–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn a free private session with Val? Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I spent a total of about 45 minutes meditating this week. I did a Gratitude Meditation and Prayer Meditation.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, strangely there was a spider that was on the wall in my house in the same place for 2 days. I communicated with him and he told me his name was Tipper. I asked if he wanted me to move him to another place and if he was stuck. He replied that he was just fine where he was. Then he said “I’m not stuck, are you?” The next day he was gone off the wall and when I did communicate with him again to see where he was now, he just replied that he moved on.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I would like to celebrate that we have this opportunity here to learn from each other every day.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The challenge I had this week was that I tried so hard to stay focused that it had the opposite effect.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes , I did and posted my results.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I played the Facebook game from Gina – Guessing if animals were in spirit or still here. I got one of the two correct. I misread the post and thought that it said one was in spirit and one was still here. While looking at each of them, I kept switching back and forth feeling confused. Before I posted my reply, I kept feeling like they were both here but was thinking it said that one should be in spirit. The lesson learned here for me was that I need to take time and be completely present (which includes not rushing through the exercise).

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did some sessions of being present with my animals, about 1.5 hours during the week

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Trying to gain the trust of 3 feral kittens. One of them is very sick and need treatment soonest possible. Her 2 sisters show only mild symptoms and should be treated only to be on the safe side.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I don’t give up hope to properly train and arrange an agreement with Pascal, my stray Beagle. So far he usually comes when I call him, but not always and not necessarily indoors. He just shows up and then runs off again before I can get hold of him. Also he tries to be nice and calm with the feral cats. But often his chasing instincts take over as the cats are running.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Just the usual everyday problems. Nothing specific.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
      Not yet.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Sunday I started again the video calls with Gina. Compared to the previous calls, I did very well (9 out of 10 and 6 out of 10 correct). Possibly the reason was that I was sick and my mind didn’t work properly. I felt like I was drifting in space, so I was just in the right state 😁.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I was previewing the new CD’s I spoke about last week from an artist I recently found out about that records all his music at 432 hertz rather than the 440 hertz we are accustomed to listening to. The harmonies are so much sweeter at 432 hz, and I find myself getting lost in some of the music, I do more deep breathing (involuntarily), and I just feel so good after listening to it. I count this as meditation time, because I was so focused on the music, like I would be with a guided meditation. One of the CD’s would be a good one to meditate to. So timewise, I extended my meditation time to over an hour each night this week. The artist is Ananda Bosman, for anyone who wants to check him out, and be sure to listen to the S’OM’A CD. It’s my favorite.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Besides my usual staying open for messages from my kids, as I was putting out the food for the birds yesterday morning, a little nuthatch landed on the railing of the deck really close to where I was. In the past s(he) flew right off, but this day s(he) stayed and I talked to him/her for a minute. Then s(he) flew away, but not far. Also, the bunnies are becoming less and less afraid of me and as long as I move slowly and talk to them, and don’t have dogs with me, they stay not too far away. I wonder if this has anything to do with the subtle changes I feel taking place in me as I listen to this new music. I have noticed a difference.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I celebrate the synchronicities, the learning, and the growing.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

No games, but when I ran errands today, one of the ladies I have become friends with at one of the stores seemed to have something on her mind. I picked right up on it as I was checking out, before she asked me to hang around until after she checked out the person behind me. She had something she wanted to tell me. I love it when that happens!

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I’ve meditated for 10-15min. I use Val’s guided meditations.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I had a very nice short communication with Jasper, he is a cat.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I finished my advanced animal communication online course.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I want to try and connect with animals in person. I’ve done it through the photos but except from my dog I haven’t had an in person communication. I want to see how I can handle that situation and if it is too different from what I have experienced so far.

Yes, saying hi to the dogs I come across while walking. They will look back at me, flick an ear, turn their heads. So I think they know and they can understand me.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Practiced being m8ndful during this mornings meditation and listened to myself saying the mantra that I chant. It was a very different feeling. I kept loosing my concentration but noticed when I was and came back. I listened to two of Val’s guided meditations from advanced class and on3 from my local teacher.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Luchien and I connected with an older dog at the dog park and I knew at once something was off with her ear and her owner confirmed that it was “yeasty”.
I tried to contact Smudge who is a kitty of one of my senior clients who has been missing for three days but received no confirmation that he heard me.
I said hello to a new kitty Silky who has moved into my home with friends who are homeless. She said hello.
I talked to Priscilla about her finicky eating and she said I’m a princess!
I asked an older dog, Kinae, if he was ready to leave and he said it won’t be til the end of a year.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Not sure as I feel like I’m in an emotionally distressed state but do not know why.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? My doubts that I’ll ever believe and have self-confidence.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No, not yet. Hawkeye was just announced and I haven’t had time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Card game: some days 3/4 of cards correct. Other days 50%.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      Nothing this week.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? my cat was in my lap as i sat on the potty in s very small toilet area. Her job is keep roaches away from me. My ceilings are very high. I had this urge to look up on the ceiling and there was a giant one so i flew off the toilet before it dropped. I KNOW my baby girl alerted me as best she could since she could not reach the fowl creature to keep it from me

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? the roach story was pretty cool when it happened.

yes. I asked about his kitchen and eating arrangement. I saw a kitchen with white tile and a island in the middle with four legs like a butcher block. I saw him eating wet food there and there;s dry food elsewhere. I also sensed he’s kinda indifferent and arrogant. Not like human arragance but I don’t need any if you.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? yes with klaudia and i got most right.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Most days – I think I missed one day. I have been dealing with a bladder infection so many or my meditations were Reiki healing for myself. This morning I sat for 15-20 minutes with Missy in my lap as Reiki for both of us.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No – I am still putting this off – lack of confidence. I have been thinking back over the times when I did this so well and noticing why and how that worked.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I realized that when I started I heard animals in their own voice. Later I heard them as thoughts. Then I stopped hearing them at all. More recently I have received images. I need to get back at it and realize that there are many ways to “hear” them and see what is working now.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Lack of confidence and being sick and just not feeling like doing it.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal T No

If there was more I evidently failed to copy it all.

      1. Did you meditate this week?

At least 20 minutes every morning except for 2 when I tried but was too distracted.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

Took Moby on several virtual walks during his 13-day visit. Except for Saturday night when he tried and failed for hours to get to his feet and cried with pain even though he had taken all his pain meds, he seemed happy and content. He didn’t get antsy until his mom was on her way to take him home which he somehow knew even before I did.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I am becoming more patient and less expectant of how and when animals communicate.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

When Moby kept trying to stand but couldn’t I felt helpless. He was in obvious pain. He was too heavy for me to lift and snapped at me when I tried. He wasn’t eating and his next dose of meds was hours away. I kept asking him what I could do but I don’t think he even knew. I offered him Reiki and magic goo and feel my hand but nothing seemed to help. Aspen and I decided not to go to bed but to stay on the couch where he could see us and know he was not alone. Whether that comforted him or he was just exhausted I don’t know but he stopped thrashing about and rested quietly with just his head on his bed until his 3:30 AM pain meds. Then he slept until morning when he was finally able to climb onto his 3 inch high bed. From that time on he got better and stronger and by Tuesday was able to walk to the back yard and enjoy lying on the moss while Aspen dashed around and I did yard work. I don’t know why he got so bad or how he got so much better. Maybe there is no cause and effect?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

I have not yet found time to talk with Hawkeye but I hope to soon. Such a beautiful cat!

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

No time for games this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, not long though. I did a little of breathing meditating where I focused on exhaling and anxiety leaving my body at the time of exhale. I also imagined light entering my body and filling my body and then my body glowing and the light surrounding my cats and my apartment and the light protecting us all from bad things and bringing only good things to us.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, my cats as usual. Also, some birds that come and hang out on my bamboo “fence”. They told me they like hanging out there because they know I can talk to animals. They told me I’m going to be great at this. They also wanted me to hold them and pet them. I didn’t though out of concern of my cats and I getting something harmful from them. I felt awful for not doing it, too. They understood though. They also told me they love me and I told them I love them.

There are also a couple of new birds who were hanging out on the fence next door (very close proximity) and they exemplified for me where the term “love birds” comes from. They are mates and they were behaving so sweetly with each other by grooming each other and nuzzling together. It was adorable and so sweet!

There was also a dog who was on a walk. I communicated with him. I could hear his voice as if he were a human speaking. Is that possible???? I loved how he spoke. He told me he was going for a walk, but his voice and how he spoke and his words were so cute!

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I don’t think it was this week necessarily, but recently I was able to send an audio or visual message to Hawkeye. That was really cool!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? No new ones.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, he’s my boy. One thing that happened was I told him to leave Serenity alone when he was really focusing on her. He didn’t listen to me though.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I played the first of the games. Gina Triay’s cat Blaze is the animal I chose. What came to me is that Blaze is a male and he is a very, very, very sweet boy and so loving. He’s not a youngster anymore, so he’s pretty calm. He loves treats and at times loves to play. I can see in his eyes a lot of wisdom. He also has a very sweet meow. He enjoys exploring outside, too. He also likes pieces of chicken. Blaze enjoys relaxing/napping in the sun and also on his special blanket on his human’s bed. He likes all the other animals. He also considers Snoopy laid back like himself, but not as wise and smart. He considers Ming Ming as a bit of a drama queen, and Kiki and Carmen to be youngsters and having a lot to learn. He also thought Birdie was pretty cool and liked Birdie. He wasn’t affected much by Birdie’s passing on, but he does miss Birdie a little sometimes. I love Blaze! He’s an awesome kitty!
