–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes I meditated 4 times this week. 20 minutes each time. I like to listen to shamanic music or guided meditations also.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? There was a bird in the window
Fighting with the reflection in the window. I approached slowly and said to it in thought, “I heard that birds are great communicators, would you like to talk?” The bird stopped pecking at the window and was still. The bird looked at me and I said you are safe here. I was sure the bird would talk and then it flew away. I know the bird heard my thoughts. So close.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I had not had a lot of communication with my healing guides or my totem animals and we are beginning to communicate. My healing guides know I have a big event at the holistic festival in Plano that I will be healing at. My guides communicated to me that they will be with me and that I will do well there. So excited.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I am stuck somewhere. I still feel awkward when the messages are claircognicent because it feels like it comes from out of nowhere. I have been accurate but still don’t understand how. I am stuck because I am mostly not receiving return communication with the animals.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes I did and posted what I got about the Cat.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes I did. The card game. This time I tried to tell if the card was a face card as well as the color. The energy is different on a face card and is not as easy to recognize. Need to practice more with that.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
As usual some short sessions spread over the day.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
The 3rd kitten of a fferal litter finally decided to come inside as well. So all 3 survivors are now safe.
Tried to convince a young cat to go to the vet to treat his flue. He made it very clear that this is not going to happen. He agreed however to let me squirt antibiotics in his mouth … until yesterday. I hope he will calm down until tonight and take his meds again.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      Nothing extraordinary

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      Nothing specific

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
      Didn’t manage

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      No

      1. Did you meditate this week?

Meditated every day from 40 minutes to over two hours. Just opening to guidance and accepting what comes. Nearly drowned in old, dark memories. Maybe I need to be more selective?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

Offered love to the little possum when he sat on the deck rail and stared at me one night late. I tried to take a picture but only got flashback. I hope I didn’t scare him.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I can celebrate giving up trying and learning to allow.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I’m wondering whether feeling their pain gives them any relief from it or has any other value.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

I tried to talk with Ginger but got nothing worth posting. She didn’t want to talk with me and kept trying to hide in a cat tower. Maybe the cat tower was symbolic? I know Terrilyn told Gina Ginger doesn’t have one.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

I tried just noticing which colors come up when I reach into the marble basket instead of asking for a particular color or guessing. I was surprised to see the same colors come up several times in a row even though I was careful to vary or stir the pile. Not sure of any meaning except maybe “stop talking and pay attention!”

      1. Did you meditate this week? Yes, my normal sitting in silence for as long as possible. 30-40 minutes each time has become more “normal”, so I’m gradually extending the time.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

The good news is that I’m still seeing “my” deer upright and vertical! Saw 3 of them out by my pond yesterday evening. They stopped and looked at me and I greeted them and told them how beautiful they are and that I mean them no harm. They didn’t leave until I started up my truck.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      Didn’t have time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      Didn’t have time.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      • Yes, I meditated this week. I focused on cleansing my chakras. The duration is different for each meditation; however, an approximation is roughly around 20 minutes or so.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, my intentions to communicate were with Zelda, Kitty, Gizmo (in spirit), and Reddy Boy (in spirit).
      • Zelda, nothing popped into my head when I walked her, but she responded by giving me kisses on my face and rubbing her head on my legs. For me, that’s a huge acknowledgment since she’s very aloof. Therefore, believe whatever I’ve been trying to do is working without being able to receive her messages; if she’s sending any.
      • Kitty, she’s more talkative (dog barks and grunts) on her end; which never happened before until this class.
      • Gizmo (in spirit), well, I always make it a point to communicate with her. The other night I felt her presence with me when I fell asleep.
      • Reddy Boy (in spirit), wow I have to say this was surprising. I immediately received Reddy Boy with a royal headdress back in the ancient Egyptian era. I had a feeling of royalty and praise. That’s all I received.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      • One evening when I was cleansing my chakras. A dog that I strongly connected with at the shelter came through!! His name was Nicholas. He was on the euthanasia list. I tried to use my imagination and positive affirmations to stop it and get him adopted; however, it didn’t work out. I was deeply saddened and upset when he was euthanized. In any case, during my meditation, Nicholas came through, to my surprise, and I cried out of joy. I felt his happiness come through and I didn’t have to worry or stop myself from thinking about him anymore. I was excited and didn’t have the right questions to ask. Nonetheless, I thanked him for coming through. Knowing what happened, I will continue to reach out to him.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      • My challenge is relaxing and listening. My ego says, is that it? Is that it? What was that? Then I get anxious, then I lose concentration.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
      • Yes, whenever I try to communicate with Ginger, I don’t get anything but a blank thought. However, for a second, I received a windowsill with water running down the glass and Ginger sitting on, what looked like the top of a couch, were people rest their heads on; looking out the window.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      • With this game, I didn’t want to play with cards. I wanted to play with marbles. However, I was too lazy to find the marbles since the cards were right next to me. I’m not surprised that I got the first three incorrect. The last two picks, I made an effort to “try” and get it right; therefore, last two were correct.

      • 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? My meditations have been only for about 10min a day. 2 days I did sit longer about 30min. I have started to do some mantras and chants and this is helping me focus.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I spoke with all the cats in my home and told them how appreciative I am that they are and have been giving me the space to BE with KoKo and that I love them for being so patient with me. Both Izzy and Novia have been exhibiting more loving toward me as a means of saying that They Are Being with me while I am Being with KoKo. It really is beautiful that they understand the State I am living in now which is so completely different than before KoKo came into our home.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing! I have been in a place of being more disgusted with myself rather than celebratory.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Of not understanding what KoKo is expressing to me.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Another week with not communicating with Ginger; I am so wrapped up in my own cat world that I just don’t even think about anything else. As what has been happening for the past couple of months, I am in a ‘dead zone’, a ‘limbo’ with KoKo and I am sitting in it, being with it. That is all I have energy for, and now I am already feeling stress of Holiday ‘to do’s’. Overall I feel cold and tired! I do realize the importance of gently forcing myself to do my mediations for more than a few minutes per day is going to help me because I feel so much more calm and balanced after meditation.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? My favorite game is to have quick talks with animals I meet out and about. I was behind an SUV at a stoplight the other day and a bull dog (I think) was in the back looking out the window. We made contact and he looked directly at me when I greeted him with my silent talk. I picked up that he asked, “you can talk to me”? I said yes. His response was “cool, but I am busy now observing so much happening around me.” I told him ‘ok, have a great day’. Another dog I met at the fuel pump. He was sitting in the driver’s seat while the owner was getting gas. The guy let him out for a visit with me. I immediately picked up that he is a real tender boy and wonderfully obedient. He likes to be a lap dog, even though he is so big. The guy said I was correct. That was fun.

Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.
