–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn a free private session with Val? Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I spent a total of about 35 minutes meditating this week. I did a Gratitude Meditation and The Secret Mind Meditation (The first half).

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I briefly communicated with the leader of a group of birds (White Parrots and Galahs) out in my back yard. The group of birds were all sitting in a row on my back fence and I connected with the leader to let him know that I loved that the group comes and picks this fence to sit on so I could admire their beauty. The leader told me to call him Polly-O and they enjoy the bird bath I have in the yard. The encounter ended abruptly as some loud children started to play nearby and the parrots all flew away together.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I would like to celebrate that I am excited about learning..

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge I had this week was that I didn’t get to spend as much time as I wanted to with my animal communication journey.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes , I did have a talk with Tina the beautiful horse and posted my results.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I did not play any of the intuition games this week as I had a busy hectic week and before I knew it the week went by. I will be sure to make up for it this coming week.

      1. Did you meditate this week?

Yes, my usual 20 minutes to an hour every morning after coffee. Reiki symbols and precepts and later in the day several virtual walks with Moby the Great Dane.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

I tried to connect with a frog hiding on the bottom of the creek to let him know I would position rocks over his hiding place to protect him but he already felt safe and invisible until a branch fell nearby and he disappeared for real.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I was very excited about my second virtual walk with Moby. Early in our walk I realized that since it was virtual, Moby had no limitations. I first took off his leash and let him run free with Aspen in the leash-required dog park. He was strong, not wobbly, and both dogs had a blast chasing squirrels. Then, while they were splashing in the creek and I was trying to get Moby’s attention with hand signals (so he wouldn’t follow the creek outside the fence), I realized he didn’t have to be deaf. I called him and he turned around and came to me. We rested on the moss listening to the birds, all three of us. Moby was so happy! I tried to post about it but the post vanished.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I got stung by some yellow jackets while trying to clear brush near the creek. I would like to convince them to move off the property into safe, undisturbed areas outside my fence but I’m having trouble feeling the love. I would like to trust them but I’m still in pain. Yesterday I went to Home Depot and bought some yellow jacket spray. Maybe if I ask nicely, warn them of impending doom and give them a couple of days we can all find peace?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

      Yes, and I posted.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

The more I play with my marbles the more I learn. Sometimes I can’t do anything right. Other times I am surprisingly (and unexpectedly) accurate. I think I’ve found that my biggest block is impatience which leads to guessing and leaping to conclusions. I think the marbles are telling me I need to slow down, be okay with not knowing so I can learn.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I meditated in the center of my head without moving physical body on light and sound. I practiced 1/2 hour morning and night.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I said hello to Buddy a 15 year old Bassett hound at a rest stop during my road trip across USA. He gave a message: love and acceptance.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Connecting more to inner self as a result of intense meditation program last week. Realizing the way I communicate with animals is an extension of this meditation.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Not at this time.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not this week as I’ve been doing more meditation and less AC.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I said hello to a raccoon at Mont Royal Park in Montreal and many black squirrels. I sent love to a very sick feral city cat in Montreal.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

My normal 20-30 minutes in the evening. This week it was to the sounds of nature. Very relaxing. I ordered 4 CD’s by a guy I recently found out about. They came this week and I have only listened to the first song on one of them, and I can’t really put into words what happened. These CD’s have been recorded at 432 hertz rather than the normal 440 hertz that most music is recorded at. I’ve been hearing about this for a while, but never really had a good example of music recorded at 432 hz. 432 hz is a multiple of 8 hz, the frequency of the Universe and of our bodies. When I listened to this one song with headphones, it was like I had never really heard real music before. I had to sit down, my hands involuntarily went to my heart, my eyes filled with tears, and I felt a sensation in the back of my head around the pineal glad area. I will be listening to these CD’s this coming week and will give another report next week. I feel like I’m in for quite an experience!

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Always trying to connect with my “kids”. Always trying to remain open to anything that might make it past the barrier.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      Nothing in particular.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

No, the week has absolutely flown by!

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

No games, but I feel I was following intuition by ordering the CD’s I spoke of in the meditation question. There was only a 29 second blip of a sample to listen to on the website, but from that I somehow knew I wanted to order all of them (which I have never done before). They are not available for purchase at the website, you have to e-mail and request to have them sent to you from Europe. From what I’ve heard this morning, my intuition was entirely correct!

I have gotten out of the habit of meditating and want to get back into the practice of doing it every day but a couple of days I just forgot.

No – I just did not.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? It has been so long since I have done it I am hesiatant to try. I did get confirmation on what I had picked up on Tina during class was right on.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Unfortunately I did not meditate this week as I was very busy and didn’t think to meditate.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did. Outside of doing it with my cats, I connected with a couple of birds who were hanging out on the bamboo I have on the balcony. We were talking and one of the things that happened was that I asked them what their purposes are in this life time. They said their purposes are to do good to each other and to learn from each other. I think this is very wise and beautiful!

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing in particular.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? How do we get ourselves back on track when we don’t feel like we’re sending messages as well?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I communicated with Tina. Tina said she did well in a competition or show she had and that she just ate some hay. She said it was delicious! After I went to my cat since she wanted some attention, Tina said her mommy was there and I got an image of someone brushing her or petting her with long strokes. Then I got an image of a saddle being put on her. I’m not sure, but she might have said the air smelled good. She said she’d like to smell some flowers. I told her I love honey suckle. I think she also said she saw a child recently who she didn’t like because the child was loud. I told her I was sorry and that I don’t like when children are loud either and that I wish they would be mindful of when they need to not be loud. I told her I needed to go and I told her I’d be back to talk and I wished her a lovely day.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Unfortunately, no, because I didn’t have time.
