Moderator–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn a free private session with Val? Here’s how to do do both:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

Inactive Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I find it more difficult when I have luchien staying with me.
I participated in a group centering meditation for one day.
I also downloaded a guided meditation and it brought vivid images of Luchien!
I spent very short 5 minute morning and evening meditations staying centered.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. I connected with a Bolivian female lion who is living at a wild animal sanctuary near me.
Her purpose now is to rest and show people calmness
She has learned to trust, be patient and wait which is her teaching as well
If you wait all answers will come.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I am still growing and learning.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? My own self-confidence.
Comparing myself with others who seem so natural at this and feeling depressed.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes! I posted the results.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I kept the cards with me but after a fairly successful session of 32 out of 52 correct, I was afraid to try again. -

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I did the usual 5 min sessions a couple of times each day2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I talked to 2 cats with dental problems and explained what we can do to help them get rid of the pain. They both agreed to come to the vet and walked by themselves into the carriers.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I keep going although I was very frustrated not being able to get through to some of my furkids.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The past 2-3 weeks I was back to the feeling that I am making it all up, I am not having a connection.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Only during our call. I did not post, because I got basically the same like Pam and I did not want to repeat the same findings. But when Pam reported I thought she was reading my notes, which made me rather happy, because I finally started regaining my confidence.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Only the game Gina posted on FB. Got it right. Yeah !!!!!!8/12

Inactive Member1. Did you meditate this week?
Lots of meditating throughout the days and nights in addition to my morning 20 minutes plus. I’ve been feeling scattered so I keep tracing and feeling the Reiki symbols and repeating the precepts to find calm.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
Many animals. A lot of listening. Very little hearing.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Yesterday I found a little chipmunk on the dining room floor. He seemed dazed and let me pick him up by the tail and put him gently down on the mat outside the front door. I immediately shut the door because both Kit-Ten and Aspen were in the house and I could hear them coming to investigate. A minute later the chipmunk was gone. I don’t know whether he will survive or why he was brought in and not killed. But I do feel like celebrating!
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I have always struggled to reconcile the thought that animals are angels and way wiser than me with the idea that they need to be controlled or even dominated by me. Aspen has a habit of “welcoming” visitors by jumping on their legs at the front door. With warm Spring weather most people show up in shorts and legs have been shredded by Aspen’s enthusiasm. I am having to leash her before opening the door. As with her barking, getting her attention seems to be a critical first step.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
I tried to connect with Tina several times. Aside from experiencing her personality as “quirky” which Alicia confirmed, I just get a free and happy feeling of “it’s great to be young and to be a horse!”
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?
I’m still playing with my marbles. Remembering what Val said during the Q&A “why guess when you can ask?” I’m starting to feel the difference. When I get excited or impatient I start guessing and my accuracy tanks. I’m learning to ask and it really helps!

I have meditated and I’ven using Val’s meditations from bothe the beginners and advanced course.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I’ve connected with my dog and with a friends dog. Every time I set the intention to communicate and when I have a clear idea of what I want from the talk it is easier and it all flows nicely.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I was abke to brighten someone’s day when I told her what her dog had said to me. It was a nice feeling.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I want to go deeper in my process and work on sensing the energy in a more precise way, as well as using my body to feel the sensations the animals are getting in their own bodies. I am mostly a clairsentient and clairvoyant, so I want to awaken that other aspect in order to get better communications.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, I posted in her discussion. She is great.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I’ve been oracticing saying hello to animlas I see on the street. Some of them will look back at me or move their ears.1/12

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
My normal 20-30 minutes prior to bedtime. Still sticking with the Reiki Intuition Meditation because it seems to work better than others I’ve been listening to.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Echoing Claire: quite a few animals, much sending, little received. Helped 2 turtles cross the road today, but didn’t have time to try to have a conversation.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Not sure.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I’m still processing what Val and I discussed on my lazer session last week regarding Cooper. She said that when I tell him he’s not old in an attempt to alter his mindset, he feels he’s not being heard, that I need to ask him how that feels to him. I understand he wants to be heard. Everyone does. What I’m still processing is how is this different from her telling Peach it wasn’t her job to take on other peoples’ stuff? In doing that, she changed Peach’s outlook on her life, and brought about a complete healing. That’s what I’m trying to do for Cooper, and I’m not understanding the difference. If I was receiving his answers back, we could really go deep into this conversation, but I’m not there yet. 🙁
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Tried on the call on Saturday. She was busy with others. Haven’t had an opportunity since then.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
It seems I never have time for games.

Inactive Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? 5-10 minutes daily. Once a week 2×45 minutes silent sitting and 5 minutes walking meditation Mindfulness throughout daily life.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I tried to talk to cats that I sitted over the weekend. I am just guessing and hope I understood what they wanted or were trying to say.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Its always the same challenge. I have no problem to get their personality but it will not work when I try to get information to proof to the care taker that the animal told me something that just the animal and caretaker knows. I can’t see through their eyes and feel their body. I am more of a senser.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Time flew so fast this week, I just forgot and as soon as I finish with this I have a webinar.

Yes, but I only meditated once this week – Total of 20 minutes with a Relaxation Sleep Meditation2) Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I did attempt to connect with my cat Tiki but Tiki couln’t be bothered. I was not well all week and I could not stop coughing so it was difficult to center myself for a heart to heat connection.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I was able to experience the live Q&A call and posted afterwards about an animal healer from my past and golden nuggets.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge I had was trying to connect while I was not well. I felt frustrated that I could not seem to get myself grounded and could not keep still as I kept coughing all week.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes and I posted my results.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Instead of marbles, I took a set of colored mini tennis balls and mixed them up. With my eyes closed I thought of the color purple and then pulled one out and it was to my surprise …purple. -

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated but not for long each time. I’m not sure how long. For the meditations I did, I sat quietly with Serenity and tried to not think about anything. Unfortunately thoughts ended up flowing in. Then I noticed I was starting to doze off. I also tried meditating another time when I was experiencing some menstrual discomfort. I took deep breaths through my nose that filled my belly and exhaled through my mouth. As I exhaled I imagined the breath leaving from my feet.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did. Outside of what I regularly do with Serenity and Hawkeye, I did this with two dogs when I was taking a walk. They were constantly barking and I didn’t want a human to think I was upsetting them, so we didn’t talk long. They told me they were two years old though. As I was approaching their house, I called them and after I called them they started barking. I also communicated with another animal with the intention of communicating with her while picking up food at the vet office. The animal I communicated with was a service dog to a blind man. The dog was named Mindy and she was I think a golden labradoodle. She was very cute and had such a sweet and kind soul. It was hard for me to talk a lot with her though since there were so many other bodies at the vet office then. When I was putting the food in my car, she was in the car and the human she was with was about to leave. Mindy and I were peacefully looking into each other’s eyes. It was so sweet and her eyes generated so much kindness. She is truly a remarkable soul.
I also had along conversation with a bird named Fenton who was hanging out on the iron fence. I asked Fenton lots of things. He told me one of his purposes in this life is to help me and guide me. He said I’m going to be great as an animal communicator.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? There isn’t anything in particular that I can think of at the moment.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I still have the same one I’ve been having regarding how to know when I am actually receiving communication from an animal or if they things that come to me are just my own thoughts.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I said, “Good morning,” to Tina and we talked. She told me she had been for a ride this morning and that she got brushed. She told me that it’s a pretty day where she is and that you were out doing stuff outside for her (horse chores) and that the white dog (Angel) was there, too. She said she and Angel explored the area smelling all kinds of good smells. Then, she made that sound horses make with their mouth and nose. I’m not sure what it’s called. They exhale and make some sound though. She told me she’s going to miss her mom and then she said she was going to go play and that she’d talk to me later.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I played the first of the games on the handout about creating a story. The animal I chose is a tuxedo kitty in a picture in a cat book who is on a big tree branch. My story is: the kitty is a two-year old female named Megan. She loved trees and anywhere else she can be up high because she enjoys watching things from up high. She particularly enjoys watching people from up high. She also loves to smell the flowers of the tree she’s in. She quite often picks this tree to climb and hang out in because she loves the smell of the flowers. Her human mommy pampers her and comes and talks to her when she’s in the tree and she looks at her inquisitively. She likes to play with her mom’s drinks. Her favorite place inside the house is on the bed in the sun or on her mom’s computer when it’s running. She also likes the dryer while it’s running. She’s very curious and has lots of energy. Her favorite blanket is a lavender colored blanket. When her mommy isn’t at home, Megan lounges around and gets into cabinets and opens doors. She also likes to visit the elderly people next door. She loves it when the lady bakes and cooks meals. She enjoys the aromas and considers them heavenly scents. She also likes to watch TV with her mommy when her mommy gets in her “comfy” clothes and lies down on the couch. Megan then gets on her mommy’s tummy or curls up next to her and kneads. Megan’s mommy tells her all about her day. Megan enjoys the verbal communication and enjoys feelings her mommy’s energy when she’s around Megan because it’s happy and relaxed energy.
