–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn a free private session with Val? Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I enjoyed daily meditations. 10-15 minutes. 3 were sitting in nature and were wonderful. The others were guided meditations.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes I talked with Tina and the other horses this week with great results.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Having the time to practice.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? In person still not as fluid as remote communication.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes we talk nearly every day and Tina has been so loving and affectionate. Tina loves helping us with our communication skills. I think she will miss everyone at the end of the month.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have been playing with sending my energy around the room to get better with this skill.

Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I am at a meditation retreat so have been meditating from 6-8 hours each day. I center myself and sit as still as possible and connect with light and sound.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I connected with Riley a chihuahua/terrier mix. She barks a lot and is trying to be the protector in the household. I found out she wants her person to take that role so she can relax. Her soul propose is to love and be loved. I saw a past life as a cat three lifetimes back and her person had wanted to know if she likes the food she is being fed. The reason for seeing this cat lifetime was because she was under a picnic table and enjoying a variety of droppings so I think she just wants more variety. She told me tuna fish but I told her her person would decide. I also tried to communicate with the three cats who are living where I am staying this week but they are super connected to their mom and said you can be here but we don’t talk to strangers. They have been curious about the stranger though.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That even though I’m traveling I am keeping up my accountability.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Lack of response in the worm, frog and caterpillar that I said hello to.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I am traveling and feel I need to be still in order to have a conversation and I’ve been very busy.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. I asked each card what color they were and did terribly…less than 50% correct.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I did but only 20 minutes – I did a 10 minute Gratitude Meditation twice.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I did. I was at this event “Million Paws Walk” where people in lots of cities across Australia walk with their dogs on the same day once a year in order to raise money for charity. There were approximately 6,000 entrants and so lots of dogs of all shapes and sizes. This large beautiful dog came and sat close to my husband and kept moving closer and closer to be by his side even to the point he was sitting on my husband’s foot. I communicated with him to see why he was doing that and he told me he wanted to be close to him so he could feel comforted and most of all …safe. I asked if he felt safe at home and he said yes, but he isn’t home right now. He said he loved how calm my husband was and that he just felt protected from all the noise, people and dogs.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I would like to celebrate that I made the decision to volunteer at a dog shelter.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
While I was at this “ Million Paws Walk” as all the many dogs were passing me by, there was a small little black and white dog that passed by. It was loud, there was music playing and it was hectic when everyone was starting out on this long walk. The little dog looked at he and then at his human, saying “ Could we go home? My back legs hurt. Pleeeeeeeeese don’t walk so fast.” In that moment I didn’t know what to do and then they were gone into the crowd of people and dogs. I felt awful. I them took a few moments to give some thought of how I could help. I moved aside and connected with the little dog (wherever he was) and I told him that they don’t know his legs hurt so he must try to go off to the side away from the big crowd.. I told him once he was out of the crowd and safe, he should either pick up his leg so they will see it hurts him or if they didn’t understand, he should lie down (where it was safe) and they might be able to understand something was not right. This was a real challenge for me.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I tried to connect with Tina but she was tired at the time and said would talk to me at a later time. I will try again.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I didn’t really have a chance to this week so I quickly used a bag of colored M&M’s candy. I pulled one out and I said it felt like blue and it was. I then tried again and it felt like red but it was yellow.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Less than usual. I am very tired and keep falling asleep whenever I try to meditate.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I talked a couple of times to Pascal, the stray Beagle who is living with me since about 3 months. So far he won’t agree to what I am telling him.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
      That I keep going.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Various challenges with Pascal. I think he will be the subject of my next laser session with Val.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No, I was too busy with my own fury family.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No games, but an interesting experience at work. I had to approve 13 invoices that my colleague had entered in the computer. Before giving them to me she has to ask IT to run a certain routine on all of them to adjust one code that has a bug. I did not take a close look at any of them, except one. It turned out this one invoice she had forgotten to give to IT for the correction.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

I mostly stayed open in case an animal wanted to communicate with me. All I felt was happiness.

I’m finally learning to shut up and listen.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I feel Aspen’s frustration when she tries to communicate with me but I’m 99% convinced she is just hoping I forgot I already gave her treats.

No, although everytime I look at the picture of Tina she makes me smile.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I’ve done 10-15 minutes guided meditiations

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes, I received clear informat from a very sweet dog. Her family wanted to know if she was happy in her home. She is really happy and thankful for her home.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

My laser session with Val was empowering and an eye opener. I need to work on my fears in order yo move on.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

It is not related to animal communication itself. It has to do with my work, I’m not happy with it and I am having a bit of a crisis. I feel frustrated. I would love to have enough time to practice animal communication, to learn some more and just spend time with my dog and other animals.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

No, I haven’t had the time but I will hopefully connect with her during the weekend.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I try saying hello to dogs and cats I found while I walk down the street.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

I did. My normal 20-30 minutes in the evening. Still stuck on the Reiki Intuition meditation, not really sure why.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

I have at least 2 bunnies living around my house. Whenever I see them I tell them I mean them no harm, and whenever the dogs are with me I always instruct them to “leave” the bunnies alone. This is resulting in them allowing me to get very close to them. I got closer than I intended last nite, no more than about 4 feet away, and bunny didn’t leave. Not getting any messages from them, but trying to listen just in case. Ginger and I came upon a snapping turtle this morning on our walk. Ginger started to put her nose way too close and I told her she might not like the results of an encounter like that. I stayed for a moment and offered a greeting to the turtle and (s)he turned around and gave me full attention. I do so wish I could receive what they’re sending!!

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

That I keep squishing my inner critic when it tries to tell me I can’t do this!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing new

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

No, not yet. I’ve been house/critter sitting again for the past 10 days.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

No, same reason as last question. I never seem to have time for games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, I meditated. I don’t know the exact length, but it was the length of the bonus meditation in the Beginning Course. That answers the next question about what meditation I did. The meditation I did was the bonus meditation in the Beginning Course.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I connect every week with the intention of communicating with my cats. I also connected with Alicia Hamilton’s horse, Tina. I’ll talk more about that in the FAT question. I also connected with a squirrel and a dog. I asked the squirrel what he/she was doing. He/she said just hopping around and looking for a snack. I was driving, so unfortunately the conversation with the squirrel wasn’t long. I was also driving when I saw the dog, so the conversation with the dog unfortunately wasn’t long either. The dog told me he/she was going for a walk and I picked up that the dog’s human’s energy in general wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t bad, mean, or nasty energy, but it was perhaps a little anxious and not real expressive of love and not real affectionate.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That I was able to experience a little bit of what Serenity smelled one time.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? How do we know for sure when we’re receiving a message? How do we receive that message?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I communicated with the FAT, Tina. Tina told me she learned something new today or the other day. She told me her legs feel better. She said, “I got treats this morning!” She was very happy about that! She said she and Angel did their sniffing thing. Tina told me that I’ve been very busy (this morning) since I was going in and out of the conversation because I was needed for something. Tina told me she was either enjoying lying in the sun or wanted to lie in the sun. She rubbed me with her face and made the horse sound. She said, “Let’s go for a ride!” She helped me get up on her. We took a ride and on our ride she asked me if I wanted to go faster. I told her that the speed we were going was good for now. Later we went faster and she said, “Woo hoo!,” or something like that. It was cute!
Tina also asked me if I have pets. I told her I have two cats and that one of them is on the couch with me right now. She asked me what a couch is and I told her. She said she doesn’t have any need for couches. She said she just lies on the ground when she gets tired. Then she said, “Like now,” and lied on the ground. I sat next to her and rubbed her face some more. She told me about the progress she’s making in her training and that she has something coming up. I think it’s a show or competition or something long those lines. Then, I started feeling like taking a nap. So, she lied down even farther and I lied now next to her and we took a nap.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I played the game where we pick an animal from the handout who calls to us. JoJo Hasson’s kitty, Seamus, called to me. Perhaps it’s because Seamus is an orange kitty and I have red hair. It could also be because I’ve had orange kitties before and have one now who is considered an orange shade (he’s a creamy yellowish color). Seamus was very welcoming towards chatting with me. I told him he’s very handsome. He said, “Thank you. I know.” He was a bit flirtatious towards me. He said that if he was a male human he’d ask me out. He asked me to rub his chin and neck and behind his ears. He said, “Oh, yeah. That feels good. That’s the spot.” He purred, too. He asked me what I’d like to know or what I’d like to talk about. I asked him what his favorite thing to do is. He said watch the birds while they sing and listen to them, lie on his human and get attention, get treats and eat meals, and lie in the sun. I asked him if he has a special spot he likes to lie in while lying in the sun. He said, “Yes,” and I picked up on an area with light colored carpet (like in a living room) in front of a sliding door that goes from floor to ceiling and lets in a lot of sun light that leads to the outside. I also asked Seamus what his favorite treats are. I picked up on a package and that they’re Temptations treats. I asked him who Cinders is. He said Cinders is his friend and buddy and that he thinks of Cinders as a brother/sister. He said Cinders gets very curious about things sometimes but that Cinders also gets a bit scared sometimes. I think Seamus said, “She’s (Cinders) is a bit of a scaredy cat,” so I guess Cinders is a girl. I wasn’t sure until now. Seamus told me about his favorite toy. He said it’s red and that he likes to carrying it around in his mouth and meow and that he likes to fling it around, too. He said it’s not a plastic ball, but that it’s a toy that’s an animal of some sort made out of fabric and has stitching. He has a real sense of humor! I love it! He said, “It’s been lovely chatting with you, but if you don’t mind I’m going to excuse myself. There’s a nap calling my name and I’m going to go take it.” He is so sweet and such a gentleman!
