–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.

      Much love,
      Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
As sessions before bedtime don’t work out, I stick to small ones spread over the day. 2-5 times a day 5-10 minutes.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Talked to the kittens several times trying to convince them to stop their attempts to destroy the house and all my stuff. Sternchen and Playboy are doing reasonably well, but Daisy is a whirlwind and won’t listen. I wonder if she was a bird in a past life. She is not running, she is trying to fly.
When I show the others a lifted finger or the palm of my hand they understand and calm down. Daisy will then attack my hand trying to push it out of her way and go ahead with her plans. And I can assure you that her plans are usually not so nice. It is things like ripping my papers or decorating my clothes with holes using her claws and teeth.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Slowly I am learning to be more grounded – not just during meditation but all day long. My tolerance levels go up and it takes longer and longer before I blow the fuse.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I will have to look again in the lessons about how to keep a conversation going. I have trouble finding the right questions at the right moment.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes, but haven’t posted yet. Will do that soon.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Got frustrated with my inability to feel colours. So, this week no games.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? this question trips me up every week cuz it seems to me that i grab every moment i can in trying to focus my thoughts into one space. I don’t have any formal meditation moments other than before i get out of bed in the am before any shit hits any fan.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? yes.
My parrot that was the FAT during the summer was killed by my friends dog Tues nite. I walked in to a pile of feathers and my feathered friend face down wet with slobber next to the dog. After hysterics for a while my other half came home and cleaned up the mess and I just felt this intense urge to go walk….it was 11pm. off i went crying and angry and trying to make sense. Then a visual came in of my bird flying off her perch and walking right over the gate and climbing up where the dogs were. He could have gone anywhere else and climbed up like he normally did but he showed me. From there i filled in the missing piece realizing the dog went over and grabbed him. Then i sensed intuitively he did this on purpose. He was ready to move on to other things. Just to show our animals know us…..he said to me now auditorily and intuitively this way i don’t get old and sick and run up a huge medical bill. I have insurance on my cats but the insurance companies i looked at don’t offer it for birds so it was always in the back of my mind what if…….He also said at least i wasn’t
torn to pieces and there was no blood. Well i wasn’t very amused by that but i suppose yes it could have been even worse. Guilt on every level was welling up inside me. I had been making preparations to take him along with me in the car so we could spend more time together. Its summer here and too hot but fall is approaching. My business keeps me away more than i want and bringing him along is killing two birds with one stone (fyi that play on words just popped in my head and it came from him…….wow I m seeing him more clearly now than when he was alive!!!) He was a comedian for real. I miss him so much. I still have his perch up. Not ready to take it down yet. Apparently he ‘s here now writing this with me. Tears of sadness and joy at the same time. That same evening as i was lying in bed holding him i sensed his wanting to be able to be more interactive with me like the cats. Their furry and can get in the bed and can be held. He wants that experience and so that’s his plan. Don
t know how he will chose it and don’t know if it will be with me but that’s what he was desiring next. Can hardly snuggle in bed with a bird so i guess i can understand why he left so suddenly. I ve been listening to Abraham Hicks on youtube regarding animals and death and it has helped tremendously.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? see above

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
i had a question and just can’t remember it now

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. i sensed a Mufsa style cat that isn’t very friendly with visitors. He would like to asked permission to be touched first but don’t expect him to grant it cuz he really doesn’t need the affections of a stranger. He’s the wise one who gives advice only when asked and even then it’s short and to the point and philosophical. He in no way allows himself to get caught up in anyone’s drama.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? no. keep forgetting about the games. Now that we have few new ones in the group i wil go one fB and asked then directly to share photos of deceased pets and let me guess how they passed.

      1. week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Everyday between 3 and 15 minutes. Guided, Vipasana, walking meditation, mindfulness during the day.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? The animal would relax and feel more in peace.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That friends start asking me to help them with their pets.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? More friends start asking me to connect with their animals. I do connect and talk to them. Never sure if I get the right answer. I always connect it with energy work and balance their chakras and pains they have in their body or even soul. When I asked the owner, I do get the confirmation that their pet seem more relaxed and at ease.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Talk to Tiger every day, since it is my cat. He told me again, that it is very important for him to go outside. I can do it alone and wonders why I am always with him. There are moments when he likes me to be outside with him. He gets upset when he wants to force groom Bungee and he doesn’t want to. It turns out to a fight. I feel bad for Bungee because Tiger is sufficating him with his love sometimes and Tiger wants to snuggle to which is okay sometimes. Mostly not. lol

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? It’s hard for me to guess the color of the balls. No improvement.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, still trying to get to the 1 hour mark in my silent meditations. Almost made it once, then back to the 20 minute wall.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

There is a possibility that I may be taking care of a friend’s little dog for a month in December. She brought him to my house yesterday to make introductions and see how everyone got along. The dogs took some time, but ended up playing. The cats didn’t even make a showing. My dog Cooper had issues the last time I took care of a friend’s dog (not the same one) for a week. I need to know how accepting all of my fur-kids would be of this little one staying with us for a whole month. May talk to Val about this as I’m not getting any feedback from anyone yet.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I keep trying to be open. I did get a bit of time to start Val’s Basic course this week. Yay!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

Not getting feedback from my “kids” on our little visitor.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      No time.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      No time.

      1. Did you meditate this week?
      Just a little.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?
I don’t think so. don’t really remember. It has been a very busy week, between work, bathing and grooming my dogs, finally getting in touch with dear friends that survived Irma and Harvey but losing their cars and almost their son. Another son carried the dog thru the flood waters.
Anyway, very emotional week with all that on my mind.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I have been reading and studying a wonderful book, Why We Are Born and have gained much insight into so many things that Val has taught us, but this book made me understand much better and I feel like my eyes have been opened, actually more than just my eyes.
Also I had my Akashic Records read this week and the journey I was taken on was exhilarating
I wish I had had time to try a communication because my heart and spirit were in the right place and would have been interesting to see what I got.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
      No, no time.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Well this week it has been finding the time again. Otherwise, the same as the other students have said, asking the right questions, getting stuck and not knowing what to say or ask next.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
      No, no time.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games
NO, I wanted to but did not find the time to do so.

      • 1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? This week has been a total blur for me. Work has been busy, KoKo issues have sidetracked me from every other thing. I have lapsed in my daily meditations. At night when I get all the cats settled and am tucked into bed I do a light re-wind of my day and breathe and let go and calm. Every night in bed I say “I Am Affirmations” and this has helped me stay more centered.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I have only been in contact with my family of cats here. Calming KoKo down has been in the forefront. Also, Izzy is feeling upset about KoKo being here and constantly reassuring her I still love her and have a heart big enough to share with all my kitties. I have had a couple serious breakdowns but managed to get them to pass by doing lots of EFT and HoHoPonoPono I am pleased with myself for pulling out my tools to aid me. All in All I am doing good work here at home with my babes.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? That even through the storms I am feeling overall grounded. I have noticed that when I quickly focus on an animal I am in the zone, albeit for short periods of times. For instance, I was reading on our Facebook page a gal asked a vague question about her clients pup and instantly I saw and felt information coming. I wrote what my impressions were but have not heard anything. Then when Gina posted to Val about Birdie I instantly saw what happened. I sense that I am living day to day, moment to moment in AC Zone – but just on the outlaying area. I realize if I buckle down and prioritize my time and do my daily deep meditations and focus more intently the flood gates will open.
      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None this week other than finding more balance in my life….adjust and readjust to all the new changes happening for me.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. No I am sorry to say I did not. I promised Tiger I would be back in touch with him so I hope to make time this weekend.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Knocked around with my cards a few times, also had quick impressions with the animals at the Vet Clinic.

Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

Klaudia – your connections with your cats are wonderful. I wonder what Daisy is trying to tell you besides wanting her own plan. Perhaps you could try asking her what you should ask her.

Gina- congratulations on finding many insights in Birdie’s transition. many gifts. you are expanding with Birdie’s help and are making a positive difference to those dealing with transitions, and I sense this will grow. It is important work you are sharing. And I enjoy the combination of wisdom and humor. As I typed that I heard Birdie say “You’re welcome. squawwwkk (for special effect)”. What a character.

Manuela-you are doing great. Don’t feel like you have to push so hard, nor fix everything. Ok, I may be projecting some of my issues and I’m still learning to ask permission first and practice being gentle and positive with myself. Have you explained to Tiger that you accompany him outside as a way to help his sensitive stomach regarding not eating so much grass it hurts him? One of my cats used to want grass to help clear out the fur balls but in addition to small grass he went after a decorative BIG grass that we came to call “kitty throw-up grass”, not the botanical name. We also had to work to keep him away from it.

Patty-what did Cooper and the cats each say when you asked them individually and as a group what they thought of having a month long visitor making it clear that this is a temporary situation and why it would be important to you and your friend? Visualizing the positive outcome you’d like as Val has taught us (but I sometimes forget in the heat of the moment). Maybe your fur kids need to understand more of the context before they give feedback, or they may want to think about it for a while. No comment may not be a No nor a Yes. Maybe there are stipulations needed.

Kathy-thanks for the book recommendation. Remember not to be too hard on yourself about getting the perfect questions. Your best friend understands when you don’t always ask the perfect questions, it’s a give and take. Your animals will too and are likely encouraging you to be more gentle especially with recent worries of the hurricanes, etc. You are on an amazing journey.

Pam-great job on pulling out and using your tools. Often when we get overwhelmed we forget that we have tools and to use them. Grounding and sharing love are wonderful gifts to share with ourselves and those in need of our support. Perhaps Izzy is upset with your upset in addition to some jealousy and is simply a beacon showing you the need for care and reassurance for each and all of you.

Claire- congratulations on resolving the snapping situations, another confirmation. Where do you feel that in your body? When you identify that you can check in and find self confirmation in addition to your intuitive knowing that is sometime quiet till we get more practice of receiving and understanding messages.
