2) Send pictures

If you'd like me to work with your animals, send me pictures (smaller sizes are better than enormous sizes). Email them to ContactVal@ValHeart.com and attach them.

Be sure the files are named properly. They should have your name and the animals name.

Note: I can work with as many animals as you like in the time we have, however, it is wise to prioritize so we make the best use of our time together.

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR STUDENT SESSIONS

You must be ON TIME for your call. These are tightly scheduled coaching sessions so I can fit everyone into my schedule, so we won't be going overtime.

I will use a timer to help us stay on track.

If you dial in a little early and I'm finishing up with someone ahead of you, then please be respectful, mute your line and wait, or dial back in a few minutes.

Limit your questions to no more than 3 and then prioritize what you most want help with so we can address that first.

Recordings: I highly recommend you record your session so you can focus on the coaching rather than on making notes. This way you can refer back to your own recording to catch details you may have forgotten or missed, or go deeper into the instructions and insights. An easy way to do this is to use the recording application on your cellphone.

Expiration "Use It or Lose It" Policy: Your Yelp for Help Bonus has an expiration date! You have 6 months from your award email date to schedule your session and you must be a current Club member at the time of the session, so don't delay.


NO SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Your scheduled appointment purchases my time. If you don't show up or don't give me enough notice to reschedule your appointment, you still owe me for my time. A missed session will not be refunded or "made up" later.

If you are more than 5 minutes late to your session, then you will forfeit your time and will not be allowed to reschedule without getting another session.

If you need to reschedule, please give me a minimum of 2 business days notice (business days are Monday - Friday Central Time) so that I can offer your time to someone on my waiting list.
