A highly sensitive empath all Val’s life, in that state of being, it’s easy to be wounded, to feel exposed and vulnerable, to have your heart wounded, and to feel lost and overwhelmed.

I’ve spent over 35 years learning ways to heal broken hearts, to adapt my sensitive empathic nature so I can be fully present, available, unafraid and connected.
So I can be clear and communicated accurately and confidently in every situation.

So, in this month’s Live Q&A Call I’ll be teaching you ways to heal and shield yourself through a sensitive yet powerful heart healing technique. It’s the exact one I use most often for myself and my clients.
To hear animals, to heal our own hearts, we want to settle peacefully into our own skin, be at one with ourselves without judgment, without fear, without shame or blame.
Becoming centered, calm, accepting, fully present and open, helps us be fully available to feel someone else’s thoughts, sensations, experiences and feelings.
Our goal is to be so intimately aware of our own inner workings that when we sense someone else’s? We know it’s not ours.

Once we can clearly define what is ours and what’s not, we can more easily let other’s stuff go and not hold it inside our own body mind.
Why is this important and how will it help you?

Learning to communicate with animals is a spiritual journey and requires healing both inside and out. Most of us are highly sensitive empaths.

What we discover is that diving into this work and healing at the core level changes your life and ALL your relationships, with humans and animals.

One student said that learning animal communication the way I coached her improved her ability to communicate clearly and lovingly with her troubled son, so after years of frustration, conflicts and fights, now she feels at peace. And he responds very well, peacefully and clearly.
