–> Ready to Practice with the Accountability Game?
–> Ready to earn a free private session with Val?
Here’s how to do do both:

One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listen below.

This Game is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.

NOTE: Gold Club Members are Eligible to Earn the Accountability Award (a Laser Coaching half hour private session, value $275, limit 4 per person per year). Here’s how Gold Members earn their sessions:

      1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.

      2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a laser session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week. (Note: All students will benefit from this exercise. However, you must be a Gold Member to earn a free session with Val.)

      3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule your 30 minute private consultation. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

      4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication muscles.

MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 5 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.

Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:

      https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html

Note: Upgrade to Gold membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know.

While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together and have fun.

      Much love,
      Val

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I meditated 5 times in one day. I needed it very much. They were Guided meditations.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? I finally connected with Binky and he said he’s happy, hyper and playful. He said he has had more cuddle time with mom and is happy with that. He has no pain today and is at home with mom. I asked what he learned this past month and he said he is touched by the interaction and feels loved and important.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I asked Binky if he had any advice for me and he said to continue doing what I did today. (Previously I meditated with a photo with my eyes closed with the picture on my heart chakra. I kept my eyes closed and when I could see the animals energy I would start communicating. He said I can just look at the picture and instantly connect now. That is what happened today. He said I am ready for this next step. He said to be confident and brave.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? None

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Yes see above.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes I played cards.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?byes every day at least 15 min Calm app

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?Actually i did this week but not on purpose. Was caring for 2 boxers and 2 quinea pigs. Got the food and fresh bedding for the pigs and went outside to hang with the dogs. Was sitting there chiiling out and suddenly got this intense visual on the water bottle being empty. I got right up and went in and a found it empty and i could sense the pig was rather pleased the message got thru. Funny how something so small can be as big as a elephant when it communicates.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I felt like a little of my Mojo was returning after the pig incident.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? none

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
i just got my eyes on Novia and he looks just like my Blaze so i ll give it some time because either i m super imposing my cat onto Novia and thinking what hes like is just like Blaze or maybe they are alike.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No. Im finally feeling a little better and will get back on that asap

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, I did meditate this week/ I spent a total of about 1 ½ hours meditating / Meditations: Mindful Breathing – Expanded Awareness – Guided Destiny Meditation – New Beliefs Meditation

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Yes, I connected with the intention to communicate with a bird outside letting him know that it was safe to come close to me. The bird came right beside me and communicated that he did feel safe to be there and knew I meant him no harm.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I would like to celebrate that I made the time for learning and growth this week even though I had a hectic schedule and some very stressful situations at work.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I have none at the moment. I am just taking it all in and processing through the wonderful information available here.

Yes, I did. I did a quick snapshot impression of Harry the Rooster (Animal Parent: Meggan V.) I wasn’t sure where to post my results so I stated a new topic “Intuitive Games”.

      1. Did you meditate this week?

Every morning at least 20 minutes. Not many really long ones unless I count being in the zone while clearing ivy off the trees in my backyard.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week?

Moby spent the weekend with me while his mom was out of town so I got to practice communicating with a deaf dog. I’ve always talked to him, out loud or silently, trusting him to hear me on a telepathic level. The biggest challenge for me has been getting his attention when he isn’t looking at me. I always have to walk over and touch him. This time it occurred to me that maybe words are meaningless to him since he’s never heard them (or read them) so I tried sending him pictures of the sign language he’s been taught. Once he was standing 20 feet away with his back to me and it was time to come inside. I silently sent him the “come here” sign in my mind and he turned around and looked at me. I was then able to physically show him the hand signal but he was already on his way! Now I’m trying not to kick myself for having been so obtuse.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

I feel I’m becoming more aware of the differences between my habits of thought and theirs.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

I’m working at not being like the tourist in a foreign land who thinks everyone should speak English. It is more of a challenge than I realized!

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

Checked in on Novia two or three times but she felt cranky and I felt unwelcome. I may have caught her at a bad time or the bad timing was mine because I didn’t feel I had the time or energy to figure out what was wrong. I’m looking forward to Saturday’s FAT connection with Val.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games this week?

No. Low on time and energy.

04/12/2018 at 4:15 pm Ana Zuluaga

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I have a big event coming up at work on Saturday so the week has been crazy. I’ve meditated every day for 10-15minutes. I use Val’s meditations.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes I connected with Zelda. She is a loving dog who is looking for her forever family and currently lives in a boarding facility. Along with one of the loving ladies who walks her, we are trying to help Zelda and understand the reason behind a couple of her behaviours.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
Insipte of my crazy schedule I’ve meditated, connected or read about animal communication every day.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I’m working on how to visualise clearly. I am wondering how to talk to an animal when he is part of a pack. Should I talk individually to each of them? How would I know who is saying what?

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.
      Not yet.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I played the one on facebook and I got it all backwards. I was very tired when I connected and I kept getting contradictory messages. The ego won. I wanted to give an answer right away. I didn’t listen to my body or intuition that were saying just wait until tomorrow and rest right now.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes. Did two guided grounding meditations. Continued my spiritual practice but had difficulty focusing and going deep this week. Too busy with outside stuff. I did sit morning and evening for 15-30 minutes.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with a cat named Lily and found out that she talks a lot but no one listens. She has a single mom who also works. I found that in a past life she was half feral (occasionally fed tidbits) and she had babies that died and she wanted and needed a friend. How it applies to this lifetime is that her best kitty friend just passed away and her human doesn’t have a lot of extra time to spend with her. She wants a new friend. I passed this info on.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Learning that I don’t have to understand the process of animal communication completely.

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? My inability to stay present in the conversation. I have a feeling this relates to my meditation practice and will adjust as I am able to go deeper.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. I said hello but received nothing back. My impression of Novia so far is that she is a little crabby and wants connections on her terms.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
The marbles continue to frustrate me. I think I’ll go back to Cards this week.

04/12/2018 at 7:11 pm Patty Miller

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?

Yes, every evening for about 30 minutes. Still listening to Penache Desai, still focusing on abundance. That seems important right now.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Oh, my what a week I’ve had!! I’m kitty/horse sitting for my friend while she’s away. Her kitty just recently manifested a huge growth on the side of her head, and my friend wasn’t wanting to go on her trip because of it, but the trip had already been paid for by someone else, so she really felt an obligation to go. She had a very hard time leaving, and we talked about what I should do if Yin (the kitty) decided to leave the planet before she got back. We really weren’t expecting her to be here a lot longer. So from the day she left (last Friday, 4-6) I began using my zero-point energy wand on Yin and took her some of the structured, healing water I’m learning how to make. She was drooling a lot, and the next day the drool was bloody. I continued to wand her that day, at the same time (remembering Val’s story about her cat, Peach) I told her that it was not her job to take on other peoples’ stuff. (My friend’s other kitty also did that, and he didn’t survive it. That’s been about a year ago, so it’s taken a while to manifest on Yin.) I told her she has a choice to make, whether she wants to stay with her mom, or if she wants to continue on her journey. If she wants to stay, she can just let all the crap go, let it be transmuted into Love and Light, and she will have her pattern of perfection back again. I wasn’t sure if what I was saying to her got through or not, but I continued to wand her, 30 minutes in the mornings, 30 minutes in the afternoons when I go to check on everything. The next day I noticed the drooling had pretty much stopped, and the swelling on the side of her head seemed to have gone down some. I was hoping it wasn’t just my imagination. Yesterday was day 5 of the wanding, and for the first time since I’ve been on “duty”, Yin felt interested enough to get up and come and cuddle up on my lap. I got kisses and paw stretches, and the motor was running the entire time. It’s hard to wand a moving target! 🙂 I felt an entirely different energy from her. I feel she’s made her choice to stay, and there are daily improvements. I’m excited to go see her every day to see how she’s progressing. She’s such a precious little being, and I’m thrilled that she’s decided to stay longer!! Needless to say, I’m so very excited about this healing taking place, and witnessing what zero-point energy is capable of!! I knew it was powerful stuff, but I’ve never seen these kind of results before first-hand.

If anyone wants to send her healing energy, I would be glad to post a picture of her on Facebook. I know it’s too large to post here. Just let me know.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

That my message got through to Yin and she’s on the road to recovery!! 🙂

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?

      None, just celebrating!!

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so.

No, focusing on Yin right now.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?

Focusing on the healing taking place.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? 5-10 minutes daily.

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? My sister-in-law asked me to connect to her new cat because she avoids her since she had to take her back to the vet because she licked on her stitches. she got spayed. She held her when the vet put the new stitches in because the assistant wasn’t around. Ever since she would not come near her. She asked me because she knows I am studying animal communication. I connected with the cat and explained everything and how much she loves her and it was necessary to put the stitches back on etc. The kitten talked a storm and I passed it on to my sister-in-law. She confirmed everything. Changed everything I said. The cat didn’t like water and food near the litter box. She wants to litter box to be more clean and have more litter in it and other things. This happened while she was working all day. I told my sister in law to do the Ho Opnono to the kitten sincerely. She called me shortly after she came home and she couldn’t believe how much the cat has changed. The cat came to her, played with her even near her feet and put even one paw on her foot. She thanked me so many times and said this is so unbelievable. What a turnaround. She was off next day and she kept sending me pictures with her cat near her.
This cat told me about every single person in the house and that it is noisy and the people scream at each other and that scares her…. (I just had no idea! Before I told her what the cat told me is that I would not judge her and that I am just the messenger, the voice of her cat)
The good thing is that she talked to every family member (her son and husband). They discussed noise level and screaming and that they will change it. They didn’t realize how bad it was. They will scoop the litter box, change the water and clean the food bowl every day and play more with the kitten. I told them at least 30 minutes a day and to give her more affection.

      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I celebrate the success of the connection with my sister-in-law’s cat. I just wanted to be a mediator and the cat talked a storm and told me about the place she is living in and the things she would like to be changed. What a clever cat!

      4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
      None. I feel happy.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the featured animal in the Discussion of that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. I will on Saturday. The picture is a bit blurry of the cat. I can connect better when the picture is clear.

      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Concentrating what is my voice and voices from others in my mind and separate them. Same with energy. How does my energy field feels and what is from others? Is it me or does it come from somewhere else? This keeps me busy but not exhausted.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes, I have been meditating on a regular basis every day at least 20 minutes each time. It has been mostly guided yoga meditations.
      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I have been working with a 5-year old female Doberman-German Shepherd mix with severe fear-based aggression and trauma. She was confined to a crate the first year of her life and was never socialized. I have been working with her to calm down and “think” before she reacts. It is a long process and she may never be completely restored but she is showing signs of learning to redirect her fear.
      3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I got to do a presentation before the Laguna Woods Cat Club this week about animal communication and how it can help solve common problems when Fluffy Butt and little Hurricane misbehave. The talk was well-received, and I felt so grateful to be able to share what I have learned and experienced about animal communication.
Not yet. I just received the photo today.
      6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No, I had a very busy week.

      1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
      about 15 minutes each day

      2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
once a day I go behind the house to check on a litter of kittens. Usually they are hiding in the high grass. So I ask mummy to call them and show me they are OK, which she does.
Beginning of the week Grace slipt out and disappeared, the next few days I saw her rarely running in a field or hiding in a bush. I kept talking to her telling her how dangerous life on the street is and that she is not used to live out there, which makes it even more dangerous. It took 4 days until I managed to get her back in the house.
Every day I talk to the stray dog Pascal, who is now living with us. I ask him to stay inside the garden whwn I let him out, but he won’t listen. He jumps over the fence and runs once around my plot greeting all the neighboring dogs and chasing some feral cats. Then he comes back in.

Alicia – Thanks for communicating with our FAT Novia and listen to the advice you received. And thanks for sharing your evolvng progress.
Gina – Great work on receiving messages from animals as well as reaching out to them! Why don’t you ask Novia or Blaze if they are alike and see what they say.
Chigusa – Good to notice when the ego comes up and gets in the way. And noticing that there are good and bad days is part of the learning, Great that you are keep practicing.
Jo – Wow sounds like you and the bird had a delightful time together. Good for both of you. You can post in the Animal Teach Handout post or start a separate post like you did. Be sure to mention the animal’s name in the title if you start a new post so it catches the person’s eye.
Claire – Being in nature is one of my favorite meditation opportunities. Very excited about your discovery of sign language with deaf animals. I hadn’t considered that either. I love that you sent telepathic sign then showed the hand sign. Did you share that with the owners? Hope you have been able to connect with Novia when she is more available to you. Did you ask her for her preferences?
Ana – When talking to an animal in a pack, it may be useful to talk with the leader of the pack first so that feathers (as it were) don’t get ruffled. You coulc explain why you want to talk to a specific animal so they, the leader and the specific animal in particular, understand your intent and purpose.
Barb – Wonderful that you were able to assist Lily with friendship and her need to deal with grief. Yes, Novia has her boundaries clearly defined. She is a wise kitty. Ask her preferences when you try again.
Patty – Abundance. Thank you for sharing that reminder. Wonderful healing work with Yin! Great that you expalined to her and helped her understand. If you email a the photo of Yin to moderator AT ValHeart DOT com, I’ll resize her photo and put attach it to this discussion thread or you could start a separate thread about your healing wand work and I’ll add it there.
Manuela – Congratulations on your help dramatically improving your sister-inlaw’s cat’s and people’s environment. Cats don’t want to eat where there litter box is. Makes sense to me. It is great that the cat trusted you enough to tell you about her noise concerns and that it got resolved. Often people get into habits they don’t even see/hear and it takes an outsider or in this case a kitty inside to point it out.
Cheryl – In addition to your calming work with the dog, perhaps you may want to help her do Ho’oponno with you on herself or work with Val privately to clear her past. Wonderful that you’ve been able to sharing your animal communication learnings with people too.
Klaudia – I am in awe of the work you do and the animals you care for, reach out to and assist. They are lucky to have you and we are lucky to have you sharing your gifts with us and the world. Yes, it does all tie together and uplift us. Sending you an extra energy boost.

Barb, thank you so much for your guidance. Your advice is great. It makes a lot of sense. Thank you because I wasn’t sure on how to approach that situation.
