To help you stay on track growing your communication abilities, each week answer these 6 questions. As an ethical bribe incentive, when you post your answers for 12 weeks in a row, Gold and Platinum members earn a free Student Breakthrough Laser Coaching Session with Val (regularly $125).
The 6 questions you are tasked with answering each week address multiple and interconnected areas and are clarified below. Please post your answers with specifics for each question.
The goal is to guide you to become more consciously aware of your journey, to celebrate your successes and share any perceived “failures” so they can be acknowledged, learned from, healed, and cleared.
You don’t have to be perfect, just do your best completing each assignment every week. Practice with animals and receive proper feedback about what you got (example: talk with Featured Animal Teacher) is the best way to know if you’re doing it correctly, if you’re making mistakes along the way, and help you discover what adjustments could help you improve.
Rather than copy and paste the same answers every week, the answers must be unique each and every week. If we feel you are not putting real effort into this or trying to hack the system, then you will be asked to try again. If you still don’t improve your efforts, then your weekly posting sequence count will start over.
HERE’S HOW GOLD & PLATINUM MEMBERS EARN REWARDS:
1) Each week there will be a new Accountability Discussion posted for the current week period.
Post your answers anytime from Thursday through Wednesday. If you miss the weekly deadline to post, you will have to start over with your weekly sequence count.
2) When you’ve successfully completed 12 consecutive weeks of posts you will receive an email from the Coaching Club Moderator with the Subject “Congratulations – you’ve earned a coaching session with Val.”

#1 I have been meditating each morning after coffee and before starting my day. I have also been practicing getting into my heart space at a quicker pace.
#2 This week has been an amazing week as far as communication validation with regard to my brother who recently passed. I had communicated with him a few times before his passing. He told me to mention a RR pocket watch (railroad pocket watch – he worked at a Railroad company) to his wife. When I did mention it to her, she immediately answered that he didn’t have a RR pocket watch. She was closed off to the idea of telepathic communication. She was not interested in discussing my ability to communicate with him. I thought that I had got it wrong about the watch and my confidence was waning. Fast forward to the services, I overheard my niece ask my sister-in-law if Dad had a RR watch. My SIL quickly answered “No” as she did with me. That was my validation. My SIL also said she told my brother that she had been talking with me and my brother smiled as if he knew who she was referring to. Our communication was true and he was able to remember speaking with me. Incredible.
#3 I want to celebrate my ability to speak to my brother when he was alive and nonverbal, as well as after he passed. There were so many instances letting me know that he and I are having strong connections.
#4 I still find it difficult to connect to animals in front of me. I feel it is a block on my side. It’s the “what if’s” coming into play.
#5 No, I haven’t talked to this months FAT. I have been traveling and have not had space or time to concentrate.
#6 I need to pay more attention to gut feelings and widening all Clairs. I have been looking out for signals that I would have previously ignored and now I am trying to be aware and concentrate on.

Communicated (unfortunately one sided) with a pigeon who nests on our roof and with Opie.3. Name one (or more) thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for. Post at least one.

1.Did you meditate this week? If so, about how much time total did you spend meditating? What meditations did you do? If you didn’t meditate, why didn’t you?
Yes but not as much as I would like. Had an interesting moment when I really wanted to meditate but made myself get on with chores instead. Couldn’t sleep that night – got totally out of synch. I have to allow myself to listen and follow my intuition.
2. What is the name of the animal with whom you communicated this week? What did you talk about? What did you assist with or learn from the experience?
I communicated with Pablo – a friend’s dog who was attacked while out walking. I will feedback tomorrow. But it was interesting. Pablo wasn’t ready to talk about the attack in detail. He said he just wanted to pee and sniff without being disturbed. He had a very pragmatic approach. He was clearly not happy about it but in a way I would not have expected. He is still out of sorts and adjusting. Maybe also I need to build the relationship with him. He did clearly ask me to ask his people to let him know if he had to move. He had a definite viewpoint so I don’t think I’m making it up.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate about your journey in learning how to communicate with animals this week.
I’m starting to be less self centred in understanding that animals just want to get on with their lives – it all about me! While I know that in theory, I can be very needy emotionally which gets in the way of communication.

I need to drop the emotion around communication – it’s getting in the way!

Yes but I kept falling asleep. I was tired but wanted to practice. I’d like to practice again and then post.

I’ve been practising feeling my heart. Especially in bed at night. I’ve been trying to anticipate things like answers or phone calls. Phone calls have mostly been right. Haven’t kept a tally. -

1. Meditations: Breathing, Scalloped Shell, Mindfulness
2. Who I talked with: FAT – Opie 1 Canoli. Posted about our conversation. Main ideas – birds are crazy, he does not want to fly and humans are slow and need to pay more attention. He seems to enjoy sharing and has good energy.
3. Gratitude: I am grateful that Kola Dog and new-ish kitty, Shasta, seem to be bonding.
4. Discoveries/Questions: I thought it was interesting to see that even when I am not confident about messages I am receiving, they are sometimes correct. This morning, when I spoke with Odie, I sensed a white and yellow aura but didn’t mention it in my posting, party because I forgot but also because I wasn’t sure. I went and looked through other posts and see someone else mentioned a yellow aura. It felt good that I got something someone else also picked up on.
5. FAT: I did speak with Opie. See info above in #2.
6. Intuition Exercises: I have finished the Awaken Your Inner Guidance class and the bonus training about healing inner parts. I also completed Lesson 1 of the Beginning Level Course.

Amber. Female Dog. Her guardian, Katie, . Wanted to know about Amber’s past life. Amber showed me she was a male dog called Joshua who lived with his guardian, an elderly man, who due to health issues fell when outside of his home and. Hospitalized in the 1940/50’s During this time a young lady took care of Joshua, visited the man in hospital and later his home till the man passed away as did Joshua some time later. The contract with the man was completed. There was no contract with the woman. Joshua is a healer, protector in time of need. I support them (humans). They are not alone. I am constant. I am here
3. What are you grateful for this week
That Amber relayed his past life to me.
Noticed a small tabby cat sitting on the path next to a hole cut in a fence that I often pass near where I live. Hadn’t seen this cat before.. He appeared a little timed, therefore, slow eye blinked at him and took my time to pass him. The cat came to me, pushing my hand for head strokes and leaving his scent on me. He went thru the hole then popped his head out to watch me walk away. Will keep lookout for him when I go by there again

With past lives. There may be healing/trauma to complete on the animal and poss their guardians. It a new insight that requires me to dig for more info

#1 I continue to meditate daily. I am practicing getting into my heart space quicker. I have also been practicing pulling others into my meditations.
#2 This week I spoke with Lucy, an 11 year old female, Newfoundland. She was having trouble with her front right foot and her back left foot. She was also barking during the night intermittently. First I connected with her and I asked her why she was barking in the middle of the night. She told me that there were animals in the backyard. She was alerting the family. I praised her for doing such a great job. I asked her if she thought she could get her point across to her family if she only barked a few times and stopped versus barking incessantly throughout the night. She agreed that she could get her idea across to her family but it would take more than a few barks to get the animals to leave the yard. 🤷♀️ Can’t argue with that! I will suggest they put sensored lights for the backyard. Perhaps paired with a frightening sound. The weather is too cold to set up an automatic sprinkler system.
#3 I want to celebrate the many validations I received regarding my connections and abilities.
#4 Still having trouble communicating with animals in my presence. I try with me next to them and I try with me at a distance.
#5 I connected with this month’s FAT. He told me he very much enjoyed being the FAT. He showed me himself dressed in a top hat, tuxedo with a tail and a walking cane. He likes to be humorous and the center of attention. He does not appreciate when strangers come up to him, grabbing his face, telling him how cute he is. He finds this behavior to be extremely rude. Once he knows a person….Let the snuggles begin. He loves laying in his Mom’s lap while watching tv. She has the nicest lap in the house. He can be very playful and inquisitive, but is aloof at first with strangers. He is very happy with his life.
#6 I have been using the body sway to determine yes or no answers. The movements backwards or forwards can be extremely subtle. I have to work on this for sure.

1. I meditate everyday and use binaural beats or silence as a midday break and in the evening.
2. I practiced with some photos of pets from friends. One was a dog named Norman who told me he liked being inside because he had been out for a long walk earlier that day.
3. I’m so grateful for my family, my abilities, my growth, and resilience.
4. I’m discovering that the more I focus on feeling, really feeling, the more I can connect to my abilities. Getting out of my head is the biggest help.

6. I practice listening exercises outside, trying to pinpoint animal sounds and identifying individuals while tuning out the rest.

Deep Soul Connection Guided Mediation
Heart Wisdom Love Connection Meditation2. What is the name (or species type) of the being you practiced communicating with? Briefly describe what happened. What did you discover or learn from the experience?
This week I visited the 2 cats my brother adopted that were caged cats their whole life in a pet store. One is still keeping his distance from people. The other one is coming out of his reclusive behavior quite well. After I greeted him, he even came up to me and let me pet him. He knows he is the leader of the two of them and he said to be patient with his brother because he’s slower to do everything. He feels very safe in his new home and loves being able to run throughout the house and sit in the window. He said that his brother loves his new home too, but he’s more cautious about new things.
3. Name one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for.
I am grateful for my cat, Scarlett. She brings so much joy into my life. She is more playful than any adult cat I’ve ever had and often makes me laugh out loud because of her antics.
4. What questions and/or discoveries do you have about communicating with animals this week?
Nothing comes to mind right now.

Thanks to the Easter Egg Hunt, I went through all the lessons and exercises in the Intuition Development section. It was nice to refresh my memory on many of the lessons I had already completed.
That lead me to do Lesson #3 again – Clairaudience & Nature Explorations. The weather has been too cold to go to the beach, so I picked a beach scene to explore. It was so comforting to hear the waves crashing and the seagulls singing. I even saw some dolphins jumping in the waves. Visting the beach always soothes my soul and this exercise was no exception.

I was going to write a separate post concerning my experience with this but due to my busy work schedule and time constraints I wasn’t able to complete my post (and so of course lost it) so decided this was a good place. I will just give highlights of what I wrote down while listening to the meditation.
after the Declare from Heart No one enters my space etc, I felt safe and secure.
Then I think it was the bit abt forming a pyramid from third to heart to animals heart (?) at any rate I wrote that “feels like m y brain is being sucked out”
It has been several days and I may have things in the wrong order here but I have Connected with Star, felt it, then had feeling of unease, meditation went on talking abt love and I felt like I must be a bad person because that is not what I felt.
Then I think I had a moment of self analysing, introspection because I felt like I was losing control and I didn’t like that feeling. Next moment I became very emotional and felt like crying, all while listening to this meditation. I had to stop, couldn’t finish iot.Aside from that I have done the stress busting and Heart Wisdom love connection and always practice my breathing which I have given up on doing it the way we are supposed to as I cannot. Will talk to Val abt that later.

I practice continually with any animal I come into contact with, the birds, my cat etc. Never really get anything back.3. Name one thing you want to celebrate or feel grateful for.
I think Sabrina and I are reaching a new level of closeness, I pray for patience with her and guidance and I feel we are becoming a team. I have to be very firm with her, but calm and gentle at the same time and stop losing my cool. It really isn’t her but life changes I have gone thru these past two years. I wish I could start over with her but all I can do is go forward and let this be our new beginning and let her know how wonderful she is, how much I love her and how grateful to her I am for being in my life.4. I had a disturbing dream a couple nights ago and am worried what it might mean. I dreamed that my Teddy, some of you may remember him – I know that Val does. He passed in 2015. He came to me in a dream sort of walked up and nudged me as OI was doing something and I turned around and said Teddy!
He was completely matted from head to tail and as I put my arm around him to love him I felt nothing but bones underneath all those mats. I had been in the process o f handing out chicken wings to dogs and I said here, you want a wing. As I was getting one for him he reached up and grabbed the whole chicken. This is something he would never have done, but it told me he was starving.
It made me wonder if he came to me in the dream because he has reincarnated and is in a bad situation and needs my help.
I wonder, would like to ask, If anyone, someone, would please try to connect with him and ask if he is ok. HIs picture is on the photo page. Thanks in advance.5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal of the Month (FAT)?

Addendum to my report.
I just went into our meditations and intuitions page and saw the checking temperature. I am very good at knowing what the temperature is and when I check I am pretty accurate and also time. IO always can tell you what time it is without looking at a clock. I just never thought of as being an intuitive gift

1. Quieting my mind and the high level 12 D cleansing and detaching.
2.I tried to communicate with a dog at the vet’s office. I got the feeling of fear and he became very vocal. His mom picked up on it and told me he is scared and I shook my head yes.
3. I am grateful Layla made it through her emergency surgery. She did not want to leave me because she knew I was afraid. The vet looked at me and asked if I trusted him, I felt calm and knew I could and said yes. I contacted Chigusa and she spoke with Layla, and cleansed the clinic for me. Layla asked Chigusa to take care of me. Layla went to a higher plane of healing with mother earth and the universe and I relaxed after Chigusa told me. Layla was at peace and I was reminded to cleanse myself. Layla was able to come home that night and I stayed awake watching her. I thanked mother earth and the universe. I also thanked Chigusa. I also realized I had healed from my mistrust of vets for what happened to abbey. Yah, one block done.
4.I found out negative words transform to positive when spoken, so if you say don’t do that, you are actually saying to do it. You have to chose your words carefully.
5. Tried with the fat but no success, however I did feel that his fur is silky smooth.
6.I have communicated with my dog Abbey in spirit many times since she passed. She visits with a noise from a toy and sometimes she puts her paw in my hand. I also did the one with feel my food and found out which ones are making me sick. Working on sensing temperature especially in the forest and at home. Sometimes right, sometimes wrong and pretty close. Listening while walking in the forest. I sensed a lot of negative energy, some trees cut down, no birds except for one noisy crow, no wind either. It was very sad. I wanted to just leave. -

Yoga exercises 3 times a week, I try to pause before replying and whenever it comes to my mind during the day I am being present. Breathing helps me a lot.

My 21 year old horse Ben, he seems sad and also had some little injuries on his body to give him our attention. I connected with him and spent some time with him before I fell asleep as I got really tired. Next day his injury on his nose looked much better, so the vet that I called the previous day said that he would not do anything about it, just let it be. He wished that we would tell the lady that comes to him two times a week to learn just to spend time with him and not just riding him all the time.
3. What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I am grateful for the unconditional love of my horses and dogs.

Once we start communicating with animals there is no way back.
Can animals be frustrated when you do not “ have time” talking to them or switch to the mode “ I am not understanding you”, once you have talked with each other?5. Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
No, I did not. I seemed lost. I started working on slowing down some time ago and it was like I took it to the other extreme. I used to do millions of things and had so much energy and this week I did not do anything at all and had no energy at all. I picked an osho card and there was Schizofrenie and the other day Integration. I need to find a balance. I could see my real me and me trying to fit the role for others to like me and tell me how great I am…6. Which Intuition Development Lessons and Exercises did you do this week? I did the exercise with colors and asked my husband to be a sender, to think about some color and an object in this color and I was the receiver. First I could see some kind of white color, but it was more yellow in a short time and then a potato appeared to me which I thought was totally stupid so I was a bit lost and said to my husband what came to my mind and that it could be more our dog than a potato. And you know what? He was thinking about the color yellow and a potato.
And then we changed the roles and I was thinking about green color and spring grass where some dandelions appear. And when I told him to tell me what he sees he said immediately: green grass and sun, vow. -

#1 Which meditations did you do?
I have been practicing a breathing meditation where you consciously fill your stomach, then chest, then upper chest with air, and then consciously release the air in the reverse order.
#2 What is their name if you know it and what type of species? Briefly describe what you talked about. What did you discover from the experience?
I have felt very blocked with my communications recently, so much so I haven’t wanted to, and am not trusting the messages I receive from my own animals even. My sister today asked me to urgently check in with her dog, Lola, a five year old cane corso who my nephew had said was not herself and no-one else was at home with them. It forced me out of my slump to actually communicate, and I felt Lola was out of sorts, a bit fed up, wanting space and her back right hip was hurting. I felt she wanted to see my sister (who had been away staying with me). When my sister got home she was so happy to see her. I want to get to the point where I can really explore the reasons why she had felt out of sorts before.
#3 What are you grateful for this week? Post at least one.
I am so deeply grateful for my wonderful daughter who has been so amazing while I have been rather stressed. I am grateful that my mum and sister turned up last weekend as a complete surprise to visit us. Also grateful that my horse Missy (the reason I found out about animal comms) is looking better than she has done in ages and I slowly feel like we are making some progress in getting her more comfortable
#4 Questions and/or Discoveries!
What questions do you have or what discoveries did you make about communicating with animals this week? Post at least one.
How important it is the share the animals messages faithfully, but tactfully. Even when you know an animal well (I know my sisters dog very well and often get such clear messages) that grounding and centring before communicating is essential, I tried without at first and was getting nothing.
#5 Communicating with our Featured Animal Teacher (FAT) of the month is a great opportunity to grow your animal communication skills. You are required to attempt at least one FAT communication per 4 week period.
Did you communicate this week with the Featured Animal Teacher? If not, why not?
I haven’t yet, I plan to do next week when I am feeling less overwhelmed!
#7 Which of the Intuition Development exercises did you explore this week? If you didn’t do one of our Lessons, what else did you do to practice growing your intuitive senses?
I have been playing Snap regularly with my daughter, and rather than memorising the positions I have been trying to ‘feel’ the pairs. I have been pretty unsuccessful, but just having gone through the Intuition exercises for the Easter Egg Hunt I think I am trying too much (26 pairs and they are very similar!), so I will focus on trying to feel the colours for the moment to build my sense of colours, and my confidence as not feeling so great about my intuitive abilities right now!
