What meditations did you do this week?
Since I’m new to this course I’ve been doing the meditations that Val begins her sessions with. Listening to the masterclasses I have found the heart centering grounding meditations so very helpful. There is something that feels true, the stillness and the heart connection, and cognitively it should be easy, When I follow her gentle, uplifting instructions there seems to be a slightly elusive quality in my experience. I am stunningly delighted to feel movement in my body. It’s as if a life spring has begun to flow.Describe your interaction with an animal.
This week I was able to join in the Saturday morning Masterclass, I think that’s what it’s called. I spoke to Pup Pup, the dog. He told me he was happy and he loves his family. My communication style seems to have a “knowing “ quality By that I mean I get words, I don’t know that I hear them but I definitely somehow get words or the “Just” of the meaning… This time talking to Pup Pup I realize that I also got pictures! I saw him in his yard, sniffing. I saw there was a fence, I saw him moving around the yard. It’s possible I (answering this question is making me think about what I experienced) was even able to feel him moving about. I felt his strength and his muscular body. although now I’m questioning how I got that he was strong.Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week
What I’m grateful for this week was for the opportunity to really do this class. I’m grateful I made peace with those parts that have kept me Busy doing things instead of doing these lessons. To my Parts, I love you and I appreciate you opening up and sharing with me how you saw the world and how diligently you worked to keep me safe and happy. Thank you! I truly appreciate all of you! What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication?
Oh my! What I learned this week about animal communication is It isn’t about me but it is about me. My thoughts and beliefs have a great deal to do with how successful, (that word doesn’t feel right) my communications are. I learned that the subtle distortions have to do with my clarity and my grounding.Did you communicate with this month’s FAT or an animal from the Animal Teacher Handout?
Yes, I spoke with Pup Pup. He told me he was happy and he was anxious and he loved his family. He also told me I could tell his “Mom” that she doesn’t need to worry about him. He appreciates her concern and that, itself, helps him to feel more comfortable. Oh and he said she needs to play more.Which lessons or exercises did you do?
It is an amazing course, Awakening Your Inner Guidance System. I was familiar with some of the information Val shared. What blew me away was the Bonus course. Working intimately with Parts. This information and practice makes my heart sing.-

I connected with Layla on the Platinum call.3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
As we are preparing our caravan ready to sell it, I’m grateful for the wonderful times we’ve had in it.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
The importance of building up on a bank of healing techniques because most animal communications that are needed require healing on some level, whether for the animal or the human and either for physical, mental, or spiritual issues.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
No, I’ve been busy sorting, cleaning and prepping our caravan ready to sell before we have to give our pitch up.6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I’m using my body as a human pendulum more and trying to recognise the signs that I’m being given, if those I later realise that I’ve missed.

Platinum Member1. Meditations?
Meditated to Malte Marten hand pan music, steel tongue drum, and theta drum music, awaken your intuition guided meditation, silent meditation while crocheting and crafting this week.2. Animal Communication?
I checked in with my sweet Cubby-in-spirit (he stayed in spirit and has not reincarnated). I asked if he was present and he said yes. I asked if he would show me a sign he was there. He said yes. Immediately after he said yes, Alfie got up from his sleeping spot and just stared intently at me and then a dog barked one time outside. This was late at night and the dogs outside don’t usually bark, especially not just ONE time! 🙂 Those were my signs Cubby was there. Cubby just stayed with me in silence, no words needed. It was nice to be with him – I know he is always here but to focus on the awareness of his presence was nice. ❤️I also checked in with the neighborhood tuxedo cat. I asked if it was male or female. He is a male. I asked if he had a home and he said he did. I asked if his family took care of him and he said yes. I always worried that he didn’t have a home because of how often he stays in my yard sleeping under the bushes. Especially when it was super cold here. I learned that he visits so frequently because of all the critters and birds I have living here. I know what that means (experienced that firsthand with Petunia rat-in-spirit), so I didn’t want to know more on that and changed the subject. 🙂
3. Gratitude?
I am grateful that my bond with Susie (my young backyard squirrel) is growing stronger. She actually took a cherry tomato from my fingers for the first time! It didn’t take long to build that trust. 🙂 I already know that mama squirrel told her children that I was a good lady who would look after them and feed them. I wish mama squirrel was still physically here but even though she isn’t, I know her spirit is here. ❤️ I am also grateful for all the warm weather we have been having. The animals come out in droves when it is warm, so my AC has been off the charts this week! Too many to list in this post. LOL4. Questions/discoveries?
I experienced again this week that using a lot of questions that produce a yes or no answer from the animals is a great way to get quick, clear answers. My brain is tired from working so hard at my job lately that sometimes, even with meditations, I am too tired to try and understand some of the more detailed messages I get from an animal. So, I changed my process a bit and went back to basic yes or no questions at the beginning of the conversation – kind of a way to ease my tired mind into the conversation. It works!! For those of you struggling, give that a try for a while and see if it helps. ❤️I also listened to the monthly training where Val had a podcast interview with Jim Jacobson about meditating with your animals. In the interview, he said that if you believe you can do it, then you can do it. If you believe you can’t do it, then you can’t do it. Not the exact words but close. 🙂 It is all about setting your intention. That bit of advice can apply to everything really. So, if we believe we can communicate with animals and get the messages we get, then guess what? We did and we did! 🙂 We just all have to believe in our ability and cast out all that pesky doubt. ❤️
5. FAT communication?
I did on our Q&A call and posted on his FAT forum.6. Intuition Development?
Per my intuition/inner voice’s guidance, I needed to focus on how I react to certain things. I have a tendency to react defensively if someone says something untoward towards me, rather than just letting it go and not letting it affect me. That takes some serious work and focus to do. But I am getting better at not reacting to things and instead, putting that emotion on a cloud and sending it away. Like we do with thoughts when we meditate. I send the emotion away and practice letting go. When I listen to my intuition and follow its guidance, even though it goes against what I am used to, I find that when it is over, I feel better in the end. I believe when I practice this, it will ultimately help improve my AC abilities because I can minimize being overcome with emotion if an animal shares something that upsets me.-

Platinum MemberHi Shelly, your responses to 4 and 5 really resonate with me. Sometimes I’m too tired physically and mentally to focus and get complete answers, so I will try your method. I must also listen to the podcast again!
I too have a tendency to react instead of responding, and am working on rectifying it! Recently I reacted to what a couple of friends said, and later felt that I could have ignored them and not let their opinions affect me adversely. Love the idea of letting the emotions float away!
Thanks for sharing your experiences and learnings!

Platinum Member1) Mediations: My daily morning meditation and walking meditation
2) Animal Communication: Pup Pup and Coco to check on them, 3 hawks that were telling me that I am on the cusp of triumphing over life challenges and that I am stronger than I think. An eagle reminded me that if I dare to rise above my challenges and soar to new heights that there is nothing I can’t accomplish. Also I connected with my Gram. She asked for pictures of her old home so I telepathically showed her pictures of the home as I was staying there. It really helped calmed her down as she was so nervous being in a new home.
3) Gratitude: I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to travel to Illinois to visit one of my soulmates Gram in the nursing home and the rest of my dad side of the family as well.
4) Questions/Discoveries: I discovered that connecting to an living human soul/spirit is very similar to connecting to animals, passed loved ones, spirit team etc..
5) FAT Communication: Yes I did to do a check up with him
6) Intuition Development: Deck of cards and listening to my inner self

Gold Member1. Which meditations did you do
Grounding Meditation.. Stress Busting Meditation
2. Name or species type of the being you practiced communicating with
Charlie, a male pomeranian dog, has consistently for the last 10 years, barked and gone ‘crazy’ inside of the front door when delivery drivers or anyone else going towards the house.. The Guardian does not know the reason and what happened when Charlie yelped many years ago.
Transpired the former lodger had kicked Charlie near his base of tail and hind right leg. That made Charlie ‘cry’ yelp. The doorbell was the trigger. Charlie became a protector, guarding his mum from a similar situation as with the lodger.. Talked all the aspects and apologies with Charlie. Gave guardian tips to help herself -Charlie mirroring guardian, retrain Charlie e.g change doorbell chime, cover football with a note similar advising a dog in training.
Also Guardian didn’t know why Charlie yelped years ago. Charlie told me that the former lodger had kicked him near the tail and right hand leg. Charlie had become angry and a protector of the home. Situation resolved. Sent energy healing to Charlie
Informed by the guardian, the insight and information provided was both accurate and incredibly helpful, giving me the insight and tools to help my dog, Charlie. After less than a week there is already a marked improvement in my dogs behaviour which is amazing.
3. What are you grateful for this week
Grateful I helped Charlie and his guardian to lead a harmonious life after 10 years of constant shouting, frustrations from the guardian, who realising and understanding the ‘mirroring’ and guardians constant battles had affected Charlie and that Charlie was trying to be heard and to protect his mum. With the various nuances of the situation was a great learning curve for me
4. Questions/discoveries
I must have faith in myself, I can do this. The more I believe in myself, the more confident I will become
How can I delete a picture I wrongly posted in this accentuality. Accidently post a photo of a cat
ed
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal TeacherYes Will post in forum
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week
I use my intuition almost on a daily basis listening to my ‘gut’ feeling.
Checking the aspects of ‘colours’

Platinum Member1.) Meditation: What meditations did you do this week? Use the Meditation Module for guidance. Yes, private ones with Val recordings, when I took a walk, when I was with Hunter, and simply sitting quietly.
2.) Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice. Serenity and Hawkeye apologizing about certain things. Hunter about having gold energy and aligning and everything falling into place.
3.) Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week.
My cats
Hunter
Ben
Many other things
4.) Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication? I discovered how understanding and forgiving animals are.
5.) Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) OR Animal Teacher Handout: Did you communicate with this month’s FAT or an animal from the Animal Teacher Handout? If not, why? I did earlier in the period and I was accurate on a lot of things. There was one Alana wasn’t clear what he was referring to.
6.) Intuition Development: Which lessons or exercises did you do? Avoid intuition game apps—use resources from the Welcome Module.
I did the one with talking with any animal. I talked with Hunter and he was saying to have complete gold energy around me and inside me and everything will fall into place. -

Platinum Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. I’ve done a mixture of chanting and silent and guided.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I haven’t done any deliberate practice this week. I did the masterclass and had my 1:1 with Val. I’ve been falling asleep because I’ve been quite tired.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
How much I have learned about the way the world is as opposed to what I was taught in school! Everything is alive, humans are not the superior species and mutual respect is the only way forward!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
My mentoring session with Val showed me that my animal communication abilities are there – but it’s the distractions that I’m battling – not that I’m losing my ability.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I haven’t since the last session.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Trying to connect with trees quickly. It’s all about focus. -

Gold Member1.Did you meditate this week?
Yes, I still like the awaken your intuition meditation and I just did my own be in the now and being one with nature.2.) Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal
I just keep trying with my own pets. Sabrina, I don’t think it is communicating, although it, but not hearing words, she just lets me know what she wants and she understands what I want. I have begun trying to connect and talk to my cat, Mowgli, I know he wants to tell me things but we are not there yet.3. What are you grateful for this week
So many things. I am always grateful for my children, they are so good to me, I am grateful that I was chosen to be Sabrina’s mom and grateful she still puts up with me, and still grateful that I found this club many years ago and stuck with it.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Still questioning abt not getting a response when trying to communicate. Val says it is because they may not be in the mood to talk or that you are not asking the right questions. IDK, I feel like I am connected, I have done all the steps and I just don’t get answers.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?
NO. It has been a really busy week, getting ready for a scent work trial, then going out two days in a row working for 10 hrs at the trial, plus we have had bad storms, heavy rains, winds and storms with losing power and all the while me going crazy for the past two weeks with this poison ivy or oak
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises?
Not really practicing any drills, just keeping the faith and going with my own intuition abt real things. -

Platinum Member1. Meditation: I’ve done the Heart Wisdom Love Healing Meditation (30 minutes) a couple of times and some meditations from the app on my phone. I’m getting ready to do the 12D Healing tonight because I feel that the whole farm and I desperately need it.
2. Animal Communication: I had two exciting, for wont of a better word, experiences with the horses yesterday and today. We’re snowed in right now and there’s a layer of ice under the snow. Last night when we went out for evening feed, Smokey slipped on the ice and couldn’t get up. My husband was led to a solution, thankfully (throwing bags of a specific type of bedding down under him so he could get leverage), and we were able to help him up, but he was shaken. So were we. As Smokey was down, I ran into the house to try to communicate with him without distraction and keep him calm, but all I kept getting was, “Mom, where are you? Where did you go?” I finally went back out to comfort him physically and was able to keep him calm that way.
Then today, my next door neighbor started shooting off his gun out of nowhere and scared Nicholas. He jumped, tried to get over the other neighbor’s barbed wire fence, got caught, and panicked further. By the time I got out there, he had flipped over into the other neighbor’s field. He was frantic, looking for a way back in his pasture. I stayed with Smokey in the pasture while my husband went after Nicholas and I was able to get Nicholas to calm down and realize help was coming. After we got him back in the paddock, I was able to treat the (fortunately minor) cuts that were all over his belly.
3. Gratitude: I’m grateful for the guidance my husband was given to help Smokey get up. And that Nicholas wasn’t hurt nearly as badly as I’d feared. I’m grateful to have a partner who worries about the animals as much as I do.
4. Questions/Discoveries: My main question is whether I will ever get to a point where I don’t allow adrenaline to override my AC abilities! My intuition tells me I will, but I’m not sure how to get there, yet. I was so scared we were going to lose my old guy.
5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT): I haven’t yet this week.
6. Intuition Development: I had to trust my intuition that things were going to work out with Smokey and Nicholas if my husband and I worked together. I had a deep feeling inside that everything was going to be okay.

Platinum MemberHi Elizabeth, I am so relieved and glad that both Smokey and Nicholas are okay!!! I know what you mean about the adrenaline. I have had a similar issue with how I react to negative people and situations. I tend to be reactive/defensive and it isn’t good for my soul or the situation. I have been practicing NOT reacting in those situations and instead imagining the emotion being sent away on a cloud. I say comforting words to myself silently to help keep me from reacting. I tell myself that I am being tested and I MUST pass the test. It is getting easier each time I do that (forcing myself to not react). I find that I am more at peace internally and the other person actually changes their dimeanor too. Maybe you can try something similar that may help you gain more control over the adrenaline rush. I know these emotions are needed at times but everything has its place and we just have to learn to be the manager of the emotions and have a say in when they appear. 🙂 hope that helps give you encouragement. Sending lots of hugs and love to you and all your babies! So glad they are okay!! ❤️

Platinum Member1.Guided meditation to destress from the day, detach meditation, Guided meditation to master your mind/positive thinking. I have an overly active mind and need to get it under control.
2. A mouse Layla was chasing. It stopped under a table where it was safe. I picked it up and put it outside but then realized how cold it was and told it to come back inside which it did. It hid under the book case. I explained it could live in the insulated garage. There is bedding there and food. It is not safe in the house.
3.I am grateful for my neighbors who rescued me from a fall into a deep snow drift where I couldn’t get up. I had called 911 for the fire brigade but didn’t need them thank goodness. My neighbors helped me into the house on very shaky cold legs.
4.I discovered the animals trust me.
5.No. I have been too busy digging out from the many storms we had back to back for 3 or 4 days at a time
6.I am still working on Awaking your inner guidance system.

Platinum MemberAw, Mary! Great job saving the mouse!! Thank you for caring for that little soul and keeping it safe. See, you are able to communicate effectively, even if things don’t seem aligned internally. The animals hear us even when we don’t think they can. 🙂 we just have to believe in ourselves. That is where we get hung up. Great job!! Keep at it, they hear you!! ❤️. And SO glad you had help when you fell. I hope you are doing okay. ❤️

Platinum MemberThanks Shelly, putting the mouse outside was an automatic reaction. Then I realized my mistake and told it to come back in again. I haven’t seen it since so I will take care of it in the garage. I was surprised by the fact it understood me. I think it may be one of my totem animals. I am going to do the masterclass.
