Moderator–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.
This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.
Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.
While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
Much love,
ValModerator

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Taking short breaks over the day to calm down, trying to center.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Trying daily, but lately I am very tired and stressed. Presently, I have a litter of 5 kittens living in my garden. A bit over a week ago their mother disappeared. They are still very young (about 2 months) and can’t do much to protect themselves. On top 2 of them have now an infected eye. But they won’t let me touch them and I don’t want to push it too much, because they might run out in the street.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing really.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I am trying to stay calm and as balanced as possible, but somehow the cats are still picking up my overwhelm. As a result I have constant fighting and bullying, as well as other behaviour issues that make my life even more difficult.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
No time6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Not in the mood for games.1/12

Inactive Member1. Did you meditate this week?
Every day but one between 35 minutes and 1:20 hour.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
Not really except for generic listening and sending love. Suffering from tax-related overwhelm.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
A great block buster session with Val yesterday helped me see how my blocks are just thoughts I give substance to by either glomming onto them or resisting them. Much better to acknowledge and release.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Sadly I forgot to be accountable last week even though I was dying to tell about the baby bird who landed on my head and stayed there until I reached up and touched him. I had named him Sparky and had been asking him to show himself so I could connect the face to the voice.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
Sorry again, I did not but look forward to soon. Excessively stressful and busy weeks X 2.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games?
Again no due to overwhelment.

Platinum Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, my usual (for now) sitting in silence for as long as I can, aiming for the 1 hour mark. Made it to 30 minutes last nite. Yay! Anything over 20 gets a yay!
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
A passing “hello” to a deer that was in my hay field this morning as I was focused on Cooper not chasing her. That’s about all I’ve had time for this week.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing in particular.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Will attempt this on the call on Saturday.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, still busy with outside things.

Gold Member1. Did you meditate this week? Yes, several short ones.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
NO, all my time has been taken up this week trying to find a home for a three legged 5 yr old briard. Not having any luck. People seem to think that is too much of a burden when actually
it is not burden at all. He does everything a 4 legged dog does, but he is suddenly not getting
along with his brother and his owner wants to rehome him.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Nothing. Perhaps if I were better at this I could communicate with Owen, the dog, and find out what the problem is before they have him put down which they are considering..
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Same. Time and trying to get past my blocks, but this week definitely time.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
NO, too busy with my problem.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week?
No, last thing on my mind.

Inactive Member• 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I would only say about a total of an hour of meditation. I take a couple of minutes here and there to Intend to meditate. Though, throughout my days and nights – on a daily basis – I focus on my breath and breath down and ground, connect, center. Going through this ordeal with KoKo is challenging but it is keeping me in the Moment… moment by moment. I do Understand the grave importance to making time in my mornings to mediate deeply and I have yet to stick with it on a consistent basis.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Had a talk with KoKo Wednesday morning in bed; we looked into each other’s eyes and I told her I am heart opened to love her and support her whether she chooses to stay in kitty form or move on into Spirit form. It was powerful to me because even though I was using words to express myself, the feelings back of it were all she heard…..I KNOW this. There was a moment of silence as we looked into each other and then I felt all was just right in the world. Later that day I had to quietly chuckle when I was on the line with Val for our Laser session she said, I have to say this “All is Well and All is as it should Be”. That’s exactly what I felt that morning in the connection with KoKo. I am also growing my communications with my other kitties. Novia and I had several precious connections. It’s as if I am ‘melding’ AC into my life….it truly is ‘unfolding me’….I am loosening into it… it really is hard to put into words.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That even though I have been feeling utterly exhausted and worried about hundreds of things going on in my life I let them all stay in the background somehow. I did have a serious bout of vomiting and sh*****g on Sunday night and through Monday, I knew it was Not the flu, it was me trying to take some of the upset out of KoKo’s body. I realized it and said this is not the way for me to help her. Tuesday I felt ok. There is so many lessons I am living through right now. It’s like KoKo and All my cats are sending me through some sort of Crash Course in getting my Soul Work outta of the hiding places and getting me to Move it Out into My Life. I need to write/journal/post what is coming up for me because it is Important. Palliative care is involved. Writing is involved. Expressing spiritual inspiration/support is involved. My cats and all the animals are guiding me to unveil my Gifts. I just turned 57 on Sept. 30th. And they are right….it’s high time I get crackin!4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? The one that keeps coming up and knocking me on the head saying, “stop thinking you don’t know how to do this work, stop belittling yourself, and claim your intuitive heart Self”!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I am sorry Ruby for not communicating again with you this week! Please Forgive Me!
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? My favorite game is quick nonverbal communications with every animal I come across. I love spreading my heart energy to these special beings and too, gratefully receive back from them every bit of goodness they each so willingly pour forth so naturally.Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

Inactive Member1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Silent sitting, Headspace app, walking meditation, mindfulness moments, breathing. It’s so calming to watch my breathing with the inner eye.
Didn’t look at time. Tried to be timeless unless I had to do things at a certain time.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Talking to our backyard squirrel, a huge bee, cute little snake and my kittens.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Feeling so much more connected to nature and wild life. Feeling the respect and beauty of nature and other creatures.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I don’t know if the animals got my message. Wondering if they understood and just decide not to do it.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Just tried to talk to Ruby. She said: Not right now, I am sleeping. Later okay.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Since my frustration level is high while guessing colors or lie/truth game, I just forget. Only now I see that I have forgotten to give it a try. I know it is for me to train my intuition. Oh yes, I remember, I actually practice through out the day. In certain situations, I guess the end result and what poeple will answer. This works pretty well or is this just life expierence? mmm -

Platinum MemberI completely forgot to include my encounter with a black snake in my barn this week. The first thing I do when I get up in the mornings is let the dogs out and go feed the horses. Since it is still kind of dark in the barn now when I get out there, (and I was still pretty much asleep), I reached for the light switch on autopilot. It felt squishier than normal, and when there was light and I looked over, there was a snake crawling down the post the switch was on. I touched her when I went to turn on the light, and what I saw was her little face curiously investigating who had touched her. (Wish I could have gotten a picture of that, it was so cute). I think we startled each other. I said well, good morning! Told her she was safe, I wasn’t going to hurt her, and talked to her some more. She decided to go on about her business, changed directions and started going back up the post, changed her mind again, came back down and went under one of the pallets that had stuff on top of it. She was in no hurry, there was no fear, it was just a cool encounter.
