ModeratorTo help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”
Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.
6 QUESTIONS
Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.
1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.
Which meditations did you do?
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.
What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.
What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.
Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email Moderator@ValHeart.com
TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

Platinum Member1. Which meditations did you do?
Due to my week’s drama (see #4 😄), I only got to do about 15 min meditations for several nights this week and a few at 20 min. I had a hard time letting the to-do list leave my mind. But I pushed onward and meditated as often as I could. Once I caught myself and course corrected on not letting the issue consume me and stress me out like it was doing, I was able to get back on track with the proper meditations. Still using the heart wisdom love, frequency music, and the Ho’oponopono song video.2. Practice communicating with at least one animal, what did you discover from the experience?
This AC breakthrough sprouted because of what I experienced in #4’s answer and flourished because of Val’s weekly email. 😃I read Val’s weekly email about behavior problems and how to talk to animals about the why’s and not the “do this, don’t do that” talk. So, I put that to the test when I talked to Alfie and LeBeau this time. I first asked what they wanted to talk about. I started with LeBeau. He wanted to talk about his brother Alfie and told me why he tries to move away from Alfie when Alfie wants to play. Then I talked to Alfie. Alfie let me know he is happiest when with me and enjoys when I talk to him. I then asked them separately what made them so unhappy when I would try to cut their nails. I wanted to hear their reasons, what they thought about the experience. Oh my goodness, when I relayed back the messages I felt they gave me to make sure I heard correctly, I got a big kiss on the face from each one! Funny thing was they both told me the same reason and I asked them at different times! They both kissed my face super fast and furious (LOL!) when I said they didn’t like being so high off the ground in the doggie lift harness. I asked if I were to lower the lift to just a couple inches off the ground would that make them feel safer? Got big kisses again from both of them! It was amazing because I had separate conversations and they still told me the same thing. 😄 Val was so right that we need to ask them “why” they do what they do and stop trying to tell them how WE want them to behave. Super eye opening!
3. What are you grateful for this week?
I am grateful for my AC growth, for Val, my classmates, my pups, and all animal teachers. I am super grateful for the massive progress made in communicating with my own babies this week. What a happy moment that was with both of them! It also reminded me that I need to work harder at not letting things get to me like it did this week because my pups KNOW. There is no way to hide my thoughts/feelings from them. I need to appreciate every moment and simply deal with those life happenings and move on. Those things always get resolved in time, so I need to not fret over them, just do what I have to do to fix it and move on. It comes at a big cost when I let things stress me out.4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week?
I had a hard time focusing on AC this week because my cell phone died and I lost all my stuff (yep, I already learned my lesson to back things up, but that didn’t help this time). That was quite a stressful situation. And I got even more stressed when I wasn’t able to focus on AC and my meditations – both have become my happy place, and I didn’t get to spend time in my happy place like usual. I also noticed that my pups were not snuggling with me much this week, I really sensed their distance. When I put two and two together, I realized that they obviously detected my stressed energy. That made me so sad, and I was what caused them to be distant from me. BUT, because of all I have learned here so far, I had a greater ability to sense, feel, and discover the problem so I could fix it quickly. Upon this discovery, I quickly got my issues in order, cleared my mind of all the busy thoughts and then focused on the pups. Got a lot of kisses from them both when I did that. I started talking to them and it was NOTICEABLY different this time. I wrote about that in question 2. I learned once again that I need to stop letting things affect me so negatively. But, if I had to go through that life lesson again just to have that breakthrough in my AC with my pups, then it was well worth it. 🙂5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I did not this week, but last week’s AC was a great experience, and I will need to reach out to her again.6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week?
I am trying the #2 Clairaudience & Conscious Hearing exercise, trying to focus on one sound (out of the many) at a time. Trying to pick out sounds I didn’t notice before and focusing on those, tuning out other sounds. I notice that now I hear things I wouldn’t normally catch before. Pretty neat how practicing that makes me much more aware. Also still sticking with the 4 color crayon exercise. I am determined to get that one mastered. LOL -

Platinum Member1. Which meditations did you do?
I did the Heart Wisdom Love Meditation and Group Healing and the Ho’oponopono song video Shelly posted.
2. Practice communicating with at least one animal, what did you discover from the experience?
I talked with Nicholas, our new rescue horse. We’re still treating his hoof and are making arrangements to fix his teeth problem. His body and mind have a lot of healing to do. He wanted to talk about his life here with me. Would there be work? I reassured him that there would be play, nothing like the work he’d done before. I asked if he’d like to be ridden when his body and mind are healed and I didn’t get an answer. I sense that he’s unsure about that. We’ll see how things go when he gets better.
3. What are you grateful for this week?
I’m grateful to be surrounded by animals and to have people in my life who are supportive of this AC journey.
4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week?
I’m still curious whether horses in a herd can have separation anxiety from their people. I think I experienced this years ago with my forever horse, Sam. For several years after I bought him, he wouldn’t eat unless I was the one who fed him. He was a beautiful soul. I’m having trouble communicating with Rose and I know it’s because I’m getting in the way, but I don’t know why.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I’ve reached out to Henrietta twice and both times were great. I may have to communicate with her again!
6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week?
I’m trying the Communicate with Every Animal You Meet and Communicate with Animals that Call to You. For the first one, I live two doors down from an Amish family and they go by in their buggy every morning when I’m out feeding my horses. I send love every morning to that buggy horse. He doesn’t look like he’s well taken care of. -

Platinum Member1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Meditations on The Great Invocation, Archangels meditation, White light meditation, Heart wisdom Love meditation.2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I spoke to ATH Ivy again based on the feedback and was glad to get a few things right!3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I’m grateful that right now, none of the dogs have health issues, as it had been continuous from January, mainly with Sunny, and of course Tikli.4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I have a question about communicating with an animal without the human’s permission, and will post it for the next call. I had a very unpleasant experience recently when a friend, without my knowledge, sent Tikli’s photo to her AC friend. The latter then sent me a reading with very disturbing messages, supposedly from Tikli, but which I find hard to believe.5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
Yes, and will post in the forum.6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I took a break from guessing colors and photos as it was getting a bit discouraging. I’ve been low on energy due to the allergies, so tried checking the energies of different kinds of food, and another variation by scanning and trying to feel the energies of different plants, such as a herb, when compared to a wild flower. -

Platinum Member1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Regular morning chanting and daily silent meditation as well.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I tuned in to Elsa – still struggling with confidence – she showed me 2 things. That people/animals/souls in one household generally have a shared mission. And she she showed me to ground so very deeply. When you are struggling, hold on to the ground. I’ve been dealing with feelings of overwhelm this week and using this to gently help myself climb out of them and choose to believe in a positive future.
On the Masterclass I did the tuning in to a dog that I had met once a few years ago. I felt things had improved slightly. She said: she still prefers small spaces. She still gets confused about the way others move about in space and with noise and doesn’t yet feel comfortable with that. She doesn’t find running about in space fun.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate the kindness of animals who take such patience over teaching us things that are so basic to them! Thank you!
4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I really understood in my soul that the information animals share with us is sacred. And I guess the same applies to humans. I got that from the Masterclass session.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I listened to the 1000 miles song. It was very moving and made me realise that I have never allowed my heart to open to realise the extent of that love. Henrietta said: we are so close, closer than a whisper. She also told me to stay relaxed or I block the help she can give me. And every time she shares Joy! Joy! Joy!
6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been feeling the energy from the food when I’ve been preparing it. I’ve been in the garden and consciously sharing the oneness with all that is. -

Gold Member1. Which meditations did you do
Slow calming breathing – fell asleep. Listened to soothing relaxing music
2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with
Badu. A female neighbourhood white cat with black markings, whom I have petted, was missing for 3 days. Involved in search
Sensed she was very close to home, locked in biggish room with little light but airy and underground. Badu told me similar. Using a pendulum and street map for a location. Visited the site. Pendulum confirmed the spot. Not possible to enter beyond the large iron gates but saw part of a single story property with a basement being built. Informed guardian. Today, Tues 18 Jun Badu was found. Have not received further details
3. What are you grateful for this week
Grateful to all the animals that purposely want gain my attention – from a small dog to a tiny moth flying thru thru kitchen door to crows squawking loudly overhead, sitting on walls or tree branches or strutting their stuff on the ground
4. Questions and/or Discoveries
Not his week5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher
Not yet. Been an odd tiring week, whereby I have been side tracked at what I planned to do this week. The days have gone so fast and wondered if there was a message in all of it for me – poss slow down !!!!!
6. the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week
Weather being hit and miss – rain, sunshine and temperature the same, I’ve practiced ambiance when entering/leaving a room or property – don’t always remember to do this exercise. Also sensing time is improving. On occasions got to within 15 min of correct time

Gold Member1. Meditations: Breathing, Awareness. I was sick much of this past week and didn’t feel up to doing much. When I thought about doing AC exercises, I often felt like I could not concentrate, but I could take a few moments and breathe or take in my surroundings and do a little nature bathing. Those short breaks are really good tools for getting recentered.
2. Who did I talk with: My Max cat. Trying to figure out how to help him be less stressed around the new cats. Sometimes it’s going well, other times, not so much. I have trouble feeling like we are having a true conversation but we have exchanged some feelings. I tried connecting with a rabbit that was in our yard, but Kola dog was distracting me too much.
3. Gratitude: I am grateful that my daughter and her partner are doing so well with their first cats.
4. Discoveries/Questions: I have been looking at my own behavior and since deciding how important learning animal communication and associated skills are to me, and having some success, I have backed off a bit. Seems ironic. I don’t know if there is a fear there of not succeeding, or if it is simply working on something in a different way. Sitting down to mediate is much different than reading or taking an action on a project. It’s building a skill and will take practice.
5. FAT: No, I have not spoken to our FAT, yet. Headaches were keeping me from a lot this past week.
6. Exercises: I did a bit of “be the animal,” and have been trying to figure out where my animals are in the house by feeling for their energy. Not a lot of luck there, yet. I am better at figuring out who is in the room when it is too dark to see them easily.

Platinum Member#1 Which meditations did you do?
Found it harder this week, but did very short breathing meditations and imagined breathing in and out my heart
#2 What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I connected with a horse called Merlin and a horse who is now passed called Harley. A while back Harley passed and his owner asked me if he was coming back, I got an impression that yes he would, as a beautiful black horse. Merlin is a black horse, and although energies are what I expected he is too old to be Harley if that makes sense.
I also connected with a missing cat called Romeo. I got some impressions that seemed to fit the location he went missing from, pretty sure he was stolen.
#3 What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I started my new job and it is better than I could have imagined
Amelie is starting primary school in September and I am so grateful for such a perfect school for her
I got a new client from a recommendation
#4 Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I do not need to have all the answers. My role is a messenger
Describe don’t name! Learnt from doing the free masterclass by Lori on CRV recommended by Val – thank you!

Not this week
#7 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I haven’t been very consistent with this this week. Still trying to get the feel for colours. Not sure if I am overthinking as don’t feel like progressing well with this -

Platinum Member1. Heart wisdom love meditation, 943 hz frequency meditation, and various meditations at the beginning of thr recorded sessions.
2. I began volunteering with an animal rescue and at the county shelter recently, and I tried to talk with multiple animals at an adoption event and when I was at the shelter (several different times this week), but found it very hard to focus and connect. I told 3 kittens whom I was transporting what I was doing and why (where they were going and what to expect), and they were very calm on the drive to the rescue. I’m needing to practice more so I can focus in less than ideal circumstances.
3. I’m grateful to be able to volunteer, I’m grateful for my animals, I’m grateful to be alive and to be who and where I am right now.
4. No new questions or discoveries, but I know I need to practice and find what works best so I can build on my foundation
5. I connected during the live class
6. I’m practicing intuiting cards amd also working on my senses and quieting my mind.
