Tamara B. has volunteered to host her Dog, Sofia, as our next Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) during April 2025. You will enjoy getting to know this wonderful animal teacher.

We encourage all of you to connect with Sofia now and throughout the month.

Tune into Sofia first and see what you sense. It’s not just about getting words although that’s a lot of fun when it happens. Remember that telepathic comes from ‘tele’ meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and ‘pathic’ that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.

How does Sofia feel to you? Happy? Sad? Excited? etc. Ask Sofia ice breaker questions as you might with any new teacher. It’s not about “getting the right answer” but about connecting with a wonderful animal.

Gold and Platinum members will have an opportunity to connect with Sofia along with Val on the Q&A call April 12th. Check your time on a world clock for call time of 11:30am Eastern / 10:30am Central Texas. World Clock at https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html) Call reminder emails will be emailed to you. Also, call information found in your course materials.

Have fun practicing your communication skills in this supportive setting! Lots of interesting discoveries happen here.

Hi Tamara, I’ve just connected with Sofia. What a little sweetheart she is. My first impression of her was that she is a very young soul and a young dog. She appeared very nervous at first and trembling a bit. I gor the impression is a bit timid around strangers and she told me she’s not used to people talking to her like this.
I asked if she had anything she wanted to talk about and she didn’t know, so I asked her about herself. I picked up that she liked to play fetch and has a little blue ball that is her favourite and easy to hold.
She said she likes to eat meat and also enjoys chicken.
I asked who lives with her and got mum, dad and her brother, who I got the impression was in his teens. Mum and dad walk her though.
I asked where she likes to walk and got the park, where she likes ro play ball, but also has a friend there who is a little black dog. I got a very quick image of the dog playing with her, which I think was a scottish terrier type, but it was a very brief snip that I saw.
As we spoke I felt her confidence grow and I felt that she is a very affectionate dog when she gets to know you. She was also quite curious and asked me questions about my family and animals too.
I thanked her for talking to me and we agreed to talk again.
Thank you for allowing us to connect with her.

Hi Tamara, I did quick connection with Sofia – I heard her almost jump out of the page when I looked at her photo and couldn’t resist having a try. Maybe some of this will resonate.
I got that she is a teacher. She leads her mum towards things – her way with humans is very much about leading them to show them things. She is very excited to teach us. She is very sincere adn works hard at her teaching. Her heart was glowing – so full of love. Her mission is to bring love. She says Love changes everything. She is playful with a very sweet energy. She thinks my life is a bit too hectic – she makes me think that I need to prioritise love more. When I thanked her She was very gracious and glad to be helpful. She has such a sweet loving energy – it transports me into love energy.
      Thank you sweet Sofia!

Hi Rosemary! Sorry of the delay. I had surgery which got me behind with everything!! Glad you connected to my sweet Sofia! She is a teacher, but I would describe it more as an acutely aware communicator. She knows how to use her body and facial expressions to communicate exactly what she wants. She emits joy to whomever she is around. If she believes your life is too hectic, she’s probably right! She reminds me of an old soul. She is a caretaker and spends every possible moment within my reach as I recover from a very badly broken ankle. I am glad she was able to change your energy to love. It seems you understood her very well — congrats!!

HI Tamara, I connected with Sofia this morning and she was quite the chatterbox. I had to quickly grab a pen and start writing.
She lives in the city, goes for walks, has a yard, loves to run and play but doesn’t get to as much as she would like.
She is the only dog and no cats either!
She a feisty little girl but can also be very sweet. She is so much more than just a cute little fluffy dog and she wants people to know that. She is a protector , a teacher , a guide. I asked if a teacher and a guide weren’t the same thing and she said no, but we didn’t go into the difference.
She’s here to take care of her mom . She is eagerly waiting for our q & a call as she has a lot to say.
I told her I was looking forward to our call and talking to her again.

She is really something. Thank you for presenting her to us.

Kathy, thanks for connecting with Sofia and glad to hear she is getting used to folks communicating with her. It does not surprise me that she was a chatterbox in the morning. We don’t live in the city, but live in an area with lots of animals and space. She has a back yard that she plays in with her “big brother” Reacher, our 9 month old Great Pyrand she is feisty with him when necessary for sure! She is the boss! No cats in our household! She is here to take care of me and it’s interesting to hear this because 8 months ago I had a terrible ankle injury that has required 3 surgeries. I have been recuperating in a reclining chair that is big enough for me but she insists she must sit in it with me and help me heal! She has pretty much taught Reacher how to be a respectable pet in our household, including going outside to do business. I’m excited that she is looking forward to our call on the 12th! Good job!

Hi Tamera, I connected with Sofia just now,.. she is a smart cookie!!!..lol.. She has a funny little purr bark, and a little purr growl when playing or when she wants your attention, she looks right at you and will do these little purr tiny barks, when she wants out or anything. She has this serious look sometimes when she looks at you!.. She prances when she walks. She does a purr growl when she is pulling on toy to play..lol.. Does she have an issue with her bum bum today or some kind of issue back there? an uncomfortable feeling? ..
Also she showed me what looked like sliding glass doors or tall glass window where you reached up high, with something small and yellow?…. Don’t ask me why I see a yellow ducky?… Does that mean anything?
      What a happy little girl.
Thank you Sofia and Tamera, for allowing this beautiful connection with your Sofia 🙂

Hi Debbie! You are right, Sofia IS a smart cookie. She sure knows how to manage my husband and I and her BIG (literally) Great Pyr brother! Yep, she can growl when playing but has a loud “yappy” bark when someone comes up to the house. We do have many tall glass doors in our household and to her they must look gigantic! We have toys of all colors so that is probably what you picked up on there and they frequently get replaced with something new but at the moment, I don’t see a duck but she’s probably had one. I have been away for a few days, so when I get home I will check her bum. I will let you know if there is an issue there. She does have kidney issues which we treat with a daily medication so that could be what you get. Despite that, she is a VERY happy girl! Thanks for practicing with her. I don’t practice with my own animals, so this would be a real treat for her. She is quite outgoing.

Thanks Melanie! Sofia is very young at heart, but she is 11! And she is my little sweetheart! She is generally not timid, but this is her first time with folks talking to her telepathically. I don’t practice with my own animals, but maybe I should. She LOVES to play fetch and even tug of war with us and her big brother Reacher, our Great Pyrenees, and she is the boss! We do have a blue ball, but she likes the stuffed animals best as she can get a better grip. She gets 2 good walks a day and she loves it and never runs out of energy. We occasionally go to the dog park and she is quite friendly with all the dogs. There may be a black one but I can’t identify it off the top of my head. I’ll have to watch now. My husband has taken them more recently as I have a broken ankle. She is DEFINITELY a very affectionate dog with people and loves to be right next to us watching tv and sleeping in our bed. She is fearless, so I am sure she was quite curious to learn about you and your animals! Thanks for practicing with her!!

Hi Tamara!.. I connected just now with your Sofia again today!.. I feel she has a little attitude going on today!!.. she really wants something, seems like it’s outside by a tree, something red?.. Also see her playing and shaking a dirty, yellow cloth toy. She doesn’t like getting groomed or hair trims! She showed me shoes!.. Brown shoes.. does or did she chew or carry shoe? .. She barks and bites at the broom or vac? She doesn’t enjoy being picked up, and she takes awhile to lay in her bed as she mucks around a bit to get it just right to go in circle and lay down 🙂
No bum issues today!! .. and she loves laying in the sun!
Such a Sweet little Girl Tamara.. so nice to connect with your Sofia again today!!.. Thank you!

Thanks Debbie! There is a stuffed alligator that is yellow and green. Both dogs carry it around and play tug of war with it and leave both outside to get dirty! She’s actually been napping for a while but she did have N attitude when Amazon delivered a package! She thinks she is 100 lbs vs her 11 lbs! The broom and vacuum don’t really bother her but she does enjoy laying on the sun when we are out there with her. We never have to pick her up because she always jumps up by us. She sits in the window behind my husband’s desk chair when he is working, or she lays in a recliner with me taking up 1/2 the space. At night, she does make her little snuggle space in our big bed. Thanks for connecting again!! I love hearing what folks learn from her. I find it easier to practice with other animals than my own as I tend to project on them.

Hi Rosemary! Thanks for talking to Sofia! She is VERY loving and affectionate! She does lead us to things and she is a very clear non-verbal communicator. She is VERY playful and does have a sweet energy. I hope her thoughts about your hectic life resonate and help you to slow down and “smell the roses”. Thank you for practicing with her!

      Hi Tamara,
When I connected with Sofia on the call today I felt a sense of happiness at us all being here. I felt she has a great sense of humour and fun. I was greeted with her licking my nose. I saw a very happy wagging of her tail. Her energy still felt very young, though I know she is an older dog. Her voice felt very soft and feminine.
I felt that she loved being tickled behind her ears and sensed that she likes to sit on your laps. I felt again that she wanted to lick my face.
She said she’s a healer and she said she was sending me a little healing. She said I needed more confidence with my animal communication and that she is an excellent communicator. She said ” I’m confident you know.”
She’s a little treasure. Thanks for letting us talk to her.

Hi Tamara, I had the best time connecting with Sofia today during the Q&A today. It was so cute because I actually found myself taking my finger to my computer screen and booping her nose. She’s just adorable. When Val told us that she was in the circle I saw her so excited and spinning around like she was chasing her tail. It was like she was going to every single person and just so excited to be there. She’s so loving. I have two girls and they used to watch a show called Sophia the Princess from Disney, Jr. When I connected with Sofia she showed me that show and showed me a crown on her head. She says she has a great smile. She really does! She even told me she has a little smirk sometimes. She’s very funny. She shows me a bowl with dog bones on the side of it like decorations. She said to me, “I’m a born teacher.” She also said, “And my breath doesn’t stink!” and started laughing. She also showed me the fictional characters,Ewoks, from Star Wars. She showed me her prancing on walks. Her essence is sweet, fun, smart, funny, loves life, loves her yard! Loves her feet on the grass. When I looked at the colors of her frequency, I saw yellows and oranges. She very proudly said, “I might be small, but I’m mighty!“ she showed me a tile floor. Said she was honored to help us. When I asked her what her job was, she said she is a healer. She added that she heals anxiety. When I asked her where she likes to be petted she immediately took me to her soft, fluffy ears and the top of her head. I thanked her so much for communicating. Thank you so much for sharing her.She is an absolute joy!

Hi Stacey! Thanks for communicating with Sofia. She is absolutely exhausted from today’s connections! Definitely a princess, but a super sweet princess. She is my little healer. I had a bad accident last July and have had to have 4 surgeries. She has been by my side constantly as I have had to spend so much time in a recliner. She does absolutely prance on her two daily walks with her big brother Reacher. She’s 11 lbs and he is 90 lbs and they love each other but she’ll go nose to nose with him if he gets out of line. I would describe her as a fearless princess who can look at you with her cute face and get whatever she wants. She is absolutely a joy to have in our family — smart, cute, can stare you down until you get her whatever she wants and cuddle with you when you need a good cuddle.

Hi Tamara! I communicated with Sofia on the live call and immediately knew that she had a bright, gentle personality. I saw a blue and yellow aura. She greeted me by bouncing, running around and acting just generally joyful. When I say “hello,” she runs in a circle around me and then stops in front of me and sits down, looking up at me with the most cheerful smile. She is playful but wise and I sense that she is an old soul who has found joy even in sometimes tough circumstances (though those tough circumstances aren’t necessarily in this lifetime). She appears balanced in her body and her energy is cool. Her Wai Qui seems strong. All this came to me while she was running around!

She showed me a red squeaky ball that she really enjoys. When I asked whether she had a message for me, she said, “Joy is everything. Enjoy each day more!”

Her coat is soft and she likes to be stroked a little firmly on her back. She has a voice I would describe as high but not annoying. Her role in your life is as an angel and a guide. She would like to try a different kind of food for variety. I’m sensing food like Farmer’s Pet. I heard you say that you make her food, so that makes me unsure of what she’s wanting, but I thought I’d pass it along, anyway.

She’s funny and has a great sense of humor. When I asked if I could visit again, she said, “Sure! You can visit anytime if you have treats!” Then she laughed. She likes telling jokes so I encourage you to ask her for some jokes. She’s full of them.

Elizabeth, my apologies for the delayed response! Sofia is often running and bouncing around. She has a lot of energy for an 11 year old! She does have a very cute smile. And yet, she often acts as an old soul — both playful and wise. She does like back rubs and her hair is very soft! She and her big brother have many toys, so I am sure there is a ball in there somewhere. I had a bad injury 9 months ago and she has been my great caregiver over the 4 surgeries. She spends a lot of time squished in the recliner with me. I will explore some different food. She is quite picky! Some days she digs right in and some days she turns her nose up and walks away. I am sure she would love for you to visit again! She was exhausted after class day! She said it was overwhelming with so many folks reaching out. Great job – you did really well!

      Hello Tamara,
Here is what I got from the Q&A call yesterday.
When I thanked her for being the FAT she said it was a pleasure – an exchange of mutual respect. She has a big teaching mission. It allows her to expand her teaching mission.
She is wise and playful – a great teacher with a maternal sense of overlooking us all.
As she was allowing us all to connect she was concentrating intensely throughout her body. She has so much to teach and show us. It is her mission. She brought so much knowledge with her into this life. She has been learning – not just on earth but in schools not on earth. It is time for her to come and share.
Her role at home is to provide a structure for learning – to ground everyone. She is very grounded. I see her walking around her neighbourhood with confidence, connecting with beings as she goes.
I asked about her health – she held up her right leg/paw – it’s not serious. Seh is in good health – she says it isn’t the physical that matters so much right now – but she is in good health she emphasises.
She shows me as a small puppy looking up at Tamara with soul recognition. I asked about how that all worked. She explains that we are drawn together guided by magnetisms, like being in an imaginary shaft that takes you to the right place.
She loves a good stroke. Scratchy tickly behind ears and down the spine. It’s fun.
She is in charge at home – quietly confident and not bossed about by anyone.
I asked her for a message for you. She said “Life stinks” – and then was laughing merrily. I think this is a private joke between you – the important word is “stinks”. She says you will know. I get that this is cryptic message expressing her sense of mischief.
I see a white shiny gold flecked aura – also with shining pale blue.
I said thank you. She wagged her tail and joked with me: We’re all trying here! I think she wanted to acknowledge that sometimes humans struggle and that’s ok.
When the session finished, I saw that she was going to stay and listen to the feedback session.

Thank you again Tamara – what a joy and a learning experience talking with Sofia.
      Rosemary

        Hi Tamara,
Sorry to hear that you had to have surgery. I trust it is healing well? I think you were responding ot the first communication – I spoke to her since. She made the point: Life stinks – as a joke, and I was wondering if that resonated because it seemed to clear at the time. Sorry to trouble you again! R

Rosemary, thanks again for your connection to my sweet Sofia! This class has taught me so much about my own animals! Sofia is a much deeper being than I ever imagined! I do believe that we are drawn to other beings for a reason, and we don’t always know that reason at the time. Sofia is a wise soul with a depth that is often hidden behind her playful energy. She can also by cryptic, like the “Life Stinks” comment. I THINK she is referring to my ankle injury that required 4 surgeries and had me pretty laid up for the last 9 months. She has been right by my side during my convalescence, literally squeezing into our recliner with me, and crawling j to bed which me when I slept in our spare bedroom. She does love a good stroke and especially when there is a little massage on the neck and behind the ears! Also a belly rub sometimes as well. And oh are you spot on about her being the boss at home — she even bosses her 90+ pound “big brother”. She takes him on like she is 90 lbs and he is 11 lbs! 🤣. She is fearless because she knows she is safe with us! I know she enjoyed all the conversations that she had with folks. She was exhausted after the call day!

      Hello Tamara!

Here is what I got during the call from dear Sophia. I generally write down the conversation as it happens. Hopefully you will find something to resonate with.

When I look at her, she is glowing! I see she has a beautiful blue glowing aura. Her eyes are very happy looking around at the people coming to her.
      – Hi Sophia!
      – Hiiiii! Her little tail wags rapidly.
      – How are you? I’m Lucia. Is it Ok to talk now?
      – Yesss! I’m the star today! I feel like a diva now!
I get that she is clairaudient. Her voice is soft and warm, and happy. She reminds me of Marry Poppins (the original actress Julie Andrews) : ) .
She says to me: That’s a beautiful comparison thank you very much!
      She is very polite.
I ask her, what’s your role here Sophie?
      – I came to teach people the joy of living. I chose this family because I knew exactly what to expect and what they needed. Being a teacher is what I love to do.
      – Wow Sophie! That’s very nice of you.
      – I’m a spirit animal too. I was a shaman before.
      – When?
      – A few lifetimes before and decided to come as a dog for them. They seemed scared if I show up in other form than a dog.
      – But your voice is soft and nice.
      – I hear an elegant laugh than she says: not all shamans wear feathers and play the drum. I’m a spiritual shaman that connect to being on Earth, not the other way.
      – Are you and old soul?
      – Depends how you see old. I transformed a few times.
      – What it’s like to transform? From soul to what?
      – Again she giggles, not for you to know at this time.
      – Ok. Is it Ok to be dog? Do you like it?
      – Yes of course! I chose this form! I chose small so that they can hold me closer to their hearts. Than I can work and adjust the frequency and vibration.
      – That’s wonderful! Can you teach me how you do that?
      – Oh, as I see it there’s nothing much left to teach. You’ve just been through the meditation. The only difference is that I’m almost always in that state, that frequency and vibration. She smiles!
      – Thank you Sophia for sharing this with me! Can you show me something from your house? An item or something, just to know that I’m grounded and this is not all made up?
      – Yes. I have a yellow ball. Come see this place. Here is the kitchen. I see light colored tiles, and island in the middle of the kitchen. With white sides walls and darkish counter. Than I hear her:
      – I love this big box. There are goodies in there. (I see a fridge in metallic grey color as if it would be built of metal : ) ).
      – I ask, what do you like to eat? I like food with fish. It’s smelly but yummy!
      – Dry or canned?
      – None. Baked with carrots.
      – Can you show me an object that you like?
      – When alone I like to stay here. She goes around the kitchen island, and we get to a nicely sun lit room. I see a bed on the window sill. The bed covering is deep orange-reddish color, with lighter lines crisscrossing and creating squares pattern.
I thank her so much for being so friendly and open to me.
Slightly starting to fade, I hear her lovely voice: You’re welcomed! Come back! It’s nice to teach!

Well this was it. Hope it brings some sparks of light, as it did for me. 🙂

Lucia, thanks for practicing with Sophia! She LOVED being the “star”! And yes, she is a Diva, but a super sweet one. She is a joy to have around – so full of energy, but also clearly an old soul. The kitchen description is pretty good! We do have lighter creamy walls, with a large dark island and a large stainless steel fridge with goodies in it. Her food is homemade and does have carrots and is stored in the fridge! We’ve tried fish before, but avoid it because of the phosphorous which is not good for her kidneys. The room you described is likely our great room with lots of light, and a rug that sounds similar to the bed cover you described. It’s super interesting to hear she was a shaman before, but not surprising. She is an old soul in a young and energetic form! Great connection you had!!

        Hello Tamara and Sophia!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the opportunity to practice and for your confirmation of some things. I am in a continuous work with my own self to heal and to build confidence as I see in many of us students that lack of confidence is the main culprit that is getting in the way to move forward with animal communication.

Your reply came like a balm for me and for sure is a step forward on my road to learn AC.

        Thank you so very much!
Sophia means wisdom, so I am honored that she taught me a lesson for my heart.
        Thank you!

        Loooooots of love!
        Lucia

      Hi Tamara,
Today I was able to connect with Sofia and started from a blanc slate, I did not yet listen to the Q&A recording nor looked at other comments from other readings with Sofia.

Initially, she felt like a bit cautious so as she probably is also a bit cautious when new ‘unfamiliar’ people approach her. But she also feels like listening to me with attentive curiosity. She shows she is playful, I see her running in circles, start and stop when she wants to play, she is jumping around of joy but she is also an attentive listener and eager to understand what is being told to her. She seems to react quickly to noise nearby. I also hear her barking. She is loyal, sweet, sometimes a bit cautious as she first needs to trust someone, but she says people say she is such a sweetheart. She likes to play with a ball and stuffed (rabbit?) and likes to eat sausage meat.
She says there have been many other people who already connected with her and she is not so interested to repeat the same things. So I told her she doesn’t need to repeat and can share whatever she wants.
She then says she is Mom’s little princess, her everything, her big friend, she is being loaded with lots of love and care, and Mom wants the best for Sofia. I picked up you gave her a new life in your care but I did not dive into her past life. So I assume she wasn’t born with you.
As I was kind of feeling a little bit of tension inside myself (the typical analysis in your own head to doubt yourself etc), Sofia said this is not necessary, she said ‘I am not biting’ , I can but I don’t, I was educated decently o:)’
She loves to play outside in the sand, digging, hiding, walking and she seems to put her both front paws in hands. She can be very enthusiastic but also tired when her energy is used. She says she gets a little older but still likes to play but needs her daily naps. I picked up she can hear or see chickens and a donkey in the neighborhood.
She indicated you are with 4 in the household, mom, dad and two dogs. She then says she has a sister , not really, but a stuffed animal.
She asks if I have animals at my home, so she is kind of curious to know me too.
Sofia mentioned she needs to go to the vet soon for regular check ups due to her age. But she is pretty ok and doing fine, just needs to rest enough, especially when a lot of excitement was going on, but nothing to worry about. She sometimes also needs to go to the groomer.
She also likes to get attention.
Sofia says again ‘Mom is really doing her best for me, we are best friends (BFFs o;)
She says she loves her home, there is so much love and joy and she is happy to be where she lives, and always will be.
Her role is to bring joy, light, meaning and someone to care for. She mentions she and you love to care for each other, as you both need each other, the care you bring to Sofia she also brings to you (mutual care).
She also showed me she is growling a bit when she is enjoying eating a bone or something she can chew on.
I sometimes needed to wait a little bit before an answer came through, and while I was thinking this thought, she said that people reaching out for communication are often trying to do their very best and sometimes put too much pressure on themselves and that also counts for me, she showed me it is ok to be open and wait for the answer to come, if nothing is coming in that is fine as well. She explains animals are not always available every time to respond immediately. She also likes to teach some things once and a while o;). She continued saying that trying to prove yourself in life is lost energy, but typical for humans and makes life too complicated. If something is not going well, so be it, you can learn from it.
She then says a little rime to make me smile: ‘everything will work out fine as it goes, with my sweet dog nose’ o;)
I thanked her for such nice conversation, as well as the lessons and little jokes in between.

        Hi Tamara,
I just realised the month of April is almost coming to a close and just wanted to check out with you if you would be able to send your feedback on my conversation with Sofia from a while ago, I posted my reading on April 16 but also realised I did not see feedback on my reading yet.
I hope some of my info resonates with you, it was lovely to connect with your sweet Sofia and sending you and Sofia good vibes for a very nice Sunday o:)

I’m so sorry Irmgard! You got a lot from Sofia with a lot of accuracy! For 11 years old she is VERY playful! She loves to run around the yard at top speed. She’s little but fast! She is a good listener and also a good communicator. She can be very clear about what she wants. She does bark when her big brother needs backup or when someone comes up the driveway! People do tell her she is sweet and also a princess. She does love to play with balls and a stuffed bunny! I am glad to hear she loves her home. She is for sure loved and spoiled beyond belief. She is a great caregiver and prefers to be right by my side, which means I get squished in the recliner so she is comfortable! I have had 4 ankle surgeries and she is always right by my side making sure I am ok!! We adopted her as a puppy and she has always had brothers to play with and protect her. She is treated like royalty. She is smart and correct that we do put too much pressure on ourselves, especially as we practice our communication! She is quite wise and has had sage advise for folks who communicate with her. You did GREAT with all the you got from her! Apologies again for the delayed response!! Congrats on your progress!!!

Take good care and big hugs to both of you!

      Hi Tamara,
Oh my goodness, Sofia is a sweetheart.
I asked her if I could talk to her now. She said she was tired but she would be happy to talk to me a little. She said “I remember you, you tried to talk to me when I was sleepy. Could you call on me a little earlier next time? I said I would.
I asked her what her character was like? She said, that’s a good question. I am a character! and she laughed. She said she liked to play and she liked to rest. With that, I saw her running around and playing in a grassy yard… I also saw some brownish patches but not dirt. I seemed to see her running a little and sort of herding, or running up to and away from a bigger longer haired dog. Maybe that was her brother. She said she had to do a lot of training with him, It was a lot of work but she loved him. I also saw her climbing on him a bit… That might be me projecting… She told me when she runs she bounces sometimes. She said she loves the bounce and sometimes she does it on purpose just because its fun. She also said she likes to take you for walks, That you need to get your walking in but right now it’s more important for her to sit with you so you can rest. It seems it’s her job to look after you. She said she loves her dad too but right now she’s taking extra care of you. In the conversation I saw her walking around with a stuffy in her mouth. She seems to have a toy box in a room but I don’t think it’s really a box… I’m thinking it’s a basket but that might be me projecting. Then she said she was getting tired and asked if we could talk again some other time. I Thanked her and told her I’d love to chat a bit more some other time.

Oh you nailed it!! She does play hard and rests hard! She is either on or off! And yes, she does have a good bounce when she races around the yard. Her younger bigger brother with long hair is a Great Pyrenees that she runs around with, climbs on and even plays tug-a-war with! She is fearless. I used to walk with them, but I had a serious injury 9 months ago and have had 4 ankle surgeries. She has spent a TON of time nestled in a recliner with me as my little healer and care giver. She does play with stuffed toys and they are everywhere! Mostly all over the back yard, and we do have a wooden box we keep them in as well and she will peek in and get them out! You did amazing!!!

      Hi Tamara and Sofia,
I reached out to Sofia today and here is how our talk went. 🙂 Like other students, I don’t read prior comments as I don’t want anything to influence my conversation with Sofia.

She has such a sweet calm presence about her. She told me that she has a very important job to do, to guard and protect you and others in the house. Part of that job is to bark – she wanted me to let you know that. LOL Maybe she does that a lot and wants you to know it is for a reason? She showed me that she likes something yellow, looked like maybe a blanket? She said she likes to sit outside and loves when the wind tickles her face. She showed me that she sleeps on the bed where you are. She said there are other animals around, but she is the one in charge, part of her job to guard and protect – she takes that role very seriously.

She said she is sweet (I certainly felt that about her spirit). She likes soft treats. She then oddly said she wanted to play with a worm. LOL She likes to lay in the sunspots in the room when the curtains are open. She asked me to tell you that she likes when you open a window near her so she can smell the breeze outside. She showed me she is content, peaceful in her spirit. Her message for you and all of us is that humans have so much worry in our minds and we need to learn to JUST BE. She said one day we will all see that we wasted so much time worrying over things. Just look at what we missed – the time we spent in worry when we could have done so much more with that time and with our minds!

I told her I love her, and she said it back to me. What a sweet soul she is. ❤️

Thank you for sharing her with us this month!! Sending you both lots of love and hugs and light. ❤️

Hi Shelly! Sofia definitely has a sweet, calm presence but she can be a feisty little alarm system when someone comes up the driveway! She thinks she is 100 lbs vs 11 lbs and she has a really loud bark! She does sleep on the bed with us, right by my feet. She is super sweet and caring and she loves soft treats!! The worm is a mystery to me, but who knows. We often have doors open so she can go to the patio or balcony. She is wise to recognize the wasted time we spend worrying! That’s a trait I inherited. She definitely is a sweet soul and a mammas girl! Thanks for connecting with her. She loves that!

Hi Tamara, thanks for allowing me to talk to Sofia. Sorry for this late post as I was travelling. I haven’t looked at the earlier posts so as to remain objective, as I’m rather short of practice.

Sofia came up happily, at a brisk pace, trail wagging! She has a sharp, high pitched bark, reflective of her vibrant energy. Her aura is yellowish orange…I don’t actually see the colors, but sense them. She is warm to the touch and enjoys being stroked on the head.

Her favorite thing seems to be to run on the grass, but seems to have got slower. She enjoys chewing on meaty bones.

She is an old soul, playing the role of your guardian, and her message is to be determined in whatever you want.

I hope some of this resonates with you. Thanks again, and much love to both of you.

        Nita,
Thanks for speaking with Sofia! You are so correct in her vibrant energy – especially for an 11 year old! She does have a sharp bark and loves pats on the head and rubs on her back. She loves to zoom around the yard and she is fast, not slowing too much but zooming maybe a little less often. She DEFINITELY my guardian. I have had 4 ankle surgeries and she insists on staying by my side in the recliner. She is super super sweet. She does enjoy treats and her preference is jerky treats. You did good!!

Dear Tamara, thank you for your feedback again! I’m really trying to work out when I’m connecting and when I’m off – trying to be more focused about getting the connection right, so it’s really very helpful . It was very kind of you to take the time. 9 months laid up sounds very frustrating- I’m sorry to hear that. I hope it’s coming to the end. I will definitely send healing vibes your way. I hope you’re on your way to a total recovery. ❤️‍🩹 thank you also to Sofia for her endless patience.

Thankyou for allowing me to connect with lovely Sofia.

Sorry it has taken time to post my communication with sweet Sophia to you due to the website being down plus I was very busy. At last I’ve managed to post the report. Hope something resonates.

I do not read other members’ posts prior to my communications. His is what I received from Sofia

I often see images that may represent symbolic meanings to individual guardians. I give a brief outline of these and suggest the guardian seeks further information that may give more clarification.

Character: Happy and joyful. A willingness to learn and share her knowledge. Good communicator. A gentle, wise, caring old soul in a young body. A teacher and mentor.

Sophia, panting with excitement, happily greets me. Sits upright on a haunche, her front paws imitates paddling from pause just drink up and down as though wanting something and excited within her grasp

I introduced myself and asked if there was anything she would like to share with me. For a few moments, her head to the side, considers her reply carefully. Then speaks. Tell Mum she’s doing great. Know it’s hard for her but a hurdle she must and will overcome. Everything will be better. Trust in yourself. You are braver than you believe. I love you, as animals love their humans . You are my human, to learn, to trust. This I will teach you and you will learn to trust again, To be yourself again. This you must know. You will be home once more. From one species to another you understand. it is in your heart to understand and you will understand the reasons and be more powerful because of it.

I thank Sophia and would she like to explain the message. No. It is. These words are enough.

The message relates to the present life. There is no past but the present. At this moment there was nothing more Sofia wanted to tell me.

Shown a human foot, especially the right big toe that appeared puffy being placed on hot sharp grains of glinting sand piercing the expanding in size foot. Sense a form of constriction, control, afraid to let go, holding tight as not to lose control and suffer the consequences whatever it may be. Feels Like a burden being carried or good or bad. It must be carried.

Asked Sofia to explain the images and what I am sensing. Her reply. What you see, is what you see.

The foot, aimlessly rides the waves. Sense this indicates ‘ being lost’ – awaiting to be ‘rescued, given a purpose and direction’.

Sofia tilt her head from side to side as though I have understood and taken in the information she wants passing onto her guardian.

Symbolic Meaning: Big Toe. In various systems of symbolism, the big toe, often referred to as the “Great Toe,” “Ether Toe,” or “Destiny Toe,” represent foundational elements like destiny, potential and direction in life. It is seen as a symbol of one’s life path and the choices made along the way. The shape and direction of the big toe can indicate how a person is navigating their life’s journey. Physically, the big toe plays a crucial role in balance and stability. Emotionally, it can symbolize the foundation of a person’s beliefs, values, and overall life direction.

Grains of Sand: A single grain of sand can symbolize the whole physical world and can lead to a vast understanding. A ‘grain of sand’ is often used as a metaphor for insignificance or the vastness of the universe.

Sofia walks towards me, places her head unto my open palms for head rubs and strokes. Her fine soft fur caresses my palms. The smell, similar to freshly cut hay, engulfs us. Large freshly cut bundles of hay dot the newly cut field.

A soft breeze touches my face and hands. Hear and shown the word Oklahoma coming to view.

Symbolic Meaning: Breeze. Has many meanings from calm, peace, spiritual connection or a sign. Ecouragement.

Oklahoma, derived from the Choctaw language, symbolically represents the “people” (okla) and “red” (humma). While often translated as “red people,” some interpret it more broadly as “a courageous nation” or “honorable nation”. Some of the state symbols are, bird, rose and tree – could relate to animal communication. Oklahoma’s motto, means “work conquers all things.”

Sophia removes her head from my palms to look at me. Her dark eyes fix on me as tell me ‘Time to go’ and bows her head followed by a warm, knowing smile that says many things yet nothing is spoken. Sophia turns, trots into the distant darkness

Give my thanks to Sophia. Heard ‘green’ that has many meanings and indicated Sophia wanted to be wrapped in a bubble of green light

Thank you Tamara, for allowing me to connect with Sophia,

Sandy, thanks for chatting with Sofia. Wow!!! Let me try to give proper feedback on this deep communication. I am blown away by its depth!! 1st, you nailed her character!! Her references to me are in regards to a terrible ankle injury that has required 4 surgeries over the last 9 months. She has been constantly by my side watching over me!! i do have a swollen foot and big toe (left not right) and I am sure it represents more in this context! I have been “lost” as this injury has taken me away from my regular activities which I love, mostly riding my two horses and walking the dogs. As for the comments on Oklahoma and it’s meaning, I am not sure I can offer feedback, although Sofia is such a wise, prophetic soul, I am sure it has deep meaning! She does have the cutest smile and little trot, so her closing and departure is exactly as she would behave. Wow, just wow! You have a great talent and I hope you keep developing it. Congratulations!!!
