him inside to observe him. He went to the kitchen to eat some dry food but could not stand or crouch, so he lay down in front of the dish and ate a little, drooling into the dish. As I watched him walk, he was still unsteady so I kept him in and made an appointment with the vet for the afternoon. I did some energy work on him; then he rested a bit and went into his hiding place under the love seat in my office. He usually goes there when something is wrong. By the time we took him to the vet at 3 p.m., he was more steady on his feet. The vet found everything to be normal except that he was a bit dehydrated, so we went ahead with subcutaneous fluids and passed on expensive tests and x-rays. When we got home, Buddy was acting normal and wanted to go outdoors but we kept him in the rest of the day. I had asked him how he was feeling physically, was he in pain, dizzy, catching a cold, what was going on with him. As usual, I wasn’t receiving anything. However, I had felt a little queasy in my stomach during the day and wondered if it was me or was I receiving those feelings from Buddy. Can you ask Buddy what was going on with him? Also, his eyes were not wide open–he had been squinting, like when someone isn’t feeling quite up to par. When we arrived back home, his eyes were wide open and bright as usual, and I felt he was going to be fine. If I had been able to “hear” Buddy, I might have been able to save myself some worry as well as the vet bill. Thank you, Val.

Inactive MemberHi Val, last month I asked about the adoption of two dogs (Simba and Suzy) from an elderly lady who is now busy moving, and will probably be moved to a Care Centre by the time we meet on the 11th Feb. I had no choice but to take them home even without the permission from Stella and Ruby, but I did talk to them and asked them to welcome our new members of the family. I do visit the elderly lady and her dogs(Simba and Suzy) regularly these days and it seems that they understand that they will come and stay with me soon, is that possible???

Gold MemberMy puppy Maddie has a few issues….1) occasionally she lifts up her back right leg when she runs and sometimes she doesn’t put her full weight on her foot when standing. I can’t find anything wrong with her knee, hip or foot. I haven’t been able to communicate with her yet. 2) She is very finicky about her food. She’ll eat some for a day or so and then she won’t touch that brand of soft or hard food again. I buy her the fresh chicken dog food in the refrigerator section and she may eat some one day or just ignore it for days! I’m throwing out a lot of food! Should I just buy a regular chicken for her to eat, although I was told that’s not necessarily good for her in the long run. Not enough vitamins etc.

Inactive MemberCan you offer up some info regarding the State of Beingness in the Buffalo group in Montana? The state says they need to thin out the herd and are expected to kill thousands of them. Can we do a group prayer for them as well?
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.
