Platinum Member1. Meditations?
Drum meditations, awaken your intuition meditation, meditated while playing my steel tongue drum, and sitting in the quiet while removing thoughts. I also meditated while crocheting again this week.2. Animal Communication?
When I saw Natalie’s post on FB about an issue Missy, her horse, was having, I just had to see if I could help. Missy has helped me SO much in my AC growth and is such a wonderful wise girl, I had to return the favor somehow. I am still very new at the body scanning and trying to understand where an animal hurts but I think Missy once again helped me in that area. I hope that I interpreted her messages properly and that it helps Natalie find ways to make her feel better. I’ll be interested (and nervous in case I was wrong! 🙂 ) to see what Val says on the call if she has time to help Missy. But, I won’t learn how to properly do a scan if I don’t try. 🙂3. Gratitude?
I am grateful for all the wonderful animals. I am grateful that I can communicate with them and help them to feel heard, so they know that someone hears them and are there to help them. That is such a great feeling to be able to help them as best I can.4. Questions/discoveries?
When I practiced the body scan with Missy, I started out simple and used questions that could be answered with a yes or no. I was able to get clearer responses from Missy by doing that. I know that the more I practice and get better at it, I can expand my questions and do it more like Val does. I figured starting simple would be the best way for me to start out. I was quite surprised at how quickly and easily I heard her yes’s and no’s.5. FAT communication?
I did chat with Pup Pup and got quite a bit correct! That was exciting. Pup Pup has such a sweet, humble energy about him.6. Intuition Development?
Working on strengthening my connection with my inner voice/intuition. The more I practice, the clearer and faster the answers come to me. I noticed that when I connected with Missy this time, it was much easier and quicker to hear her answers than compared to when I talked to her in the past. -

Gold MemberMeditation: What meditations did you do this week?
I did my usual communicating with nature and meditating but this past week, after reading Shelly’s post, I decided to try the meditation she mentioned.
Awaken Your Intention, 10 minute Guided Meditation to Enhance Your Inner Voice by Enhanced Guided Meditation2. Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
A bird that visited our back yard, the poor dogs that live in a kennel day and night in the yard next to me (I seldom get a response from them) and today with the FATGratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week.
I am grateful to God and the Universe for always providing me with what I need and surrounding me with such good friends. Earlier this week I was doing some yard work and well to make a long story short ended up with flaming reaction . By Thursday night what initially seemed to be a tiny pinprick itchy spot was a big rash on my chin and side of my face with a big swollen lump looking like I had a toothache or infected tooth. By morning my throat was swelling up. This in addition to places on my hands and wrists. I do not go to the dr unless I am practically on death’s bed, but I decided see a dr. I went to the closest urgent care only to find they no longer accepted my insurance, but they told me where I could go that did accept it. It was too far away, I called my primary dr off and they said the dr or nurse would call me back. Never happened. I decided oh well I am not going to die, although this will get worse, I will just take some benadryl and some otc cream. MY friend called as were had planned on working our dogs together, for Sabrina’s benefit. When she heard abt my problem she insisted on picking me up and taking me to the further urgent care. Seems they didn’t takem y ins either. This friend sat there calling and we spent the entire afternoon trying to find a place I could go. we arrived at the last one minutes before they closed and then they said no my ins would not cover urgent care! and the initial minimum cost was $150. I said ok lets go home. She told them she would cover it but it was adding up and I refused. Then the staff asked me more questions and we discovered that my other ins would cover it. She then took me to pharmacy to get my prescription although I wanted to just go home and take care of that later. She insisted to make sure I had it that night. Literally spent the entire afternoon and evening until places were closing to see that I was taken care of. This is not even a BFF, just a regular friend. How lucky am I??4. Questions/Discoveries:
I had a breakthrough this week and I am crediting that wonderful meditation. I had been feeling down and depressed and actually cried, bawled and really let it out and with that meditation was able to let it go and realized that has been one of my (main) blocks. I was able to let it go and feel so much better and while I know I still have more to work on (in the same vein) this was an eye opener and I feel that I now know what I need to work on and Val’s closing statement for today’s class I felt was meant for me. YOU MUST LOVE YOURSELF! I started last year (2024) with the intention of forgiving myself and learning to love myself and I did work on it everyday for awhile until too many problems popped up that I had to concentrate on and so ‘myself’ took a back burner. But now I’m Back..!Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
I did today and will post on the forumn.Intuition Development: Which lessons or exercises did you do?
No formal exercises but did learn to start trusting my instinct again, which to me is a big thing. -

Platinum Member1. Meditation: I’ve done the Heart Wisdom Love Healing Meditation (30 minutes) several times and some meditations from the app on my phone. The meditations from my app were all around fifteen minutes long.
2. Animal Communication: I’ve communicated with Rose, my dog. She’s my protector and takes her job very seriously. She told me about a number of “threats” to me and I explained to her that they weren’t really threats. She walked off in a huff the first time we talked, but she came back and considered that perhaps the truck going by our house might not be a threat unless it pulls into our driveway. We’re making progress!
3. Gratitude: I’m grateful for downtime this week. I’m grateful for a new insulin pump that is making life a little easier for me. And I’m grateful to be surrounded by animals and all the love they give.
4. Questions/Discoveries: I discovered a new way of communicating for me—just feeling sensations in my body. When Val talked about feeling your heart and expanding the love ball in the middle of your heart in the live call, I noticed that I was feeling a tingly sensation in my nose. That was cool! I also felt some pain in my foot that I think came from Pup Pup.
5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT): I connected with Pup Pup on the live call and posted what I got in the FAT forum. What was interesting about this communication was that I got it almost completely in sensations, which is unusual for me. It took me some time to interpret the sensations into words.
6. Intuition Development: I’m telling Rose, the Great Pyrenees, dog stories about other Pyrenees I’ve encountered, slowing down and visualizing them as much as I can. So far, she’s been interested (coming over to lie down beside me while I tell the stories), but hasn’t had much to say when I tried to talk to her about the stories. She’s asked a small question or two, but I don’t think she’s all that interested. I’m going to keep working to find stories she’s interested in!

Twin hearts meditation, The great invocation and Heart wisdom love connection.2. Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice.

I am very grateful for Val (especially that she’s back!), Jade’s untiring patience and help, the friends on the FB group and the interactions that we have.4. Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication?
I had a question regarding connecting with an animal in spirit and healing, but it was answered by Val during the call, in response to Melanie’s question.5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT): Did you communicate with this month’s FAT? If not, why?
Yes, during the call, but will connect again and post.6. Intuition Development: Which lessons or exercises did you do? Avoid intuition game apps—use resources from the Welcome Module.
I found a book that had been gifted to me 20 years ago! “Compass of the soul” —52 ways intuition can guide you! This has been a bit of an unsettling week due to Tikli’s first anniversary, so I did not have the energy to do any of the active exercises, and decided to read the book again. It’s got writing prompts at the end of each chapter, to allow for introspection. -

Platinum Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – not very much. A bit strung out with struggling to sleep and getting to work as well.

5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes and I got positive feedback – next challenge is to go back and ask about the picture of the puppies.
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
No I haven’t. -

Serenity and Hawkeye. Also Hunter- we have started doing lap Time when I’m there at the store to be with him and buy cat food and yesterday he was so excited he came running to me. However he got up in an area where he was less visible and accessible to pet and I thought something was going on. I just misunderstood. I felt badly but talked with him after i was at his store and we worked it all out. He is one of my Soulmates he said and we grow on understanding. My cat’s are saying they agree.
Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week.
My cats Hunter Ben
Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication?
What Hunter and then my cats said about Soulmates growing through misunderstandings.
Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) OR Animal Teacher Handout: Did you communicate with this month’s FAT or an animal from the Animal Teacher Handout? If not, why? I did before and Alana said a lot was right.
Intuition Development: Which lessons or exercises did you do? Avoid intuition game apps—use resources from the Welcome Module.
I asked Hawkeye to tell me a joke and he showed an image (of us on another plane I’m getting) of him pouding cat nip on my food and I’m hearing, « Then watch it work it’s magic. Youll be very pleased, Mom. » -

Gold Member1. Which meditations did you do
Daily calm meditation wellness to restore and reconnect with the present video
.and stress busting meditation2. Name or species type of the being you practiced communicating with
Denver, a horse that had been neglected, ill treated and almost abandoned by several previous guardians. Present Guardian wanted Denver to realise this was his forever home and will care for his wellbeing. Denver had ‘shut down’ Trust was his priority from his new guardian. Gave Denver healing. Work in progress
3. What are you grateful for this week
Grateful was given the opportunity to help Denver for his voice to be heard. And to the guardian who has faith and lots of love and care towards Denver
4. Questions/discoveries
Discovered can quickly connect with an animal for a conversation. Doing this without preparation and ‘off the hoof’ so to speak, I wonder if I receive a full and valid response from the animal, even though it feels like I have. Or should I take a longer period of time, mediate and so before starting the communication – would the result be the same and gain more info
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
No
6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week
Colour of pens in a bag

Grounding and heart- centre meditation and sending out love – most days various lengths of time2. Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
I connected with Pup Pup along with the replay of the Q&A call. I keep getting an error message when trying to share my communication though.
3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one thing.

Also that I have a week’s holiday coming up from work and I am so ready for it.4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I listened to the first lesson in the advanced masterclass series and totally related to Val’s experience of striving for perfect. Learning that even the most experienced mediums only get about 80% right made me realise that I’ve been setting myself an impossible target.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Yes6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
