      Hi, I have an appt with Val for a consultation. I believe there is info I need to provide prior to the appt. Does anyone know where I might find that information? My appt is on Wed.

      Hi Arleen!

      Don’t panic!
      When you made the appt there was a field to fill in. If you didn’t just write an email with discussion points.

        Thanks for trying to help her, Lucia! She is a 6 Months FastTrack program student and that program comes with 6 private sessions with me. So this isn’t just a Student Breakthrough Coaching 15 minute session. For her sessions, she is to fill out my Questionnaires like I do with a regular private coaching client. 😉

        Val, You are awesome! It is a very generous part of the 6 month program. I’m a new person, HUmmm maybe it’s I’m more loving version of myself after having our session.
