You must conquer your fears (anxiety, worries, inner tension) to be successful in animal communication
First, consider the meaning behind this wonderful Zen parable:
Once upon a time there was an old farmer who had worked his crops for many years.
One day his horse ran away.
Upon hearing the news, his neighbors came to visit. “Such bad luck,” they said sympathetically.
“Maybe,” the farmer replied.
The next morning the horse returned, bringing with it three other wild horses.
“How wonderful,” the neighbors exclaimed.
“Maybe,” replied the old man.
The following day, his son tried to ride one of the untamed horses, was thrown, and broke his leg.
The neighbors again came to offer their sympathy on his misfortune.
“Maybe,” answered the farmer.
The day after, military officials came to the village to draft young men into the army. Seeing that the son’s leg was broken, they passed him by.
The neighbors congratulated the farmer on how well things had turned out.
“Maybe,” said the farmer.
What does this parable have to do with you, your pets, healing, and animal communication?

These days it’s hard to find folks who aren’t experiencing some level of fear or anxiety, tension or worry.
I hope that isn’t you today, but if it is, and you’re struggling in any area of your life (or know someone who is), then keep reading.
Because the stories you may be telling yourself can make your fear worse, your energy more unstable, and can cause pain and illness (dis-ease) as well as misfortune…
That happens when you feed your fears. What you focus on expands.
When fear is your master, you’re out of flow, incongruent with your true self, and out of alignment.
And your pets hate that.
Fear has a purpose
Fear’s job is to alert you to imminent danger so you can take appropriate action.
If a real live grizzly bear is chasing you, then this is important!
Run, Forest, Run! (Actually, don’t run unless it’s the right thing to do,.. here’s how you should really react).
But I digress. 😉
What if you are fearful, but there is no real bear, no imminent danger, no visible threat to your life, just a general sense of paranoia, dread, worry?
It’s no fun to feel triggered by fear all the time. And in fact, living with fear 24/7 is very detrimental to your health and well being. It also negatively affects your pet.
A client and student recently told me that she wanted my help focusing on healing her past lives because she has a theme of feeling triggered by poverty, war, and suffering.
“I hate that I’m so triggered by the war in Ukraine. Even my dad keeps up with it and he was in a war once. I hate war. I wish I could stop reading about it. And the news. I don’t want to focus on it but it’s so triggering for some reason. I don’t like it at all. It makes me feel so sad and helpless.”
Can you relate?
When fear is in control of your life, you must learn to master your mind and shift into your heart.
Fear will block, sabotage, and stop your efforts to communicate with animals because nothing is safe.
Fear is mind talk, not heart talk.
It’s purpose is to keep you alive, but it cannot help you heal, evolve and thrive.
Fear based thinking and emotions negatively affect your pets
Even worse, fear makes your pets afraid too but they don’t understand what it is you’re fearful about…
“Hmm… no bears here that I can see/smell/hear/sense. Why is mom/dad afraid? What am I missing? It must be really terrible with all that fear, my human is holding their breath and isn’t present with me. What could the problem be? Maybe it’s that person/other animal/object?? I’ll tell them to go away, leave my mom/dad alone, maybe that will help? sigh…. wish I knew how to help my person feel better…”
Fear and fearful emotions are unstable, degenerative energies causing your body/mind to react negatively, looking for and expecting the worst.
Fear becomes a self fulfilling prophesy – you ultimately magnetize and attract the very things you are most afraid of.
Albert Einstein said that fear, overthinking, obsessive compulsive negativity, and worry are a terrible waste of the imagination (paraphrased slightly… 😊).
You can even become addicted to fear and worry and anxiety.
So when fear addicts start trying to heal and change their anxious ways, it can be very hard to do.
Fear junkies live on adrenaline, love feeling hyper stimulated, over sensitized to negativity, trauma drama, and overthinking.
And that takes you into the past or projecting into the future, ignoring the present, the only moment you actually have any control over, which is right now.
Thoughts and beliefs generate feelings and emotions.
Emotions literally change the biology in your body mind, and attract (make real) whatever you’re focusing on and “feeding” with your energy.
Choose your thoughts and beliefs wisely.
To be clear, many of these kinds of fear and self sabotage based patterns come from soul wounds, hurtful life experiences, negative soul contracts, and old “bad” karma.
And yes, they can come from past lives.
Hauntings, ghosts, spirits and the like can make things worse.
They can also come from curses, witchcraft, hexes, sorcery, and attacks from the dark side.
They must be cleared and healed for you to master yourself, regain your life, wellness, balance and recall your power, prosperity and abundance.
