Kathryn W has volunteered to host her dog, Maisy, as our next Featured Animal Teacher (FAT). You will enjoy getting to know this wonderful animal teacher. Gold and Platinum members will have an opportunity to connect with Maisy along with Val on the Q&A call Saturday, December 11 using the new call in numbers (and check your time on a world clock). We encourage all of you to connect with Maisy now and throughout the month.
Tune into Maisy first and see what you sense. It’s not just about getting words although that’s a lot of fun when it happens. Remember that telepathic comes from ‘tele’ meaning over a distance like telephone and television, and ‘pathic’ that comes from pathos. So literally telepathic is emotion over a distance.
How does Maisy feel to you? Happy? Sad? Excited? etc. Ask Maisy ice breaker questions as you might with any new teacher. It’s not about “getting the right answer” but about connecting with a wonderful animal.
Have fun!
Maisy

Hi Group!
Maisy and I are honored to help this month with FAT!
She was displaced early on and certainly has a story to tell. I won’t spoil the fun for you.
I’m here to reply with any of your insight and questions.
– We’ll both talk with you all Sat Dec 13, 2021. See you then.
Warmth, Kathryn -

Hi Kathryn, Thank you so much for sharing the beautiful and elegant Maisy with us.
When I reached out to speak with her, she was eager to give a “ very important”message. Her message was “keep stepping and never, ever give up”.
I asked her to tell me more why she had such a strong message. She said to give it some thought and that anything you really want requires commitment and determination. Surrounded by her radiance, I felt warm and very content. Just being in her presence made me feel so peaceful. She definitely has much wisdom and warmth to share with all of us. Much love to both of you… Jo -

HI Jo! Thank you so much for your note! Yes, Maisy is a loving, determined little girl. She is always observing, helping with chores, watching me plant flowers, even watching ‘daddy’ shave… amazing amounts of energy. I knew she was super-smart and yet, I’m surprised at her important message.
This shows maturity and reminds of a very wise old owl.
Can’t wait to see what else opens up! Hope you can join us on the call Dec 13th.
Hugs, Kathryn -

Hi Kathryn, Thank you so much for your feedback. Although I have still been practicing and reviewing all my courses, it has been a while since I have been on the forum. The moment I saw Maisy, I said to myself I must communicate with her later. Then I got a strong urgency to stop everything at that moment and speak with her right away, which I did.
I will be at work during the live call but I always listen to the recording later. It will be so exciting to experience what she has to say to everyone. I think she is watching and observing some of us right now. I will definitely check in with her again.
Much love…Jo -

Hi Kathryn. Thank you for the opportunity to talk to Maisy. I connected with her and this is what I wrote down:
Me: Hello Maisy, would you be willing to talk with me?
Maisy: It is such an honor to be able to help you humans. I am happy to help.Me: Is there any thing you would like to say?
Maisy: I am a very vibrant energetic dog and am fine physically. This is exciting but a bit scary too. This is a great adventure for me, it really is very profound. I am amazed that such an honor has been given to me. I do love humans, well I do love my present family – but others in the past not so much. I am SO happy now, it is paradise for me. I feel that I have been reborn, but I do worry that it will be forever. Is this my forever home now?
Me: Yes (I hope I said the right thing here).
Maisy: That’s so good to know.Me: What do you see as your purpose in your family?
Maisy: I just want to love my family. I want them to love me and look after me – they do it so well and I want them to know I love them very much. I want to bring them joy and fun – they see me having fun and it brings them fun – it makes them happy to be with me. That’s it I want to be an asset to the family, to the pack. To be needed, appreciated and loved, that is my purpose.I sensed Maisy to be vibrant and energetic physically. She seemed curious but a bit cautious with me. I got the impression that she may be cautious and unsure with strange people but is very loving with her family and those that she trusts.
Best wishes. Angela

HI Angela!
Thank you so much for your post!
I am so excited that you were able to see the ‘new Maisy’! Yes, she is well loved and very excitable! She still runs and jumps like a puppy at 5 yrs old!
Interesting that she ask about her forever home… I’ll have to reinforce this to her again!
Yes, she’s not always open to meet new people, and yet, I’m delighted that she is talking to so many people in the group!
I’ll share more on the call Saturday!
Hugs, Kathryn

Hi Kathryn,
I am very new at this so take this with a grain of salt and I admit that what I got is a bit strange and off the beaten path so I’m really curious if either of these two bits of information have any validity.
First, does Maisey have any hip problems?
Secondly, I see Maisey as having a grand exterior facade … a large body with an royal coat … versus herself under that large facade in a smaller body that perhaps she had in a past life?
Very strange indeed.
Yours truly,
Sukey-

HI Sukey!
Thank you for your note!
AS for the hips, she was losing her fur last year on her tail and back end; she’s now on thyroid pills. After she blew-her-coat last month she’s looking a bit scruffy. I checked with my dousing rods -and she is ok, yet, I’ll ask about that on the call Saturday.
I agree, Maisy is presenting a huge presence. She had a rough start in this life, but wouldn’t surprise me if she’s been around a few times.
Talk more on Saturday, Kathryn -

Hi Kathryn and Maisy 🙏🏻💖🙏🏻💖
My first feeling was she’s a Queen in her own good way, figuring stuff out in her head, mild and strong at the same time, loves to hear children giggling, elegant, doesn’t like mud, eat one piece at a time .
Not getting anything directly from her.
Thanks for letting me try.

HI Wolfie! SO glad to see your note.
I think Maisy is ‘quite busy’ in her own space sometimes… so perhaps she needed a rest!
Yes she is delicate in some ways and then, charges through the forest at full speed with no brakes!
We’ll talk more on the call Saturday.Thank you so much for your input.
Warmth, Kathryn

My first sense is that Maisy is very regal. This may be more of an observation of her picture.
I get that she is quietly happy and content. Somewhat laid back and peaceful.
We had a nice chat. I told her that we’d be communicating with her off and on during the month. We also discussed the call on Saturday when we’d all, well many of us, would be connecting with her at the same time. I told her I’d connect with her again then.

HI Margaret! Thanks for articulating this intention to Maisy. We seem to communicate more in pictures than words! She’s a brilliant gal and tough to pin down! LOL!.
I wasn’t sure how she would handle the group call. Will reinforce intention from my end. Talk more on Saturday!
Thanks a bunch, Kathryn -

Kathryn :
She is a queen and also so loving.
Purple Aura came as a word. This is what Maisey told me that I want to write here for you and anybody that is going though a hard time, feels unhappy, and or overwhelmed.
Often when you are IN this rot its hard to get out without exteriorizing it.
so here is what Maisey said to me.
Happiness is a Choice.
What if I feel unhappy? – I asked feeling in the rot.Do something to change it. Make a list meditate on what is bothering you and act on it.
sounds easy but you have to do it. Act on it.
I did a little meditation with her guiding me and got in the zone with her. things started to get more clear.
I will go back to the Maisey for a session.Meeting Maisey went beyond my expectations. I now see that I can get out of this unhappy cloud that is surrounding me and in me.
Thanks Maisey and Kathryn. So much love to you.

Patricia, Thanks so much for sharing your session with Maisy!
Yes, she makes people happy! Her vibration is always high, high HIGH!
I am delighted that she felt ‘ready’ to talk to the group.
AND, I am delighted that she could give you a personal message, beyond expectations’!
She’s a special gal. SO, now that you’ve met, stay in touch with her.
Yes, there’s room for EVERYONE TO BE HAPPY!

So Kathryn, let me first thank you for sharing your incredible girl, Maisy.
I am very new to this still. Today’s call was a great experience.
I still don’t get a lot when I talk to the featured animals. So I kind of did a “warm up” session with Maisy yesterday. She is so beautiful, I felt like I was just complimenting her. Wasn’t getting much, but I asked if she had anything to tell me. And I got this from her,
“You know what you want. GO AFTER IT!” This keeps going through my head now, because I was debating about a possible career advancement and also debating the future of my husband’s business. It was a very timely, significant message she shared.During the call today when I was trying to get something from her, it still wasn’t much: kept hearing “ball”, and I got an image of an incredible Mountain View. Both were validated by you during the call. So at least I know that was en pointe.
But the most significant thing was the actual connection I had with her today. It was just like we were hanging out together quietly, but so intensely connected that I couldn’t leave her, during the whole recap of everyone’s experience. I felt the highest, most intense vibration from her it was nearly overwhelming. A truly profound experience. So much that I didn’t even want to ask any more questions, I wanted just to stay one with her, I told her I would just like to wait and ask questions at a later time.
Sometime during the rest of the call, I revisited my intention for today’s call written on the paper before me….
“ I want to feel confident that I have established a heart connection with Maisy. I need to understand what a heart connection really is on a vibrational/energetic level”
Then I understood exactly that Maisy had single-handedly (single-pawedly?) delivered exactly what I had asked for. I am still overwhelmed as I write this now.
Thank you again, Kathryn, and thank you , Maisy. I am sending love to you both❤️❤️❤️

Lee, I’m so excited that you wrote to me/us in so much detail!
I’ve always been impressed with ‘Amazing Maisy’ , she certainly runs the household!
I am pleased and surprised how many people she connected with, not just hello and what do i like to eat, but really connected; enough to offer advice like a personal counsellor!
WOW!
She has her ‘spots’ in the house where she likes to be quiet, so perhaps that THIS is a big part of her mission on earth; to spread love and joy, and encouragement to humans! (?)
She’s come a long way since we adopted her and certainly lights up everyone’s day along the way!
I’m so GLAD that you connected. Stay in touch, Maisy may have more to say to you!
Hugs and warmth, Kathryn

Hi Kathryn,
Thank you for sharing your beautiful doggy with us. I communicated with Maisy during the class today. It was a wonderful experience and just wanted to post here even though we talk in class. I found that she was easy to connect with right away, she was curious and and put her paw over her eye in a playful and cute way. She has a young and lively energy and all she wanted to do is play, and play and play some more. She was so much fun. This was the message for you she is here to remind you to be light and playful and have fun. I asked her what is her favorite thing to do? and she was running back and forth with a ball. I was asking her if it was her favorite toy and if she could show me another one, the ball was it, yes for sure. What else does she like? She rolled over and wanted me to pet her on her chest and belly, she likes that. She was feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the conversation going on but I said to her that she can handle it. It was an absolute delight to connect with her, I ask if I could see her aura, this is not something I usually see or do but i thought I give it a try today, I saw a blue and very light energy around her. I am so glad you were able to validate my experience with Maisy on the phone and it was educational to understand that even though she felt so lively and playful, i would of guess that she was a puppy and I would of been off if i would of gave an age to a client. Thank you so much.-

HI Bernice! Thanks for your recapping your notes! I just love that Maisy connected with you!
yes, she’s overcome some obstacles early on and now has a mission to spread joy and cheer to ALL! Everyone loves Maisy. To know that she was on valium, a muzzle, and bad dog…on her way back to the breeder a few years ago makes me cringe. I was in the right place to embrace her into our home. She has brought so much joy to all of us.
My hubby just melted that first morning when she sat down in the bathroom and watched him shave!
Yes, she still is a bit shy with strangers (i’m ok with that.) but easily makes a warm connection and cultivate ‘pets’ quite easily.
Keep talking with her, she seems to enjoy the privilege of talking with humans.
All the best, Kathryn

Oh I see now that when she put her paw over her eye, she might have been showing me that she is a little shy? even though she was so comfortable and curious with me… not sure

HI! i wish to thank you all who participated in talking to Amazing Maisy!
Wow, I had no idea that she was such a mature soul AND such a playful Teacher-counselor all at the same time! And, one student mentioned the word ‘Angel’ as her purpose, too!
(Maybe it is all those self-help webinars I listen to…) She has certainly brought joy, love and more to a deeper level in our home!
Please stay in touch with her. Together we can make the world a better place.

Thank you Kathryn for your feed back, I can feel that she was comfortable with the group for sure and she is shining bright for sure. Sometimes the animal is showing me an image and I wonder how significant it is. I thinks now that I needed to ask about the paw to see what she met by it exactly. Thank you

Maisy is insistent with telling me she wants to go shopping with you! Does this make sense to you? Ha ha!
Joy :0)-
12/14/2021 at 9:40 am #86316Kathryn WilkingInactive Member
Oh what FUN!
I’m not sure what that’s about, but maybe we can unpack this!
Did she mention WHAT you were to shop for?
We live on a rural road in ‘cottage country’ and with covid, don’t get out much. And yet, when we do come home from a ‘shopping trip’: groceries, hardware, pet store… etc. There are many bags with interesting things in them. Maisy and her brother love to dive into the packages before i put everything away. Perhaps she’s sharing this task for you to have more FUN ways to enjoy life.
Another twist, I am a feng shui coach and often shop for clients, mostly by PC these days, but often find something interesting to forward and talk about.
Maybe she hears the excitement in my voice when I find the perfect (whatever). LOL!
Let me know if she comes up with more info! Love the conversation, Kathryn OX

Hi Kathryn,
I checked in with Maisy. She was all excited and told she was in a “whirlwind”. I asked what she meant and
she said she is getting lots and lots of attention, questions and curiosity from so many of us. She just wanted to make that point and that was all she had to say. Unfortunately, I wasn’t on the live call but looking forward to hearing the recording. Much love to both of you…Jo-

HI Jo! Glad you mentioned this. Maisy has been a little more ‘needy’ this week demanding ‘pets’ more than usual… she’s also growing into herself learning to talk with humans; sounds like she is LOVING IT!

Copied from Accountability post then edited.
Maisy, the beautiful dog who is our FAT this month. I asked her how she was enjoying being FAT and about last week when everyone talked to her at once. I think she is enjoying it but glad not to have everyone talking to her at the same time again.
I told her that I had wanted a collie ever since watching a show (Lassie) with a collie when I was a child. I shared that I lived in a small two room apartment and we agreed it would not be large enough for a dog.
I also asked her about Roxy’s bald tummy and upset and we agreed to wait until I talk to Val tomorrow and see what she says. I also asked about the bumps on Missy’s forehead and she did not know what that was about.
She is a wonderful spirit, a high level spirit. I asked her about her job as a dog and she said to protect her people, not just to protect them physically but to protect them spiritually.

HI Margaret! Thanks for your note!
Yes, Maisy is AMAZING, and she’s really grown these past few weeks chatting with humans! Yes, high spirited indeed!
Regarding her forehead, the breed does have a ridge on forehead, bump between the ears. More prominent on the larger males.
I was wondering if I could use her assistance when talking with other animals, you asked her first! What fun!
All i can figure about Roxy’s bald tummy is an allergy of sorts. Keep us posted.
Thanks, Kathryn

Hi Kathryn and Maisy 💖🙏🏻
I would like to hear your idea about joy Maisy, if you don’t mind.
Sure, it’s a kind of bubbly feeling in me and it’s a fun one I like a lot. Some days I decide to just look for what feels like fun and it gives me a really good feeling in my body and to everyone around me as well, I know they can feel it.
Me: I’m sure they can, and what a great way to be and spread it to your family.
Can you say something more about joy?
M: Yes, there’s different depths of joy. There’s playing, that includes moving around, that a good way of feeling it. There’s also memories that can be brought to life with scents, sounds or thoughts and that’s a different more subtle way of feeling joy, more in the heart.
Me: I will definitely explore joy more and make sure to do it every day and spread it around me.
Thank you kindly fir playing with me Maisy, you’re very beautiful 😍. 🙏🏻❤️-

Wow Wolfie! Really great conversation with Maisy, she was ready for you this time!
I can also say how amazed I am that Maisy is delivering such wise wisdom for many of the group members!
Definitely exercise makes me feel better and more joyful too! That’s where the ‘play ball’ comes in almost every day… except when there is snow on the lawn – balls go missing in action!
Also, when one is in tune with the senses, the world expands, and JOY! Almost like putting on new glasses to see what is new! A great way to go deeper into the spiritual connection.
Thanks so much for your note, Kathryn 🙂 -

Interesting that she also has bumps on her forehead. Since Missy is a cat that really does not apply to her situation I was asking about. I had hoped Val could work with her during my recent laser session, but once again Roxy’s digestive issues and choice of cat food took the entire session. I will continue to ask about Missy’s bumps on her forehead in hopes that someone can help.

Hello Kathryn, Here’s what I got when I tried to connect to Maisie.
She greeted me with her nose against my leg.
Maisie is an old soul. She is very grounded.
She likes chicken and salmon.
Does she have some horses living near? Or has she had a horse companion?
She has a very warm heart.
She told me that Collies are known for helping humans. They have a specific mission wiht humans.
She is very self composed. Her green heart chakra was open and huge.
Does she have a stiff back right hip?
Is there a bed of a faded reddish colour?
She is your protector and guide. She reminds me of the dog in Peter Pan, Nanna – she looks out for and looks after people.
She showed me pictures of playing fetch with a stick. She threw a ball at me. She said Play. It’s fun. Come and play with me.
She likes to walk with you. There is countryside or farm land around.
She said about you: She allowed me to get my space back. I was treated badly. There was lack of respect. I had to defend myself. I do not apologise for defending my honour. She was bossed around and made to do things against her will. She says that because of this, she learned to defend her honour and dignity. It was an important lesson for me. I needed to realise my own dignity. It mae me fight harder to be me, and to get my strong heart, my brave heart out.
I asked her about my dog Elsa: she said – she pushes boundaries. She plays. She is focused. She has an intense engagement with life. (All this is correct about Elsa.)The connection seemed to get stronger as we went on so I’m not very sure about the stuff at the beginning.
Thank you,
Rosemary-

HI Rosemary! Thanks for your note!
I love that Maisy is connecting with so many of the members!
Let’s look at some background, its a bit fuzzy, and it didn’t come up on the Saturday call.
I believe she was being groomed to be a show dog. She has the perfect ‘points’, a smaller sized collie and a full white fur ‘collar’ (ring) around her neck. Yes, all the points.
I can also tell that she was strictly trained, and will stand ‘at attention’ while being groomed… not many dogs do that. The show dog life is not for all dogs.. particularly if they have another mission in life.
As for the horses, I believe when the breeders gave up on her (snapping at strange people poking her) she was put out to pasture with horses and other animals. Until they puller her away from her brothers and animal friends to fly her across the country to a 2nd home at 8 months old.
We are her 3 rd owner… we got her at 16 months old. If you heard the recording: sad, muzzled, and on drugs (similar to valium) no voice. Our male collie Quinn is just 14 months older than her; a really good pair with a tight connection. I really give him 50%+ credit for helping her settle into a lovely pet- confident, happy and eager to help. (she also runs our household)
I love that you asked her about your dog Elsa! And, all correct!
Maisy is 5 yrs old now, February birthday, and she’s just coming into her prime.
I’m so glad you had a chance to speak with her.
Hugs and love, Kathryn -

H Rosemary, just thinking about a few things.
Several of the group members mentioned Maisy’s hip. And, I didn’t connect w that.
And yet,
a few months ago, Maisy and Quinn were playing ball, of course, and they collided with each other! Quinn actually landed on Maisy’s right leg. She was limping for a few days and i took her in to vet.
It’s been a while… July? I think she had a shot and also a pill for a week. and, i forgot about it.
I wonder IF… this is still bothering her?
Thanks for bringing this forwards (repeatedly) for me to address.
All the best, Kathryn

Hi Kathryn. I tried to talk to Maisy again and this is what I recorded:
Me: Hello Maisy would you be able to talk with me?
Maisy: Yes of course, it’s wonderful that you have contacted me again. I am here to help all you humans – we know you struggle but we are able to help you. It is so important, we love to do this for you – to be with you in this special way. I feel your loving heart, but that you have some hurts just like me.Me: Could you tell me something about your past life?
Maisy: I was sad, I was not loved. I was made to feel a burden – it was upsetting for me. I could not understand why I was not loved. I just wanted to be of service but I was ignored and rejected. It was very hurtful for me. I gave my heart but it was not wanted. So I was very sad and then my guardian angel came along and saved me – and now I could not be happier. I feel loved and needed, it is wonderful. You see I was a rescue dog and I have been given a second chance. I never forget the horrors of my past and I am so grateful to be in my new home. I do so hope that it will be my forever home, because I couldn’t bear to think of having to leave and be in a horrible situation again. Life is wonderful now, I do realize how lucky I am. So life can be horrible and then a miracle happens and then it can be wonderful. I know I am one of the lucky ones. I try to bring my family pleasure.Me: Do you enjoy talking to humans?
Maisy: Yes I love talking to humans, being of service. Some are good, some not so good. Quite a few are stumbling but I am trying to guide them. It would be good if everyone was like Val, but I suppose if you keep practicing you will get there. But it is a puzzle that you humans find it so hard. Why is this?. It’s a shame you have separated yourself from Nature but we are here to help you get back – come back to who you really are, to remember that you are just like us. So keep trying you will get there. I am always here for you.I asked Maisy what she loved to do for fun and I got the impression of her running after a ball that had been thrown from a ball thrower. She liked to compete for the ball with another dog and return it time and again. Maisy said ” I love to run and feel the wind in my fur, to feel free, to be outside in Nature – that’s what I love and also to love my family. We love you for trying to talk to us, to help us.”
All best wishes. Angela

HI Angela! OMG! Maisy is really opening up! This is AMAZING!
I had no idea that she was so mature and had SUCH an understanding of the English language!Incredible! I don’t get that much intense talks with her. Mostly pictures or “i just know’, but a complete conversation with many of the group members just amazes me!
I know she’s a happy dog and she has certainly brought joy and love into our home.
Bless you along the journey of life. Thanks SO MUCH for sharing back to me.
Warmth, Kathryn

Hi Kathryn,
Thank you for offering Maisy to be the FAT. She’s a beautiful dog and beautiful Soul. Right away when I connected with her she told me to do what I want and not be afraid. I thanked her and told her I had been struggling with fears among other things. She told me to have Confidence and follow my heart. You’re on the right path for finding and following your heart and already have found it. I thanked her.
I asked her if I could ask her something. I asked her how I can put Serenity’s ear drops in her ears without having to be tough and without her getting scared and as a result not getting real close to me as without her sending drop time and then getting scared and running and hiding. She said what I sensed earlier by my Soul stepping out or moving out is good so I can be in my heart. She said to let this transform me to being nurturing and warm and letting Love take over without fear and to not be afraid of ANYTHING. She said to honor her in general and respect her. If she doesn’t want it don’t push it where it’s scary. If she doesn’t get it, Love will Heal it. She said come from things from her point of view -because of your fear and being stuck in your mind, she doesn’t feel confident in you and she doesn’t feel nurtured. Continue with letting your Soul step out-don’t be afraid of things. Open up to people. Take chances. Stop thinking ! As for Medicine for Serenity – come from your heart and feel her. I Love you and you two Love each other.
I thanked Maisy and told her I Love her. I gave her a hug and pat on the head.-

HI Martha! thank you for sharing the conversation with Maisy!
I’m touched!
I’m amazed that Maisy can connect with so many of the group and offer such WISE advice; and very specific indeed!
When i met her, i immediately wanted to help. She was a lost soul, down on her luck and I still saw something special in her. Our male collie Quinn, immediately took her under his wing and we all embraced her. She knows what it is like to be lost, unloved and scared.
I’m SO GLAD she can help you with Serenity! And, she’s right: Serenity knows what she needs to heal! If she’s having a ‘bad reaction’ to something (emotionally, mentally or physically.) the ‘medicine’ alone won’t help.
You may convince her ear drops is for ‘her best interest’, and yet, trust is a big part of this.
Val has some great meditations to chill out a bit, so you can smell the roses. You two love each other, so this doesn’t have to drive you apart.
I hope you chat with Maisy again with an update.
All the best to find peace and love in your home, Kathryn

1 Did you meditate this week?
Yes. Several short break of appx 5 – 10 min each as busy week
2 What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
12 year old Cat called Mitzi
She will staying in her own home, has own routine and medication, while her guardian on 3 weeks holiday. The guardians’ daughter lives nearby and will visit times daily and when possible stay overnightThe guardian wanted reassurance and as Mitzi not had been left on own for so long before Also wanted to let Mitzi know what was happening and what can she do to help Mitzi.
After talking to Mitzi and letting her know the situation that she is not being abandoned and mum loves her so much, suggested to guardian that she talks to Mitzi, heart to heart, giving her details of what was happening re arrangements. Leaving suitcases around the house and near front door. Sending mind/ heart to heart pictures/videos of where the guardian is visiting. Tune into Mitzi daily at regular time to connect with her. Use mobile when daughter at the house so Mitzi can see, look and hear her mum. Also for Mitzi to play the day/night game – count the night/day till mum comes home. Also count the times the daughter visits and the numbers of days left .
Await feedback when guardian arrives back homeLearnt that guardian and animal both need reassurance
3 Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week
Celebrate , I feel very privileged that animals trust me to share their past lives with me which often has been a traumatic experience for them.
4 What questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? What discoveries did you have?
Can we learn more about animals past lives, the effects, and meanings and so on. Also learn more about symbology5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If not, why not? If so, what happened (give us an overview of the conversation)? If you did, remember to post what you got in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Started couple of – Maisy but interrupted so will try again. Looking forward to connecting with FAT Will post in forum6. This week did you play one of the Intuition Games? If so, which one? If not, what did you do this week to practice growing your intuition for easier connection and communication with animals?
Yes. As, normal at every opportunity. When walking thru local park to feed squirrels I take time guessing which ones will appear, as they have different personalities and appearances. Also guess total numbers of how many will come for food. Need to check modules games -

Hi Kathryn,
Thank you for having the opportunity to talk to Maisy.
This is what I got:
When I tune into her energy, I feel, that she has a sparklin energy full of life. She is very fast in her thinking and understanding and her energy can be on many different placess in almost no time. She is also very healthy and strong bodywhise. She feels good in her body, she feels happy, where she is and she is first a bit hesitant to responds to my contact. Also I´m gentle and not make myself visible straight away, so we are both trying getting to know each others energy slowly. She seems to be careful in general, with what she gets into contact. she is very smart. Now I can see the picture of her spitit, she transmitts to me and it is a very bright, shining, sparkling female energy in the form of an fine woman, but also without gender.
She is very happy and thank ful to be with you and she says, she does not wanna talk about her bad experience in the past with me. She is an earth angel, she transmits. she is here to make a lot of own learning and transforming in this life and she is full of love and whisdom. she says, she is very thankful, if you help her just with the every day things (food, bed, walking at certain times) because she is not so good with that subjects. she has not learned the stability jet and sometimes she feels that the connection to earth is not so feelable for her, but when she feels her safe surrounding and her bed and family, then she can connect very easily.
She tells me now, that she needs to go, but we will talk an other time.
Thank you Maisy, it is a pleassure for me.-

HI Nicole! Thank you so much for your post! I am delighted that Maisy is connecting with so many of this group!
Yes, she is a bit shy-hesitant when meeting new people, but she warms up rather quickly.
Yes, she does bring joy to so many, and i like the way you described this as ‘transmits a bright, sparkling female energy in form of a fine woman, but also without gender’. Interesting.
Thank you for validating a few things: she doesn’t want to relive the past ( i can guess- speculate) and… she needs me right now for her care and love while she is on her mission to learn and grow.
I expect she’ll reveal more to me when she is ready.
Thank you so much for your connection with Maisy, she is amazing, and I’m sure she’ll love to connect with you again. Together we can make the world a better place.
Warmth, Kathryn -

Hi Kathryn. Sorry to be a bit late in posting but I had a quick talk to Maisy today.
I asked Maisy how she felt about Quinn and got “I love him, he welcomed me when I came to the home. I am so grateful for that as I was very frightened but he looked after me. I will always love him for that. I was so anxious and nervous then, not like how I am now. I am a different dog now.”
I asked Maisy what she disliked and got “loud noises, it makes me nervous, fireworks, I hate loud bangs. Also getting my fur wet.”
I asked Maisy where she slept at night and got “Quinn and I sleep together. We sleep on the bed with our humans. We are a pack you see. Us dogs can protect our humans – it is what we are meant to do. We love it, it is our purpose.”
I asked Maisy where she went for her walks and wrote down “stone walls, a village, fields, in the country, hedges, country lanes. Quinn and I are on a lead and then we are let off, a big grassy area. A ball, running after it, very excited, LOVE IT. One of my great pleasures. I am very sedate on the lead and then BOOM I’m off.”
I asked Maisy about her home and got “Cottage, single story, cozy, comfortable.”
I don’t know if any of this is accurate – I always have problems when I ask specific questions, rather than letting the animal say what they want to.
All best wishes for a happy new year. Angela

Hi Angela! Thank you so much for your note! I am delighted that so many in the group have connected with our Maisy-girl!
You are correct on many details: Agreed, she doesn’t like having the shower spray wash off her paws on the muddy days.
Yes, she’s a perfect pup on her leash, and then, ‘click’ she’s OFF RUNNING! What fun!
She seems to be unaffected by the washing machine, vacuum and wood chopping… and earlier on I would tie on her a soft T-shirt during the fireworks; extra cuddles. I did know about which other loud noises she’s referring to.
I’d like to clarify: My dogs don’t sleep in our bed! LOL!
Shortly after we got Quinn, we discovered he had juvenile mange and was very sick, so we brought his crate into the master bedroom so he could feel our love and presence… and it continued.
When we adopted Maisy 2 yrs later, she was so scared and nervous (all true you wrote above) we finally got her upstairs to sleep with Quinn and us (the pack mentality) SO, YES, they sleep in our room, not in the BED!
Maisy has her own ‘Sherpa blanket’ on the floor next to my side of the bed. Quinn has a foam pad on the other end of the room. They are with me/us constantly.
We did move (sept 2018) into a cottage-style home on the lake. It is a two story house.
Thank you for taking with Maisy, i know she loves these conversations.
All the best in your endeavors this year, Kathryn

Hi Kathryn,
I had a wonderful conversation with Maisy today. She playfully asked if she could stay in this position. I asked her to explain.
She went on to explain that she learned so much from all of us. Then she laughed and said she had no idea we humans were so complicated. She also said she really enjoyed pointing out things we overlooked in life.
I told her that even if she wasn’t the “ Featured Teacher” she could always be our teacher and could come back to us or we could come to her anytime. Also, I told her she was so lucky to have Kathryn right there with her who she could talk to anytime on any day.
I told her how much we loved to hear her thoughts, ideas, insights and wisdom.
Thank you both for taking the time to share so much time and love with us (especially at this time of year). Much love, Jo-

Hi Jo! Thanks for chatting with Maisy again!
She is just loving the attention from the group and is happy to continue to chat!
Who knew she’d blossom with all this attention? She was terribly not socialized when we met and now ‘trusts who Mommy trusts’ so much better; but still a bit shy/hesitant to some.
I chuckle a bit when she mentions ‘her position’; what an honor for her to speak to humans!
Yes, please continue to connect with her in the future.
All the best, Kathryn- This reply was modified 3 years ago by Kathryn Wilking.

Sorry so late in sending this in. Had computer problems for over a week.
Thnkyou for allowing me to talk to the amazing, cheerful MaisyLikes: Walks with mum. Shown a soft toy – like a doll? Maisy not really into toys. Being brushed – looking smart. Having fun and wants more fun. Her home
Dislikes: Nothing really. Says she pretty easy going now
Character: Proud, Queenly, Majestic, doesn’t tolerate fools gladly. Easy going. Smart, nosey. playful
Maisy was gleefully jumping in anticipation as she greeted me How are you today. Great . Been out for walk
She showed me her and mum walking, which she enjoys, along a wooden promenade, shops nearby but didn’t stop at the shops and go inside and also sand and water . On the sand, a woman with young boy are throwing a red and white ball to each other Sand and water could be symbolic or wishful thinking on her part.
A black shaggy type dog headed towards whom Maisy called ‘Freddie’ Maisy described the dog as being very funny. Well he thinks he is, The wisecracks he comes out with makes us laugh. I asked if she liked having fun. Yes and mum does too.
We’re almost home. Maisy remarks as we enter a quieter road Am shown a white fallboard house with lawn in front that contains a red seated swing. That’s for her grandson she said. This seemed a
general comment on passing the houseA mesh door is opened and Maisy is let off the leash and trundles from room to room.
Shown, white kitchen with light woods counters. At foot/side of a cabinet, on the light shiny floor sit two aluminium dog food bowls. Shown what could be an island or a breakfast bar. Light coloured wooden table and chairsAre you looking for something. No, she replies. I’m showing you where I live. Thankyou I say. That’s nice of you. You’re welcome.
I feel the home is on the compact size. The home is full of plants, greenery mostly, don’t see many flowers. Shown, dark highly polished vintage style furniture. Light coloured multi rugs on hard brown floors. I sense one room is/used as an office or some kind of work completed in this room. I sense the owner involved or has an hobby of interior design. The home is tastefully furnished with calm, inviting atmosphere. It’s not a ‘show’ home but a well loved home
We are now in outside back, lawn area of house. The boundary fence design fits well with the house. Light brown slatted panels. Light grey/pale blue strip Sun chairs and metal filigree design garden table
When Maisy mentioned liked being brushed and looking smart she carried on with. Must look smart when going out. I asked if there was a reason for this. Her reply.like it. Gives me confidence. Us ladies like being smart. Mum looks smart. She dresses in nice clothes. Tell me more. Mom – business or casual clothes – smart trousers, shirt and a jumper over her shudders.
Message for mum: I love her. She makes me happy and I make her happy. We are one.
Thankyou for sharing all this information with me. She’s amazing
Thankyou Kathryn and Maisy

HI Sandy,
Thanks for your notes! Much appreciated.
Very specific in your details. First, we lived in Vancouver BC for a while; Maisy was with us for about 1.5 yrs before we moved across country…so she remembers both lifestyles. The mountains, sand and some play all from BC.
I don’t know who the black shaggy dog is (?) Could be a playmate from the dog park in BC. Could be our past dog (?); a black tri-color collie that is still here in spirit.
Interesting house tour!
Yes, I am a Feng Shui Consultant and the house is reasonably neat a lot of the time. Since we live on Lake Simcoe in Ontario, the flowers are done for the season, our dock has been pulled in as well as the patio tables and chairs…. so, very interesting that Maisy wanted you to ‘see’ these things!
P>S> the multi-rug you mentioned is a lovely silk weave; a favorite for both pups!
I did not know that Maisy cared -or noticed my clothes! How cute! Yes, she does look smart and confident when we trot down the lane!
As well, back to Maisy: I love her TOO! “She makes me happy and I make her happy. We are one.” She is such a delight to have in our household.
Thanks for your notes, again.
Maisy loves to talk to people, so please connect again when you can.
Warm hugs and good vibes for you. All the best, Kathryn -
