–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did as usual 3-4 times a day about 10 min. One evening I managed even half an hour.
      Awareness and grounding.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I talked to a sick feral kitten. He has a severe eye infection. I keep telling him he is going to lose his eye and begging him to let me treat it. But after I caught him one evening and took him to the vet, I can’t get close to him anymore. Every move (even just wiggling my toes) is enough to send him running , abandoning even his dinner.
With the youngsters from last season I was more lucky. They slowly start losing their fear and come for careful cuddles.
Last weekend Sternchen injured her paw (believe Playboy was playing a bit rough and biting her paw, not sure though). By Saturday afternoon her paw was about 5 times the normal size and she was hiding in a small cardboard box, unable to walk. So I took her out and inspected the paw. Upon my touch the skin burst open and a lot of pass and water came out together with blood. I told her what was going on and that I had to clean the wound as much as I could. I asked her to keep still in spite of the pain to help me. She was screaming like hell, but hardly moved. Only when I sprayed some antiseptic on her open toe she tried to drag her paw away. 10 min after this procedure she started moving around again. (I took her to the vet Monday night anyway, just to be on the safe side).

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I managed to stop the heavy fighting. There are still some minor outbreaks (mainly Pasha and Purzel howling at each other), but this is manageable.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Stronger, a rather small, one-eyed male was bullied regularly. The group was literally starving him. So I started hand-feeding him. Now he has gained some weight again and obviously my special attention gave him a boost of self confidence with the result that he goes round stealing food from the youngsters.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
      No time

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
      No

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, sticking with the silent meditations, target is still 1 hour. One night I made it to 45 minutes!! Yay! I was hoping a pattern was developing, but that turned out not to be the case. Anyway, I now know it’s possible, and more.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Nothing out of the ordinary this week, just the normal communication with my babies, and hoping to receive some responses. Always hoping for that.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      A 45 minute meditation! Yay!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Nothing new.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

No, catching up with mowing and outside stuff as the weather cools off. Plants have to come in tonite.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

No, same reason as last question.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? twice a day with headspace (love his British accent) each time for 10 minutes. Mindfulness throughout the day. Walking meditation in the back yard for some minutes.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? At the shelter was a kitten adopted and his playmate and best body was missing him a lot. I explained to her what happened and try to tune in to perceive the questions and answered them. Sometimes this shelter work really gets to me.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I have to feeling to perceive more from animals now even from my cats.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
When I dog sit and see in which bad and/or loveless home they have to live in while the owner is gone. Especially, when they have to stay in the crate all day long without water, toys or even without a blanket or big cushion. How could I connect with the animal without feeling awful what humans can do to there ‘beloved’ dog(s). My heart bleeds for them and I just don’t know how to communicate them just to cheer them up, except to give them the best time while I am there. I wonder, if I would offer animal communication and see what kind of bad place they live and feeling their suffering. How can I be professional enough to put all these thoughts and feelings to the side and be clear enough to connect with the animal and than be professional enough to talk to the owner in a rational way.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
I find it hard to connect since I seem to know so much about this cutie. My mind is controlling me to much. It’s easier for me not to know much about an animal before connection him.
All I sense it that this week is a bit challenging for Ruby because of his aches in the body.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I just didn’t. I did clairo… – exercises instructed by James van Praagh.

      • 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Just a few minutes a day – soft focus.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have not done much of any communicating with any animals this week except my own and not very well.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing, I have been totally distracted from my studies and practices this week. I have only been focused on my work this week. I think this whole KoKo thing is affecting me more than I realize. I had a good energywork session this week, it felt wonderful to step into another world for a time.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Dealing with death and dying – a cat and an old friend – not knowing – I just have been in a weird daze as of late.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No – sorry to say. Have not even been on the forum at all this week; things will turn around her soon and I will get back on track.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I played one time for about 30min with my deck of cards. Following the first shuffle I said aloud that I will find in this deck the 10of clubs…. It was the second card I picked. Had to laugh.

Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

      1. Did you meditate this week? I do mini meditations throughout the day, mindfulness being fully present and focus on breathing.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
I never know how to answer this question. I try. Never really sure if I connected or was it just
my imagination. those are on my focused trying to connect sessions. Now when my own dogs
come up to me I always know what they want. I can be busy and one of them will come beside and I know what they are saying. But I cannot carry on a mental conversation with them, like how was your day today, what did you do? I get nothing.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Umm… not in a celebrating mood, don’t think there is anything to celebrate this week.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
When my dogs want something from me they come up and tell me. They don’t bark, they just look at me and I “know” what they want” but if I try to initiate a communication with them I get nothing. I never know if they are hearing me or not. (But by the same token, even when I talk out loud my Dee sometimes will just look at me but not respond. So I always take that to mean NO. )
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
No. Isle never responded to my last communication with Ruby so I didn’t bother trying to find time to talk with him again.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week?
No. Too many other things going on in my life this week.

      1. Did you meditate this week?

Every day and off and on throughout the days. Couldn’t even guess at the total. I’ve been focusing on breathing and being aware.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

Been trying to communicate with glaring squirrel. Seemed obvious to me the way he was leaning forward and staring at me that he wanted the feeder refreshed but it didn’t make sense since I keep it full and fresh. Val’s call yesterday helped me realize that thinking he was being obvious kept me from listening to what else he might have on his mind!

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I am finally getting that trying so hard to “get it right” has been getting in the way of getting anything.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      Learning to accept uncertainty.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

This week got away from me so no.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

I’ve been practicing with the marbles and find that I am much more accurate when I just do it with out thinking or trying so hard.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? yes each am before i rise i try to remember to set my intention for the day

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Actually Birdie chimed in while i was flying to Seattle. It was late and i kept dozing off trying to forget i m stuck in a tiny seat for hours. Birdie popped up on the back of the seat and said, “well there’s some thing humans can do that birds can’t. Fly while your sleeping. LOL

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? i m still trying

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Doesn’t seem like i have too many questions. I know when i get it it will make sense.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I got a sense that she is a nervous dog and follows mom around where ever she goes. did not get any info back yet. Working on what to ask. It surprises me how simple that should be yet its not

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I still have this box in front of me with something inside i haven’t figured out yet. Guessed a pen a rock and chapstick. Not right.
