Moderator–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

I did a grounding meditation and continued my practice with approx. 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening before bed. I worked a lot this eeek and it interfered with my 2 hours per day.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes!
I asked a puggle who had been left after 9 years with a family at a shelter and then adopted by my friend how he felt?
Relief that he would be in a forever home until he leaves the physical. I felt it too and was crying and so zoned to learn to stay in a place of neutrality.
I asked a kitty her purpose and she said FUN. I received confirmation from her person that she even brings toys to play with and sets them down in front of her person to play!!
I asked Kuchien to bring red chew toy upstairs and he picked it up and took it with him!
I asked Priscilla my son’s dog why she didn’t like her food and she said she wanted fresh food.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Joy! And Love received from my “friends”4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Barb suggested I pick a color that reminds me of patience and when Ibeas playing marble game 4 blue marbles cane out of bag in a row so it’s blue!!! (I didn’t guess them correctly but that wasn’t why I did the exercise apparently!)
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes! During the group communication Binky said for Lydia to hold him when he asks her to.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? The marble game. Very poor this week. I couldn’t sense them at all.

Few short sessions over the day. Tried again twice for a longer session before bedtime, but fell asleep both times in my chair.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I was asked to contact a cat I had talked to before to let him know that his human mom had an accident and broke some bones, but will be back home next week. He had already picked up that something had happened and was rather worried. When I told him she is OK, just needs some rest, he relaxed.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing new.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
My major challenge is a severe lack of time, which for the time being, I simply have to accept as it is.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No more after our call and did not even manage to post what I got during the call and the week before.

Yes, I meditated this week. This week I meditated to meditate. I love to meditate. I love that feeling of getting away and once I’m there, I exhale and say, “ah there you are.”
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I connected with a shelter dog by the name Fenway. The shelter where I volunteer is relocating and I wanted Fenway to be ready. I wrote out my questions ahead of time and I used my senses. There were a couple of times I knew he was asking why. I answered. I have to say though, I think it worked because before I left; Fenway came to me with kisses, rubbed up against me a few times, and sat right next to me. Generally, Fenway is standoffish; therefore, to have received loving attention, especially kisses, I believe he understood and I hope he received my message about the move, given the positive body language he expressed.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
This week I’d like to celebrate being in the present moment.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I do not have any challenges or questions this week. I’m not as eager as I was in the past. Today, I appreciate what I know and allowing myself to soak it in.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I tried to communicate with Binky. As soon as I saw Binky’s picture I had an immediate feeling of sweetness. When I pressed play, I saw Binky run after a red ball. I introduced myself but did not receive any formal response; however, I did get an image of an owl. Given that, I did not receive anything else, I thanked Binky and said good-bye.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I played with the deck of cards. I was 17/26. I don’t get a chance to play the Intuition Game every day; however, I am beginning to understand how I receive the message. -

Yes, every day for 15-20 minutes. I’ve used Val’s meditations from her course and the sitting with fire meditation too. I also did an anger release meditation on Wednesday night after some hard days at work and other issues.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I connected with Tina (Alicia Hamilton) and we had a really nice conversation. She is lovely and she had some great advice. I also connected with Kitty (Jeane Takeda) she had some lovely words for her mommy (I still have to post this conversation in the forum)3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Work gets in the way of all the great things I want to do with animal communication, but I still practice and read about it everyday. I also feel that Vincent is happier and more relaxed.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I’m working on my meditation and being able to clear and clam all my emotions and thoughts before connecting with the animals. I’m working on strengthening my connection and being fully aware.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes during our Live Q&A on Saturday , he is such a joyfull soul. Binky’s spirit feels so young and full of happiness and positive energy. He is fantastic.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I haven’t had the time. When I get home from work and I try to do my meditation, communication and playing an intuition game I’m exhausted. I do the meditation and communication but I don’t get to the game because I will fall asleep. I’m looking forward to a week off so can recharge my energy and have time to play.6/12

Just under an hour most mornings but only about 20 minutes once or twice.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
I was trying to stay peaceful when Aspen started barking at the possums three nights ago, but then suddenly remembered I’d forgotten to take off her key collar, which I always do before dark. By the time I got outside she had one large possum down unconscious on the deck. Another was watching motionless from the railing. I felt so sad and disappointed in her and in myself for forgetting to make the deck safe. I was looking hopelessly into her eyes when I clearly saw it dawn on her that this was no glorious victory. This was a gentle, harmless creature who fainted when frightened or injured. I could feel her confusion and felt her actually regretting the attack. When I told her to go inside she obeyed with only slight hesitation, completely ignoring the other possum on the deck rail. She was subdued the rest of that evening. After awhile the injured possum got up and slowly walked away. The other possum left some time later. Possums may not be smart but they certainly are brave! At least two of the three who visit regularly came back the following nights–not sure if one was the injured one. Aspen barked to let me know but quieted down as soon as I told her to stop. This was a dog who until then would bark so loudly she couldn’t hear me unless I screamed before my head exploded. I know this was two-way communication. And I believe the possums are forgiving. They accepted both of our apologies.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
My most frustrating challenge has been getting Aspen’s attention when her Klingon blood was up. When she wasn’t “in the zone” nothing I said made sense to her. When she was, she couldn’t hear me. I love the wildlife in my backyard and the situation felt hopeless until Aspen figured it out herself. I am so impressed and grateful to have a smart dog with heart!
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
My challenge now is learning to accept the dark side of nature which is outside my control.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
Only during Val’s Q & A. I felt a beautiful blue/green light surround him.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?
Still trying with the marbles. Almost never feel the right color but drawing a lot of red so I’ve been working to strengthen my first chakra.

Still sitting in silence for as long as possible. This week was difficult to get “in the zone” for whatever reason. Lots of interference from my fur-kids. I would just about get there and somebody would make a noise and bring me back.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Trying to connect with Cooper about his leg and overall physical condition after our session with Val last week. No physical changes are visible, but I’m wondering if he feels any better.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Just celebrating the journey, and the fact that I’ve had some more time to get into Val’s advanced course this week. Love the healing goo! Tried some on Cooper’s leg, but nothing changed yet.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
It’s all a challenge and lots of ????? right now.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, and I actually got something from Binky (YAY!) that his mom verified was correct! That’s exciting!
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I’m going to have to find some time to do this!

2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Met a schnauzer that was rather aggressive in his approach to new people. Not biting aggressive but charging at me like he was. His mom said he wasn’t socialized very well as she got him as a puppy and then she gall bladder surgery. I picked up on his need to protect her as she seems very fearful of things.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? nothing jumps out at this time
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? my cat caught a bird yesterday. my knee jerk reaction was to chase her to let go of the bird. I found myself confused about this. Its natural for cats to hunt and catch birds but its also natural to preserve life. Should i leave her and the bird to their fate or try and save the bird?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, but it was scattered and not effective. I did start a practice of stopping 4 times a day to ground and center myself. I heard this is an effective way to control cortisol.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with Binky during the Q&A call last Saturday. I also have been staying with a new client this week, an 11-year old male Bichon Frise who lost an eye to cancer. “Sparky” has never met me before and was confused about his owners leaving him with a stranger. He finally warmed up to me but it took a lot of reassurance!
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I am feeling incrementally more confident in my abilities to connect.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
None right now.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I did connect with Binky.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Mea culpa. This has been a very hectic week whenever I transfer from one petsitting gig to another, I seem to lose traction. -

Meditated 5-10 minutes. Didi walking meditation in my backyard every day. Practiced mindfunless throughout the day. Start going to Zen meditation with 40 minutes silent sitting, 5 minutes walking meditation and 40 minutes silent sitting. Loved it. I will go there once or twice a week.

Yes, I do daily meditation about 15 min. I follow a guided meditation by Sadhguru.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected w/ two cats for a friend. Bella & Honey.
My friend confirmed my assessment of their characteristics were spot on, but some of the messages I received seemed to be opposite of what I thought I picked up from the cats. i.e. What I picked up from Bella turned out to be a description of Honey and vice versa.
I communicated with each one separately. Not sure how I got their messages mixed up….3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I was able to connect with the two cats and most of the info confirmed by the owner.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I know with more practice I will be able to communicate better.
Challenge is lack of time for more practice.
Connecting with my own babies is still challenging….5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
