Earn a Free Laser Coaching Session in 12 Weeks

To grow your communication skills, answer these 6 weekly accountability questions. Gold and Platinum members who complete 12 consecutive weeks of answers earn a free Laser Coaching Session with Val ($125 value).

      Guidelines:

      1. Post answers weekly in the designated Accountability Discussion (Thursday–Wednesday). Missing a deadline resets your 12-week count.
      2. Answers must be unique and specific each week. Copy-pasting or insufficient effort may require restarting.
      3. Upon completion, you’ll receive an email to schedule your session with Val for communication coaching, intuition development, or animal work.

For detailed instructions, see the Welcome Module in your student dashboard.

      The 6 Weekly Questions

      1. Meditation: What meditations did you do this week? Use the Meditation Module for guidance.
      2. Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice.
      3. Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week.
      4. Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication?
      5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) OR Animal Teacher Handout: Did you communicate with this month’s FAT or an animal from the Animal Teacher Handout? If not, why?
      6. Intuition Development: Which lessons or exercises did you do? Avoid intuition game apps—use resources from the Welcome Module.

      Helpful Tips

      • Type your answers in a separate document first to avoid losing your work.
      • Comment on others’ posts to encourage and celebrate their progress.
      • Silver members can upgrade to Gold or Platinum anytime by emailing [email protected] with “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. Meditations?
Awaken Your Intuition guided meditation. Sitting in the quiet, removing all thoughts every evening. Meditated while drawing and being creative making things.

      2. Animal Communication?
My young squirrel friend (mama squirrel’s baby). (I just felt the urge to call her Susie. So, Susie it is (unless she tells me otherwise)!) 🙂 She is the one who comes when I make my squirrel sounds to sneak her some food. She gave me a big hello and said she was happy to see me as she was SO ready for some goodies to eat. This time, she got right next to my hand and almost took the cherry tomato from my hand. Her nose almost touched my finger! ❤️ Then she spooked herself a little. LOL I put the tomatoes in the feeder and she took one and did her usual up the tree run to hide our feeding secret. 🙂 ❤️

A small flying bug in my work office. A sad thing happened, someone was in my office talking to me when a small flying bug flew near his hand. In an instant, before I could get a chance to shew it away safely, the man killed it with his finger and acted like it was nothing. My heart sank and I felt so sad that he killed the sweet innocent bug. I immediately, and silently, said the Ho’oponopono prayer for the sweet bug. After doing that, I felt a peace in my spirit and got a message from the bug that it was, “okay, I am heading on to the next adventure”. I didn’t feel it was sad or concerned by its present life being cut short. It was like “nothing I can do about it now, it is what it is and so I let it go!” I realized the sadness was purely my own and that the little bug wasn’t going to fret over the death. In the bug’s mind, it was forgotten already and not something it was carrying with it any longer. Gosh, we can learn so much from the animals! One day, I hope to not be so distraught over death. It is the one thing we are guaranteed to experience in each lifetime, so I need to learn how to accept what happens and embrace the realization that we are more than bodies. Easier said than done, but I am working on it. ❤️

      3. Gratitude?
I caught the sick bug that is going around again (twice in 2 months!) but I am super grateful that it was not as bad this time as it was the first time. I am grateful that I am able to hear my inner voice more now without having to always do a meditation first.

      4. Questions/discoveries?
Learning to trust “ourselves” (i.e. our intuition) is hard at first because our flesh wants something different. But I am learning that our intuition will not lead us astray. It knows what needs to happen and how to get there. We just have to believe in it and do as it guides. I have learned that every time I do that, the outcome is a lot better than if I did what the old flesh (ego) would have done. It really is like having your very own personal advisor, available 24/7, for no charge! 🙂 I have learned that the more I trust my intuition, the stronger my AC communications become. AC is starting to be just as easy as communicating with humans, if not easier (some humans are impossible to communicate with)! LOL

      5. FAT communication?
Not this week. The two times this month I chatted with Snowy were wonderful and lots of fun. 🙂 I am excited to see who February’s FAT will be.

      6. Intuition Development?
I have been doing a lot of practice lately of tuning in and listening to my inner voice/intuition by using meditation. Lately, without even meditating, I noticed I am getting instant answers from my intuition when I ask myself a question of what to do in a situation. Now I can hear my inner voice/intuition on some questions without having to do the meditation first. How exciting! And each time I follow what my intuition tells me (even though sometimes it is different than what the “flesh” wants to do, the outcome is sooooo much better.

Thank you so much for your encouraging words, Mel! 🙂 It has taken quite the spiritual journey over MANY years to finally get to this point in my life, where I am at peace with myself enough that I can truly focus on something I now love dearly – my AC abilities. Definitely wasn’t an easy journey but I am so thankful I am where I am now in that journey. And when I found out AC was REAL and not something I dreamed up (thanks Val!), I was over the moon and so ready to make it happen! ❤️ You all are inspirations to me and have been a huge part of my own successes with AC, so thank you! 🙂 ❤️

That’s lovely. I’m glad you are at the place that you want to be. Before I read your post I had been wondering whether it was possible to get to a point where you could communicate with animals as easily as with people, without having to meditate first. Reading your post answered that question and has inspired me, confirming that with patience, practice and determination it really is possible. Thank you for sharing this with us.

I talked with Hunter asking him to tell me a joke. It was HILARIOUS! It was completely clair voyant. Hunter has this routine where when he wants his treats (freeze dried minnows ) he tells Jesse (the young man who runs the store the majority of the time) by pawing thé bag of the minnows or pushing them over while sometimes knocking over Jesse’s drink on the counter simultaneously, or knocking the package if minnows off the counter. Well, today Hunter told me he would do that and then if the treats wall had nothing but minnows on the racks he would pull down the whole wall of treats and open them all and eat them! Now as I’m writing this he is showing me licking his nail portion of his front paws! He’s smiling! He Adores his minnows!

How to improve the wording, phrasing in writing up the results of a communication.

I struggle and play around with how to phrase, make it more concise yet a full account that it’s relevant to to the participant – A example of feedback report would be most helpful

und seats I wanted (know the West End theater well) at half price. Booked tickets there and then, I often trust my instinct, gut feeling and it doesn’t let me down

      Accountability: Feb 5

      1. Meditation: Haven’t meditated this week. I fell Wednesday evening and was in the hospital a couple of days. And haven’t felt well. YouTube: Heal Your Body: Spoken Guided Meditation For Pain & Sickness, Relieve Pain Naturally, 23 min

      2. Communication with ATH: Communication with Sylvia Franklin’s dog, Luna. In spirit. “Yes, I am busy. There is so much to do here on the other side, so much to learn and so much goodness to be sent out. Well, I’m learning about other lives. And if I want to join one. I’m going and I’m joining spiritual aspects of the universe to share with others in the future. Probably too much for you to understand, but it’s wonderful. I hope to come back again someday as a dog to comfort someone in their journey. That’s what we animals are for, you know? And I’m so happy that humans are learning more and more about communicating with animals and how much animals have to say and to give. It’s a new world coming. I’d like to say that the work you are all doing is very important.”

      3. Being grateful: I’m very grateful that my fall was not worse, and I will be healing soon.

      4. Questions and Discoveries: I watched an interesting YouTube video that showed a cat using recordable buttons to communicate with his owner “Glamour – back – ouch “ that a second house cat, Glamour, was having discomfort in her back. Another level of communication.

      5. Communication with FAT: I’m communicating with Alana bees. Dog, pup, pup. “I’m really happy about being chosen as the FAT dog or animal. I hope I can be of help to all the students. Yes, it’s me. You are always doubting yourself. I may or may not be wise, but I know a doubter when I see one. You’re coming along. You have your ups and downs, but you’re making progress. I hope to accomplish good things. I give students a chance to test their skills. Haven’t been to heaven so I don’t know much about it. Well, I don’t remember it. I do think I’ve had other lives, but as I said, I don’t remember. I think our other lives give us a chance to learn more. I don’t know. I’m not afraid of dying because I know there is something after. But I’m not ready to go quite yet. I like it here and now just fine. I like my people and my home. Don’t you like yours? The idea is to do good and be good. Nice talking to you.”

      6. Intuition development lessons and exercises: YouTube: Guided Meditation – Unleash Your Intuition

1.Prayers of the heart and Love meditation. Detach meditation, Awakening your intuition meditation and focusing on mindful breathing.

2.A little sparrow that hit the window and landed in the cold snow. I picked it in a towel and took it to where it could roost safely but it flew away when I opened my hand. I spoke softly and said it was safe.

3.I am grateful for Layla’s reiki treatment and learning about her fears to do with her past.

      4. Do the birds understand what I say to them when I talk out loud?

      5. No, blockage stops me, I will discuss it with Val.

      6. Listening to the birds and identifying the different calls. When they sing it sounds so joyful.

      1. Meditation: I’ve done the Heart Wisdom Love Meditation a couple of times and some meditations from the app on my phone. Each one was about 15 minutes each.

      2. Animal Communication: I spoke to my horses, Smokey and Nicholas, to ask how they were feeling. Neither one answered telepathically but as I looked out the window at them, they went flying around the pasture, bucking and playing as hard as they could. The good boys were showing me exactly how they felt about the warmer weather!

      3. Gratitude: I’m so grateful that Nicholas, in particular, is feeling up to running around the pasture and playing. He’s filling out and feeling great!

      4. Questions/Discoveries: I discovered that sometimes the best answer is one they give you physically. I was laughing with joy at the happiness both horses exhibited in their run around the pasture.

      5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT): I haven’t yet connected with Pup Pup, but will before the live call.

      6. Intuition Development: I’m still reading stories to my animals who live in the house. I can’t wait until it warms up so that I can go out to read to the horses and the barn cats! The cats especially seem drawn to stories. One of our older cats, Amelia, asked me to clarify some plot points in a story I read to the group.

      Hi Kathy,
I am so glad that the awaken your intuition meditation was helpful! It has been a huge help to me, too, and that is why I wanted to share it with you all. It has an amazing effect on hearing oneself and learning to trust our own intuition and inner voice. I use it still, quite often. I am so glad to hear that you had a breakthrough! That is amazing! And I sure hope you are feeling better now. ❤️ Keep going and trust that your inner voice/intuition will not lead you astray. Trusting our self is so vital and takes time to really learn to do that. 🙂 Stay strong! Sending lots of love and positive energy your way! ❤️
