–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game? –> Ready to earn a free private session with Val? Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love, Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes I meditated 6 times. 10 to 20 minute meditations

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. I connected with Tina telling her about going to the vet to get her teeth done. She was very cooperative with having her teeth done. She cut her head getting in the trailer and I walked her through sedation and staples to laceration. She did very well. I will be reviewing trailer safety next.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Connecting happens so much faster now. I am always surprised to realize it happened so fast.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes I described above.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Not yet. I have more time this coming week so I will.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I did two grounding group meditations for approx. 20 minutes each. I continued my practice of staying in the center of my head every morning and evening for at least 15 minutes.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      1. A parrot named Purdy who’s owner moves a lot with him and is concerned that it bothers him. He told me to tell her that moving is fine as long as he feels connected to her. He wants her to relax more with him as “there is nothing that needs to get done”. When she is jittery it makes him jittery and he can’t breathe (he has breathing problems) we are so related to our animals.
      2. Most profound experience was talking to a baby whale that I had seen surfing on the waves in Newport Beach, Ca. When
I was there in February but just received the message this week: smile, connect with nature, you are free, be joy, have fun, play!
      3. Message I received from a whale in a pod: I was thinking that I needed to go on a connect with whales trip. I was told that
I don’t need to personally come to see them but Imwas tomtake that money and use it for an even higher purpose. We can talk to you at anytime, whenever you want. You don’t need to hear our voices outside, keep listening internally. Our song is for some people on this earth but you are to listen to the even higher sounds. And again I am told: don’t waste your life…..
      4. I said out loud at the dog park that Luchien doesn’t like other males playing with the female he is playing with as a threesome and BAM! Another male dog tried to join in the play and Luchien aggressively chased him away and then some…whew! What a lesson! I think told him you can get along with everybody together and play nicely even with there is more than two dogs. I hope the new message overrode the first one.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
How deeply effecected I am by this whale conversation—message….still in awe AND tomorrow I am going to possibly meet Bonnie, a horse I have communicated with.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? When I have trouble connecting with Luchien, my daughter’s dog, it makes me question why I think I can do this communication thing…

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I have looked at her picture at least five times to get a sense of her and started a conversation but drifted off and then wasn’t able to write it down. She is definitely a healer!

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Today when I guessed Cards I got 32 out of 52…much more satisfying and at least 3 or 4 more would have been correct but I changed my mind at the last moment

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I meditated about 1 hour 10 minutes: Meditations: Morning Meditation / Guided Meditation (Relaxation)/ Gratitude Meditation/ Val’s Sphere of Light Meditation/Exercise
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with the intention to communicate with a bird that I see every day outside my house who I have named “Fluff”. He suddenly stopped showing up. I didn’t see him for about 3 days so my intention was to communicate with him in wonder of where he was and if he was ok. I was so delighted to see that as I began my intention to communicate with him, he suddenly appeared. I asked where he has been but he said that didn’t matter now as he heard me call him and now he is here. I explained that I was really curious about where he has been and then he showed me a vision of a family of birds in a tree that he wanted to check on. I thanked him however it made me feel a bit homesick for my family back in the US and thought how it has been a while since we last spoke and that I should check in on them.
I also connected to a parrot outside my house and asked about how they stay on the branches of the tree when they fall asleep. He replied that they become ONE with the tree and ONE with the branch of the tree. I found that fascinating. He also said when they feel even the slightest changes in the wind they adapt and go with the flow.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I would like to celebrate that I have been having very strange dreams with very specific animals who have names. I have no idea about who these animals are or where these animals are from but I do feel excited and curious to see what unfolds. I have been writing it all down in a journal.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
This week I didn’t feel like I had any challenges or that I have any questions. I felt more relaxed and communication felt like it came to me quite easily this week.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes I did and posted my results. I look forward to having more communication with Tina this month.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I played the Intuition game on Facebook with Martha B’s cat Hawkeye and posted my results. I also had my husband pick out an animal oracle card from a deck of cards and I tried to guess what card he had but I guessed the wrong animal.

Hey, Jo! I’m interested about who the family of birds is who Fluff is taking care of. Is it his family (his mate and babies perhaps?)
Also I saw where you said you played an intuition game with Hawkeye. Was that when you told me about his funny response?

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, the usual short sessions, centering and grounding, staying present.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I have a lot of stuff going on with my furry family. I tried to convince Grisella to allow me to put some Aloe Vera gel on her skin (every year around this time she is scratching and biting her back until she has big bleeding and furless patches all over her body), but she won’t agree. So I put it on when she doesn’t pay attention to me. The kitten, who moved in a few weeks ago, had an injured paw (bacterial infection). She had to go to the vet every second day. She let me know verbally that she is not fond of the treatment, but she cooperated nicely. Now her paw is much better. Chanelle is still sick and unwilling to have any treatment. She still pees and poops all over the place. Afterwards she walks past the litter boxes to go outside. I am slowly losing my patience with her (this is going on since years) and told her I think the best solution would be for her to decide to leave this frail body and look for a better one. I think she is considering this option.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Not much reason to celebrate.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Mainly sick animals refusing treatment or refusing being touched at all.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Looked a few times at the photos, but did not manage to focus on Tina, too much going on around.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      No time for games.

      1. Did you meditate this week?

Every morning minimum 20 minutes but usually an hour more or less. I focus on awareness/mindfulness and use Reiki symbols and precepts to ground me.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

I may have connected with a chipmunk Kit-Ten brought in and turned loose for Aspen to kill. I opened the back door and did my best to guide it away from the dog and cat. The animal found its way out. It was a rare success! Kit-Ten brings in a chipmunk almost every day and Aspen is quick.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I am finally backing away from my craving for certainty. I’m remembering to “hold it lightly.”

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I’m working on patience with myself.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

I was not able to find the new FAT (a horse) on the new website. I’ll keep trying.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

Still messing with my marbles. Trying to feel the difference between guessing and feeling. I’m having a lot more success when I ask for a color and then feel for it.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Every evening 20-30 minutes before sleep. Going back through some meditations on my iPod, I got stuck on a Reiki Intuition meditation that seems to be working well. Wonder why some work better than others.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Still trying to understand what Cooper is trying to tell me. I have a lazer session with Val tomorrow, so will hopefully get some questions answered. I’m getting mixed signals from him. Pretty sure it’s just my lack of understanding.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I don’t really feel like celebrating right now. I just want my puppy to get better! I’m not ready for him to leave!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Why does it seem so difficult for me? It should be so easy and natural?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

Not yet, I will attempt on the Saturday call.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No time for games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? not every day this week like i have been. 15 minutes 3 times

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I sat staring a a bird high up near a restaurant sign just floating there above what look like a sheet of wind that was just enough to allow this bird to float in one spot. When it had enough it dropped its wings and resumed position next to his friends on the sign. I sensed the one bird saying are you done goof ball. The other was happy as could be with himself.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I have gained more clarity on what I m allowing to stop me from communication. I ll be tackling that next

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? none

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditated. Unfortunately it wasn’t for long. I want to be better about meditating. I haven’t been much of one to meditate in the past because it was hard for me and I didn’t get much from it. However, when I meditate now sometimes it’s not as hard and there have been times where it has relaxed me or something really cool happened. The meditations I did were taking deep breath and holding them. This really relaxed me, which was great because I was having a lot of anxiety. I also did something else that I guess would be considered a meditation where I imagined my female cat’s energy and my energy becoming one. I also imagined my energy going into her body. Both of those were pretty cool!

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I quite often communicate with my cats. I also communicated with the mother cat and her kittens in the Kitten Cam Room at Kitten Rescue in Los Angeles by watching their web cam. I first said hello to the mother cat and told her my name and asked if I could communicate with her and her babies. She said yes, but that she’s protective over them. I told her I respect that and for her to let me know if at any time she wanted me to stop. She agreed to that. I asked the mother cat about how they got to Kitten Rescue. She said they were at a shelter before (a high kill place I think), but that they got rescued by Kitten Rescue and now they’re all happy and don’t have to worry about food. I think she also likes the Kitten Rescue people. She said before they were at the shelter they were homeless. I told them I am having difficulty with receiving messages (with animal communication). One of the kittens told me to “open up,” and to “be less anxious”. Shortly after that I told them I was going to go and thanked them for their time and I wished them happiness and a wonderful life and told them I love them.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Continuing to be able to send messages to my female cat, Serenity, and the fact that I think I got a message from her recently regarding food she was eating. Also, something I have been meaning to mention in this section of the accountability is that when I communicate with Serenity and my other cat, Hawkeye, I discovered that sometimes it’s like the message has to be sent or transmitted and it’s not necessarily so that the message is received automatically. It depends though.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Something I’ve been struggling with: How do I receive messages and know when I’ve received them when I ask something?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes, I told Tina who I was and she said she remembered me. Se also told me she had just been on a walk. I also got an image of her running with another horse (I think she was telling me she likes to play). I was also picking up on a change coming up and that she’s going to miss someone she’s close to.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I guess 8 out of 10 cards correctly for the color on the deck of cards game. On a couple of those I asked Serenity what color it was and she told me and when I turned the card over what I said in my head was right. It was fun asking Serenity what color the card was and her telling me! What she told me is what my intuition told me, too!
When I worked on the card game with the part on what suit the card was, I did two cards and both of them I guessed correctly! I was new to that game and wanted all my cards to be right. Plus my intuneness got a little broken. So, I stopped on the suit part at two cards.
When I did the face card part of the deck of cards game, I guessed 11 right out of 25. I think on one of them I even guessed the right face!
