When “Forgive and Forget” seems easier said than done.
If you’ve been working on forgiveness, trying to find a way to release and forget betrayals so you can heal from mental, physical, emotional wounds, abuse, attacks, accidents, or injuries…
But no amount of meditating, journaling, praying, EFT tapping, Ho’oponopono, or therapeutic guidance has succeeded in freeing you from the pain.
No matter what you try, you are still suffering, unable to forgive or forget what happened.
That pain tiger has you by the tail and just won’t let go.
I know how you feel – been there, done that.
There are a lot of different forgiveness techniques out there, including journaling, writing and/or burning letters in a ritual of release, or tearing them up and flushing them down the toilet.
Some techniques work better than others, and some, meh, not so helpful.
Some even make things worse.
I’ve worked with clients who have been in therapy for years but still haven’t made much progress in moving forward and healing at all.
I even read a technique recently that uses microcurrents to stimulate areas of the brain (that’s right, shock therapy! OMG. Please don’t do that, it’s barbaric and totally unnecessary… I promise there’s a much easier, faster, more effective way). 😯
There’s a better, easier, faster way to forgive and forget.
What I’ve discovered – and what I teach and guide students and clients in doing – is a highly effective 12D energy detachment exercise that literally releases this kind of life energy draining trauma so the pain simply goes away and lets go.
It only takes about a minute, maybe two once you know how to do it properly.
I’ve used it to heal from the injuries suffered in a 17 year abusive marriage.
To recover from the grief of losing a child.
I’ve used this extraordinary technique to heal from the sadness and trauma in losing loved ones, including my heart horses, dogs, and cats, friends and family members.
And I’ve definitely used it to release betrayals and attacks by authority figures, family, and trusted friends.
Another area that needs forgiveness is for releasing trauma from social injustices, abuse and crimes against humanity as well as against animals.

Until you know how to:
1) Shield yourself properly from being triggered or affected by the world around you, and
2) Release and clear injuries, attacks, abuse, painful experiences and events so you can forgive and move on…
You simply won’t be able to let things go completely, keep your energy field clean and clear, balance your chakras and meridians (and keep them balanced), repair your Wei Qi, and recharge your vital life force batteries (the mitochondria in your cells among other things).
You won’t be able to clear old karma or complete negative soul contracts.
And you won’t be able to heal your heart so you can be a better communicator.
