–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

      Report Number 5: Barb Grout
      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I really lost my focus this week during meditation. I couldn’t click into my “spot”….in my head. I just took a homeopathic remedy which is stirring emotions…hopefully by next week…I’ll feel more settled.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. I did. I connected with Cooper, a dog that lives with Max who both bark a lot. Their person said I described Cooper perfectly and they are working on some suggestions I had that came through me which was to thank and acknowledge them with hand calmly on shoulder(that worked the best); look for the invader when they bark if it seems appropriate; have them give ideas for guarding the house instead of barking and let them know that it bothers their person and talk about things they might not know about the people and other dogs being barked at.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am feeling depressed about the whole process. I have so much to learn but I want do want to celebrate that I have set up a plan for what books I will read next beginning with Animal Talk by Penelope Smith and Kinship with All Life by J. Allen Boone.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Me..my behavior being aggravated by homeopathic medicine. Wondering if I will ever turn into calm, peaceful accepting “vessel”

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. He was just posted, so not yet.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not.
Yes. I guessed whether statements were true or false.
I communicated with a squirrel and when I said hello he stopped and sat up! I said are you having fun! And he took his arms and squeezed them together as if to say woohoo yes!

[quote quote=45270]Report Number 5: Barb Grout
This is a REDO of my previous report….
        1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I really lost my focus this week during meditation. I couldn’t click into my “spot”….in my head. Their person said I described Cooper perfectly and they are working on some suggestions I had that came through me which was to thank and acknowledge them with hand calmly on shoulder(that worked the best); look at what they are barking at and thank them and ask if (when they are calmer and able to listen) if they have ideas for guarding the house instead of barking and let them know that it bothers their person and talk about things they might not know about the people and other dogs being barked at. (They don’t notice the barking or if they do, it doesn’t bother them). Reward them when they are not barking with a hug or acknowledgement.

        3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I have so much to learn—unlearn but I do want to celebrate that I have set up a plan for what books I will read next beginning with Animal Talk by Penelope Smith and Kinship with All Life by J. Allen Boone. Also, at the dog park last night, I was ready to leave and I walked to the gate without calling Luchien out loud. I just went there and waited and told him silently that I was ready to go and much to my surprise, he stopped his play and came running!

        4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Me…..Wondering if I will ever turn into calm, peaceful accepting “vessel”

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I have been meditating every day for around 20 – 30 minutes. I have used some of Val’s guided meditations that are part of the beginners course. These last couple of days I have used the Stress Busting Rx Meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I have been communicating with animals from the handout featured in January and February every day. I have been able to connect and get information from them which is a big step for me as I have a hard time trusting myself.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I have been able to communicate daily with different animals from the guide. I also talked to Kitty (Jeane Takeda) and she said that some of my impressions were accurate and helped her with her beloved dog. It all feels nice and it helps build up my confidence.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I’ve been having a very hard time trying to visualize. I feel that I can’t see a thing when communicating. I considered myself a visual person. I studied art and images are important in my life. But somehow I can’t see a thing when connecting. I get the information from the animals as if I was a clairsentient. I just know, but don’t know how? So I think I might be getting blocked with this because I start to ask myself why can’t I see a thing? Or if I am really seeing but my anxiety about wanting to see wont let me get the images. I will get off track during the communication because I will be thinking why can’t I see?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
The FAT is my beloved Vincent. I haven’t talked to him this week but I did communicate to him last week and he actually showed me something important about what happend to his paw. It is also more challenging to connect with him, because I can’t really tell if what I am getting is his, or if I am making things up and getting what I supposed he would answer.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Not yet, I have been focusing on the meditation, trying to talk to the animals and on finishing the beginners course. However, I am reviewing them tonight and I will choose one to play this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I squeezed in some short sessions, but alltogether less than usual.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I shortly connected with a cat, who lost his buddy and seems to be very sad right now. I have not yet sent any info to his person,as I want to reconnect and verify some things. Thus, no feedback yet.

And certainly I had loads of chats with my family. Especially with the doggies. My foster baby Vita (Labrador mix) and a stray, who recently started visiting us on a daily basis, are doing their best to dig out my juniper hedge. I told them on various occasions how I felt about this and offered them another spot for digging, which would be very helpful for me. So far they reduced digging up the hedge, but seem not interested in helping me on the other area.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I recently realized a major challenge – see under 4.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
After I had sent my communication with her horse Willow to Patty, Willow kept coming back to me a few times, showing me her foot. I had reported a pressure point in the hip area, although my feeling said foot. Now Patty let me know that Willow has an abscess in her hoof, which caused the trouble with her leg. What happened was that during my connection, my mind kicked in remembering that there was some talk about problems in her hip while Willow was our FAT last summer. Thus, I unconsciously discarded my present feeling and replaced it with this old knowledge. And even with Willow coming back to me showing me her foot, my mind was not willing to reconsider. 2 lessons for me: 1. I should follow an advice from Echo Bodine to always clear my mind and my space before doing a reading and start from a blank. 2. I am still not confident enough and start doubting my own findings, if other people have different results.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Presently, I don’t manage anything out of my daily tasks.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Had another session with Gina on Sunday. Got 4/10 and 5/10. No improvement.
I started on David Morehouse’s book An introduction to remote viewing. This coming Sunday I will get into some exercises. Hopefully this will improve my skills.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, sitting in silence for as long as possible. This week I made it to 45 minutes 3 times!! Yay!! I still don’t know where I go when I “disappear” into my meditative state, seems like I should be getting some insights about SOMETHING, but nothing comes, at least to my conscious mind.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Still trying to talk to my Cooper about peeing on the floor in the house during the night. He’s never worn a diaper before, and doesn’t know what they’re all about, so he destroyed or tore off the temporary ones I made until the real ones came. The real ones don’t fit him well, so they just slip off of him. It seems he is trying to do what I ask (using the pee pads on the floor, and/or peeing in his diaper), his aim just isn’t very good. He did use the diaper today for the first time while I was gone, filled it up and hit the edges of 2 pee pads on the floor, so we’re making progress. I told him what a good boy he was and that I know he’s trying to do what I ask.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

Cooper is teaching me much about patience. I do get frustrated when I have to continually clean up after him on the carpet, but after Pam talked to him and told me that he was scared and unsure of the situation he finds himself in (see the thread on the Facebook page for more information), I find it’s easier to not become frustrated with him, especially when I can see that he’s trying. It’s an old carpet anyway, and probably due to be replaced when we get to the other side of this. I just don’t like the way my house smells right now.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Finding time to start the advanced course. Too many other things going on right now.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      Have not had time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Again, busy cleaning up my carpet. 🙁

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Every day 5-10 minutes, Vipassana and walking meditation. Mindfulness during the day.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I connected with a friends newly adopted dog. He looks so unhappy and frozen of fear. They adopted him from a high killing shelter in Baltimore and it was his last day before putting him down as the 10th day was up. I could not get him out of my head and used the Facebook picture of him and connected with him to send him healing energy to re-balance and to reassure him that he found his forever home and that the nightmare is over. I will connect with him again and I will ask my friend if he is more active.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That it is fun to connect with an animal to help whatever problem they have.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I still can’t receive information about their surrounding and for instant how their lives where with a previous home. Going deeper is still a closed door for me.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No, didn’t think of it.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      No, didn’t think of it.

      Accountability Week 2
      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, an average of 30 minutes each day. Half were guided meditations, half were self-directed.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. I had the wonderful opportunity to care for 5 indoor kitties and a feral cat this week. I made attempts to communicate with all of them. Ironically, I had the most success with the feral cat, Daisy, and her daughter Scooter who is now an inside cat. The feral cat Daisy is getting close to coming inside but is still not ready so I have been encouraging her to overcome her fear and stay when I bring her food. Her daughter Scooter has adapted very well to being inside but longingly looks outside to the backyard where she once roamed. She is the “outsider” in this colony so I have spent a lot of time building her confidence, telling her how smart and beautiful she is and how much she is loved and wanted. Today one of the other cats tried to dominate and bully her but she stood her ground.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
This morning an enormous hawk flew into the backyard and perched on a tree limb to watch Daisy the feral cat. I did not know where Daisy was but I communicated to her to hide and stay out of sight. I asked the hawk to please leave because this was a sanctuary. The hawk flew away and it was then that I saw Daisy crouched under some bushes. She came out and drank some water from a bowl under a chair. I noticed how she stayed very close to the perimeter of the yard and not out in the open as she usually does.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Most of the cats I was around did not seem interested in communicating with me, except to let me know when they wanted to eat. The alpha cat, Ziva, rarely left my side and was very demonstrative about what she wanted and when she wanted it. I inferred from this that some animals, like some people, aren’t particularly chatty, especially when all their needs are met. My question is, are animals more inclined to want to communicate when there is a problem or they need assistance?
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet. Had my hands full with 6 cats.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I used a deck of playing cards to try to predict which one of the suits card I would select next. I am running 4 right out of 15 consistently.

 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
 Only few minutes per day, but every time I intend to talk with an animal I have been taking a good 10min or more to meditate and quiet my mind. Still listening daily to my mantra, and now I am finding myself saying them more when I am out and about.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I spoke with several this week; ones that were on the Facebook page.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am making more time in my days to practice. I won’t get better if I don’t!
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? My biggest challenge is grasping the ‘fleeting’ messages that come in that I pass over. Doubt.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet with Vincent – hopefully tomorrow, before our call.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Played the card game a few times, got pissed because I was doing horribly!

Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

Yes, I meditated for approximately 15 -20 minutes each time.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I had an off week or so. It was as though every time I tried to connect someone would pick up

ake. I didn’t know it at the time, even though, I listened but when I did, I did the happy dance.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
In the past, before I knew I was Clairsentient, I accidentally met a person who has a family of psychics. She was not a practicing psychic but in any case, we became friends. In passing, I told her about Gizmo and another dog Cody. Long story short, she told me dogs send images not words. But I know what I’ve heard in the past from Cody, maybe not Gizmo but for sure Cody.
Here’s my question; is Clairaudience a rare gift? I don’t hear it all the time but I have heard words in the past.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No, recently came out of the discombobulated feeling.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I’ve been playing with the deck of cards. In the last three days, I was 50% right, 40% right, 70% right.

      1. Did you meditate this week?

Every day usually an hour or more. Chakras, breathing, awareness, freeing myself from old habits of thought. Feeling love and healing.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

I connect almost constantly with Kit-Ten, Aspen, squirrels, birds, possums and other visiting animals with the intention of communicating love and willingness to hear and feel their thoughts and feelings. It’s a start, I think.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

More animals are visiting. Three possums, one of them huge, two raccoons, a flock of 20 to 30 red-winged blackbirds. A neighbor cat who was frightened by Aspen’s barking, fortunately. I found feathers and I don’t believe Kit-Ten kills birds anymore. She saw how sad it made me the one time she brought one home. Fewer squirrels, but I think it’s new baby season.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Aspen has been acting sad and more distant this week. I think it hurts her that I don’t appreciate her barking and protecting me from all the animals I love. Also Kit-Ten insisted on following us on our last 25 minute walk through the dog park behind our yard. I don’t know what I would have done if a strange dog had appeared and she ran up a tree. She doesn’t know how to get down and the park trees are way taller than my ladders. Maybe Aspen resents Kit-Ten’s intrusion on time that has been just hers and mine. Also I haven’t walked her since for fear Kit-Ten would follow.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

I haven’t had time yet but look forward to it. Vincent is adorable!

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No. Busy week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes I meditated 3 times. 30 minutes each. I have been enjoying a blue moon shamanic meditation music.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. My mare hurt her eye in the trailer. I told her what would happen at the vet and she said she understands. She has been very cooperative with the aftercare. This was our second horse eye injury in a 10 day period.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I used to get very stressed when my animals got injured. It is so much easier when you can communicate with them and they cooperate with the process in a calm manner.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Keeping my mind in a calm state and being patient waiting for the response.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes the color game. I need more practice.
