–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

      1. Did you meditate this week?

My usual meditations every morning last from 20 minutes to over an hour and then I do mini meditations throughout the day as inspired. I’ve been focusing on deep breathing, awareness and slacking off on the Reiki symbols lately.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

I have been becoming aware that my biggest block is trying to “get it right.” I had a session with Val yesterday and she told me I need to feel, hear, see and smell reality without trying to filter through ideas of what is logical or what I should be feeling based on what others have said. I felt like she gave me permission to trust my own senses without judging them. This morning Aspen went after the little backyard possum I’ve been feeding. I felt my love for them both because love is the one feeling I already know I can trust. Then I thought if Aspen doesn’t stop barking at the poor creature I’m going to have to lock her in the house while I meditate. I felt sad because I know how much she loves to be outside with me and Kit-Ten in the early mornings but even though the possum was up a tree and out of reach, her barking before daylight had to annoy the neighbors. Within seconds Aspen stopped barking. She continued exploring the area under the possum tree but not one more woof until we finished meditating and went inside.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I am over the moon with how easy it was to connect with Aspen without trying so hard to hear or feel what I thought communication should be like.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I am excited to practice, practice, practice without allowing self-judgment to intrude.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

I did not connect with Ruby. My heart kept going out to Koko. I felt she was out of her body and no longer suffering but could not tell whether she had actually passed on. She told me her body was “tangled” and she did not want to go back in. I asked if she would want to stay if her body could be healed and she said Pam had done all she could. She said “love doesn’t die.”

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

I’ve been practicing off and on with the marbles. I’m finding that the less I try the better I do.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I did short sessions 3-4 times a day. Awareness and grounding.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, desperately trying to convince the feral kittens to come to me and have their eyes treated. So far without success.
One of the feral kittens got stuck in the fence around the kennel last night. When I came home the head was outside and the little body inside and the little thing was screaming. I told it to relax and be calm and stop trying frantically to get out of this situation. Then I said no biting and scratching please and I will help you to get free. Immediately the kitten got very quiet. I pushed the little ears back inside and tilted the head slightly and that was already enough to free the adventurer.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I finally managed to purchase access to the video training of the ‘Trust Technique’.
Another reason to celebrate: most cats are now coming to the kitchen for dinner and eat together, even the kittens and Stromer.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
My major challenge is to remain calm and grounded under considerable time pressure.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
      Again did not manage.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No time for games this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week?
Not much. this has been a bad week. Not sleeping and brain dead. Barely making it thru the week.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
NO. I have spent every spare minute of this week thinking about and trying to find a home for the 3 legged briard. I did have someone communicate with him and got some answers.
He does not feel like a disabled dog and wants to be treated like a regular dog as he can do everything his brother can do. He is very smart and very loving. It appears he would make an excellent therapy dog, especially with a child or veteran, possibly one with PTSD.
(does anyone know of someone like that who would appreciate a dog like this?)
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Just that I belong to such a community as ours.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
This week has definitely been about finding the time, or being able to compartmentalize and focus on other things.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
      No
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games
      No

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, but the normal cycle has been interrupted due to not being able to get comfortable in my usual spot. Have had an issue with pain in left hip joint that won’t allow me to sit in my normal position. Just about gone now thanks to my zero point energy mat! YaY! Also participated in a guided grounding meditation with the leader of a horse community that I have joined for a 3-month program.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I sent a broadcast message out to all the wild ones who are and will be in the crosshairs of hunters, if not already, then very soon. I told them what’s about to happen and that they should seek a safe place to be if possible. I will do this a few more times prior to the “main event”, which begins on the day of our next call, so if I’m a mess, that will be why. I really hate this time of year around my house. It sounds like a war zone at times.

Also, this morning my cat Shadow was laying in his bed by the door where he can watch outside with his back to me, rather than his usual spot on my bed. Before I left to get ready for the day, I laid across my bed and just looked at him, mentally asking him if he wanted some snuggles. He turned his head and looked at Boo, who was laying on her perch next to him, then he turned and looked at me, got up and came over for some pets.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? The little successes.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      Nothing new.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
      Didn’t have time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      Didn’t have time.

      • 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Only sat down for deep meditation once this week for about an hour. All other times just for a few minutes to quiet my mind from its running wild. Spending a lot of quiet time with KoKo and my other kitties. I feel like I have been in between worlds like KoKo has been.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Continue to try and ‘hear’ KoKo. I did in my deep meditation get that she chose to leave John because her work with him was finished and, she said ‘I tried to help him See.’ I feel she never really could get through to him.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That I am remaining centered and calm with the dying process – both KoKo and my elderly friend Walt.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Not fully believing in myself and my ability to do this work well.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No, another week of not going to the Forum, I am in such a weird place right now. Everything is in a holding pattern. I am present yet not. Again I say I feel like I am in between worlds with KoKo. And, been spending time with Walt and his family; I too feel like a big piece of me is dying – which is not a bad thing – I am just trying to Love myself even though I feel I am doing nothing. I am in a big Letting Go place in my life right now.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I am always playing the who’s calling game when I hear my cell phone ring. I am 50/50 on this. I have not made time for play.

Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

        Hi Pam,

Just wanted to tell you I found myself trying to connect with KoKo in one of my meditations last week. I was asking her if you had yet told her that it wasn’t her job to take on other peoples’ “stuff”, like Val told Peach when she was dying. I don’t remember getting a response. I guess I was hoping I had made the connection and that might make a difference for her.

Sending you and KoKo a huge HUG!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? 5-10 minutes of headspace meditation. Mindfulness during the day.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? A friend asked me to connect with her anxious kitten which I did. Amelie is very shy and anxious and she likes to stay under the bed. I connected with her and the result is that she is on top of the bed now and seems more relaxed, according to my friend.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That my friends cat is feeling more relaxed after connecting with her.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge is that the images or words from an animal comes so fast sometimes that it is hard to memorize.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Sorry, I did not, I just keep forgetting.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, simply forgot. Did some intuition game with James van Praag to sharpen my clairsentience.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I talk about it to people trying to get them to see that it can be done and i don’t care what they believe.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? i want to to do it now. my conversations are so one sided and i know its me

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. i have her as my screen saver and i m not getting much other than i thought she may have a thyroid thing going on or something that makes her feel hot a lot.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? That dam box is still here taunting me. Don’t know whats in it.
