The week started off rough with minimal meditating because I was still quite distracted emotionally but my friend reminded me just how important it is, ESPECIALLY now, to meditate with my pups so that we can all be in a much better state of mind. I ramped up the daily meditations with Alfie and LeBeau and oh my, all 3 of us showed noticeable changes in our spirits, all for the better! We were all more at peace and LeBeau really made progress coming out of his depression! ❤️ Made a huge difference in how the week ended compared to how it started.2. Animal Communication?
After getting myself and the pups in a better state again, I was able to talk to LeBeau about his upcoming glucose curve test. I get from him that he will do this because he knows we have to do it in order to see how soon we can do the eye surgery to help restore his vision. I explained to him what happens with the all day stay at the vet and promised him I would give him a shirt of mine to snuggle with all day and his favorite bed and that the second I can pick him up that afternoon, I will be ready for him! I am so glad he is now agreeing to the help. Love my boy.I also had some insect rescues with two wasps and a spider that got in the house. They all came to me and rescues were successful. First time I let a spider crawl onto my hand and carried him out that way. 😅 And had an adult rat snake visitor show up near my back door. I went outside to ask him to move along and was surprised at how close I got to him without fear. I asked him to move along and to please not hunt for food on the property, that he had to go elsewhere as my backyard is a safe haven for all animals, including him. He looked at me with an understanding gaze and then curled around and moved away, climbing up into a tree! Oh my, didn’t know they could do that. LOL He seemed to agree with me on what I asked and moved along. Amazing how the fear goes away when you focus on the love frequency and want so much to save them.
3. Gratitude?
I am so grateful for Alfie being such a sweet helper and guardian to his brother. I am so grateful that LeBeau is letting us help him now and that he is coming out of his depression. He is starting to give his sweet kisses and cuddles again! ❤️ I am grateful to Nita for sharing some wonderful resources with me to help me in my learning on death and dealing. So eye opening and really puts things in much different perspective for me. And I am grateful for finally getting myself into a better place emotionally.4. Questions/discoveries?
My friend helped me understand and embrace the fact that I cannot fix everything like I want to. She used a very good example to help me understand exactly what my role is. I am like the GPS in a car. I can offer support, direction, and help show the way but I cannot make the person/animal go where I tell them to go. I cannot make them do what I want them to do. I can only guide and offer support. They are the driver of the car. They decide where they go and how they will get there, and it may or may not be what I offer. I learned that even though I want to “fix” LeBeau, I can’t, I am not supposed to. Yes, I do what he will allow physically but my role is to focus on being there for him and holding his paw and heart along the way. He is responsible for doing the rest. Otherwise, I am taking away his free will and that isn’t fair. That was a big wake up call for me.5. FAT communication?
I haven’t yet but be ready Coco! I’ll visit soon! 🥰6. Intuition Development?
This week I saw several posts about how love is a frequency and not the “emotion”. Val always tells us in our heart wisdom love meditation that love is a frequency and not a romantic concept. Seems like the fact that love is a frequency was on a lot of folks’ mind this past week. Mine too. So I focused on that and keeping myself in that frequency as much as I could. It really helped calm my spirit and helped me to see things more clearly.-

Platinum Member1.meditation to still my mind, breath meditation for stillness, detach, sit and focus on the sounds of nature and identify them.
2.mosquito. I explained the consequences should it decide to bite me. It left me alone.
3.I am grateful for the ability to walk Layla at 6am before the daily heat takes over. I am grateful for guidance in my healing past violent trauma. I am grateful for quiet times in early morning.
4.The insects are content to wander over my hands and not be afraid.
5. No I am having a melt down with recurring past life dreams, some of which turn into nightmares. My thoughts and depression get in the way.
6. Identifying sounds, smells and time. I am getting better at this but want to work on past life trauma and my clairs.

After a long time, I skipped meditations a couple of times in the week, as I’ve been physically and mentally exhausted due to a number of reasons. I know one is supposed to meditate even more at times like this, but just couldn’t manage. However, I did do the stress busting, twin hearts, and more of chanting meditations.2. Animal Communication: Describe your interaction with an animal (name, species, and key discoveries). Use the Featured Animal Teacher page for practice.
I connected with a Himalayan Jay, one of my favourite birds here, but which has been rarely seen this year. They normally come in flocks, but this was a lone one, and stayed for a short while. It brought a reminder not to give up and keep doing whatever I’m trying to. Also that I need to align myself more to the place.3. Gratitude: Share at least one thing you’re grateful for this week.
This week has been a bit depressing hearing about the passing of a couple of street dogs due to rash driving, and made me realize what a blessing it was that I brought the 9 dogs here to safety, and what could have happened if they had been left on the streets. At least all 4 passed peacefully in their own beds.4. Questions/Discoveries: What questions or discoveries did you make about animal communication?
Do dogs know or choose the kind of death, as in an accident?5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) OR Animal Teacher Handout: Did you communicate with this month’s FAT or an animal from the Animal Teacher Handout? If not, why?
Not yet. I’d spoken to him as an ATH rather long ago, so looking forward to a fresh perspective.6. Intuition Development: Which lessons or exercises did you do? Avoid intuition game apps—use resources from the Welcome Module.
I was too tired to do a full exercise, so decided to go back to guessing the color of stones, as something is better than nothing. -

Same response as last week and yet no human has said anything regarding the previous Featyred Animal Human not replying to my written post involving communication with the animal.

Hunter told me a joke saying how funny it would be if he used the cell phone of the main person who works at the store to call the store phone number and then the guy hearing on the incoming call voice notification that he was calling himself!!-

I received an email late last night that someone posted on the FAT of the month forum and when I went to leave a feedback on it today, it wasn’t there. Platinum Member1) Mediations: Heart Wisdom meditation, my daily morning meditation and sitting in the nature meditation
2) Animal Communication: I have met 4 of my spirit animals and received messages from the this week. First one was a hawk. Second one was a skunk. Third one was a spider. Fourth one was a fly. Then I have also communicated with a hummingbird as well.
3) Gratitude: I’m so thankful for the opportunity to meet 4 of my spirit animals this week.
4) Questions/Discoveries: Can’t think of any this week.
5) Featured Animal Teacher (FAT): Yes to let him know that he is the FAT of the month and that I will be back home in a week as well. He was so excited to hear that.
6) Intuition Development: Connecting with spirit animals, deck of cards and sensing time.

Slow calming breathing exercises to quieten my mind. Sat quietly in garden late at night, once the surrounding homes quietened down to listen to birds and tuning into other noises
2. What is the name or species type of the being you practiced communicating with
A fox, a short distance from me on the same narrow path that is almost enclosed on both sides near my home. We needed to pass each other to continue our journeys. I had no fear nor sensed fear from the fox. Connecting with the fox I informed him he was beautiful and had no intention of harming him. Also I will walk backwards for about 20 meters where the path turns into a large open grassed area. This I did and waited. Fox, not taking his eyes off me, slowly and cautiously moved forward, then suddenly ran round the corner.
3. What are you grateful for this week
Am grateful to myself that I am taking small steps at continuing to learn more aspects of Animal Communication and animals generally

2. Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
I’ve tried connecting in with Rolo again to see what was going on when he was sick, but still seem to be struggling a bit to connect properly with him.
I connected in with Marley again to talk about the new dog coming my way and to send out a connecting cord to help us find each other. I keep getting September.
3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
Coco sending me very clear and spexific information which enabled me to recognise how my clairvoyance and claircognizance work together.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
Following my communication with Coco on Wednesday , I felt compelled to clarify an area that initially it seemed I had got wrong. However the information that I received through a combination of clairvoyance and claircognizance was so clear that when I described the area in detail It turned out to be accurate. This taught me to trust myself more and expand on the details I receive when feeding back my experience. As Val always says the details are important.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Not since last Wednesday.
6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
Trying to trust my gut, feel into my body for yes – no answers and listen when answers or guidance come.
