–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn special bonus time with Val? Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.

This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold and Platinum Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Bonus Call Award (a live small group coaching session with Val and the month’s other Accountability Bonus Award winners). Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a bonus session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold or Platinum Member to earn bonus session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to participate. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, back on track with 5 meditations this week. Val’s meditations with 2 James Van Praagh meditations and Hemi-Sync meditations.
      5 to 45 minutes each.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. Katey was kicking the horses again so I asked my guides for insight into the problem. What I received was the horses hadn’t accepted her as leader and were not respecting her and were sabotaging her efforts to lead which frustrated her to the point of kicking them.
Lucy was fine with her taking the job but didn’t give her any support. I apologized to Katey for not seeing the problem and being upset with her behaviors. I told her I will communicate with each horse as to their roles in the herd and their need for being respectful. I told Lucy she owed it to Katey to help her in her new role. Katey stepped up to lead having no experience the least she could do was support her. I told Tina she was an important part of the herd and needed to help Katey. When it’s her turn she will want respect and support. Metallic will do whatever the girls are doing but I reminded him to support Katey as well. I turned them out together after the conversation and they were together for 3 hrs with no conflict, not even a squeal. I saw Katey move the herd around to three different areas in the arena with no pushback at all. Today also was harmonious. Yay !!!

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That my horses are happy and getting along after our talk.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      None
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes on the class call and posted.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not this week.

l connected with an older dog this week to check In on how she was feeling as she was having difficulty walking. She communicated that she still has work to do. 4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

The challenge I had this week was feeling stressed and putting pressure on myself that I didn’t reply in the forum yet after the Gold Q & A call. I wasn’t able to be on the call but listened afterwards to the recording. I want to thank Val so much for checking in with my cat, Tiki who is showing great improvement. I will post in the forum as soon as possible.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

Yes, and I posted my results.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I did not have any time for games this week but will try to make up for it this week.

Just my normal communication with my fur-family.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I am still not meditating on a regular basis as I need to do. I meditated on Val’s call last Saturday and with my own monthly call with my peeps last night. Some nights I recite the Reiki precepts as I go to sleep which is a form of meditation. And I meditated in church on Sunday. I want to establish a regular every morning meditation as I used to do but for some reason just cannot seem to do this. I do sit quietly with my first cup of coffee and usually with a cat in my lap in the morning which is a quiet time but not a formal meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No I did not make the time to do this.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing

I communicated with the new FAT on the call Saturday. I was able to connect with her and in my imagination threw her ball which she insisted was a red ball. I reported this on the Forum.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, I’m just not into games although I realize they would help me.

      1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES

      S 2/9 Q&A meditation, one 45-minute Hemi-Sync.

      2. CONNECT WITH INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE

During Q&A and several brief times during the week, I attempted to communicate with Klaudia’s Blacky because their situation reminded me of mine with Persephone, my black-furred first cat. Also: how each might feel about this coming transition. Blacky may feel physically cruddy but be without specific pain (but this is what a vet said to me about another dying cat). She feels loved and at peace in the blur of energy and emotional swirls around her. Imagining being bigger, stronger, and faster like a wild cat, she lacks energy for moving on and is content to just be where she is now. After six breaths of heart-to-heart energy, she had enough from me. I couldn’t get specifics of her environment and may (also) be simply imagining sun, warmth, comfortable fabrics, maybe a view or breath of the sea.

      3. CELEBRATE

Rosalie and Clooney, outside dining guests, continue to get along with each other, but Clooney has managed to get his ear de-furred in two fights this week. I don’t know of any loose dogs or cats, but there was a cat scream in the backyard last night that my indoor cats rushed from the bedroom to investigate from the windows and screened porch. At least he’s well enough to eat though he growls impatiently as I’m putting a dish down as fast as I can. Any slower, and he reaches out a paw to scratch my hand (Liquid Bandage to the rescue).

      4. CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS

The usual: what’s coming from my mind vs. what’s coming from the animal. Nothing that more and better meditation won’t help, I guess.

      5. FAT COMMUNICATION

      Posted about Chigusa’s Mig.

      6. INTUITION GAMES

–During the Q&A meditation, I felt my feet going through the floor and into the earth to mingle with the roots of the twice-blighted cedar on the edge of my neighbor’s property. The tree’s roots likely connect with those of the cedars on the front lawns across the street. I’m the only property owner in this area of Cedar Ridge without a cedar.

–Only 4/10 correct on odd-even on dice cube; how did I use to get 7 or 8/10?

Here is what I can remember of the accountability post.

Meditation. This week I have been meditated a bit less than usual. I did a 30 min guided meditation one day, and then maby 20min a day for the rest of the week. I focused on my breath or on being present in my body or tuning in with my feelings.

      Connected with an animal_
Yes, I connected with a dog today. I did a short bodyscan and asked him if he was in any pain. I am under the impression that he is out of balance in several ways and I will continue to talk with him tomorrow.

I have not done anything else connected with the student site as I have not been able to log in to the fourm due to technical issues.

      1. I meditated every day 15 minutes morning and evening. Today I meditated an hour which is much better for me.

      2. I have been communicating with animals every day including one cat who said she wanted her litter box cleaned in s more regular basis and the owner admitted guiltily that was the case and the owner would do a better job at keeping it clean.
Another kitty had been pooping at the front door every day and after I connected with her she has stopped!
Chiku a pup who is being cared for by a dog sitter while his people are on a trip went willingly to the dog sitter’s home when usually he growls and barks when left there! He has also quit pooping in his own home on a daily basis(yay)!

      3. Celebrating the joy of helping people and their animals

      4. Still feel nervous every time I start with a new animal.

      5. Haven’t had time to connect with Mig accept on the call last week. Also when I attempted to write about it I was logged out.

      6. Intuition Games: still picking correct jig saw puzzle piece about 66%
