To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).

The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.

The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.

You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.

Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:

      1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.

Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.

      2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

      6 QUESTIONS

Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

      1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.

Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]

TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. Which meditations did you do?
I did the Heart Wisdom Love Meditation and Group Healing and several mediations from the Beginners Bonus Course.

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal, what did you discover from the experience?
I talked with Mary H’s dog, Layla, and with Natalie S’s horse, Missy. I got a lot right with Layla, which I’m encouraged by, but talking with Missy was the most beautiful experience! I asked if she remembered the past life where she attacked me and Rose, and she said she did and was sorry for hurting us. I felt she needed a Ho’oponopono prayer from me and gave it to her and the most exciting thing happened—it felt as if her gratitude energy engulfed me and I cried. I felt we were both crying. Rose, who had been growling throughout the whole thing, settled down at that point and went to sleep under my desk. Natalie said she hopes this is part of Missy’s healing. It was so cool!

      3. What are you grateful for this week?
I’m grateful for the summer where I have extra time to devote to things I love. I’m grateful for the things I’m learning. I’m also grateful to Nicholas, my new horse. I let him down this week in a situation where I should have been patient and understanding (I was impatient and worried), but I realized it within a few hours and said Ho’oponopono to him. He immediately forgave me. Animals are very kind.

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week?
I listened to the masterclass Achieving a Quiet Still Mind for Faster Connection and Heart (Soul) Communication today and I discovered through one of the golden nuggets that my soul is bigger than my heart so I don’t need to necessarily concentrate on where the physical muscle resides. That’s a big a-ha moment for me, because every time I’ve tried to focus on where the physical muscle is, I’ve experienced pain there (I’ve been checked out physically and nothing is wrong with the muscle, thankfully). I know after this masterclass that the pain is simply dirty water that I can wash off. I’m going to look into the Rainbow Shower a bit more.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I didn’t reach out to Henrietta this week because I got busy reaching out to other animals. I’ll have to reach out again.

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week?
I’m doing the Communicate with Every Animal You Meet and Communicate with Animals that Call to You. I haven’t met many animals that aren’t my own this week due to the extreme heat here in Kentucky (I’ve mostly had to stay inside), but I’ve done the Communicate with Animals that Call to You. I went back to talk to Missy the horse, as I outlined above, and Layla the dog. I feel as if Teddi the turtle from the Quicken Your Connections and Improve Your Accuracy Masterclass is calling to me, so I want to reach out to him.

Hi Elizabeth, the conversation you had with Missy about the past life experience was amazing. Rose’s reaction at the end where she calmed down and rested and the added affection Missy gave to Natalie afterwards is proof healing was taking place for all of you. That was such an amazing experience you had with Missy and Rose! You handled that so wonderfully. Thank you for sharing it with us! 🥰 Many hugs and love to you and your babies!

      1. Meditations?
Daily 20 min meditations with my pups, quiet focus on breathing during the day to calm the busy mind. Quieting the mind by sitting there thinking of nothing at random to clear the busy thoughts. Sometimes I find myself thinking of nothing without even trying.

      2. Communicate with at least one animal?
A momma bird and her baby. We had a family of birds in our birdhouse and the babies were ready to leave the nest. When I came home from work, I noticed a baby bird in the front yard on the ground hoping around. I saw momma and siblings in a nearby tree. I needed to get baby bird to the back yard so she would be safe from the neighborhood cats and the road. I tried talking to the baby to calm her down, but she kept running away and went out into the road. I went after her talking to her to stay still. Momma bird was flying around me frantically but was not squawking at me, so I knew she wasn’t mad at me, she was trying to help me reign in the baby. I told momma bird I would take the baby to the back yard, for her to follow us. Once baby bird was safely in the back yard, momma bird soon came back there with her other babies, and she kept an eye on baby when I went inside. I have to say it was very hard talking to them in the heat of panic trying to save baby, but I did it and it felt good that I could communicate with them in that state.

      3. Grateful for?
I am so grateful for the love I discovered for “pests” after listening to the pest masterclass. I always had compassion, not wanting to cause harm, but can’t say I really FELT love for them. What a wonderful feeling I gained after that class, and I am so grateful to have that now.

      4. Questions/discoveries?
I listened to the Pests Masterclass and when I heard Val’s story about ants when she was young, it reminded me of a similar ant story from my childhood. When I was about 8 years old, I noticed that I stepped on an ant and it died. I felt so bad, cried so hard, and decided to give the ant a funeral. I gave it the best funeral I knew how, flowers, singing, headstone, eulogy, the works (although sad that I already knew how to give a funeral at that age). My whole life I tried my hardest to protect even the tiniest of beings, even the ones I didn’t like or was afraid of. The pests class was so wonderful, and I am confident that I can use what I have learned from that class to further ensure no critter is harmed and we can live in harmony. I now feel the LOVE for them, and I felt the fear go away and now appreciate them so much more than before. I also learned from Val’s advice to Margaret about how to get those critters to cooperate and leave without threatening them with something they know with me would be a fake threat. So powerful, thank you Val! ❤️

      5. FAT communication?
      I didn’t this week.

      6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
I am still working on the #2 Clairaudience & Conscious Hearing exercise. There has been a lot of noise around me lately (mostly at work), so I am trying to pick out sounds in the chaos. This is good practice because it helps keep my mind focused amidst all the distractions.

Thank you, Shelly! I’m glad to hear my experience with Missy and Rose resonated. It was amazing to hear some confirmation of Missy’s healing from Natalie. I love reading about other people’s adventures, too! Your interaction with baby and mama bird was so inspiring!

      1. I did stillness meditation, mindfulness and quieting the mind, my thoughts seem to flow into the past and I try to let them go and think of the future and the present. I want to download the meditations to a cd so I can take them with me on walks. I also use music from Dean Evenson to meditate by. It calms my soul and my mind. I sometimes just go outdoors and quietly meditate.

2.I talked to a squirrel about digging in my garden boxes and it has stopped doing it. I discovered they understand every spoken and unspoken word.

      3. I am grateful for help in getting rid of some nasties in my house, shaking my bed and making noises. I replayed a taped video from Chigusa on this subject. I have commanded them to leave and got really angry and used all the power I could summon to get them out. It is quiet now but once in a while I hear a tsk noise. I will go back and listen to the 12 D masterclass from Val again. Some of the tape had very low volume so I printed out the handout.

4.Unwanted energies can try everything to get you to stop learning.
5.No I did not but will work on it.
6.I used my sense of smell, hearing and sight. I noticed the different colors of the trees, the smell of lilacs near by, and fresh cedar. I love the sound of the rain on the roof of the van and thunder during storms. Sometimes I can smell sulfur during a thunderstorm.

      1. Which meditation(s) did you do? Post at least one.
Twin hearts meditation, The great Invocation, Om Mani Padme Hum, stress busting and Heart wisdom Love meditation.

      2. What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I connected to a friend’s cat but didn’t get much information the first time, so will connect again.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I am grateful for the rains and cooler weather, and that I’m making some progress with pending lessons and chores.

      4. What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I wonder how much my health issues/ongoing seasonal allergies are impacting the quality of my communications, as I feel tired and unable to connect properly. I hope this is a passing phase.

5 Did you communicate with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not?
      Yes, and posted.

6 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
In keeping with the full moon meditation, I did the Kuan Yin love exercise. It’s one of my favorites!

      1. Meditations: Heart Wisdom Love Meditation, Breathing, Nature Bathing

      2. Who did I talk with: FAT, Henrietta. She was so filled with joy and wanting to be of service. I posted my conversation. She checked in with my animals and suggested something that I think might be working to help them get along better. I also tried communicating with a snake and a squirrel. As always, I talked to our Max cat, trying to talk him through being more secure with Shasta and Lexi.

      3. Gratitude: I was so happy to connect with Henrietta. I have been on some medication that makes it hard to focus so I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to but I did. The Heart Wisdom Love Meditation got me right past all the jitteriness and fuzziness of the meds. So, my gratitude is for the meditation and for Henrietta.

      4. Discoveries: This was big – as mentioned above – that I was able to push past the side effects of some medication by using meditation. Fortunately, I am just on a short-round of steroids but other things cause similar feelings in me. It’s like a weird energy that even my wife can feel and it is hard to get beyond sometimes. I was able to experience meditation taking me beyond the surface effects I was feeling.

      5. FAT: Yes, I did connect with Henrietta. What a joy!

      6. Intuition Exercises: Clairvoyance exercise of “going into the picture,” spent time feeling what it’s like in Shasta’s body, slowly making my way through the book, Simple Meditation & Relaxation.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes. Focusing very much on silent meditation this week but also some chanting every day.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I’ve also been trying to communicate daily plans to Elsa. I can’t tell whether I’ve been successful. She is quite chilled, but I think it might be just because its hot. But I did get this – the communication seemed to be so very closely connected also to Henrietta. I asked her: What place does grief have? She allowed me to understand – not words, an understanding: it is right to feel sadness but it must keep flowing. Each moment is new. When you get stuck in grief it is like time is stuck. It is a misunderstanding. Watch what happens around you – there is constant change. And then she transferred this understanding: you can contact your soul for answers to deep questions in just the same way you do this.
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I want to celebrate all the help I’ve been sent through people in my life. I’m beginning to warm more towards people.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I realised I was afraid of success. So I’ve decided to stop that.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I’ve been aware of her all week, but haven’t done a specific communication.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
I’ve been sitting for 10 minutes sending appreciation to Elsa, Henrietta and Pallina every day. It feels like they are my circle of counsel.

      1. Which meditations did you do

Heart – breathing meditation Stress busting several times during the week

      2. What is the name (or species type of the being you practiced communicating with

A neighbours tabby cat enters, sometimes forcibly by pushing away the barrier that lays across the patio door to my home. Once entered he sprays anywhere. I saw him get ready to spray and I asked could he please not spray and reason why. He looked at me almost with a look of shock on his face and immediately walked away. Await what happens next time he enters my home

      3. What are you grateful for this week

Grateful summer has finally arrived, meaning longer daylight hours, warmer weather, wearing lighter clothing and the ability to get more done during the day. I don’t feel so claustrophobic

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries

Listing what I am good at and what needs improving in regards to animal communications. Facing my fears to step out of my comfort zone to change my beliefs

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher

Not this week due to limited time supporting a friend with a terminal illness

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week

Honing in on the many different smells of roses in a communal garden. Then tasted snippets of herbs to differentiate between the different textures and taste like lovage and spearmint.

      Nothing new

More with numbers and sometimes words/ letters
      Tuning into food
Also tuning into myself. I’m getting more in tune with myself and noticing what simply doesn’t resonate and also when I need time for self care. I had my car heat in seats done and it left me with little relaxation self care. I know the car heat in seats is self Love and self care and I got a lot of exercise not sitting that day there, but I still needed more time with my cats and doing art work or puzzle and listening to birds. I’m grateful though for the person who is now my friend taking care of my car and making it easy for me to schedule and other things of goodness he did for me:-)

      1. Heart Wisdom Love meditation, Stress busting meditation, and I’ve been listening to theta waves while I do things around the house.

      2. I volunteered with a local animal shelter to help with 26 dogs pulled from a hoarding situation. I helped hold the dogs while they were being groomed (they were severely matted and in bad shape). I talked with them while they were being groomed to help them understand what was happening and why it was happening, and I held some that were scared and tried to tell them that things would be okay and that they were getting placed into rescues and new homes soon. Some names: Ray Ray, Pixie, Scooter, Cookie, Gidget, Sam, JoJo, Fancy, Doofus, & Allison.

      3. I’m very grateful for the ability to help at the shelter. I have been creating social media to help animals get visibility, and I was able to help with the hoarding situation, which isn’t something most volunteers are able to do. I am also incredibly grateful for my own animals and for where I’m at in life.

      4. A friend of mine is a much more practiced (and professional) animal communicator, and she confirmed that Kaden has dementia. He said his brain “feels like a radio that can’t find the right channel” and that his body feels like jello. He is sad and frustrated because his body is failing him and he was hoping to be here longer than he realizes is possible. He knows it’s time to go, but he wants so much to stay to see how my life turns out. I’m so grateful that he has had a happy life with me, but it hurts so much to know that it’s almost time to let him go, and that he’s sad to have to leave. He said it’s going to be time when he loses control of his bowels or when he falls and cannot get back up, so I’m keeping a close eye on him, knowing that the time is coming much sooner than I am ready.

      5. Not this week — we talked during the Q&A session a couple of weeks ago.

      6. I’m listening to master class recordings, paying attention to my body, and making time to meditate. I admit that I’ve been keeping very busy with the shelter and with things at home, and it has made it more difficult to focus on clearing my mind. I’ve been very emotional thinking about Kaden, and I know that my emotions and thoughts are getting in the way of my intuition, so I am trying to honor my feelings and let them pass so I can focus. This is something I need to continue working on, as my mind often gets in the way of true feelings.

#1 Which meditations did you do?
Very short moments of mediation. I do however so the 12D very frequently and that has become quite meditative for me
#2 What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I connected with Romeo the cat again, to see if I could get more info on his whereabouts.
#3 What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
Being shown energy drains in my life and the Universe removing them!
Lots of synchronicities and being able to notice and be grateful for them
      Reconnecting with old friends
Elizabeth’s session with Missy and Rosemary- thank you all
      #4 Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I really want to get good enough to be able to really help with missing animal cases
I have so much more I want to learn, being a professional and offering animal comms is not even about being a great communicator, there is so much more to it when dealing with clients
#5 Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
      Not this week
#7 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I have been a bit disheartened with this a little, but I have been working with if I don’t listen to the small intuitive hits and follow the advice I won’t get bigger ones. I have really tuned in and listened to myself and my body during some challenging times in the week and consciously made different choices based from this rather than responding (or reacting) out of habit. Rather tricky but I will keep doing it!
