I am having huge difficulties getting a connection for conversation. I meditate and am open to all signature styles of communication but I get nothing back when I attempt to talk to my animals or a picture of an animal. If is quite frustrating. I have connected two times with animals I was working with hands on and both times I did not solicit communication. I can’t figure out why I’m not able to connect with anyone else.

* leftover from last month * Hi Val, I appreciate that you like to involve animals in decisions about their own care, but there are times when for safety reasons they just need to follow orders. For instance, my cat Kona (the same one who likes to eat ALL the cat food even though the other cats aren’t finished yet) has taken to chewing on electrical cords. I’ve gotten him similar safe alternatives, but recently he chewed all the way through a charging cord, twice. I don’t want him to get electrocuted, and replacing cords is inconvenient and expensive. I’ve tried explaining the situation to him, but I’m not yet able to have a real conversation. How do you have a conversation when the cat doesn’t have a choice in the matter? (I’m tired of policing mealtimes, too, to lock him in another room so the other cats can eat!)

Question from previous month.
What to do in case the vet’s opinion is “there is no other way”, than to give some vaccines, or some new medication?
My vet scared me that we can even take home something infectious on our clothing that we may pick up from the other animals that live outside, and we should vaccinate our friends against some dreadfull diseases.
On the same note and if possible, I am also curious if we should use deworming medicines regularly?
Should we use flea and tick products even if the animals are not having any?

My beloved Pug named Mattie suddenly passed in August, 2021. Within days, she began to communicate with me, telling me that she was coming right back as my prior dog (her housemate) had done. She told me what she wanted her new body to look like as well as how much fun she planned to have in her new life. A couple of months later, I brought a new puppy home that I know is Mattie. The puppy is named Bitsy, and she is doing everything that Mattie’s soul told me to expect. She’s a wonderful pup, and I’m truly glad to have her. But we need to have conversations about her recent behavior because she’s a Cattle Dog, and wants to herd people, cars, and bike riders. Her safety is imperative, needless to say, and I find it easier to communicate with animals that have passed, although Mattie was communicating with me before her death. I could use some help please with connecting to my girl, and talking to her about NOT chasing cars and people on bikes. 🙂

You probably will skip this question as it will be the least important, although there are some important things I really would like to get across to Sabrina like please stop tormenting Georgia. She is old and in pain, she does not need you biting and pulling mher tail to get you to play with her. It hurts her. Nor do you need to grab and pull her hair anywhere, it all hurts. You do not need to be the attention hog. Let her get a drink of water, you will get your turn. I have told her these things, in fact we have fought over them, but she won’t listen and thinks it is all so funny and a big game.
But also Val, remember when you talked with her before I got her and you told me you thought she was with me efore? Then you said you think she is Teddy? Well I think she was definitely with me before but I think she was my Dallas, Teddy’s sire. He was my best show dog, definitely had attitude and taught me so much. Sabrina is so like him and does so many of the same things but I can’t seem to get control of her.
I would appreciate it if you could talk to her.

This is Jaimie White. My dog’s name is Flux (after fluoxetine, the generic name for Prozac). Anyway, my question is a bit unusual and somewhat embarrassing. I have bipolar disorder, along with psychosis. For me, psychosis is where I hear voices. I no longer hear them regularly or telling me what to do. Anyway, last year before I was studying animal communication, I kept getting a message that said “you’re not ready yet.” I didn’t know what I wasn’t ready for. A few months later, Flux and I had our first conversation. Most of the time, I cannot communicate with animals. I think that I am blocking myself somehow. The day before yesterday, we were dog sitting my friend Mary’s dog. I heard a voice that sounded exactly like Mary calling my name. I actually got up and went inside to check the door but no one was there. The dogs would have gone nuts if it was her. When I got back outside, the phone rang and it was her. I don’t know what to think about this. Voices or possibly a test of some kind? Any ideas? Also, I am not sure of my trusted source. I think it is my Maternal grandmother, Edith. If this would better be addressed in a private session, you can remove my post since this question will not apply to anyone else in the group. Thanks, Jaimie

So, I have crystals that I have not cleansed in a long time. I have sage but due to the mold am not sure if it’s safe to burn (I will ask the mold guy who will come and that will take place on a day after the call). I intend to ask him about using Seventh Generation disinfectant wipes on the shell and crystals. I also plan to schedule a consultation with the owner of the Crystal store where I got a lot of the crystals I have about wiping them and to purchase selenite plates. The selenite plates clean the crystals.
I am guessing my idea of using the wipes on them and going ahead to order the selenite plates is good, but I don’t know for sure nor do I know how long they will take to get here.
I don’t want my cats developing additional issues and I have an upcoming dog who had to have an eye removed because of glaucoma.
I had the idea to clear and shield. I am not sure if it would be effective. I also don’t know if it would be effective if the plates aren’t here.
Would it be best to throw out the crystals if I have not gotten the plates?

I hope you don’t mind, I read your question and I thought I would share bit of my insight regarding your crystals. I am a bit of a “Rock Hound” and I recently obtained my CCP (Certified Crystal Practitioner) credentialing. I do crystal healing and Chakra Balancing with animals and humans. (In my spare time)
So here is the good news, you don’t really need the sage, selenite or the wipes to cleanse, charge or program them. You can rinse them under cool water if you are just trying to remove surface dust, but to actually “cleanse” them, you have several other options.
You can place them outside in the Moonlight. The moon is getting fuller every now.
You can also place them out in the Pranic sun for 2-4 hours between 9a-1p
You can bury them in Himalayan Sea Salt for as long as feels intuitively correct.
I used to do any or all of these, as well as putting on a Selenite charge plate.
But the fact of the matter is, there is a much easier way to cleanse , clear and charge them. And that is Sound Therapy with a Singing bowl, a tuning fork, chimes , Tingshas, or even putting them next to a speaker and cranking up the volume. You can even sing to them!
The vibration will restore the crystals DOR (Dominant Oscillary Rate) and serve to both cleanse and charge them.
This is far more efficient and quicker than other methods, which is critical when I have to cleanse stones after a Chakra Balancing session.
As far as programming them, you just need to set your intention for them. Be specific. And they are good to go!
FYI: as long as the crystals have been in your possession the whole time (ie, not brand new from another place) you need not be concerned about them ever being detrimental to the animals. Just be cautious if you are using them physically near the animals for healing purposes, they are much more sensitive to the energy of the crystals than we humans.
I hope this has been modestly helpful, Martha

Thanks, Lee. That’s great to know ! Thank you 🙂

Hi again Val,
Lee gave interesting information. I also wanted to add that I also don’t know where to get selenite plates if I choose to do that. I was in contact with an owner of a crystal store (where I got some of my crystals) about selenite plates back in May or something but ended up not buying any after asking about them. I also asked her questions that maybe seemed weird to her. I also wonder if she has anything to do with the moon. I learned disturbing information from Ed Strachar regarding worshiping the moon or something like that. I wouldn’t want the person to give the selenite plates negative energy in any way because of if she worships the moon or in any way related to me not getting the plates right away nor my perhaps weird questions. However, selenite is white Light energy I think, so I am wondering if the plates would be safe if I choose to get them. Any insight ?

Adding on- in regards to putting crystals under water, my concern is that if there’s toxic flea control from the past on them and /or any natural xylitol from the mints my biologic periodontist put me on and if any of that gets anywhere when the crystals are wet.
I Hope that the health issues my cats and I have are not from not cleansing crystals. I feel badly.

Why do dogs eat poop? My two Havapoos are eating their poop – it’s gross~! I don’t know if they eat each other’s poop, or just their own. They’re both on the same excellent quality feed.

Hi Val I am new in the group I have a cat friend Casper living with me, he is 9 yrs and fantastic. This Summer he has been really I’ll first time ever. It has happened two times, both times 2 days after he has been left in my mothers house when I was on holiday. Both times he stopped eating, changed personally and my mother took him to a vet and first time he had fever infection and next time only fever and unknown infection and a wound after a cat fight. I wounder why he became Ill these two times. He is better now. I wounder why this happened in my mothers house. I tried to ask him but didn’t get an answer that I understand. How do I know what is my catfriends voice and what is my own thoughts. Sincerely Ulrika J Thank you 🙏
