Are 12 D energy clearing (Heart Wisdom) methods better than Reiki or other methods?

Before I answer that, you need to know that there is something you must do before AND after communicating with animals or doing healing.

It’s something that very few teachers talk (or teach) about.

But it’s critical to your health, success, and well-being.

The short of it is:

You must clear your energy field BEFORE connecting and communicating with animals, and do it again AFTER doing the work.

Always, no exceptions.

Some people think that smudging or doing a quick Reiki healing or another method works just fine.

I’m here to tell you that they are NOT fine. They do not do the same thing as 12D energy hygiene practices, and they are not nearly as effective.

I’ll explain why I believe that in a moment, and what my experience has been after having learned and tested many different energy clearing techniques.

Anyone who works with energy whether it’s communicating with animals or healing animals (or people), you need the most powerful techniques, and you need to know how to do them properly.

I’m referring to the 12D energy hygiene practices that I use with my own clients and that I teach to my students. They are part of my Heart Wisdom Methods for communicating and healing, and are designed to safeguard your health and well-being.

One of my readers said, “I have enjoyed reading your material so far. However, as a Reiki Master of 28 years, I disagree that your 12D method is the only effective way to clear energy. C’mon Val. You are better than that.”

You might be wondering that too?

Here’s how I responded

You’re right in that it’s not the only way to clear energy.

I didn’t actually say that it’s the ONLY way.

I was trying to explain that it’s the BEST way.

After learning, experiencing and using 100’s of techniques including reiki and shamanic practices since the mid 1980s, I believe that the BEST way to do that is with 12D energy clearing and healing techniques.

I call them “miraculous” for a reason. 😉

You’re welcome to disagree, but if you’ve never personally experienced 12D energy and the powerful difference it makes, then you don’t know what a game changer this is.

They are also super fast, once you know what you’re doing.

For example, Reiki typically uses 5D energy methods.

To be sure, it’s a lovely energy, very useful in certain situations, depending on how clear and proficient the practitioner is.

But there are many things it simply cannot do. And clearing and cleaning your energy field properly is one of the things it doesn’t do very well.

Here’s the problem.

For instance, demons hang out in 9D for the most part, so if they are in you or your client’s energy field, and your energy isn’t powerful enough to clear them?

Then you won’t be able to. You might manage to get them to shift a little bit but then they can come back and they might invite their nasty friends to come with them.

Not good.

And that’s just one example of what can happen.

With these 12D high level Heart Wisdom energy hygiene techniques, we can do other very cool, important things too at the same time that go way beyond cleaning your energy field.

You can recharge the mitochondria in the cells, remove toxins, optimize glands/organs/systems functionality, repair mutated genome (DNA/RNA and chromosomes), extend telomeres, remove mind control, clean pineal glands, and kick the nasties to the curb, and so much more…

All in just a few minutes.

So yes, I am better than that, which is why I’m teaching what I’ve discovered.

12D high level energy hygiene practices like we do with my Heart Wisdom Method go far beyond what you can do with Reiki or any other energy clearing methods.

But, it’s only for people who want to learn more, to improve their abilities so they can be more effective, and get better results.

And that’s why I believe that 12D energy clearing methods are better than Reiki or other methods.
