Turns out that some of the email systems are no longer able to communicate with each other especially when specific email addresses are used.
Those of you with AOL and YAHOO accounts may have noticed a drop off in the number of emails you receive, including from us but not just us.
YAHOO users: About a month ago YAHOO changed the their system and are now working to recover from indicating that all email sent to any YAHOO addressees from Infusionsoft (the emailer system we use) were Blocked. They expect this effort to take at least a month of work.
Similarly, AOL emails as have also been impacted and Blocked emails have occurred.
Once an email address is marked as BLOCKED, it is blocked forever and takes individual manual effort between the mailer (us) and the mailing system (in our case Infusionsoft)
We suggest that you get an email address that is neither AOL nor YAHOO, then tell us your different email address so we can keep sending you notices of classes, recordings and other useful items. While we are not explicitly recommending any particular email address format, some options for you may include in alphabetical order comcast.net (from Comcast/Infiniy), gmail.com (free from Google), icloud.com (Apple), msn.com (Microsoft). You get the idea. There are other options out there as well.
And for those of you want the gory bits: Once YAHOO (and likely AOL) have corrected things on their side, then Infusionsoft for ALL of their customers for their thousands of customers will have to manually change each email address to remove it from off of a Blocked Forever list. This could take a while. While we aren’t sure what is happening with competitors to Infusionsoft, we suspect some challenges there too with the older, ah classic, addresses. (For the record, yes, I do still remember my AOL address tho I haven’t checked nor used it lately.)

Jade is doing her best to reach out to everyone who’s email has been blocked or “bounced” because of the recent breakup between yahoo and verizon, which as best we can tell started this newest problem with email deliverability with yahoo and aol. If you haven’t been receiving our emails, please email us directly at contactval@valheart.com.
Yahoo says they are actively working on the issues and say it will be resolved in the next month or so. Then our email service and the Fabulous Jade, Infusionsoft, will have to sort out the issue that caused on our end. Who knows how long that will take? :O
Noting that there is some irony reflected here between communicating with animals where the communications aren’t received properly by both parties through no known fault of either! hahah
In the meantime, here’s what you can do:
1) RECOMMENDED: If you have an alternate email, let us know. We can update that in the system so your emails aren’t blocked until yahoo and aol (and Infusionsoft) can fix the problem. You’ll access your account through your other email as your username when you login.
