–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn special bonus time with Val? Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold and Platinum Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Bonus Call Award (a live small group coaching session with Val and the month’s other Accountability Bonus Award winners). Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold or Platinum Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to participate. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Barb & Val

      1) Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, This week I spent about 4½ hours meditating. I did six group meditations and three morning meditations.

      2) Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I connected with a dog Molly who was being kept at the vet as she was having digestive/stomach problems. She also wasn’t eating for a few days and was becoming weak. I communicated with her and she explained that she was worried about her pet parent who has been suffering with stomach problems. Molly said she thought that she could get rid of the problem by taking it away. I explained to Molly how thoughtful that was but how much more worry she is causing by doing this. As I have learned from Val, I told Molly that this was not her job to take this on. I also told her if she starts to eat again, she would get strength and the vet might be able to let her go home. This would make her human feel so much better. The next morning Molly started eating again, was sent home and is doing much better. I also communicated with my cat (Tiki) and a cat (Sarge) who I have been looking after to let them know I was away for a week but would be back soon. I also sent visual pictures of who was going to be there to feed them and the approximate time they would be fed.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I would like to celebrate that I have found more resources within me that have been awakened.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The challenge I had this week was letting my emotions get in the way when I tried to communicate with a horse in spirit.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I did and posted my results.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I was away so when I got home, I just guessed how many letters and/or cards would be in my mailbox. I guessed there would be three but aside from any junk mail, there were only two letters (Cards).

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

This was a week of listening to Ananda Bosman again. I got some new headphones and of course had to try them out. 🙂 One night sitting in silence.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

No, it’s been beyond busy this week, house sitting x 2 plus my own fur kids. It’s been kind of a blur. I always talk to them, but didn’t consciously try to connect.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I had a lazer session with Val yesterday, and she reminded me of the importance of learning how to just BE rather than DOING all the time. That’s what I’m being asked to learn right now, and it’s a blank canvas, so I have no expectations of what it will look like. She also reminded me of the importance of the Ho’oponopono prayer and how it can change the world.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

No, this week has been a blur!

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      Same as #5.

5-20 minutes silent sitting, walking meditation, mindfulness throughout the day.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      No
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      Nothing this week.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

When Val guided us to connect with Daisy, I drew a heart around her name, which Ii never did before. My sentences started with Love, like I love to play, love to sleep & dreams, love to have fun, love walks, love my home, love food and people, and love dogs but is very cautious toward other dogs also. Daisy is a energised dog. Daisy knows how to defend her family and home, if she needs too. She has a young personality. I asked:’How old are you?” I received 10 years old. Her body feels sometimes stiff but I am okay. Advise to me: Take life easier.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Forgot

I talked with a dog in spirit for a friend and gave her the answers from her dog.
I have a waiting list of 6 animals to do in the next week.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did the group meditation with Val on Saturday’s call, 2 x 30mins guided meditation and a 45 minute mindfulness meditation – a total of about 2hours.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I’ve tried to connect with Daisy several times this week. The biggest breakthrough came today when I dropped something off at a friend’s house, whilst out walking with Daisy. She has never visited this house before, but I told her where we were going and why and sent her a mental image of two cats that live with them, asking her to leave them alone. Despite taking a route that Daisy didn’t know and without her even sniffing the ground, she pulled me right up the drive to their house and knocked on the door herself, wagging her tail in excitement. She knew exactly where we were and who lived there. One of the cats was sat on the fence, but I’m not sure she actually saw it.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I feel that I have had a breakthrough in connecting with Daisy this week.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I think the challenge that I need to overcome at the moment is my fear of getting it wrong and resulting procrastination about connecting.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. My Daisy is the featured animal – see above comments.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes I’ve played the card game. This time I scored 13/20. I’m starting to recognize that red and black ‘feel’ different and I’m linking into the feeling when identifying the colour. The ones I get wrong don’t seem to have a strong feeling associated to them, so I need to try to connect with why.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I was still extremely busy and hardly got any sleep. So every try to meditate ended up in me falling asleep in my chair.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Still trying to convince the feral kittens to stay off the street. But they still sit and play in the street, especially at night when there is very little traffic. The problem is that they are so focused on their play that they realize the a car often only when it is next to them.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      Nothing

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      See no 2

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      No, did not manage

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No time for games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? Yes a few days this week. Know why? Some asshole dumped 2 kittens and 2 teenage kittens off at my door and now I m holding them till humane society can take them and check them over and get them ready to adopt.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Saw a lady with her dog on a leash and he wouldn t walk. I could see her trying to convince him by shuffling her feet but as I was driving by i sensed he was not understanding what she was doing which is why he wouldn t walk plus he wanted to sniff about.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Each week that passes and it’s gets harder to keep up with this assignment gives me that much more power behind deciding to sell and move on to a less hectic life.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? I sensed this lady isn t friends with every human she sees. She can be snappy if she s not introduced properly. I feel there’s trust issues not stemming from this life.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? 😔 no this one keeps escaping me

      1. MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES

Only the Q&A meditation during the 9/15 class and 4-4-6 breathing multiple times during the following days.

      2. CONNECT WITH INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE

Attempts with Rosie posted on Facebook the weekend of F 9/14- Sun 9/16.

      3. CELEBRATION

Celebrate the participants who care for Rosie and wanted to help her by highlighting the “lost” notice for the FB group, and connecting and posting their findings.

      4. CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS

Learning how challenging it is to communicate because of the conflicting reports, including about whether she was alive or dead and whether she wanted to be found or not, to communicate or not. How to ascertain the accuracy of our reports? How to trust our thoughts, feelings, and intuitions when the reports are so varied and unverifiable?

A different situation: I’ve been touched by how solicitous many members are about the welfare of insects other than those in the bee family. If an insect is in my house or garage, it dies as soon as I can kill it. In my former townhouse with attached garage, I even felt heroic when I finally sprayed an enormous, hairy spider to death because I didn’t want a cat (the cats sometimes played in the garage and sat in the large windowseat) to encounter it (no him/her for an insect!). I was scared the creature could be a brown widow.

So I was amused by an incident in the film Seeking a Friend for the End of the World starring Keira Knightley and Steve Carell. Before the start of the film, there has been a disaster and the Earth’s end is imminent. The Steve character is drinking a cup of something and sees a spider on the table. He is about to smash it but, given their plight, respects its life. In the next scene, he is driving a car and we see the side of his face: it is covered with spider bites. Well, that’s my justification for zapping insects in the house. I’ve carefully removed mice (glass with cardboard underneath) to the outdoors, but not bugs. It’s a challenge that I don’t even want to develop empathy with them.

      5. FAT COMMUNICATION

Posted about Daisy. Should have added that I asked her if she ever stood or sat in front of the food container to indicate she wanted food, and she said Yes.

      6. INTUITION GAMES

Having watching videos about ACs using a pendulum to locate lost pets, I took out a necklace with a floating opal pendant to try to get answers about Rosie. Don’t know the accuracy of those, of course, but needed to find my rarely-used checkbook.

There were two possible places for it plus “somewhere in the house.” I asked about the place I strongly considered more likely. The answer was No. I asked about the second place: Yes, and the checkbook was there. I don’t know that it’d be healthy to develop a reliance on pendulums.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated for 18 around 18.5 minutes. It was a guided meditation Jo Blankenship sent me.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. I did with my cats, a couple of flies, my nephew dog, a missing dog named Rosie, a dog named Batuffolo, a horse, another dog, and a chicken. I’ll be doing this with Daisy, the FAT, soon as well. With my cats I told them times when I’d be coming home late/somewhat late because I’d be seeing my sister, brother-in-law, and nephew dog. I also told one of my cats to do something in particular if she wanted something in particular. The flies said they liked me because they sensed my energy was different than most humans and that I wouldn’t harm them. I also asked them to not get on my cats’ food and my food if it hadn’t been finished and told them they could get on food that was finished and crumbs on the counter. My nephew dog was a challenge to connect with because he’d interested in everything and aware of everything. He’s a little scattered to be able to have a conversation with. I tried to get him to calm down when he, my sister, and I had lunch while a couple of boats were bothering him for some reason. In regards to Rosie, I haven’t been successful in helping her be found, but I don’t know that she wants to be found. When talking with Batuffolo, he told me what he wants in regards to chemotherapy or simple passing on and about a request he had. Regarding the horse, I got that he was sad and missing another being and was questioning the human if the human had the other being. Regardig the other dog, I was completely right about everything outside of the fact that I felt like the dog was still in his physical body when he is actually in Spirit. The interesting thing though was that I got the dog is 4 years old. He actually passed on 4 years ago. Really though, his age being 4 years is right though because he’s 4 years old in Spirit. I don’t think though there are ages like that in Spirit. The chicken told me about why he was lame and how he felt emotionally speaking.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That since my energy level vibrations have increased, animals who I don’t have regular contact with notice my energy is good.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? How do you connect and communicate with an animal (like my nephew dog) who is interested in everything and aware of everything and a bit scattered because of this?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

I am as I write this. I greeted Daisy and she gave me some gentle licks and said she remembered me. She asked me how I’ve been and I told her I’ve been well. I asked her how she’s been. She said, “Just dandy!” I asked her “What’s new?” She said, ‘I was going to ask that!”

I told her I’ve seen my sister, nephew dog, brother-in-law, and some other people and have eaten things I don’t generally eat that have been SOOOOO good. She said “Sometimes it’s good to eat things you don’t generally eat that taste good.” She said it’s good for the soul which is good for the body in a way.
I told her my sister, nephew dog, and I went to Petco. She said she likes Petco. I said that’s it’s a nice store. She said, “Yes, it’s nice animals are welcome.”

I asked he what she’s been up to. She said, “Living life. Helping mom. Being with doggy friends. Hanging out in the nice grass.” I also got that there is human company or human company is coming to visit.

I asked Daisy if there’s anything else in particular she’d like to talk about. Something about teeth came up. I don’t know if it’s accurate or even applies to her. I got that he teeth aren’t bothering her, but there might be something going on with them. I asked her if they need veterinary attention. She said not now but maybe next regular veterinary visit. Again, I don’t know this is right or even applies to her.

I asked her if she could tell me about some of her favorite things. I got a visual of a red leash.
I asked her about her favorite food. She said, “dog food.” I got a sense she eats raw dog food. I also got that she likes venison. I also got she likes macaroni and cheese. “Apple” also came to me. I asked her if she was telling me if she likes apples or if she was telling me she loves her mommy. She said, “both.”

I told Daisy I enjoyed talking with her and she can come talk to me any time she wants. I told we’ll talk again soon. I also told her I like apples, too. I also gave her and hug and she licked my nose.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes, I played the deck of cards game. For the color: I got 10 right out of 16. For the face vs. no face I got: 3 right out of 9. The last one had a face and that was my first answer, but I went with my second answer and got it wrong. For the suit I got 0 right out of 4.

To be honest, I debated over whether to post this week. It has been totally a down week and I’ve done so little. But I will post and once again decide to do better next week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Last Saturday I had the meditation on Val’s Q&A call.

Some days yes, some no. I am doing an Intensive with Susann Taylor Shier that involves a mix of live calls and daily emails on the days we don’t have a live call. The calls include a special meditation called a Journey which is very powerful. Other than that, I just have not done it.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I continue to try and connect with Roxy so I can know if he is sick before it gets so bad. As Val said in reply to my question on the Q&A call, it would be best if I could just talk to him. I agree. But am not having success doing so. Val suggested taht peeing outside the box would be a way to let me know he has a problem. I have litter boxes in my bedroom and office both on carpet so peeing outside the box on the carpet is not a good idea. I have told him that peeing in the bathtub is a sure way to get my attention. I do hope he got it.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing to celebrate this week. I completed the 12 weeks and have a private scheduled with Val next month which is a good thing.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I continue to have the challenge of attempting to communicate with Roxy

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I attempted to communicate with Daisy during the call. I saw her get up and stretch and then got it that she wanted to chase a ball on that grass behind her in the picture.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Once again I did not get to this.
