Communicate With Animals Using These 3 Techniques

3 Ways to Better Communicate with Animals

The only true way to know if an animal is sad, depressed, lonely, or bored… or if they are in pain, or have a headache… or, the classic, “how do I know if my pet is happy?” is by communicating directly with them.

When you can communicate with pets, it becomes easier to answer these questions and really understand how your pet is doing. Until you do that, you cannot know for sure how they feel or what they think, you can only guess and hope for the best.  As they say, hope isn’t a good strategy if you care about how your animal is feeling and what they need.

Do you know how to communicate with animals? It’s time to learn.

Last time I taught you how to know if your pet is happy.

Today, let’s answer another question from the Animal Talk Mailbag.

Jocelyne asked, “I would like to be able to communicate better with my two dogs. I would love to talk to them and know that they understand me. And I would love to understand their every need better. How can I do that?“

The short answer is, COMMUNICATE WITH THEM!

Learn How to Talk with Animals First Let’s Review These Important Tips on How to Communicate With Animals

How do you know anything about anyone else until you talk to them and find out what they’re thinking, how they feel, what they need, and whether you understand each other?

You have to communicate with them.

Whether you are a beginning or advanced animal talk student, you may sometimes feel blocked, disconnected, or unclear when trying to communicate with animals.

That’s pretty normal, so don’t let yourself get discouraged or quit trying.  All you need to learn is how to clear your stuck and blocked bits.

How to Clear Your Communication Blocks When You Are Struggling to Communicate With Pets

The first thing to do when you are struggling to communicate with pets is to identify where the problem is and clear it. (Hint: it’s not in them, because any intuitive blocks, stuck spots or limitations are all yours. When you own that, you can correct it…).

The answer to clearing your blocks, stuck spots, or limitations lies in one or more of these four key areas:

Your Intuitive Senses

Your intuitive senses aren’t all active or available, so part of your intuitive “toolkit” is offline just when you need it the most. You’ll learn how to access, grow and develop all your intuitive senses in the Beginning Core Foundations Course.

Your Human Viewpoint

You aren’t meeting them where THEY are because you’re stuck in your narrow human, ego-centric viewpoint. Try becoming one with the animal. The Beginning course teaches this technique too, and it’s the fastest, easiest, most direct method of communication. It’s also one of the most fun to do!

Your Lack of Clarity

You aren’t clear enough yet to receive and interpret their messages properly with minimal misinterpretation or interference.  So when they tell you things, the messages can’t get through your monkey mind chatter, mental roadblocks, or emotional stockpiles. The best thing to do here is get expert coaching and you’ll soon discover how to do this quickly and easily by skipping to the head of the class.

You Are Focusing In the Wrong Way or Place

You were focusing somewhere else, so you completely missed their responses. It’s kind of like when you’re not paying attention properly to driving, and then don’t remember how you got from A to B. You zoned out. Like, you were looking for the color blue and totally missed the reds and greens and yellows and oranges and purples and the rest of the rainbow.

Or, you were expecting to hear their voice in your head, but instead they showed you an image or shared a feeling that you missed entirely because you only had your subtle ears open but not your heart or mental monitor. Listen to the signals your pet is sending you, and make sure you are 100% focused on them in the way they are communicating with you.

Remember that true communication is so much more than words.  It’s energy, with feelings and impressions and concepts, attitudes and beliefs, going way beyond the bounds of normal human conversations.  Expect more when you talk with animals, both of them and of yourself.

Here Are 3 Ways to Better Communicate With Animals So That You Do NOT Miss Their Messages Ever Again

1. Be open, fully present, and stay connected

2. Be focused and clear with a quiet mind and open heart.

3. Don’t gloss over what you receive.

I’m always amazed at how much information students are glossing over and missing when they communicate with pets.

When I coach students personally, it’s frustrating because the information is right there – dancing at the edge of their awareness. Sometimes students completely dismiss, suppress, or ignore it! That’s like throwing the baby out with the bathwater…

The truth is, you are receiving intuitive information from animals all the time. It’s right under the tip of your nose, at the edge of your conscious awareness.

Pay attention to being open, connected, fully present, and focused. Focus with a quiet your mind, from your heart space

Remember: what you “gloss over” or ignore when animals talk to you is where you get stuck. Like a conversation with your boss or family member, you zoned out.

It’s never a case of not being able to communicate with animals, because you were born knowing how to do this, you’ve only forgotten how.

It’s always a case of missing and glossing over their messages.

Slow Down and Pay Attention

The bottom line is, if you gloss over your intuitive insights and messages, you’ll zone out and block an animal’s messages. Pretty soon, your pet gets tired of trying to talk to you when all you do is blow them off. That sucks.

budgie

Animal communication and intuitive “hits” come through energetic impressions, images, pictures, feelings, concepts, telepathic thoughts, beliefs, compassion, and much more.

Their messages are not always grammatically correct sentences or distinctly unique voices in your head. They will often not match your expectation of how communication should feel or be like, and they may not tell you what you want to know or answer your questions directly, either.

Your animal may not want to talk about what you’re asking them, or they may not like the way you’re asking it, or your attitude behind why you’re asking.

They may have something else that’s way more important to tell you, or be answering a much bigger question that you’re not open to receive yet.  And they may not tell you in words.  Instead it comes through impressions, feelings, images, energy exchanges.

Be sure that what you’re paying attention to is what they want to talk about. Ensure that your mind is not being egocentric and self-centered, which is an essential thing to remember when you communicate with animals.

Animals know things you don’t that can change your life and help you solve problems together.

They can tell you why they do the things they do, why it makes sense to them from their unique viewpoint.

They can tell you when it’s time to transition and what they need to ease the passing.

And they can talk to you from the other side.

Now put it to the test and do it!

Find an animal to practice with (preferably not your own pet because that’s way harder when you’re first learning how to communicate with animals).
