To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).

The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.

The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.

You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.

Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:

      1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.

Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.

      2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

      6 QUESTIONS

Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

      1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.

Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]

TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. Meditations?
Heart Wisdom Love meditation, clearing my mind of thoughts randomly throughout the day, staying in the place of love as frequently as I can. I used to feel that I needed 20 min of meditation each day but lately, doing the random mind clears throughout the day and continuously staying in the heart-love space has kept me in a good place that I haven’t needed the 20 min as often. If I do have a busy/stressful type day, I do the 20 min with relaxation music to get back in the good space.

      2. Communicate with at least one animal?
I talked to Missy again as well as a tiny sugar ant, my pups, and some more insects and critters. I had a sugar ant on my desk at work and I felt sorry for it because he appeared to be alone. I tried to give him a tiny drop of water to drink from and a tiny crumb of food, but he didn’t want it. I had a thought to take him outside, so he had a better chance of survival, but I felt strongly from him that I needed to leave him where he was. I sensed from him that he wanted to be able to get back to his family and if I moved him, he wouldn’t be able to find them again. It made me sad to leave him there because I didn’t want him to get hurt, but I felt that is what he wanted, and I didn’t want to go against that. He hung around a few days, still not wanting the offered water or food, then I didn’t see him. A couple days later he was back, same place. I knew that his family was most likely gone because they spray for bugs at the office. I felt so sad that he was still alone and unable to find his family. I knew the bug guy would be back so I took the ant outside to give him a better chance of survival as he would surely die if he stayed where he was. I put him on a leaf not knowing there were other sugar ants on that plant. They all avoided each other and ran in opposite directions. I don’t know if I made his situation worse or better, so I said the Ho’oponopono prayer to him in case I made it worse. I send him love wherever he is. ❤️

      3. Grateful for?
I am grateful for another great, thought-provoking message from Missy. I am grateful that my pup Alfie let me trim ALL his nails in one session this time! Such a good boy. LeBeau is getting there but not as fast as Alfie. He’s still a little hesitant even after our chats about it. But we work on one paw at a time for now and he’ll get there eventually. I’m trying not to rush him. 😄

      4. Questions/discoveries?
When you encounter an animal (like I did with the ant) and you feel they don’t want to move but you move them anyway, trying to save their life, knowing they will die where they are, how do you deal with the consequences if your moving them made their situation worse? I felt he didn’t want to move but I couldn’t sit there and let him die without a fighting chance, so I moved him. Did I make it worse for him, will he die anyway or quicker? How do you really know when to leave them alone and not help them? It is in my nature to do everything in my power to help but it may make it worse for them. I am sure some animals may show signs that they don’t want to move but someone helps them anyway and they end up in a much better situation and end up being glad the human didn’t listen to them. But there is also risk of the opposite happening. How do you make the right call? Do any of you have any advice/experience with this that you can share?

      5. FAT communication?
I talked to Missy again and she gave me another wonderful message on dealing with stressful situations. I posted about that on her FAT page. I am so surprised at the detailed and wise messages she has given me both times I connected with her. She doesn’t waste time getting to the heart of the conversation and just dives in with the wise teachings. Suits me just fine! LOL 🥰

      6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
I have basically made the “talking with every animal you meet” exercise part of my daily life now. It is amazing how keeping that in everyday life helps keep me in the heart-love space much more frequently and keeps me in a much better frame of mind. And it helps improve my AC skills because I am constantly practicing. 🙂

      1. Meditations: Breathing, Mindfulness

      2. Who Did I Talk With: Told a story and then read to Shasta. She enjoyed it. (See #6 below.).

      3. Gratitude: Shasta and I just shared a lovely moment watching a bird just outside our back door. When she’s concentrating on something outside I often ask her to show me so we can watch it together. She seems to enjoy sharing her world.

      4. Discoveries/Questions: As our Kola dog’s hearing has deteriorated, I am very conscious of other ways I am communicating with her and we really have no difficulties that I am aware of. I do want to work more and more on consciously communicating at a deeper level rather than the typical day-to-day stuff.

      5. FAT: I am still awaiting feedback from when I spoke with Missy on July 21.

      6. Intuition Exercises: Reading Exercise. First I just told Shasta (cat) a story I made up in my head about a slug crossing our deck. She came up and was loving all over me as I told the story. Then I read a bit of a book intro out loud. She did the same, though not as much. There wasn’t much for me to visualize or have emotions about, so it did not seem like a rich of an experience. This was fun an unexpected because I often talk with her out loud but only occasionally get such vigorous approval. I also listened to the first Clairaudience overview lesson and part 1 of the Barometers of Our Soul course.

      1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Twin Hearts meditation and a forgiveness meditation daily. Plus Extended awareness meditation with 2 domains of reality, and the shorter version of the Heart wisdom love meditation. Also Ho’oponopono, which I find very powerful.

      2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I spoke to ATH Oak, and awaiting feedback. I practice along the lines Val guides us for the FAT communication, but I realize I need to ask more questions and delve further.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I am grateful for Val, Jade and some of the lovely friends in this community. I’m also grateful for the vast resources, which are constantly increasing!

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Can animals give incorrect information or is it incorrect interpretation by the communicator? Before Tikli passed, a professional communicator told me she wasn’t going anywhere, whereas another said she wanted to leave.

5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
      Yes, posted and awaiting feedback.

6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I tried to communicate with an animal in spirit (not from my recent ones) and tried to imagine what he would say, about his life as an abandoned pet (that’s how he found us) then the transition and where he is now. Some impressions were strong, or maybe it was my imagination.

      1. Which meditations did you do

Quieten the mind and deep slow breathing exercises to calm/relax during a frantic week

      2. What is the name of the being you practised communicating with

Received a message from unnamed horses in Spain that were chained up. I was told this information but no further details. Horses said. Get us out of here. It’s not what or who we are. What have we done to deserve this? Yes, there are lessons to be learnt but you humans have eyes closed as you have many things. Could feel and sense the horses were annoyed, anger welling up inside of them.
As always greet any animal that passes my path, be it a bee or a dog with a guardian

      3. What are you grateful for this week

Although I had no information in regards to the horses other than they were chained up. I hope it was these same horses I connected to and heard their message. Grateful that once I heard their plight I connected immediately. Now wondering where the horses located and thier wider story

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries

Always grateful for new information received in regards to completing animal communications

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher

      Not this week

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week

Use intuition throughout the day for various situations e.g The bus driver announced he will be diverting the bus from the normal route due to roadworks, however would stop at the planned destination, the bus stop and later the depot. Knew I would reach my destination even later than anticipated as I was already running late before the announcement. There was nothing I could do about it. My intuition kicked in to work out the route and decided, although I am already late, it will be fine. Surprised, I arrived at my chosen stop at the normal time I would have done regardless of running late and the diversion.

There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      Vibrational frequencies with the cats
      Accupressure on myself
In sunlight with apartment building plants – particularly the two with pink Love energy flowers
Listening to songs about Love (some Bob Marley ones, « Forever, » « Little More Love, » « Ain’t No Mountain High Enough, » and some other songs not necessarily about Love but get me in my heart space.
Also tuning into Hawkeye’s Love energy and the Love energy of the tiger Nita posted the picture of and tuning into Hunter’s Love energy and how much he wants Love regardless if his feisty side.

Serenity and Hawkeye about different things and tuning into them about how toxic it is for me to stress and such so much and how we three need me to put stuff aside and come back to things later. « It’s the only way to get Harmonious Balace and LEARN LOVE » I am hearing from some Source of Love. I am getting it’s from my cats and other cats imPAWtant to me.

Also Hunter about letting things go and returning to them and about the road to enjoying things with people and steps to take to work up to in person things.

A client dog in Spirit – new client. He told me about someone in my life with a name starting with « K » or something involving the person starting with that letter. Yesterday it started to come full circle and I am optimistic about what is to come from something involving the person whose name starts with « K »- a client but sort of like we could become friends and she has gotten more sessions from me with her animals, her daughter’s animals, and her mom’s cat!
Also, another good client’s dogs (one in physical body, the other in Spirit) and her mom (in Spirit).
Also a lady bug who gave me advice about sometimes one has to make a big deal of something to get attention deserved and needed and needed help since sometimes things appear less help needing than others. The lady bug doesn’t feel we desperately need help but still suggests I make a big deal to get help and say « lots of stuff going on » « did xyz « – to show effort, and some other things.
Also with a new client cat (in Spirit) and while trying to connect with him one of his siblings in physical body.
Also with the cat if the K client who is lost and we have been trying to reunite her with her mom (K client).

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

My cats and so much involving them – endless things.
      My Healing
The link to a doctor from K client – link and K client is what other client dog was referring to.
Many more blessings in my life…
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
My discovery is that when I am hesitant on something or keep putting off doing it, that many times intuitively I am getting there’s more and it’s not the right time. I discovered this when I got MAJOR clarity to help with asking questions about something to determine if it’s to the Highest and Best Good of my cats.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I did during the call and had quite a bit of accuracy. I wonder if her mom ever offered her cherries!

More with numbers – ones on the Other Side and other dimensions communicating with me.
Also tuning into food and colors and my body.
I was tuning into the color of my clothes the other day- pink t shirt and lavender light weight pants and had such a good feeling 🙂 Love and like a little girl almost.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Regular morning chanting but I’ve started adding in more silent meditation. I definitely seem to need both. I’ve also done some guided meditations in the night to try to get to sleep.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I practised with Fifty – which was so encouraging because his energy is just pure love and encouragement. So sad to hear about his physical suffering – so inspired by his attitude. I think I got some things right – but not all.
I practised again with Scooter – and I got a similar anxious confused feeling to last time which doesn’t seem to fit with Patty’s feedback.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
The animals are helping me to realise that I have to open up to humans too. Sort of celebrating that because its quite hard, but I also know this is reality.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
Can a photograph influence the reading? Perhaps the energy of the animal or the photographer at the time the photo was taken.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. Time has been tricky and I’ve been prioritising including silent meditation each day because without that, I can’t do this.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Again, I’ve been prioritising silent meditation.

o 1. Which meditations did you do?
o The Heart meditation on a replay call, as a separate meditation and short heart connection meditations daily. I also did the 12D meditation, which was amazing.
      o
Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I did a replay of the improve your speed and accuracy meditation, where I connected briefly with Priscilla and 50 to sense their different energies. Whilst Priscilla felt quite timid, feminine and a young soul, here to bring purpose and love, 50 felt like a confident , wise, old soul, with a masculine, protector vibe who is here to teach.
I also connected in with Tiki, Moka and Shade in spirit. Their energies appeared wiser, relaxed and knowing.
I felt that Tiki was quite n affectionate cat, who liked a fuss and I got a sense of her rubbing around my ankles.
Moka felt like a very gentle soul- friendly, calm, empathic and a healer energy.
Shade felt like a very confident, big character. I sensed him turn to look at me nonchalantly, almost in a bored, cat way.
I still need to connect with the others from the call in a similar way. It was a great exercise and I learned a lot from it in terms of connecting from the heart, allowing info to come and questioning with curiosity, which I tried to do more of with Missy today. It resulted in a much more interesting and enlightening conversation.
I also tried communicating with Daisy about her dental surgery yesterday, so she wouldn’t be too scared, but I’m not sure I managed it effectively, as I believe she was a bit worked up at the vets in the morning.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
Daisy coped well with her surgery. I’ve learned lots more about animal communication and I’m grateful for all the animals and their people who are allowing me to communicate and learn from them.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
All the finer senses that we use to pick up so much information from. Also that we should just allow messages to develop and not try to interpret or question info in our heads.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
      Yes
      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I did a couple of angel card readings for someone in a practice group I’m in – intuiting the messages that felt right for the person from the individual cards. One person wasn’t sure about a message from a one card reading, as it wasn’t what she was hoping to hear about. The three card reading made perfect sense to the lady I was reading for.

      1. I’ve done the Stress Busting meditation several times (this has been another stressful week, with me returning to work after the summer off).

      2. I communicated with an Amish buggy horse waiting at the local Dollar General. He told me he was hot and thirsty and he still had a long drive home. I felt terrible for him. I went inside and asked his people if they would allow me to give him some water because of the heat. They agreed so I bought a bucket, convinced the employees to fill it up with water from the back and took it out to him. He was very grateful and drank deeply. He told me his life was hard and I told him I was sorry and that I hoped things would get better for him. His people came out and I had to walk away (leaving them with my bucket). It was so sad!

      3. I’m grateful for a job that pays the bills and that I don’t hate.

      4. I wonder if I can still communicate with the Amish buggy horse even though I don’t know his name? I have a picture in my mind…is that enough to connect? I’d like to do a Ho’oponopono prayer to him. He seemed grateful that someone was listening, but I felt so helpless. I believe he lives two farms down from me, so I’m sure I will see him again.

      5. I haven’t had the time to talk to Missy this week.

      6. This week I’ve been working on communicating with every animal I meet. I really felt drawn to the buggy horse. I also said a greeting to a deer I saw, but didn’t feel a greeting back.

      1. Just sitting and quieting my mind. Also detaching.
2.A chipmunk who was asking for food. I sensed it was hungry as it sat and looked at me and waited until I got the peanuts. I felt it was grateful for the food.
3.I am grateful for finding a homeopathic remedy for the severe pain I have been experiencing.
      4. The chipmunk knew what I said.
5.I tried a couple of times to connect but everything was quiet. Maybe with the pain, I cannot get in my heart space.
      6. I didn’t do any. Pain and lack of sleep has made me into a zombie that falls asleep by 7.30 pm in my chair or sitting on the couch. It is very painful to use my hands and my knee gives me trouble walking. I tried the EFT healing with no effect. I will work on these things this week.
