Val, I would like to bring an issue up. I suppose it is more of an observation rather than a question mostly….It’s about homeless people with dogs. I see it so often and it saddens me; though more so in the past than now. (because of my personal growth since beginning this Animal Comm. work) I saw a man walking, hands full of his belongings, with his black dog leashed walking beside. I think, “Why do homeless peeps have animals when they are struggling to take care of themselves”? I respond back to myself by saying that the human NEEDS the comfort of the animal to ‘survive’ (on many levels), And I Gratefully Thank and Bless the dog for the incredible job/sacrifice it is doing to be a comfort to that human. What an incredible service the animal is doing for the human. Oft times we humans think the other way around huh?
The question that comes through now is this: I believe we Souls choose to come into embodiment picking the exact family system we need in order for our Soul to grow and evolve. Is it the same for animals to some degree? Is there some higher Oversoul in the dogs that come to form to be such incredible servants so their Soul too grows & evolves?

Also, Can you tune into Charlie and hear what he tells you about his ear. I am so curious as to what he tells you. Others in the forum tried but couldn’t get him to tell the truth.

My friend Randy is leaving for Mexico on the 12th of May (oh that’s a day before this call). Can you communicate to her cats Milo (a darling blond kitty), and Rocky (small black manx) to be calm and accepting of the Huge Trip they have ahead of them. I am nervous for them, even though I have been trying to communicate to them about their journey to their new home far away from where that live now. It is such a big, big move. I am working on not projecting my angst about the 3 of them driving so far and to another country. Can you help assure them? Assure me too? that they will be calm, patient travelers ready and willing to embark with their human mama on this new Life. Thank you!

      Hi Val and everyone,
For the last few monthe I gave my sheepdog, Snoopy Nexguard chews for fleas. She never had fleas before this year. But she then started licking her front legs. I stopped giving the chew this month and the licking reduced. So I think the Nexguard caused some itching? Can you ask Snoopy why she is licking her front legs so I can help her. I have been grooming her and giving her oatmeal baths and putting Tea Tree oil spray on her to help. I think it is going away now that I stopped the fleat treatment but I just want to be sure that is what is causing the licking.
      Thanks! Joy and Snoopy

Val – have you ever had animals “tell stories” or make up things that aren’t true when you are communicating with them? If we are talking to their Higher Self, is that even possible? I thought humans were the only species that could lie… Thank you.

I ve been in Europe for 3 weeks. I will not be on the Q and A as I ll be on a flight back home. BUT I ve made a very interesting observation about dogs in Europe. First off dogs are allowed nearly everywhere including restaurants, stores etc. I ve also noticed a lot of expensive breeds. Makes me wonder do they not have the population problem we have.
The observation in question however is as an American and dog lover I naturally gravitated towards so many of these breeds I’ve never seen at home to say hi and ask if I may pet them. There’s very little interest from the dogs to other people. I ve kneeled down to pet them and they couldn t have cared less. Very little if any tail wagging and they look away or straight ahead. In the US they would be all excited that someone was taking notice of them. Any ideas about the drastic difference in demeanor of European dogs over US?

Val, this is probably a loaded question, but here goes…. what is it that keeps us students away from really stepping up and practicing the learning of how to communicate with animals? It seems we are all so busy with life and work and chores ect ect that keep getting in our way. If this is an ‘innate’ ability we all posses why is it seemingly so difficult? Is it just our own personal beliefs about our inabilities or is there such a large morphogenic energy field that humans have created around the belief that we can’t do it? Help. I don’t think it’s just me who feels this, though forgive me if I am overstepping with regard to other students.
