To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).

The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.

The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.

You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.

Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.

HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:

      1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.

Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.

      2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

Your Congratulations email includes instructions on how to schedule your reward Laser Coaching session with Val. You can use your session for communication coaching, intuition development, mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).

Refer to your Welcome Module in your student member dashboard for more detailed instructions about the Accountability exercises and office policies.

      6 QUESTIONS

Answer these 6 assigned task questions in the REPLY box below. Be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. If you did not do a task, you get 1 free pass during the 12 week period. After that if you’re still not making the effort to complete the required assignments, then your 12 week counter will start over.

      1. Meditating is important to your progress because it makes it easier to connect and communicate with animals, releasing mind chatter, improving your ability to be fully present. There are thousands of different kinds of meditations, taking anywhere from just a few minutes to an hour or more. There are no good excuses to not making the time to meditate during the week. You have a Meditation Module in your membership with many of our favorites especially designed for our students.

      Which meditations did you do?

      2. Practice communicating with at least one animal each week to strengthen and grow your communication skills, and so you can get validation and confirmation. It is often easier to communicate with animals that are not your own. Visit our Animal Teachers page or our Featured Animal Teacher and share what you get so their person can give you the proper feedback to grow your skills, or correct and learn from mistakes in our safe community.

What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?

      3. Celebrating connections, life, feeling love, appreciation and practicing gratitude is important. There is always something to appreciate and for which to be grateful.

What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!

What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.

      5. Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.

Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? You have many to choose from (in your student dashboard under the Welcome Module). These are not games, they are exercises I designed especially for you. Do not use an intuition game app. If you didn’t do one of our exercises, reconsider what you did do and instead of answering “no” or “none this week” (which will disqualify you from earning your reward), reframe what you DID do and which senses you noticed or focused on instead.

Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?

We look forward to reading about your week. You are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts offering encouragement, loving support, and celebrating successes. After all, we are here to learn from and inspire each other too!Need help or have a question? Click Reply below, OR look under HELP in the top menu, OR email [email protected]

TIP: We recommend you type your answers elsewhere first, such as in a document in Word, Google docs, or Pages, and then copy and paste them into the Reply field below. That way if something glitches with your post, you won’t have to start over rewriting your accountability post.

NOTE: All students are invited to participate, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Laser Coaching Session Rewards. Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing [email protected] and letting us know your wishes. Put “Upgrade” in the subject line.

      1. Meditations?
Shamanic drum meditations, meditated while being creative – crafting a few things to hang on the wall, making a couple macrame necklaces. Meditated while snuggling my pups.

      2. Communicate with at least one animal?
This one gave me a much needed confidence boost this week. 🙂 As I mentioned last week, two of the young squirrels decided to move back into the attic. Because they made a little noise and someone else in the house heard it, I was warned that I needed to stop feeding the animals/birds until I got the vents sealed up and animals out of attic. This did not make me at all happy. But I am old enough to know that I have to find compromises to keep peace with others around me. Needless to say, I was quite sad the last week because I love seeing my birds/squirrels/etc., and not being able to feed them, kept them away and I felt the loneliness of their absence. BUT, for the good part….mama squirrel, who I haven’t seen in several days again, stopped by. I believe whole-heartedly that she knew the predicament I was in because she sat off in another tree so she couldn’t be spotted from the window. I grabbed a couple cherry tomatoes from the frig and put them in my pocket. I went outside, like I just wanted to go out, nothing to see here. LOL I went around to where she was and gave her the tomatoes, unbeknownst to anyone in the house. 🙂 She took the tomatoes and gave me a knowing look, and took them in her mouth and walked to a private hidden spot to eat them. As she ate in secret, she would repeatedly peek over at me, a look that was filled with so much appreciation and love for what I did for her. Oh my gosh, I love her! ❤️ She KNEW that I was sneaking her the food and that if someone saw me, a disagreement would ensue, so she intentionally ate someplace else, not her usual place. I was so amazed at how our silent communication gave us both what we needed in that moment. -And, just so you all know :), mama already moved out of the attic, so it wasn’t like I was feeding the ones who won’t move out. LOL

      3. Grateful for?
SO grateful for mama squirrel and how she and I worked together through our communication to help us both, her with a full tummy and me with my refill of love from her. ❤️ Grateful for my new job, really liking it so far. Grateful for my pups Alfie and LeBeau. They keep me going and full of love.

      4. Questions/discoveries?
I was starting to worry about not advancing my AC because life just seems to be taking up a lot of my time lately (and for now I have fewer animal visitors since I can’t feed them). Learning the new job consumes a lot of brain power and when I go home, I am mentally tired. But, I learned this week with my experience with mama squirrel that even when life takes over and spare time is harder to come by, I can still communicate with animals. I actually communicated with her with such little effort, a easy as talking to a person. Didn’t even have to use words or thoughts. It was like an instant spiritual conversation. It was wonderful. And I know that as long as I keep my heart open and in the heart wisdom love space, it doesn’t matter what is going on in my life. Those “goings on” do not interfere at all with communication abilities. My AC abilities are only affected by how I am inside, not about “stuff” or outside influences. It is affected by HOW I REACT to that stuff. I can still talk to people with all the commotion going on so I can still talk to animals just as easily too! Woo hoo! 🙂

      5. FAT communication?
Unfortunately, I was not able to this week. I have only been able to talk to her once this month.

      6. Intuition Lessons/Exercises?
I am trying to get more comfortable hearing my inner voice. This is still new to me, but I am learning that if I get quiet and listen, my inner voice will tell me what I need to know. I want to get so comfortable hearing my inner voice that it becomes so easy to hear it. I know with time, that will happen. I just have to keep practicing.

I am grateful for Val’s communication and healing for Blackie, who seems more settled now.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Regular morning chanting but some mornings it was a real struggle and I didn’t do much. I had to take melatonin to sleep and it made me listless for those two days.
      2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I haven’t practiced this week except to try and spend time with Elsa just feeling her personality rather than pushing my needs on her. Work has been busy and I decided to tackle some scary accounts which take me forever!
      3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’d like to celebrate tackling some financial accounts that I was avoiding – doing the thing that scares me most in the world! I made myself do them.
      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
I have a permanent knot in my stomach – I think the way to tackle it is automatic writing – but it is definitely this that means I stop myself going as deep as I feel drawn to. It is interesting to me to realise this.
      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
      No not yet.
      6. This week did you practice one of the Intuition Development exercises? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
      Not really. Been acknowledging trees.

      1. Meditations: Breathing, Hara Breathing practice

      2. Who did I talk with: Max. He has been losing weight and looked a bit off yesterday. I got a strong impression from him that he is OK just tired sometimes. He doesn’t want to go on meds if it something serious like his brother had. I will be taking him into the vet tomorrow.

      3. Gratitude: Kola still has days when her hearing is good. She knew we were having a package delivered yesterday before we did. The guy was still out in the driveway far from the porch.

      4. Questions/Discoveries: Max has been trying to tell me about a special treat he wanted. Wow – was he ever excited when I finally figured it out!

      5. FAT: I did not make time for November’s FAT. I’m not sure why I am not making time for it. I usually enjoy it and do quite well. I seem to be caught up in other things but I know I could make time. Need to examine that.

      6. Intuition exercises: When conversing with Max, I asked him to move his head or look at me if I was getting things right – and he did. I also listed to Monthly bonus training on Reiki. Very interesting and I will practice what was taught.

I just asked Hawkeye about if he could tell me a joke. He sent an image of him knocking an object off or something. He says the lesson or point is to teach people that humans don’t have to be so orderly. It’s good to sit with uncomfortability if there’s no harm. He said cats also enjoy seeing à humans response to such things. He sent an image of a cat playing chess and drumming his/her paws where the nails are.

      Accountability : Nov 28-Dec 4

      1. Meditation
YouTube: Guided meditation for you and your Dog. 9 min. (Sun) Animal communication chakra meditation for clarity and confidence 17 min. (Tue) 20-Minute Guided Meditation: Initiate Receiving Now! Connect With Your Deep Intuition
Hemi-Sync: (Tue) The magical Path 20 min

      2. Communication with ATH
I communicated with Terrianne McGrath’s dog, Jade: “My job is to protect the family including Sophie and Athena. They don’t think they need to be protected. Sometimes I just need to look and act tough, but Mom says I’m really a sweetie. Sophie is the one who will attack if necessary, but I’ll help and probably Athena too. Seriously, we never need to attack. We’re just ‘the girls’. I like bones to chew on, big bones, and I like to shake things, tear them apart. I like to chase rabbits and squirrels but they are too fast. Sometimes I play with Sophie and Athena. We get along pretty well. –most of the time—[I see little tiffs now and then especially over food] Yes, we argue over food sometimes, or treats or bones, but it’s never really serious, just reminding each other of their territory. I got hurt once, but it healed OK. It was Athena. Sophie’s not so fussy about food. She gets upset about toys. I like the big ring. She likes the rope. Athena’s not picky. She likes to tear them up. We just like to have fun! Ha Ha! That’s a joke! (Girls just like to have fun)

      3. Being grateful: I’m grateful for the food on my table, roof over my head, clothes on my back, and a husband who loves me.

      4. Questions and Discoveries
I’m getting more positive feedback which is real exciting. Consequently, I’m getting braver and more willing to take risks. I’m also wondering why I’m avoiding the Intuition/hearing exercises.

      5. Communication with FAT: Sharon K’s dog Snowy. I see/feel a concerned dog, one who wants to please, to help. A very loving dog, a little shy. “Yes, I’m a little shy sometimes, but only until I get to know someone. Then I shake and wiggle a lot. I’m shy around other dogs and even cats. I like to snuggle and sit on laps. I wiggle then too, until I get comfortable. I like to lick. People taste good. I don’t play with toys much. Sharon buys me lots of toys, but I’m not really interested. I’d rather snuggle or play tug-of-war with a sock. Sharon works a lot and I stay home and nap. Sometimes we go for walks or to the dog park. I don’t like that. Sometimes I have to stay at a kennel when she goes away. I don’t like that either. I do like to run in circles and bark when she comes home. Then we snuggle a lot. That’s great! I think life is all about being with your family and snuggling.”

      6. Intuition development lessons and exercises
I’ve found that I’ve been avoiding two exercises, #2: Clairaudience & Conscious Hearing, and #7: Clairaudience & Soft Focus Hearing. I’m not sure why this is but they obviously both have to do with hearing. I just couldn’t seem to relate to them. I chose to do a 20 minute meditation on connecting with your deep intuition from YouTube. I asked my intuition about my hesitation to do the hearing exercises. The guidance I got was that this was not my strength. Visualization, touch, among others, were my strengths and I didn’t know what to with hearing. All the more need to work on it……But that doesn’t help me to get over my avoidance. May have to find some baby steps

      1. Which meditations did you do

Stress Busting, Meditate whilst clearing up dried fallen leaves and quick check of garden plants after high winds

      2. What is the name or species type of the being you practiced communicating with

A sweet lovely rabbit in a pet shop’s glass cage. The rabbit, hopping back and forth and on/off a ledge seemed stressed. He stopped his actions, came over and sat quietly looking at me with his beautiful eyes. Assured the rabbit, who didn’t like being in the glass cage, it was for his safety whilst there were too many people around. Also a kind guardian will adopt him and will have his own home away from the pet shop. Explained, as much as I would like to, I couldn’t take him home with me. Before leaving the shop I glanced back at the rabbit who had not moved

Told the budgies in the pet shop who were flying and chattering so loudly and over each other in the large cage that I couldn’t understand what they were saying. Numerous budgies flew to my side of the cage to say ‘hello’. Spent several minutes with the birds

As always, chat to the neighbour’s cats – Tuxedo princess and Tabby Princess.

      3. What are you grateful for this week

Great progress with Tuxedo Princess, a neighbour’s cat. When inside my home Tuxedo has not raced to chase tabby princess from the garden for several weeks. No more flying curtains, scratching the glass door to be let out or chirping – hopefully !!! They will happily sit close together by Tabby’s front door or another neighbour’s front door and generally hang out together around the 8 terrace houses where I live without a a problem. Tuxedo often leaves my back garden, climbs and walks across the fence to the second house from me and drops into Tabby Princess’s home or sits on the garden shed. It’s fun watching them. Both are the same species – cats – but different characters/personalities.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher

      Not yet

      6. Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week

As daylight hours are getting shorter and shorter, the house is in darkness when I arrive home. Am heightening my senses (often eyes closed as well) to feel and sense my way throughout the home, Also with eyes open to adjust to the darkness and make out the outline of objects . I’ve bumped into numerous pieces of furniture.

      1. Which meditations did you do?
      – Awakened 3rd eye yoga meditations x 1
      – 2 x awaken your intuition meditations from YouTube
      – Meditation on Mindfulness – releasing thoughts meditation x 1
      – Kyle Gray morning meditation x 1
      – 2 domains of reality meditation x 1
-`Grounding and heart- centre meditation and sending out love – most days various lengths of time.

      2. Which animal(s) did I communicate with?
      – I’ve communicated with a friend’s cat, with whom she wasn’t sure whether or not he was experiencing pain in his teeth and whether to let the vet clean them. As I connected in I felt a little discomfort on the left side of my jaw, and when I asked him to sale it, got a 4/10. I explained about the vet and what yhey would do to clean the teeth if he wanted it. I then lost connection and couldn’t pick it up again, so I will retry again.
      – I also spoke to 50 today after seeing Ber’s post on Facebook. I shared the communication on there.

      3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one thing.
This accountability thread to keep me on task. Time is passing by so quickly, it forces me to make time to practice, keep up with my meditation and keep tapping into my intuition.

      4. Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
I’m finding a fine balance now between relaxing enough to empty my mind, but staying present enough to keep my focus. Sometimes when I communicate with animals, it feels like I’m zoning out completely and going into a dreamlike state, from which I then lose connection.
There currently seems to be a limit on how long I can hold the connection for.

      5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
Not yet. Not much time this week.

      6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
Whilst walking to work I’m trying to practice expanding my awareness to be more aware what’s around me, especially the animals.

      1. 4-7-8 20 min guided meditation, detaching and setting parameters, quieting my mind and stress busting. Just sitting in the pre dawn darkness and quietly meditating.

2.I talked to Layla about Christmas and the changes humans make re decorating, tree, etc. I explained this would only last a couple of weeks and then things would be put away. Golden retrievers hate change, it makes them nervous. I also sang Christmas songs to her. She looks at me and listens.

3.I am grateful for my son and his family who came to help carry heavy decoration packed boxes and celebrate my birthday. I am also grateful for my hubby who understands about AC. I am grateful for my angel Layla and the masterclasses I have listened to over the past couple of weeks.

      4. I realized the animals understand what I am saying.

      5. No I haven’t yet, still working on blocks.

6.I listened in silence in the dark for noises. I tried to identify them.(noisy visiting hungry racoon, feral cat, the furnace starting up.)
Feeling very tired and grappling with my fears, working with my ego and inner guides. Sometimes I just want to step away and do something that brings me peace and joy. I know this journey is not an easy one. The answers are not always easy to hear. Will keep trying.

      1) Mediations: My daily morning meditation, shaman drumming meditation, and connect with animals exercise.

      2) Communicate with at least one animal: I connected with Martha’s cat Hawkeye. We chatted about the cold weather we are experiencing, his home life, Serenity, and about that it is time for me to make a website and start my AC business.

      3) Grateful For: I’m grateful for a period of resting and recharging my energy/filling my cup/self loving & caring for myself. I’m also grateful for new experiences. I experienced connecting with my aunt and receiving messages while she was in a coma.

      4) Questions/Discoveries: I discovered that I fear changes because my childhood changes are still being processed. I was moved around 7 times until I turned 18. Every 3-4 years a move.

      5) Communication with FAT: Not not yet. I was in a rest period this past week. I plan on connecting with Snowy at the Q&A next Saturday.

      6) Intuition Development/Exercises: Reading exercises to grow clairvoyant skills and feeling my food.
