1. Meditation: Extended Awareness Meditation with 2 Domains of Reality.
2. Animal Communication: I communicated with a cat in spirit. What surprised me is that the cat showed me an old blue Chevy truck, and the human immediately identified it as something the cat saw daily when looking out the window. I am still surprised when very specific information I receive is accurate.
3. Celebration & Gratitude: I am grateful for the two dogs who strayed into my yard, and I was able to reunite them with their human. During one of my sessions, the animal (cat, living) had a message for his human (care, heart (physical), and the human validated the message regarding her physical heart.
4. Discovery of the Week: From the “Extended Awareness Meditation with 2 Domains of Reality,” I’ve always known animals to be spiritual beings having an animal experience. Yet, it pleasantly surprised me to hear that animals are “aware” that they are spiritual beings having an animal experience.
5. Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) or Practice Lab: I plan to communicate with Sunny once more before July is up. This week I am/have practiced with animals from outside of this community.
6. Intuition Development: “Clairvoyant Exercise #3 – Exploring an Image Like a Video: Unlocking the Power of Visualization.” Before an image was just something I saw, and it might invoke an emotion. With this exercise, I chose a nature image that resonated with me. I fully experienced how an image, “much like a memory or a vision, can carry emotional weight, sensory details, and even energetic vibrations.” It became, not a video, but a lived experience.

What meditation(s) did you practice this week?
Stress busting, Ambiance, The Great invocation, Forgiveness and mindfulness meditation.2. Animal Communication
Describe one communication experience this week.
• Animal’s name & species…. Not an animal, but a tree. While waiting for an ATH feedback, I’ve decided to alternate with something in nature. We have a big pine tree, the branches of which was chopped off by a local gardener while I was away 7 years ago. It was traumatic to say the least, and it still troubles me. I say the Ho’oponopono to it and every evening, put a hand against the trunk to send love. However, I connected remotely.
• What did you learn? I just felt that the tree understood how I feel…like dogs, I’m sure trees also forgive easily.
• What surprised you? I was taken aback when I got a name, Daphne!! ….I had not asked for it though I had read somewhere that trees have names! I certainly wasn’t thinking of a name either!3. Celebration & Gratitude
What are you celebrating this week?
Share one thing you’re grateful for and one win, validation, or breakthrough.
I’m grateful that I was able to finally back up the very vast number of files from my laptop, as I’m not sure how long it will be functional. It took rather long, due to severe pain in my hands and wrists, but finally finished yesterday.
Connecting to the tree is a kind of win, as I have had a block connecting to it, since there’s so much guilt and regret at failing to protect it. I should not have allowed any pruning while I was away. I almost willed myself to connect, though it was quite draining.4. Discovery of the Week
What NEW awareness, question, insight, validation, surprise, experiment, or breakthrough did you experience this week?
As said earlier, it was a surprise that I got a name from the pine.5. Featured Animal Teacher or Practice Lab
Did you communicate with this month’s Featured Animal Teacher or another animal in the Practice Lab?
If not, what’s your plan for practicing this week?
Yes to both, and last week I had posted on the practice lab, awaiting feedback.6. Intuition Development
What Intuition Development lesson or exercise did you practice this week?
What changed because you practiced?
From #2 Clairaudience and conscious hearing, I focused on step 4, Hear the world around you. It was very interesting every time I tried to focus, as there are so many sounds of nature and animals here, (nothing else, except maybe a rare motorbike down the village road, since we’re far from the main road or any habitation). The crickets often chirp non stop, while different birds are very loud early in the morning, the wind literally roars through the oak and pine trees…so to focus on just one sound is quite challenging. I will try to make this a short daily practice.-
