–> It’s Time to Practice with the Accountability Game!
Ready to earn special bonus private coaching time with Val? Here’s how:
One of the most important things to help you stay on track with your goals is to be accountable on a regular basis. To help you with that, once a week please answer these simple questions listed below.
This practice is designed to help you become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, healed and cleared. Mistakes are a necessary part of the journey. There are no right answers here and this is not a test. Just do your best. Doing this exercise will help you improve your skills and be more consciously aware at all times. Remember this is a journey, not a destination. The idea is for you to stay conscious and make progress.
NOTE: All students are invited to play, but only Gold and Platinum Club Members are eligible to earn the Accountability private Coaching Session Awards (value $125).
Here’s how Gold and Platinum Members earn your sessions:
1) Stay Accountable. Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion for the time period of Saturday through Friday to which you can post any day of the week. You are invited to report on you efforts, progress and frustrations during the week since your last post. You don’t have to have perfect results. It is more important that you are trying, taking action and sharing what’s happening for you.
2) When you’ve completed 12 consecutive weeks of accountability posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.” This email will be sent after the new week’s Accountability Discussion has been posted to the Forum. If you miss a week, just start your count over the next week.
3) In the Congratulations email, you’ll receive instructions on how to schedule. Use your time for animal communication mentoring, healing, and/or Val’s help working with your own animal(s).
4) Post each week during the Saturday to Friday timeframe. All posts are automatically time stamped and should align with the appropriate week to apply toward earning a free session with Val. Note: You can’t wait for 3 months then do 12 week’s worth of reporting in 1 week! Having the practice over time will strengthen your Animal Communication intuitive muscles.
MEMBER POSTING INSTRUCTIONS: Just copy these 6 questions into your comment below and answer them. Then click Post.
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Tip: To copy the questions, highlight the text and type ctrl-C (hold down the ctrl key and type a C) then place the cursor in the Reply box and use ctrl-V to paste.
Remember the weekly posting period runs from Saturday through noon 12:00pm Central (Texas) United States Friday which is the same as 5pm in system time shown at the top of your posts (it is the Universal Time (Greenwich, UK)). You can check your own time using the Time Zone converter at:
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter-classic.html
Note: Silver members can Upgrade to Gold or Platinum membership at any time by emailing Support@ValHeart.com and letting us know. Put Upgrade in the subject line.
While only posts answering the above questions count as Accountability Posts, you are welcome to comment on anyone else’s posts. We are here to learn from and inspire each other too! Provide feedback to others and we will learn together.
Much love, Barb & Val

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? I continue my practice daily and working to being more peaceful before I start and going to a very still place first. It’s shifting everything including how I connect with the animals.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes. 1. Zuzu: sick from worms in her gut that don’t want to leave and loosing weight. Took her into the healing workshop. Waiting for feedback.
2. Kuma is fragile healing and itching from surgery. Restless so I suggested outside time will help and it did.
3. Skylar needed to heal from being a street dog before she was rescued. Now she is in her forever home but is still insecure. She did not want to time travel or go to healing vault so I asked my guides to send healing energy to Chakras 1, 2, 3 and 6 after I used a blanket to substitute as Skylar in order to asses where weaknesses were. I asked her how she felt afterwards and she said happy, safe and loved.
4. Found Willi in spirit and conveyed his message to his family.3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I am consistently communicating with animals on a daily basis.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I procrastinate and delay when I don’t feel connected.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Yes. Will post next. What I got on the call was a little different than others and I wondered why I was getting this message from Blue. Lori answered my question to myself during the golden nugget part. 😊6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Marbles. I don’t become still enough and am not accurate at all.

yes I did. I started with the 1st one = quick impressions of animals on the animal teacher handout. I was drawned to Maddie…Here the impressions i got. Maddie is a sweetheart. She loves being taken in photo. She loves posing. She loves people and other animals. She has a lot of love and tenderness. She can be calm as much as she can be mischievous. She loves her “mommy” and she loves spending time with her. With Maddie I will say it is LIVE LOVE WOOF 🙂 she is full of energy.Attachments:

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I just did a short gratitude morning meditation three times this week.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes, I did connect briefly with a bird who was hanging around. He was just watching the other birds that were sitting in a nearby tree. I asked what he was thinking about and he told me he is thankful he is a bird . When I asked home to explain more , he said it was being meant that he could be free. He didn’t think us humans understood what it feels like so I asked him to show me. He showed me and took me on a visual flight. Then he said … “ Now you understand”. I told him that I now understand and thanked him for sharing that experience.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
This week I celebrate that I have so much love and respect for animals and that I am on this journey.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
The challenge I had this week was that I had to work extra unexpected long shifts at work and it left me little time to do much else.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results.
No, not yet due to lack of time.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Not this week due to working long hours every day and leaving me with little time to do much of anything.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not very much. I expected a quiet, relaxed week (being on leave), but it turned out worse that a normal work week.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with 4 very young kittens. Someone had dumped them on my veranda last weekend. Tuesday I could calm them down enough to be able to get hold of them and bring them indoors. Yesterday morning the first 2 came already to me when I entered the bathroom and started purring when I touched them. This morning the 3rd joined in. In the meantime the smallest of them comes out of hiding and watches from a safe distance, when I interact with his siblings.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
That I learn to be more and more patient.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Mainly time constraints.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No. Was too busy talking with my own pack.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
A: Yes – I meditate every day. This week I went through almost all the teaching materials I had from Val, and I used the guided meditations that are so frequently imbedded in various Lessons, Bonuses, Classes, etc.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
A: Yes I talked to my horse, Hattie, extensively, as well as a client’s dog, Ginger, who is getting ready to say her goodbyes. Hattie is bored and wants more exercise, but Hattie is supposed to be resting, so we talked about that.
Ginger is very happy with the help her family is giving her.
I spent time with the cat I sit for, Ava, and I’ll be with her Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon coming up and have lots of conversation I anticipate with her – she’s one of the easiest animals to talk to that I’ve met. Most recently this week she let me know that her Daddy/Owner, Wayne, allows her to stay out past dark but that she comes home anyway since I’d asked her to come to the home around 5 PM.
I had a “touch in” conversation with two of my doggies in Heaven – Freddie the Sheltie, and Bene the Shih-tzu. Bene is the little sweetheart whose picture is on my profile. Freddie confirmed for me that he stayed “past his time” on Earth because he felt I needed him. He is right! Bene has a great deal to talk about – we’ll be having many more chats – but this week he told me he was happy to see me and appreciated his care.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
One day this week I was less healthy than usual, and spent the propped up in bed. Rather than picking an animal to talk to, I put out a “call” and said: if there’s anyone who wants to chat w/me today, and teach me something about being YOU, I’d love that! So a sweet little white mouse came to me. Trust me, it was the last animal I expected! He said he’d like to be called “Hector”. I felt he was more of a “prototype” than one of the barn mice I see. He let me “feel” what it is like to be him, and what’s important to him. He let me experience his sense of hearing/feeling which is immense and goes on for many many yards! Hundreds of yards. Same with sense of smell. He says he’s disappointed when he smells strong odors but there’s no food there for him – just the smell! He says what he enjoys most is being in a pile of mice for comfort, rest and protection.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
A: The challenge for me is being in a 1-2 hour block of time that is uninterrupted.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
A: I see we have a beautiful horse! I just saw that. No I didn’t realize he was here – but I’ll have to come back and chat w/him. I’m new here – it appears the new helper is posted – when? On the 1st?
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not
A: I did buy that deck of playing cards at the 99 cent store, finally, and had a lot of fun shuffling, determine what card was red or black, and what was a spade/heart/diamond/club.
Thank you!

Every day without thinking about it.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Only a few mornings sitting quietly. I have been dealing with a health challenge for weeks now. It started as a side effect of a drop for glaucoma but seems to have messed up my heart rate and blood pressure. I have been too out of it to do anything much.
I have downloaded the chakra masterclass calls and plan to use those meditations to see if I can help heal myself.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Only the constant communication to my cats but still not the FAT or any other Malian.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I just have not felt well enough to do anything beyond what was required for basic survival.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No but I plan to.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No I’m just not into games just now.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Not formally, but in moments throughout my day, so I could stay grounded in my body during an extremely hectic (but good) couple weeks.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
Yes. I am connecting with my cats and I feel we are relating well. I have connected with dead birds and mice, both road kill and cat kills. I have a little symbol/ritual that I do briefly when I come upon dead or soon dead animals. I also am communicating with an animal that Martha posted about…in process …
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
I celebrate that although I am supremely maxed out times infinity, I am using my precious lunch breaks to tune into one animal, each day. This is deeply nourishing.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Just hectic schedule, but brief moments of on the spot animal communication are potent to stoke the fire of my enthusiasm about learning/doing animal commmunication.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
Not yet!

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Like last week, I did meditations everyday for 10-20 minutes, mindfulness and Reiki meditations.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I connected with a cat at work, Tip-Tip, that sometimes he is going to a journey, or another place. He wasn’t near the work’s place for a week and a day before yesterday I were drawn to connect with him and I sensed that he will come on Thursday and he showed up on Wednesday noon, I’ve got an update from my sister and I connect with him again and asked him to come again tomorrow and that I really want to see him and be with him.
In the morning I didn’t see him and after 2 hours I heard his meow and he entered the office “I’m here” 🙂
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
My consistency with Accountability Game.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
I’m learning to manage my time to make more time to learn and practice more.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
No I haven’t yet. I want to communicate this weekend.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
No. I didn’t -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
I did meditate every day. Some days only about 15 minutes, others about 30-45. Did Reiki meditations and guided meditations on my Insight Timer app. Also did a few of Val’s from the beginner course. I really liked the Heart Meditation and will try it next time while at the horse barn.2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I attempted every day to connect with an animal, be it a barn cat or a horse. I sent Reiki healing to my brother’s dog, Dusty who is near the end of her life. I tried communicating but only got a feeling of heaviness and lethargy. I asked her if she felt her life’s mission was complete but didn’t really get an answer to that. Now that Pollyanna, my pony, is the FAT, I tried communicating with her after Chigusa got some great information from her. Polly was very agitated with me, kind of like “what is wrong with you, you aren’t listening!” I told her I am working at it, please be patient with me. That is not a strong behavior for her though. LOL3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
While I was not successful in getting much information, I did get a little bit via feelings/knowings so I guess I need to celebrate everything I get. 🙂4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Still the same challenge for me, unfortunately. When at the horse barn, there seems to be too much activity and commotion for me to settle. Also, one of the boarders likes to listen to country music which is fine but I just like silence. I haven’t tried a guided meditation when visiting Polly, so will try that next. I liked Val’s Heart Meditation.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
I attempted to communicate with Pollyanna but nothing is coming through yet.6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
I played the card game a few times this week. Losing interest as I am not very good at it. Usually been getting 40/60 correct/wrong. I think I need to try another one. 🙂 -

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes – made sure I did more. I didn’t manage to do a whole hour for two days but the days I did, I felt much better the day after. I did chanting every day , I did a yoga nidra meditation.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No. Time. Fear of failure.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? I’ve realised that my view of things has been very self centred, not too respectful of animals, too emotional so I’m really happy to change, rebalance – yet another thing the animals have taught me.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Time confidence. Ego. you name it!
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.No . work. time.

Accountability #3 of 12
1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?I just began a new guided meditation and have done it only 2 times this week (about 30min each time), have been consciously working on meditation in movement and doing mini meditations throughout the day.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
birthday week got me sidetracked. I have set the intention that this year is my year of fully allowing my intuitive ability to talk to animals unfold. I am tired of holding back. Barb Grout is inspiring me.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week?
well, I celebrate that I don’t hate myself for not talking to any animals except the ‘forever trying to talk to my own kitty babes’
I do have to mention that I celebrate my noticing the strength of my intuition in general growing: for instance just this morning as I was readying for work, and had a feeling that my client was going to have to cancel her appt…..sure enough she phoned saying she was sick. Another was, I was thinking about a client that I have not heard from in months and poof she called to make an appt. So, I am noticing and taking note that indeed my intuition is getting stronger, and that I am trusting it more.4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week?
the challenge of not managing my time better
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so.
immediately following this post, I will do a meditation and attempt to speak with Blue.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not?
no
Pam, Pammie, Pammie Jean, Pamela.... you can call me any of these names.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? Yes, twice. One time was very brief. I’m not totally sure how to describe it. I guess it was really turning inward or centering and becoming one with myself and just being and really separating myself from thoughts of things I have to do or don’t know what to do about and worries. It felt really great! It was an awesome experience! The other time was for a while (not sure how long) where I was centering while sitting on the floor with my cats with the sun shining through the window but not real warm since it’s October.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, my cats who understood at least some. The other was with I also did with someone’s missing cat named Alfie. He showed me different visions of where he was/plans to go. I told him where and when his human suggested she get him. He wasn’t there though, so I’m not sure if I connected with Alfie. I also did with Charlie, Pam’s cat, and he told me about things he likes.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing new.
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? Nothing new.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. Not yet. I was going to, but got a 404 error message and wouldn’t have been able to post what I got. I’ll try again later.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? Yes, I did with Pam’s cat, Charlie. I posted above about the connection. I also posted for Pam to see about the communication.

MEDITATION: TYPES, TIMES
Daily or twice daily: layered healing techniques, e.g., study/lab, healing box/vault, magical healing goo, chakra clearing and mending. Desperate because of four events not to miss this week and one in about two weeks for a bus trip-dinner-event for which there’s no refund.
Also began the 1-40 day Sounds True meditation series again because I forgot about it last week–and forgot it (again!) after Day 1 this week.
Well, the mishmash (to me) seemed to be working some days because I could lift my legs one to two inches high when walking with a cane. I did walk the distance from a college theatre [stet: they chose the British spelling] parking lot to the theatre entrance but decided to sit in the handicap section (no steps) instead of descending to my usual front row center seat. Several people were encouraging on my walk or asked if they could help, e.g., exchange my ticket at the box office (yes) or drive my car up to the sidewalk (no, because I read that when a leg hurts, it may need more exercise; this time, maybe not). Today, unfortunately, I’m back to the shuffle-with-cane from last night’s longish walk-with-cane.
INTENTION TO COMMUNICATE
Added a “Reply” to last week’s accountability report about Lori R’s Blue.
Also tried to reach Lily-Grace. When I woke up one night, it seemed I felt a paw across my wrist. Though it was too dark to see, I did seem to see her with two forelegs, including the new one on me.
One early morning I was reaching to her and then seemed to be very small curled up against her front as she used to sleep stretched across my side.
Wish I could communicate with my so affectionate male cat, Raven Raffaele, who now strokes my face with a paw.
CELEBRATE
Possible connections with Lily-Grace.
CHALLENGES, QUESTIONS
Unsure what to do about walking difficulty. The Dr. Whitaker supplement catalog is full of what seem to be helps, but Dr. Julian Whitaker is written up in RationalWiki. Dr. John E. Sarno, originator of the psychosomatic condition TMS (tension myositis syndrome), is also controversial. While this challenge and question isn’t AC, the anxiety interferes with AC.
While I haven’t had (or needed) a medical check-up since 1970, I did have an appointment with a podiatrist in 5/2008. However congenial he was, it made me question medicine as much as the above is questioned. To prepare for a two-week tour in Europe, I’d gotten a pedicure. Somehow, the pedicurist managed to bloody my big toe, so when it began to ache towards the end of the tour, I thought it the result of an infection. No infection but gout according to the doctor. So I had two co-pays for visits plus one for a prescription, which didn’t help but gave me constipation. Since then, I’ve had a few flare-ups, easily and cheaply dealt with by frozen cherries and charcoal tablets. Why trust a traditional medical doctor?
Did I bring this on myself? I was furious that Julie-Belle, the matriarch of a clowder of six cats, pooed outside the boxes for twelve years. Did she make it acceptable for four other cats to eventually copy her, including Lily-Grace? Shoshana and Raven unfailingly used the boxes.
Early this year, I began saying I “do not deserve” this extra burden. My “do not want to do it” became emphatic for Lily-Grace because her poo is sticky enough to usually need Nature’s Miracle to get off the floor and she also peed daily making the floor stinky and tacky. I kept trying to communicate to her that indoor cats must use the boxes. Then I kept saying to the cats and the Universe that I “cannot physically get down on my hands and knees daily” (or every few days because I started papering over with puppy training pads) to clean up her messes. And, finally, my bending, and kneeling, and walking just stopped unless I shuffled with a cane. So now, I’ve ordered a manual walker to get around the house and to some events but am wondering how to heal myself.
FAT COMMUNICATION Will try later with Sally S’s Pollyanna.
INTUITIVE GAMES
Pendulum to answer questions related to walking difficulty, but I think ego is interfering with accurate yes-no responses, such as whether to order (expensive) supplements and which ones.

Also been doing Ho’oponopono asking Lily-Grace for forgiveness for deciding to end her life and myself for all the bad decisions of my past. Given the litter box situation, however, I still believe our best option was the euthanasia.

1. Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you? In addition to the usual meditation at church on Sunday and the Journey on Susann Taylor’s monthly call, I have started doing a meditation at bedtime.
2. Did you connect with the intention to communicate with an animal this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? As usual I talk to my cats all the time.
3. What would you like to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week? Nothing
4. What challenges or questions do you have about communicating with animals this week? I continue to recover from a drug side effect. I find it difficult to focus on anything.
5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)? If so, what happened? If not, why not? If you did, please post your results communicating with the Featured Animal in the Discussion with that animal if you have not already done so. No I just did not get to it.
6. Did you play one of the Intuition Games (see the games information within the Animal Talk Club Gold/Silver membership resources) this week? If so, what happened? If not, why not? No, I never think of doing those games.
