Platinum Member1) I did a gratitude and love meditation that I found on YouTube. I also did an Abundance Activation meditation with Waxela Sananda and, of course, the Heart Wisdom Love Meditation while connecting with my animal clients.
2) I connected with three dogs, one of whom was in spirit, and a cat this week. Two of the dogs had behavioral issues that their guardians wanted some answers and insight into. One of the dogs, Sarge, was experiencing nightmares and was afraid of going into the bathroom. When I explored this with Sarge, he shared that he had previously been in a hoarding situation and that one of the dogs he had grown fond of died in the bathtub. I got the impression that the lady of the house was not very stable and had taken this dog, Sarge’s friend, into the bathroom, where it seemed as though she drowned him. This was very traumatic for Sarge and left him feeling unsafe and uncomfortable afterward, which helped explain his fear of bathrooms and recurring nightmares. I also connected with another dog named Blanca, who, according to her guardian, is always screaming. When I connected with Blanca, I got that she has separation anxiety along with a history of being left behind and abandoned. What initially didn’t make sense to me was why she would still scream when everyone was home. She explained that sometimes the house becomes so quiet that she thinks her people have left, and she starts screaming even though they are actually still there. We worked on some ways to help with her anxiety and panic attacks, and hopefully this will help calm her nerves and help her feel more secure.
3) I am grateful that the weather has changed dramatically and it is finally starting to cool down, with even some clouds showing up! It makes me feel like fall is coming, and I am very happy to say goodbye to the summer heat. I also received some wonderful feedback from the guardian of a cat I connected with a couple of weeks ago. She shared that Beans is no longer defecating outside of the litter box and that he seems much happier and calmer. That was so good to hear! I also heard that one of the kittens I connected with last week is no longer darting out the front door, which was something we discussed during the session, so that was another huge win!
4) My breakthrough this week was connected to something I had recently noticed. I realized that I hadn’t received any new reviews in a while, even though I encourage clients to leave one when I send their session. Then, I received a new review from the guardian of the cat I connected with this week! She described the session as a “transcendental experience” and said it was eye-opening and made them both emotional and laugh as well. I got my wish!
5) Yes, I connected with Lili and received positive feedback!
6) When I saw that I received the new review, I felt like I must have been tapped in intuitively because I had literally just been thinking about why no one had written a review in a while. Within about 15 minutes of having that thought, I received the notification that I had a new review! I also had an opportunity to trust my gut with an offer I received for some clothing I am selling. I tuned in and felt like I could go a little higher on the price, so instead of accepting the original offer, I sent a counteroffer. They accepted it!

Platinum Member1. Meditation
What meditation(s) did you practice this week?
The great invocation, Stress busting, Heart wisdom love connection, Mindfulness and Metta blessing. I also heard a video on grounding, with a simple meditation to connect through a leaf, and tried it.2. Animal Communication
Describe one communication experience this week.
• Animal’s name & species
• What did you learn?
• What surprised you?
Cat, Scarlett, from the Practice page, earlier FAT.I had communicated when she was FAT over 2 years ago, and she greeted me like an old friend! Not sure if it was my wishful thinking! After posting, I looked at my earlier notes, and found a couple of points were similar, a few were not. I don’t know if it’s due to changes in my energy or hers at present. Maybe the feedback will confirm it.
3. Celebration & Gratitude
What are you celebrating this week?
Share one thing you’re grateful for and one win, validation, or breakthrough.
I am extremely grateful for finding slots for the laser sessions last week, for Val’s guidance, healings and teachings. I’ve had major issues with Blackie, and with other things too. As usual, Val helped more than I can say.4. Discovery of the Week
What NEW awareness, question, insight, validation, surprise, experiment, or breakthrough did you experience this week?
It was just a confirmation from Val that two of my boys mirror my health issues, and that I need to develop my skills with the pendulum to clear non beneficials. I did not realize that Sunny’s sudden erratic behaviour at night was also part of this.5. Featured Animal Teacher or Practice Lab
Did you communicate with this month’s Featured Animal Teacher or another animal in the Practice Lab?
If not, what’s your plan for practicing this week?
Yes, and got feedback.6. Intuition Development
What Intuition Development lesson or exercise did you practice this week?
What changed because you practiced?
I had planned to study Val’s ebooks properly, and start writing in the workbook, but realize that I need to spend a bit more time on the pendulum classes, as I need it the most now. So grateful for these invaluable teachings. Meanwhile, I do the basic intuition exercises from Val’s book to keep up a routine. -

Platinum Member1. Meditation: this weeks spotlight was nervous system regulation. something i am steeped in forever but really took center stage this week. allows me to heal physical pain in evolutionary ways that cant be known till they get shown. allowing grace surrender and being with my breath and walking in my earthing shoes on my walks, helps me be more in meditative flow. and this helps my communication with myself others and the animals and plants.
2. Animal Communication: my haunted ride led me to the wood bison and musk ox on my way to the cemetery. The leader of the herd of bison gave me quite a download. I cannot put this into words yet. simple but deep and hard to express. I really love how easy it is to connect with these large animals. They really like talking. At the cemetary, I connected with spirits and the spirit of the cemetery and of the surrounding land. Communication in the cemetery is definitely one of my life long callings, if not pleasure. Respect prayers given. And spaciousness in my body heart received. along with curiosity awakened. I connected loads with a cat named Milo this week, for a paid animal communication gig. This was a special connection. I had some difficulty connecting at first. But things flowed after that. Healing and harmonizing for Milo and the home space were key points, and I feel that the communication pathways have been opened for Michelle (one of his people) and Milo, in new ways. I sent her a bunch of resources to help her own animal communication journey with her cats.
3. Gratitude: I am grateful for the luxury in my body and soul that I feel on my walks with Ezla and the wild rose bushes, bees, peas, and trees. This medicine helps me connect to the truths inside even when especially when some aspects of my life are challenging. An abundance of beauty, wisdom, flow, and grace.
4. Discovery:I discovered that my cats still love raw goats milk and I have to ration it.
5. FAT:not yet!
6. Intuition:I am guided by my pings and insights and allow myself to take aligned action. lots of opportunities as well to help others (like Milo) directly through the intuitive messaging I receive and fine tune. -

Gold MemberFIRST POSTING seems to have disappeared. 2nd POSting
1 Meditation:
Silent Meditation and breathing to lessen anxiety
2 Animal Communication
I have become familiar with the squirrels in the park, as they are to me, and regularly bring them food. When I entered the park, I called them by making a clicking sound that I use to get their attention. This week was a bank holiday, and the secluded part of the park would be quieter than usual. It brought me joy to watch the individual squirrels’ behaviour – some bold, some shy or polite, all waiting for their turn to be hand fed
Connected to Mother Earth, and that she would not have to wait long till rain came to rejuvenate the patched ground and support the surrounding trees and the variety of plants and animals that rely on the life force – water
Connected to a mouse entering my home. Gently asked if he would return to the outside, which he did, before Tuxedo Princess (neighbour’s cat) came downstairs
A friend asked me to connect with Harvey, her dog, who had a routine dental appointment at the vet, which he strongly dislikes attending. Harvey mentioned that he dislikes being pushed and shoved, that his teeth and mouth are fine, and to prove it, he could bite the vet’s fingers. Suggested to Harvey that it was not a good idea. Plus his guardian wants the best for him, and to prevent any issues from arising. Also, he’ll receive a treat afterward
Tabby Princess and Tuxedo Princess – neighbour’s cats
3 Celebration & Gratitude
Haven’t had a chance to read and comment on the feedback received from Lilli’s guardian
Weather, now cooler. The few specks of rain quickly disappeared. Very grateful for the rain during the night, cooling everything, in and outdoors, to a more pleasant feeling and giving urgently needed substance to the earth, plants, horticulture, and the air itself. Being able to breathe more easily once the rain came
4. Discovery of the Week
Songs and music in communications. Will dive into this subject to discover more and relay back
5 Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) or Practice Lab

6 Intuition Development:
A friend within our small group asked what the time was. I stated, ’ ten past eleven.’ The correct time was 12 mins past eleven. A little later, the same person asked the question again. I replied, ‘twenty past eleven’, which was correct. This boosted my confidence.
Will go back to aspects of ‘colour’ as my intuitives – requires improving

Platinum Member1️⃣ Meditation: Chanting mostly but with much more intention and focus on calming my energy and energising when needed.
2️⃣ Animal Communication
I haven’t done one in a deliberate fashion – work has been quite brutal – but i have been connecting daily just for a moment with a robin in the garden. Also I had quite strong and powerful moments with a type of bug that was leaping and then stopped and we just sat together. I felt joy and love.3️⃣ Celebration & Gratitude
I’m starting to feel that I really might have light inside!4️⃣ Discovery of the Week
I’m finding myself more aware of how to calm the energy in my body, which is frequently just leaping around and buzzing and driving me mad. Frequently it takes me so long to get beyond that, that I have to give up – but this morning while chanting I was really able to calm it. Delighted.5️⃣ Featured Animal Teacher or Practice Lab
No I haven’t – this week has sped by so quickly so far. This weekend – definitely!6️⃣ Intuition Development
Sitting in the garden at sunrise and connecting with the trees and plants, giving gratitude, before the day starts. -

Meditation: Animal Awareness, Spirit Animal Journey
Animal Communication: FAT – Beau. I spoke with Beau and got the impression of him being very serious about his role as his mom’s protector. He made me laugh when he told me his message for his mom was that he wants more of his new “fish” treats. That was important for her to know because he says she already knows I love her.
Celebration & Gratitude: I am very happy and grateful that our neighbor’s cat, who they thought had been lost to a wild animal, returned unharmed this week. I want to connect with him and explain why it is important he stay close to home.
Discovery of the Week: In continuing my spiritual education beyond this class, I listened to some people talking about how they first realized the autistic people they worked with were communicating through telepathy. They said pictures and thoughts would just appear in their minds and I was struck with how that is the same as when an animal is communicating telepathically.
FAT/Animal Connection Practice: FAT – Beau. Listed above. I believe I will speak with him again during class next week.
Intuition Development: I listened again and did the Spirit Animal Master Class journey, as well as listening to a several year old YouTube video of Val’s class when Klaudia spoke about first really learning to connect with animals after years of classes. It was funny how she thought a bad printout of an animal was giving her a headache due to eye strain but it was really the animal’s head pain coming through.
